英国作家萨克雷有这样一句名言：播种行为，可以收获习惯;播种习惯，可以收获性格;播种性格，可以收获命运。由此我们可以看出，好的习惯对于一个人的一生都是十分重要的。而我们在坐的有部分家长还没有认识到这一点，忽视了对孩子良好习惯的培养。我跟家长交流的时候总会听到这样的话：我工作很忙，没有时间。但实质上孩子身上良好的习惯是在平时的生活中点点滴滴累加起来的，并不是一蹴而就的。一、二年级又是养成良好习惯的关键时期。

习惯包括生活习惯、卫生习惯、学习习惯、不睡懒觉、自己的事情自己做等。其中良好的学习习惯则包括听课习惯、阅读习惯、认真、及时做作业、作业完成后能认真检查、遇到问题爱动脑筋、写字姿势端正等等。经过一年多的培养，本班级大多数学生养成了良好的行为习惯和学习习惯(说说这个学期学生的表现)，但还有一部分学生尚未养成良好的习惯，行为方面表现为自由散漫，自控能力差，学习方面则表现为学习态度不端正，课堂作业拖拉，回家作业经常不做、漏做，字迹潦草，错误率高，上课思想开小差等。正因为如此，这些学生的学习往往都不尽如人意。我知道，我们这些学生的家长肯定也是十分着急，有的家长说，我打也打了，骂也骂了，可孩子就是不听我的话，或者就是打的时候怕了，好了一段时间，可过一阵老毛病又犯了。的确是这样的，孩子的行为具有可塑性，但也容易反复，所以我们家长一定不能急于求成，要循序渐进、循循善诱。学习成绩的好坏，关键还取决于好的学习态度、好的学习习惯。首先要让孩子养成细心认真的好习惯。比如这次期中考试，我们就有9个孩子被扣了冤枉分，第七题漏做了，多可惜啊!我看了真是心疼啊!就是因为太粗心，没看清楚要求。其实粗心不是天生的，是怎么造成的，是日积月累的，是不认真了才会粗心。平时做作业马马虎虎，照着书本抄抄词语就要错好几个，你到考试时怎么可能做到不粗心呢?你想细心也细心不起来。粗心的原因就是不认真，一个平时认认真真、全神贯注的人，他不太可能粗心。所以，粗心比做不出更不应该。说到期中考试，我顺便把试卷跟大家简单地交流一下，这张试卷我特意没让孩子订正，好让你也可以从中看看孩子的问题出在哪儿。

这次考试，可能会有很多家长对孩子这次的成绩不满意，觉得孩子没有考好，的确，看起来不是很难的试卷，孩子们怎么考不出好分数呢?我想跟每次的期末考试比一下，因为每次的期末考试考得肯定都比平时的成绩好，那是因为我们是把本册所有的知识像炒冷饭一样炒了无数次，把所有的重点难点给孩子再三强调，学生是有了充分的准备打仗的;而期中考呢，一个它内容比较广，是对四个单元的考核，另一个是我们并没有花很多时间去复习，考试的前几天时间，我们还是在上新课内容。我说说最后一个写作题，由于现在低年级的识字写字任务较重，所以对于写作，就放松了很多，但是在课堂上，我还是很重视孩子的口头说话能力的，以及造句方面也很重视，可是孩子的书面表达好像还是跟不上，所以下阶段的重点工作之一就是花大量的时间辅导孩子们的写作，因为很多孩子说起来很溜，可让他写起来，就不行了，错别字啦，标点符号乱用啦，缺字、漏字啦等等，希望家长也能配合好。我星期三布置的一篇看图写话，是在课堂上说好以后再布置的，可还是有7个同学没写。

另外，现在学生要掌握的字多了，难度增加了，但有的孩子往往不能很好的做好复习巩固，可以说越是成绩好的越是去复习巩固了，越是成绩不如意的学生越不去看，形成了恶性循环，做题目的时候也没有好好的去思索，所以很多相似的字就很容易地混淆了，其实他是没掌握好啊。从一年级说到现在了，希望家长重视孩子的家庭作业，不仅要关注书面作业，还要关注口头作业。在这里，我希望你们给孩子再多一份关怀，关心他们的学习。你们平时要多督促孩子认真完成家庭作业，培养他们良好的作业习惯，写字姿势。我们要让学生静得下，活得起，帮助学生养成每天读书的习惯，扩大他们的知识面。

在我们学校里，看课外书的时间有也是有的，但不是很多，现在我们每天早晨规定看20分钟的课外书，中午的时候我也经常对他们说觉得没事做了，可以看看课外书。我们现在的新课程，要求有很多的课外知识，课外知识哪里来，条件好的到处去旅游，增长见识，或者是从电脑网络获得，我觉得最适合我们这里的孩子的还是多读课外书。我们低年级孩子适合读的书也有很多，在上一次的家长会中，我已经介绍过了，在这儿也不补充了。

