It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of captivity.

But one hundred years later, we must face the tragic fact that the Negro is still not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. So we have come here today to dramatize an appalling condition.

In a sense we have come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. So we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice. We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of God's children. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the Negro. This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.

We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force. The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom. We cannot walk alone.

And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. We cannot turn back. There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "When will you be satisfied?" We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as the Negro's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. We can never be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow cells. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive.

Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair.

I say to you today, my friends, that in spite of the difficulties and frustrations of the moment, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal."

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slaveowners will be able to sit down together at a table of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a desert state, sweltering with the heat of injustice and oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

This will be the day when all of God's children will be able to sing with a new meaning, "My country, 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrim's pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring."

And if America is to be a great nation this must become true. So let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire. Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York. Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania!

Let freedom ring from the snowcapped Rockies of Colorado!

Let freedom ring from the curvaceous peaks of California!

But not only that; let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia!

give you a speech about my university. The title of my speech is My college, my

home.

Last September I left my hometown with heavy baggage and after a journey of

ten hours, I came to this dream campus with great expectation and

excitement.

I was deeply attracted by the elegant environment of our campus the moment

I stepped into the university. Straight, wide roads enjoyed the shade and

Our university is a famous academic center. The teaching staff are all

learned professors. Many of them are world-wide known for their wide range of

knowledge and charming personality. I respect my teachers! I admire my teachers!

I love my teachers! Various activities are carried here. They not only bring me

happiness but also improve myself. I meet with a lot of classmates and make a

large number of friends. When I feel upset, the will give me a hand; when I am

Hello everyone! My name is, a student from*college. I am glad to give you a speech about my university. The title of my speech is My college, my home.

Last September I left my hometown with heavy baggage and after a journey of ten hours, I came to this dream campus with great expectation and excitement.

I was deeply attracted by the elegant environment of our campus the moment I stepped into the university. Straight, wide roads enjoyed the shade and shelter provided by lordly, green trees. Ancient buildings of great refinement enjoyed the company of flocks of birds flying and singing overhead. Scrolls of warm welcome greeted me and volunteers with smiles came to my help. My heart was filled with warmth. Yeah, this is the place where I will spend 4 years and this place will be my home!

Whenever I recall the past days, so many thoughts are flooding in my mind. But what impressed me most is a night when I got a stomachache during the first days. I had to turn to the aunts in charge of our dormitory for help. They were so friendly and warm-hearted. They gave me the pills and reminded me of having more hot water. I recovered soon and I thanked them from the bottom of my heart because they brought me the warmth of home.

五月的春风情深意暖，五月的花海流溢飘香，和着春潮，伴着夏韵，在花海灿烂夺目的季节里，我们迎来了“五四”运动某某周年和中国共青团成立某某周年的日子。去年我在这里和大家进行了一次关于“中国梦”的交流，今天我想和大家谈谈“青春”这个话题。

近些年关于青春的电影电视作品很多，例如：《奋斗》、《我的青春我做主》、《致青春》、《那些年，我们一起追过的女孩儿》等等。偶然间，当你发现自己已成了那道令老年人羡慕，中年人留恋，少年人向往的青春风景线的时候，是不是浑身上下澎湃着青春的热血，洋溢着青春的热情。然而，你是否思索过青春是什么呢?青春该如何度过?什么样的青春最值得回忆?

有人说，青春就是享受，吃喝玩乐最潇洒。

有人说，青春就是奋斗，汗水浇灌的青春最绚烂。

有人说，青春就是狂欢，肆意享受、奢侈生活最欢乐。

有人说，青春就是拼搏，陶醉在成功的喜悦中最幸福。

那么，你认为呢?

当今时代是一个电火行空邀宇宙的时代，当今世界是一个瞬息万变迷人眼的世界!知识更新日新月异，科技进步突飞猛进。“落后就要挨打，懒惰就会失败”已成为一个不可抗拒的规律。我想我们每个人都有自己内心的梦想，为了梦想都应该竭尽全力去拼搏。只有拼搏才能实现我们青春的价值啊!

