在这次全市小学英语优质课比赛中，共有14节词汇课。14位教师每一位都能认真钻研教材，抓住重难点教学，努力了解学生，完成任务教学。各位老师各尽所能，各展其才，给我们带来14节优秀的课。下面，我就从三个方面对这些课做一下小小的点评：

一、对词汇课的认识

词汇课听起来好象是单纯教几个单词，但在语言教学中我们应把握这样一个原则：词不离句，句不离境。这两句话说的什么意思?就是说在教学中教单词的同时，离不开句子的教学，教语句的同时不能脱离环境的创设。在这次比赛中，我们7号老师和9号老师就做的相当不错。7号老师教授的是四种水果：pear,

orange, watermelon和peach。她利用猴子了一个cai课件创设情景，在教单词的同时，展示两个动物朋友喜不喜欢，从而引出句子:do you

like--------?yes, i do./no, i

don’t,同时让学生去扮演角色。角色扮演完后，自然过渡到调查周围同学。这样的安排给人一种水到渠成的感觉。9号老师教的是四个形容词：big,

small,long 和short。她带领我们进入了动物园：看见大象学生就扮演：hi, i’m elephant. i’m big.

看见猴子学生就扮演：hello,i’m monkey. i’m small.看见蛇学生就扮演：hello, i’m snake. i’m

long.看见小白兔学生就扮演：hi, i’m rabbit. i have a short tail…学生兴趣高，也非常积极主动去运用英语交际。

二、对词汇课课堂结构的认识

一节好的课，首先要教学思路清晰，目的明确，重难点突出。我们小学英语教学过程大致可分为以下几块：

1.warm-up 热身 让学生通过游戏、chant、歌曲等进行一个暖身，调动学生的学习兴趣。

2. preview/revision 预习或复习 可对过去的相关知识进行一下回顾展示

3. presentation and practice

主要是呈现新知，教授新知，并能利用各种教学手段和教学方法对所学知识进行巩固操练。在这14位参赛教师中，1号，4号，6号，8号，9号，10号，11号，13号等老师，她们运用了competation

、chant 、tpr 、look and match、 listen and point、 listen and draw 、guessing game和

task-based等教学方法，采取了师生操练、小组操练、生生操练等多种形式，给人一种多姿多彩的感觉。特别提出的是6号和10号老师，她们可能不是英语专业毕业的老师，但她们能充分利用空中资源，和学生一起学习，一起做游戏，共同操练，这很值得让我们去借鉴。

4. consolidation and e_tension 就是对我们所学的知识做一个总结和拓展。

这几部教学环节相辅相成，互相联系。教学时我们可以用简单的游戏、歌曲甚至是短短的几句课堂用语就能将它们自然衔接，慢慢过渡，但有很多老师常常忽视这些，使的下一个环节出现的有点突然。比赛中我认为做的比较好的有_号等老师。

三、关于课堂教学细节的处理

优秀的课堂之所以优秀，除了教学结构外，还有细节的独特处理，就如人一样，七分长相三分打扮。如1号、2号、10号老师的cai课件，4号和9号老师独特新颖的词卡，4号和13号老师漂亮的板书设计，11号和12号老师多样的评价语，13号和14号老师完整的评价体系(形成性评价与终结性评价相结合)，5号和12号老师好听的语音语调，特别是12号老师夸张的语音语调和态势语，这些都留给了我们每一个在场的老师深刻的印象。

总的说来，各位老师都能较好的完成教学任务，但是也存在不少问题，需要去改善：

1.加强自身学习，少犯知识性错误。尽量运用简短的英语，让学生听懂指令。

2.缺少对语言情境的创设，各个知识点之间出现一定的块面，如果能够一条线索贯穿起来就更加好了。

3.对学生的小组活动需加强指导，培养学生用英语交流的习惯。

4.要探究对课堂知识的拓展。

5.应注重细节的处理，如板书设计、学生座位的安排、评价语的多样化等。

今天，在王老师的组织安排下，我们聚在一起共同学习。感谢各位领导对我们工作的支持与理解，也感谢王老师为我们全市老师们和学生们在不到一年的时间里提供了多次展示自我的舞台。我相信，在王老师的领导下，我们仙桃市小学英语会有更大的进步。谢谢!

下午好!非常感谢大家来参加这次家长会。我是数学老师。今天趁这个机会，我想主要和大家交流一些数学学习的问题。二年级的数学同一年级相比，抽象知识多，难度加大。有些孩子一时难于适应，再加上没有好的学习习惯，这样也就很容易出现两极分化。下面我分三个方面跟家长交流：

一、 关注口算能力的培养。

数学是一门基础学科，各个单元的内容之间都存在有机联系，后面的学习是对以前学过的内容进行更高层次的深化学习，如果基础不牢靠，以后的学习也会变得艰难。所以应尽可能在低年级时学好基础课程。其中口算是低年级数学教学的重要组成部分，是学生学习数学的基础，口算速度的快慢、口算的正确率直接影响着学生的数学能力，而良好的口算能力也让孩子在今后中高年级的学习中，把其主要精力放在更深层次的知识学习上，不需再花精力在低级的计算上了.