我们每天都有很多需要家长签字的作业，主要是考虑到一些同学自觉性不是很强，有了家长的督促，能够完成得较好。有些家长反映，自己没什么文化，对孩子的一些作业也看不懂，不知道该怎么办。有些家长觉得签字是一件麻烦事，把它当成一种任务，不管孩子作业有没有认真完成，甚至是不管他们到底有没有完成作业，问一下孩子“你作业做完了吗?”得到肯定的回答后，就随手把名字一签。可是你没有想到，就是你这随意的一签，在孩子心中会留下什么样的印象?他会想，原来爸爸妈妈根本就不会检查我的作业，做不做，他们都会签名字，可能你第一次问他的时候，他是完成了作业，可两次三次以后呢?他一样都没有做完，就一句话，让你大大方方的签了自己的大名。我经常和孩子说，老师让爸爸妈妈签名字并不是为了看他们的字，而是为了让他们了解你的学习情况，如果爸爸妈妈根本就不看你作业怎么样，那么他们签一百个，一千个名字都没有用。我们让家长签字的目的最主要还是对孩子进行一个督促的作用。家长要做的是看他作业有没有完成，写字是否端正。如果你发现他是写得端端正正的，那么他的作业肯定是完成得比较好的，即使有错，第二天我在批改的时候，也会给他指出来。我想作业是对是错，是老师批改的任务，而孩子作业完成的认不认真，则是家长可以做到的。同时也希望家长在签名字的时候，或者有时间的时候，偶尔地翻翻孩子的语文书，数学书，了解一下孩子现在是在学习什么了。希望家长配合。

我非常理解做父母的心情。我们白天工作，晚上还要担负起教育孩子的责任。好多家长晚上还有很多工作要做，非常辛苦。但是，大家再怎么忙，也不应该忘记对孩子的教育和辅导。看到孩子一点点地长大，一点点地进步，内心是非常开心的。学习上也要帮助孩子。有些家长总以自己忙找借口，对于孩子的学习很少过问。其实现代社会人人过着节奏紧张的生活。同样作为家长，我也身有体会。但是孩子的成长是我们的希望，我想大家每天抽出5-10分钟，还是可以的。

其次要多关心他们的生活、个人卫生习惯。有些孩子的卫生习惯不好，不刷牙，不剪指甲，甚至有不洗脸的，男同学头发长不剪的，女同学头发乱也是常有的事，记得每次给他们称体重的时候，老师都被臭味熏得话都说不出来。这些都是他们平时生活习惯不良造成的。希望你们督促他们勤换衣、勤洗头、勤理发，在这里提醒一些家长，如果你发现你的孩子视力下降了，一定要及时去医院咨询，因为这个年龄的孩子如果近视，也是假性近视，只要平时注意用眼卫生，还是有望恢复的。

孩子是我们的希望，在座的各位家长都希望自己的孩子有出息，但只恨自己帮不上忙。我已经教了快10年的书了，而且工作后一直是接触低段的孩子，对这个年龄段的孩子还是比较了解的。我发现有的家长对孩子太严厉，把打骂当作教育;有的家长则不管不问，称之为自主发展，其实是放纵溺爱。有的家长总说孩子在家不肯读书，反映的家长很多，我知道，现在都是独生子女，都非常的溺爱孩子，事事都顺着他，使他养成以自我为中心，自私的人，我想，你肯定不希望这样，所以我想告诉你们一句话，教育孩子也是要有手段，有方法的，要有一定的奖罚制度，培养孩子积极的、健康的成长。也就是说，达不到某个标准的时候，一定要有所限制，要惩罚，这个惩罚一定要剥夺他最喜欢的事情，这个时候不能心疼孩子，这没关系。但是他达到这个标准之后，你就得奖励他最喜欢的事情。孩子通过这样的调整，慢慢地就习惯了。我看到一篇文章介绍一位妈妈非常有智慧，她用了一种区别强化的技术，对孩子说：你是一个聪明的孩子，你能够学习好。你1小时站起来10回，是不是太多了?能不能让我看到你1个小时只站5回?孩子知道妈妈注意他了，就说：5回就5回。第二天做作业，果然只站起来了5回。妈妈说：哟，我儿子真了不起，一天就改了一半，进步太大了，我看你站4回也能做到。孩子说：4回就4回……慢慢地，孩子做作业时就不站起来了。

有时还可以用别的技术来培养孩子的好习惯。例如，孩子特喜欢晚上6点30分看动画片，就给他约定：今天你做作业时站起来在3次以内，你就可以看动画片，超过3次，动画片不能看。习惯培养的奥秘，可以总结出一句话：培养好习惯用加法，改正坏习惯用减法。