我相信，在场的不少同学肯定都是科比的球迷。对，就是凌晨四点的科比。科比是一个高中生球员，没有经过大学NCAA联赛的历练，但却是NBA最有影响力的球员。曾经有记者问科比：“科比，你为什么如此成功?”科比反问记者：“你知道洛杉矶凌晨4点的样子吗?”记者摇摇头。科比：“我知道每一天凌晨4点洛杉矶的样子。每天洛杉矶早上四点仍然在黑暗中，我就起床行走在黑暗的洛杉矶街道上。一天过去了，洛杉矶的黑暗没有丝毫改变;两天过去了，黑暗依然没有半点改变;十多年过去了，洛杉矶街道早上四点的黑暗仍然没有改变，但我却已变成了肌肉强健，有体能、有力量，有着很高投篮命中率的运动员。”

这就是科比，发誓不做第二个乔丹，要做自己的科比，他在青春里用拼搏为自己注解，用奋斗为成功奠基。

所以，青春是一道绚丽的风景，一串跳动的音符。青春是躁动的，青涩的，青春更是热情的，激昂的。“青年者，人生，人生之春，人生之华也。”人们历来把青春视为花朵一般美丽，黄金一样宝贵。青春之所以宝贵就在于它正处于人生发展曲线中“四大高峰”时期：生理变化高峰、智力发展高峰、社会需求高峰、创造高峰。因此，青年时期往往是人的一生中出成果最多的时期。古今中外，大凡有作为有成就的人，都是从青少年时期起，打下基础崭露头角，做出重大贡献的。因此，我们为什么不去珍惜青春年华，牢牢抓住时间骏马的僵绳，去拼搏、去奋斗，给自己留下一段美丽的回忆呢。不要等到青春老去，再唱起《老男孩儿》：青春如同奔流的江河，一去不回来不及告别，只剩下麻木的我没有了当年的热血。

奋斗是青春最美丽的底色。没有奋斗的青春是苍白的，没有可供回忆的青春是悲哀的。只有奋斗才能展现青春的绚烂多彩。“我们无法选择自己的出身，但我们可以凭借自己的知识能力，改变我们的未来;我们无法选择自己的外貌，但我们可以提升自己的内涵和素养，时刻展现笑容;很多事情是不期而至的，我们无法选择它何时开始。但是，我们却可以决定它的结果，这完全取决于自己奋斗的结果。”让我们用智慧和勇气扬起理想的风帆，用青春和生命奏响时代的强音。让我们抛弃迷茫，掌握航向，共同努力一起去奏响那青春的激扬乐章!

最后，我也希望高三即将毕业的同学们，你们在最后的一个月里拿出攻城略地般的气势，为了六月的高考凯旋而奋斗，并祝愿我们在场每个人都有一段无怨无悔的美丽青春!

尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学们大家好，我来自____班，我叫______，今天我演讲的题目是《梦想天空分外蓝》。

说起梦想，说起青春，让我想到了一首歌，歌中这样写到“从白云中看到不变的蓝天，从风雨中寻回梦的起点，从陌生的脸上看到明天，从熟悉的经典中翻出新篇，有梦就有蓝天，我的梦想天空分外蓝。”

我的梦想是成为一名摄影师。于是我踏上了求学的道路。在开往北京的火车上，我这样想过，值得吗?未来的路有多艰辛，我知道吗?下了火车，高楼林立的大厦，车水马龙的街道，我迷惘了。公交车，地铁所能想到的交通工具成为了我在这座城市里唯一的依靠，好不容易我找到了位于门头沟的六平米小屋，终于，我开始了我的求学生活。

白天，我背上背包赶去灯光闪烁的摄影棚中，细细端倪着摄影师们对每一个镜头的采集与捕捉;我坐在教室里，看着老师对镜头的讲解，灯光的控制，场地的布局，参数的组合。下课后，我开始了打工生活，我知道没有钱是无法完成自己的梦想的。在大排挡里，我一边帮着烤肉，一边还要端盘子，洗盘子，擦桌子，一个月七百元的工资。

深夜两点多钟回到居所，没有人会留下饭菜，没有人会嘘寒问暖，我依偎着梦静坐床前，回想着老师所教授的点点滴滴。就这样平平淡淡的度过着每一天。

18岁生日，那天，天空下着大雨，我与朋友用了仅有的钱买了个生日蛋糕，此时，离发工资还剩下5天，怎么办呢?那几天，我吃着小屋里仅有的的一些面条，穿梭在教室及工作场所。我不只一次的告诉自己为了梦想一定要坚持下去，终于，发工资啦。走，我们去改善生活吧。那天我们逛了天安门，故宫，王府井，这时的我才真正的欣赏到了首都的风貌，得到了一时的放松。

求学的道路是艰辛的，求学的道路是平淡的，当我收拾行囊准备回家的时候眼角的泪水不知不觉中落了下来，滚烫的泪使我清醒，那是喜悦的泪，那是辛酸的泪。终于可以告诉自己，为了梦想我努力过，坚持过!

