接下来，我跟各位家长谈谈2方面的问题。

一、加强对子女进行思想教育，促其健康成长。

家长是孩子的第一任老师，是学生的法定监护人，应依法履行监护职责，配合学校对学生进行思想教育、安全教育管理和保护工作。孩子的性格、品德、行为、习惯等方面的形成，主要靠家庭教育打基础。因此，家长应该“营造一个温馨健康的家庭”，以身作则，成为子女的楷模。同时严密关注，及时解子女的思想（不良的“口袋书”）、行为动态（慎重交友、打架斗殴、敲诈勒索），以防为主，杜绝不良行为的发生。教育他们讲文明、讲礼貌、讲纪律；另外，树立“安全第一”的意识，一切从孩子的安全出发，教育子女不到“三厅二室”及网吧等娱乐场所活动；上学、放学路上不要逗留，及时回家，教育子女加强自我防范意识，防止被拐骗或受侵害。

二、站在家庭教育的角度，进一步提高子女学习质量。

（1）给孩子树立自信、鼓励点滴进步。在很大程度上，学生的学习积极性靠外部驱动，尤其低段孩子，他们更需要得到大人的赏识，有一位家长做得很好，只要有亲戚朋友来家做客，就把孩子画的画拿来给大家欣赏，客人们都把孩子夸奖一番，后来孩子越画越好，取得不少成绩。有家长注重孩子学习环境的布置，有专门的书架，放上孩子的书，让孩子能向别人展示自己的书，还有日记本需要准备专门的，以便能很快展示自己的作品。在别人面前，我们应该夸奖自己的孩子，孩子犯错误我们要关起门来耐心教育，给孩子面子。尤其在学习上，任何一个孩子都愿意取得好成绩，只是因为方法不当或是努力不够而暂时落后，教师和家长要为他们树立自信，指导方法，花时间帮助他克服困难、解决问题。

（2）加强与老师的联系和沟通。我们之间本来就是合作者，彼此信任、相互交流对学生全面进步很有帮助。在交换意见的时候，最好不让孩子在场，有家长在老师面前数落孩子的不是，既让孩子难受也让老师难受，这样的交流很容易变成老师和家长你一言我一语地批评孩子，并不利于我们商量一些好的教育方法来帮助孩子。同时，老师在单独教育孩子时，也请家长不要站在一旁，因为教师可能会用一些儿童化的语言来教育孩子，家长在旁边不太自然。希望我们经常交流，为着孩子的健康成长共同努力。

（3）多与孩子交流，多关注孩子的学习。检查孩子的作业，询问孩子在校的学习。抽读、抽背、听写、考题等。

意见和建议：

误区一：过分干涉。许多家长认为六年级这一年的时间太重要，孩子要一门心思学习，不能做其他事，对孩子的自由进行过多限制，不准做这，不准做那，这样反而适得其反。家长要安排一定的时间陪孩子到书店、大自然等，劳逸结合。

误区二：过分期待。对孩子的期望值太高，超过孩子的实际水平，这样容易挫伤孩子的自信心。家长需明白：努力不一定会成功，但不努力就一定不会成功。成绩退不要动不动就打骂，应帮其弥补不足。成绩好，也要帮其总结，提醒不要被胜利冲错头脑。

误区三：家长要言传身教。有些家长常常对孩子说，快毕业考试，不能看电视，而他们自己却在看电视、打牌，不但容易引起孩子的反感，也影响孩子的学习。心理学家说：“孩子生活在批评中学会谴责；敌视中学会好斗；恐惧中变得忧心忡忡；鼓励中学会自信；安全中学会理解相信”。

误区四：要重视心理健康。有些家长对孩子的身体备加呵护，却忽视孩子的心理健康。思想道德素养非常重要，有专家指出：“学习不好是次品，身体不好是废品，心理不好是危险品，思想不好是危害品”。

最后，我衷心希望学校的工作能得到各位家长的大力支持，并坚信在学校、家长、学生三方共同努力下，我们的学生，您们的子女一定能健康成长，并取得优秀成绩。