最后我想说说的是家长应加强与老师的联系和沟通。我们之间本来就是合作者，彼此信任、相互交流对学生全面进步很有帮助。在交换意见的时候，最好不让孩子在场，有家长在老师面前数落孩子的不是，既让孩子难受也让我难受，这样的交流很容易变成老师和家长你一言我一语地批评孩子，并不利于我们商量一些好的教育方法来帮助孩子。同时，老师在单独教育孩子时，也请家长不要站在一旁，因为教师可能会用一些儿童化的语言来教育孩子，家长在旁边不太自然。在这里,我想跟大家分享一个故事,我已经看过很多遍,不知道家长听到过这个故事没有。(一个母亲的三次家长会)，当然，每个孩子有每个孩子的特点。对这个孩子，他的母亲这样做有用，换成其他的孩子就不一定了。我只是句个例子让大家也去想一想有什么更好的办法教育自己的孩子是最有效的。我很希望我们能做到经常交流，为着孩子的健康成长共同努力。但是，有时孩子身体不舒服了，学习变化大了，老师想联系一下家长。可是有些家长换号码的速度实在太快，刚调查来的手机号码，才过了几天，打过去，就是停机，空号，这样会给大家带来不必要的麻烦。所以恳请各位家长，如果要换号码了，请告诉孩子，让他记住，并告诉我，以便有情况及时联系。

每个孩子都有一个家，家庭是孩子成长的第一所学校，父母是孩子的第一任老师，家庭环境的好坏，直接影响孩子能否健康成长。好并不是指富裕的家庭环境，而是指家风好。我想把一位心理学家的几句话送给各位家长：

1)如果孩子生活在批评中，便学会谴责;

2)如果孩子生活在敌视中，便学会好斗;

3)如果孩子生活在鼓励中，便学会自信;

4)如果孩子生活在受欢迎的环境中，便学会喜欢别人;

My life the most unforgettable is my primary school. Because I do not have to early to go to school every day。 Need not very tired. And also very early from school in the afternoon. Work is very less. Knowledge is also simple. My primary school life is so colorful.

各位家长下午好，很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流。我是五年级的英语任课教师，我姓肖。下面我就我们英语学习方面说我一些真实的感言：

在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师读单词，读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。 那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢?学好英语，不外乎就是在听、说、读、写这些方面下功夫。

首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，不能说英语就白学了。每上完一次课，我都叫学生回家要跟磁带读，可是有多少学生真地做到了呢?所读的知识已经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。

接下来是说，英语学了就是要说，要和别人交流。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少。所以下课也要说，放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场。

接下来是读。学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的语感，那么不管是说话，做题目，都很轻松，很简单了。那么语感怎么来呢?就是靠读出来的。一定要让学生养成每天读英语的习惯。如果你的子女还没有养成这样的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。就像早上起来要刷牙洗脸一样，要让他们把读英语当作每天必做的一件事。

最后是写。五年级英语已经对学生有一定的书写要求。背单词是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背，不断的翻新，这是没有办法的。我要求学生在背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。还有句型，五年级所接触的巨型都是很简单的日常用语。学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。可后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。

总而言之，请各位家长多关注孩子们的英语学习，让孩子养成良好的英语学习习惯。家长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积极性。与其在期末时看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分数，还不如在平时就多关心孩子学习的过程。还希望家校携手共同提高孩子们的英语学习水平。我要讲的就是这些，谢谢!

example I just want to say I am very tiny but I am indispensable .

As I'm sure all of you know, this campus was once home to Yenching University which was founded by American missionaries. Many of its wonderful buildings were designed by an American architect. Thousands of Americans students and professors have come here to study and teach. We feel a special kinship with you.

I am, however, grateful that this day is different in one important respect from another important occasion 79 years ago. In June of 1919, the first president of Yenching University, John Leighton Stuart, was set to deliver the very first commencement address on these very grounds. At the appointed hour, he appeared, but no students appeared. They were all out leading the May 4th Movement for China's political and cultural renewal. When I read this, I hoped that when I walked into the auditorium today, someone would be sitting here. And I thank you for being here, very much. (Applause.)

Over the last 100 years, this university has grown to more than 20,000 students. Your graduates are spread throughout China and around the world. You have built the largest university library in all of Asia. Last year, 20 percent of your graduates went abroad to study, including half of your math and science majors. And in this anniversary year, more than a million people in China, Asia, and beyond have logged on to your web site. At the dawn of a new century, this university is leading China into the future.

I come here today to talk to you, the next generation of China's leaders, about the critical importance to your future of building a strong partnership between China and the United States.

The American people deeply admire China for its thousands of years of contributions to culture and religion, to philosophy and the arts, to science and technology. We remember well our strong partnership in World War II. Now we see China at a moment in history when your glorious past is matched by your present sweeping transformation and the even greater promise of your future.

Just three decades ago, China was virtually shut off from the world.