朋友们，在青春的长河中，我用自己的决心认真的演绎着。梦，是沙漠里的一滴甘露，是悲伤失望中的一句安慰，是人们心灵最深处的渴望。王勃说过：“穷且益坚，不坠青云之志。”我们在这个复杂的社会中最不能丢失的就是心中的信念。相信我们有梦，我们就能实现

直到初三第一次期中考试，我发现同学都变了。以前，我不在乎分数有没有少；现在只要别人比自己高一分，就会觉得自己很无能。我还发现学习不好的学生在三年级的时候表现很好。我不明白以前学习不好的同学为什么变好了。我终于想到了答案，那就是：奋斗！

没错，就是因为人奋斗过才会有今天的辉煌。我也想有辉煌的一天，于是开始努力奋斗。我改变了学习态度，不再用玩的心态对待学习。我上课不走神，我认真听老师讲课；我不抄作业。

亲爱的老师、同学们：

大家早上好，我是高三（1）班的黄筱琦，很荣幸代表高三年级发表国旗下讲话，我的演讲主题是：无奋斗，不青春！

今天是个普通的日子，如常从起床铃开始，到熄灯结束，日复一日，转眼，我们由新生成了老生，老生又成了毕业生。

今天又是个重要的日子，因为这是20__年的第一个升旗仪式，五星红旗已冉冉升起，新的一年也已扬帆起航；今天是个重要的日子，高一的同学已经熟悉我们的学校，高二的同学步入承上启下的一年，高三的同学也正式引来了我们人生中重要的一年，在这一年，我们将结束我们的高中生涯。

我时常听见有学弟学妹们说起在学校里最容易分辨高三的学生，为什么？因为那些走路恨不得用跑的，洗澡吃饭都是抢的，脸色最沧桑，手上时时拿个小本子的，一定就是高三的。高三累吗？累！真的累！高一高二遗漏的知识点、落下的课业，现在都要补回来。我们每天迎着夜色开始早自习，一天总共九节课，晚修接近四小时，作业不断，考试不断。高三的学习压力的确大，但其中的人生乐趣，却值得我们为之奋斗。我的班主任吴晓鸿老师曾说“：你之所以不够优秀，是因为你不够努力和坚持。”明哥在一次广播会上也提到了俞敏洪先生的一句话：人生若没有一段想起来就热泪盈眶的奋斗史，那这一生就算白活了。青春岁月，我们应该做的便是为未来而奋斗，无奋斗，不青春！

我们正向着“金榜题名时”之喜发起冲击，我们将翱翔于九重天上。为了我们近三年的拼搏，为了走好人生的岔路口，为了打好那场无硝烟的战争，我们没有理由不奋斗。没有奋斗的青春，不叫青春，充其量是混过的日子，毫无价值可言。青春因奋斗而闪耀出绚丽的光芒，青春因奋斗而使我们热泪盈眶！

20__年1月15日，高一高二的同学即将迎来期末考，高三的同学即将迎来三调。20__年了，同学们，再不奋斗青春就过了，再不奋斗梦想就只能是空想了。让我们携手奋斗吧！希望我们都能有些想起来就热泪盈眶的奋斗史！

Since we go to school, we are taught that no pain, no gain, it means that

if people want to be successful, they must work hard. But the truth is that not

everyone can get what they want, even they work hard so much, but if working

hard does not bring success, why should they still need to work hard. In my

opinion, working hard doesn’t mean the person can success certainly, success

needs more factors, like the time, the luck and other things. There is no doubt

that if the person does not work hard and fight for his goal, there is no way

for him to get what he wants. Some actors start their career at the very young

age, when they are also 40, they become famous suddenly, if they give up, they

can’t be waiting for their reputation. So working hard, there is much chance to

get succeed.