二、关注孩子解决问题能力的培养，指导孩子学会思考。

学习数学离不开解题，要解题必须先看懂题目。根据我们以往的教学经验，很多学生做题中出现的错误，不是不会做，而是由于没有仔细看清题目要求造成的，有的孩子已经养成了马虎读题，甚至不读完题目就草率下笔的坏习惯，再不改就更困难了。我们知道中考高考差几分都不行，千万不能一句“粗心”就可以忽略，我们一定要从现在开始重视帮助孩子养成良好的读题习惯。指导孩子读题，读懂每一句话，养成认真审题的习惯，这是确保做题正确的第一步，也是关键的一步。俗话说：熟读百遍，其意自现。

特别是解决实际问题，也就是通常我们所说的应用题，失起分来也是最多的，我们在课堂教学中要求学生至少读题三遍：第一遍，老师带着读，读通每句话;第二遍，自己点着题目读，圈出关键字词;第三遍理清数量关系，寻找解题策略。

平时我们也指导学生在题目上做上一些标记，目的也是逼着孩子去读题，字字入眼，协助理解，进行正确的解答。引导孩子养成爱动脑的习惯。本学期还增加了两步计算的应用题，孩子必须读题理解题意后，明确先求什么，再求什么，再列分步式计算，切忌盲目用已知数去凑算式。所以在家辅导也同样要让他多读几遍

题，我们家长既不能因包办代替，也不能不闻不问，关键在于正确引导。同时，家长要鼓励孩子不懂就问，适当给一些指导和帮助。

三、注重培养孩子良好的学习习惯

要学好知识，对于低年级学生来说，关键是养成良好的学习习惯。好的学习习惯一旦形成，将会使孩子受益终生。优秀的学生往往就是学习习惯养成较好的学生。但在课堂教学中，一些学生表现出浮躁，精神无法集中，行为、习惯比较散漫等现象。部分孩子对数学作业，只求速度不求质量。改错是草草了事完成，对错题没有认真去思考并订正。作业的书写也开始潦草。那么我们作为家长应该如何协助孩子养成好习惯呢，给家长几点建议： 1、 正确对待并重视孩子的回家作业，培养孩子认真完成作业的习惯。 让孩子感受到你作为家长对孩子学习的关注，也有助于咱们家长及时了解孩子的学习情况。

有的家长说我每天都问孩子作业做好了没，怎么作业还是没完成好，光光口头上问一问，让一些不自觉的孩子钻了空子。回家作业少做质量差，第二天忙于补做订正，影响了学业。所以不管孩子是否自觉学习，我觉得家长无论多忙，每天一定要拿出5分钟时间来检查一下孩子的作业。您可通过检查家庭作业，了解孩子今天所学的数学知识及对课堂知识的掌握程度，通过孩子作业的认真程度，也反映出今天学习的收获。孩子的作业认真，说明孩子在写作业时，是用心的，是专注的，那么作业所能达到的效果就会非常的好，起到了巩固提高的作用。家长检查一看书写是否工整、清洁、准确，不能

能减少孩子由于书写不良而产生的差错。所以如果您发现孩子没有用心的写作业，请试着让他重新写得好一点，只要有一点进步，就要及时表扬。

检查作业二看答题是否正确，家长若发现作业有错误，一定要及时纠正。学习是一个错误改正、从新提高的过程，没有改错，学生就没有提高。所以当孩子做完题后，你发现了错误，一定督促他及时订正，因为题目刚做果，还有印象，这样的纠错效果会更好。

还有很重要的一点是要教孩子学会自己检查作业，如果你只对孩子说你做完了，要检查一下作业，可能孩子眼睛看一下就说检查好了，但真正检查了没有是可想而知的，所以家长可以让孩子把写好的作业一道一道读一遍，通过读一读还是能发现一些错误的，这样既让孩子又一遍熟悉题型，还提高了孩子读题的能力，或也可以用手遮住答案再算一遍等方法。他自己检查好了，家长再协助检查一下，有问题在给予帮助。

2、 培养学生学会倾听的好习惯。

倾听是学生重要的学习素养，是学生摄取知识的有效保证，学生学会了倾听可以提高学习效率。一周只有四节数学课，短短40分钟一定要好好把握。有的孩子比较好动，上课眼睛都不看着老师，老师要经常提醒，往往课上没学会，回家还要补课，更严重的是养成了一种不良的上课习惯。会倾听的孩子注意力集中，学习效率也高。

所以，孩子回家后，家长可以问问他今天学会了什么，你发言了吗?和孩子聊聊当天的学习内容，同时也达到了巩固新知的作用。和孩子交流的时候，请试着要孩子眼睛看着你说话，眼睛看着家长听，看看您的孩子能否做到。平时也要注意培养孩子专心倾听的习惯。

The Road to Happiness

It is a commonplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. This is only true if you pursue it unwisely. Gamblers at Monte Carlo are pursuing money, and most of them lose it instead, but there are other ways of pursuing money, which often succeed. So it is with happiness. If you pursue it by means of drink, you are forgetting the hangover. Epicurus pursued it by living only in congenial society and eating only dry bread, supplemented by a little cheese on feast days. His method proved successful in his case, but he was a valetudinarian, and most people would need something more vigorous. For most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. But I think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, except in rare and heroic cases, be incompatible with happiness. If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in common.

My favourite colour is green,we can see the colour everywhere:tree leaves are green,grass is green and so on.Green is also a healthy colour,during our lives,we seeing this colour more often is good for our eyes,and why we don't called those natural food like "Red Food","Blue Food" or "Purple Food"? So you can understand how impotant it is.Green means life,hope youth and etc.That's my favourite colour:Green,I hope more and more people will like green like me.
