First,as the pace of human high-tech development process goes quiker and quiker, the side-effects with the science development reflected, global warming is one example. more and more greenhouse gases with the development of economy are being discharged into the air.About 70% of the greenhouse gases has been composed of carbon dioxide,which is considered as one of the greatest causes of global warming . It has harmful effects,causing the sea level to raise and many natural disasters to strike. On the other hand , scientists in one wave after another try to awaken us to the growing threat of global warming.But many coutries tend to turn a deaf ear(充耳不闻) to the scientists‟warnings.In fact,the earth‟s atmosphere is definitely being warmed and the problem is largely man-made. A wise way is that we should get moving to protect ourselves. So the public demand that all nations should taket strong measures to prevent the increase of the earth‟s temperature.

In my opinion, it is the high time for us to take action. In order to save the earth, we should try to do things below: no air conditioning, use recycled paper,abandon meat food, don‟t use plastic bags,take a bus.It is little drops of life.As long as everyone takes action, it will be a powerful strength to rescue our planet. All countries are supposed to take the legislative initiative as soon as possible.Only in this way can the global warming be put under control.

Stepping into the new century environment pollution has become more serious

than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as water pollution

air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on a planet

which is full of pollution. where all these pollution comes from? To a large

e_tend the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for the

rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have more

fuel people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for energy

are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street the gas stations are

short of gasoline even the government has raise the price so many times in order

to control the needs of gasoline but it’s still not working. Overusing the

natural resources has already affected the ecological balance. However the

factories still release the to_ic air into the sky and the polluted water into

the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the environment. I

think it’s time for all of us to do something.

The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the

environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more

about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance

between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in

the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the

waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public

transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands

together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way our earth

could be a better place to live in.

我是滨东小学六年级的一名热爱大自然的学生。我在我的家乡已经整整生活了20__年了，家乡的一切变化都被我看在眼里。今天，我之所以冒昧地给您们写这封建议书，是因为我有太多太多的话要说。

我们都知道，森林好比一堵天然的'屏障，有了它，沙尘暴、龙卷风、干旱、洪水等与生命作对的怪物便不敢来侵犯了，为我们的生活提供了保障。我国森林资源总量不足，森林覆盖率只有18.21%，相当于世界森林平均覆盖率的61.52%；全国人均森林面积和人均森林蓄积分别不到世界人均水平的四分之一和六分之一。森林质量不高，平均每公顷蓄积量只有84.73立方米，相当于世界平均水平的84.86%。这些残酷的数据都在提醒我们：我国森林资源已经少得可怜，怎能再让我们任意挥霍呢?

放眼看看世界人民是怎么对待森林资源的吧！美国是资源大国，他们的国民消费水平位居世界之首。但美国学生的课本是重复利用的，一本教科书要至少用8个学生，平均使用寿命5年。我国课本的使用寿命却只有半年！我国现有在校中小学生2.2亿人，目前人手一册的课本若能连续使用5年，将能节约多少新书，将有多少森林可以幸免于难！

环保局的叔叔阿姨们，求求你们救救那些树木吧！自然界里，如果没有了树木，那么后果将不堪设想，那时候，我们这个美丽的大家园——中国将不再美丽动人，到处黄沙漫天，水土流失，没有一点生机，进而，危及到人类的生存。为此，作为中国的一份子的我，对这种浪费资源、不顾子孙后代的做法感到十分焦虑。为此，我特别向你们提几点建议：

一、数据表明：回收1吨废纸能生产好纸800千克，可以少砍17棵大树，节省3立方米的垃圾填埋场空间，还可以节约一半以上的造纸能源，减少35%的水污染。落实垃圾箱分类，向广大居民宣传垃圾分类的知识，派专人负责可回收垃圾，使可回收垃圾得到2次的运用。这样，我们日常生活中产生的废纸就能集中在一起，重新利用。而不是像过去那样和别的生活垃圾共同处理。

二、教育人们节约资源，少用一次性用品，一张纸、一只筷子也不能浪费。

三、在公交车上、马路上等公共场所多做些环保广告，提醒市民们时刻注意节约资源。

四、采用奖励制，对节约资源者进行奖励。如果实在不行，也可以采用强制的监督法，对浪费资源者进行批评、教育。

五、提高公民的文化素质，建议从娃娃抓起，在幼儿园、小学就开始进行环保意识的学习。

六、改变一次性用品的原材料，可效仿日本、韩国等国采用可食用的一次性用品，用完了还可吃下去，吃食环保两不误，何乐而不为了?

Presently， a new lifestyle called low carbon life is spreading every corner

of our country。 The concepts of low carbon are low energy and no waste。 It is

such a significant project that I can‘t wait to present my ideas on how to

promote it。

On the first place， a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our

school。 Because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy。

On no-car day， neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school。

Meanwhile， just walk， jump， cycle or run。 Use our legs and enjoy the fun。

On the second place， we had best not use plastic bags any more。 No one can

stand the “white pollution”。 So， it is wise to use bags which can be reused

again and again。 Finally， one thing that we should keep in mind： every big thing

es from the subtle。 Therefore， as students， we ought to turn out the lights the

moment we leave， turn off the tap in time， and reuse our textbook and so on。

All in all， it weighs greatly for all of us to put the low carbon lifestyle

into practice。 Just set our mind to these： no-car day， no plastic bags， and no

waste。 Let‘s do it now。

To help with the environment， I always walk or ride a bike

to school instead of taking a car。 Besides， I will try to use

things that can be recycled and I never forget to turn off the lights when

we should reuse books as longas possible。 And we’d

better not spend much money on e_pensive clothes。

此次，我的建议宗旨是题目：保护环境，加强广大人民们的环保意识。

针对此次，我建议题目：

一题目：在人行道里每隔一定的.距离安置一个垃圾桶，让大家主动地将垃圾归类，让白色垃圾不再猖狂。

二题目：在每个垃圾桶上贴上有关环保的知识，让大家意识到环保的紧迫性，重要性，呼吁人们保护环境，爱护地球。

三题目：通过校方组织“环保”校队，一起走上街头宣传，最好不使用纸张宣传，因为这也是浪费资源的一种现象，尽量广播宣传。

四题目：认真准备，以“让绿色重回我们身边”为题，各个班级展开讨论，进一步提高学生对此活动的认识，让我们一起做个“绿色环保”小卫士。

只要我们每个人都做到这几点，“绿色”世界正在向我们走来。因为地球是我们的母亲，生命的摇篮，她是那么可爱，美丽。让我们珍惜资源，共营生命绿色。

bags. People are cutting down trees even though it is illegal. In some towns

rubbish is hidden behind walls. Garbage cans are often of little use making

cleaners must rush all day long and also by night to clean the rubbish.