当我们上学，总是被教育没有付出就没有收获，这意味着如果人们想要成功，他们必须努力工作。但是事实上，并不是每个人都可以得到他们想要的，即使他们很努力的工作，但是如果付出没有带来成功，为什么人们还要努力工作呢。在我看来，努力工作并不意味着人们一定可以成功，成功需要更多的因素，比如时间，运气和其他等等。毫无疑问，如果人们不付出，不为目标奋斗的话，他想得到的东西就无法触及。一些演员很早就出道，当他们接近40岁的时候才开始瞬间爆红，如果放弃了，他们就等不到成功那天。因此，努力工作，就很有机会成功。

同学们，作为新时代的大学生，我们风华正茂，有着斗厚的知识与学识。雷锋曾说：“青春啊，永远是美好的。可真正的青春只属于那些永远力争上游的人，永远忘我劳动的人，永远谦虚的人。”把握青春，才能成就梦想。

在我们的求学路上，我们应以学习为主，努力学习科学文化知识，做个有知识的人。在社交方面，我们要真诚待人，友好交友，多多参与社会活动或文艺活动，锻炼自己的综合素质。要保持谦逊的心态，脚踏实地。让我们的大学生活充实丰富，为以后成就事业奠定夯实的基矗

雄关漫道真如铁，而今迈步从头跃。同学们，请不要做无聊的诉说者，认为“我们什么也没有，我们只有青春”，当你拥有青春的同时却在浪费青春，而没有把握好青春，那么，你仍然一无所有。让我们漫步在青春的大道上，用辛勤的汗水和智慧去浇灌人生;让我们用行动去珍惜青春。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。”没有行动的支持，就无法真正把握住青春，所有的梦想都将成为泡影!

少年智则国智，少年强则国强。青年的一代是国家的希望，更是祖国的脊梁!我们必须把握住青春，才能成就梦想!

Choose to make that direction a positive, valuable, creative one. From even the most burdensome difficulty, you can begin to move forward immediately.

Base your expectations on your most treasured dreams and your most profound purpose, rather than on life's random events or circumstances. And nothing will be able to hold you back for long.

我叫x，现就读于莱州市朱由中学，我曾在烟台第8届中小学电脑作品大赛获电子报刊一等奖并且被推荐到省里参赛。

在初中四年里，我连续四年被评为市级优秀学生，年年取得了较好的学习成绩。

在这里，我要感谢我的老师，我的父母，没有他们的帮助和呵护，就没有我今天的成绩。

有了目标人才能为之奋斗，黄伯云、欧阳自远、诺贝尔等，这些都是我学习的榜样，他们在自己的岗位上坚持技术创新，尽管我现在不能像他们一样为祖国的科技事业作贡献，但是我有着一颗学科学、用科学的心，尽管在这条道路上会遇到很多困难，但我坚信只要有毅力，办法总会比问题多。

少年，被誉为祖国的未来，我们掌管着祖国的未来，为此，我们更应该学好科技，努力进行科技创新，为国家的发展、民族的强盛做贡献。

作为男孩子，我从小就对身边的各种电器产生了浓厚的兴趣，收音机、录音机、四驱车等成了我摆弄的玩具。

上了小学后，学习了一些基本的电学知识，这更增加了我的兴趣，我开始自己做一些科技小制作，积极参加学校组织的科技小制作比赛并且在二年级时获得了二等奖，这大大激发了我的创作热情，我还经常根据自己的需要做一些小东西来方便自己，像小电风扇、自行车灯、迷你四驱车、太阳能热水器等等都是我的杰作。

在三年级时，我代表学校参加了市里举办的科技知识竞赛为了能取得较好的成绩，我做了大量的科技知识准备，我在指导老师的帮助下学习了三到五年级的科技知识。

勤奋是走向成功的必经之路，在这次比赛中我取得了较好的成绩，这大大鼓舞了我的信心，虽然以后遇到了很多困难，但我的老师给了我很大的鼓励，使我重拾信心，在此我要感谢我的老师。

二十一世纪的文盲不在是不识字的人，而是不懂科技、不懂计算机的人，上了小学四年级，学校买了一批新电脑，自此以后，我开始接触windows系统，并且对它产生了浓厚的兴趣，我参加了学校的计算机兴趣小组，在计算机小组这个大家庭里，我“贪婪“地吮吸着知识，我坚信，有付出就会就会有收获，我每天都坚持到计算机兴趣小组活动，我珍惜每一秒钟，时时刻刻都在努力学习，到了小学五年级，我已经熟练地掌握了计算机基础操作和文字处理的相关软件。

我从中学习了很多电脑知识，交了很多好朋友，我坚信没有比人更高的山，没有比脚更长的路。
