德国留学签证种类

在德国要攻读更高的学位，都是需要相应证明，而且语言方面是一定要通过考核的。而签证也是有所不同，高校学位、预科、语言班等，都是不同的，但是这些都是需要申请签证。如果对留学不太了解，或者是之前没有办理过签证，还是建议交给专业机构，会收取一定的手续费，但是办理速度也是更快的。

德国留学签证申请的具体时间

办理签证一般来讲是需要五个星期的事件，从收到了大学的录取通知书，到我们办理护照等等流程，都是要提前一些的。办理签证前，建议大家就看清楚录取通知书的注册时间，我们要在注册时间前五个星期以上开始提交申请等，也要提前准备好材料。如果说临时拿到通知书，一定要在我们申请留学之前，就先准备好所有的手续，这样手续齐全，审批下来也会更快一些。

德国留学签证要了解申请途径

申请签证的方式一般都是本人或者是代理人到留德人员审核部门提交相应的资料，然后开始申请签证。审核部门会将我们提交的申请资料，直接交给德国使领馆的签证部，只要是相应的材料没有问题，基本都是可以快速完成申请的。因为有一些学生无条件入学通知书，或者是纯艺术类等，都没有经过面试审核，所以提交申请的时候，必须是本人到德国使领馆签证处来办理业务。

德国留学签证需要提交的文件

具体签证需要的文件基本上都是相同的，签证申请表、补充声明、护照、护照照片、录取通知书、APS审核证书、高考成绩单、在读证明、毕业证、学位证等等，只要是和留学有关系的材料，我们都是要准备好原件和复印件。这里特别说明，一定要有个人简历，可以直接通过网络下载模板，直接填写，并且不要有语法错误等。

一、预科申请

1.资格限制

完成了高中的学习的学生，只要高考分数在本地二本分数线以上，就可以直接申请;而如果高考分数没有达到二本线，则需要参加德适考试，合格之后才有申请预科的资格。

在读的大学生如果想申请转专业的留学学习，也需要先读预科;专科毕业的学生也可以申请预科，不过需要通过APS的面谈之后，才有入学的资格，整体上范围还是非常广的。

2.时间规划

八月份开始进行材料的整理和准备，并且预约APS的审核，或者准备的是考试;十一月可以进行初次的审核和考试，时间可以延长到次年的四月，力求拿到一个优秀的成绩。

四月末可以正式提交自己的申请，一般会开放两到三个月的时间，七月开始陆续发放审核的结果，确认之后就可以办理签证，九月份就可以前往德国参加预科的考试并且开始学习。

二、本科申请

1.资格限制

由于教学的差异，目前德国的本科还暂时不接受高中毕业生的申请，入学必须要先读预科，或者以国内本科在读学生的身份提交申请，专业类似可以申请转学分缩短学习时间。

如果是985/211的学生，最短只需要完成一个学期的学习就有提出申请的资格;如果是双非学生，则需要完成至少三个学期的课程学习，才能够提出正式的申请。

2.时间规划

八月开始准备德语的考试，如果基础不牢固的话，建议先接受专业的培训;十月份可以进行APS的材料准备并且接受审核，同步进行德适考试的准备，要求大家拿到比较优秀的成绩。

五月份开放正式的申请渠道，大家需要抓紧时间进行材料的提交，会开放大概两个月左右的时间;在八月份开始录取公布结果，需要尽快确认并且办理出国的签证。

一、背景要求

硕士阶段的学习一般是对专业的要求比较高的，基本上不会设置基础课程，大家要有相关专业的学习背景，才能够跟得上正式的学习，建议大家提交专业直升的申请，是会比较有优势的。

此外就是实习时间等经历的准备，虽然这不是强制的要求，但是这是会为大家加分项项目，可以在国内的时候，就利用假期从事专业相关的实习岗位，这样才会有助于大家的申请。

二、学历要求

申请需要大家完成本科的专业学习，或者基本上已经养成了专业的学习，这样大家才能够确认自己有比较不错的能力，可以跟的上课程的授课进度，这也是学校审核的重点。

大家就需要出示自己的学历证明，一般要求准备好由官方出具的结业证书，或者由学校开具在读证明，一定要进行认证确认有效，这样学校在审核的时候才能够通过。

三、成绩要求

一方面就是是大家在学校就读期间的平均成绩，即GPA需要达到3.5分，才会比较有竞争力，当然申请一些热门的专业，以及一些排名在前面的专业，也会对大家的GPA提出更高的要求。

部分专业，对能力审核会有比较高的要求，对学生来说要进行的就是考试成绩的出示，目前比较多的要求就是GRE和GMAT的考试，属于专业性很强的能力测试考试，需要大家分数达标。

四、语言要求

德国有自己的语言，德语目前在全球的普及度也是比较高的，去德国接受硕士的教学，还是需要进行德语的准备的，而且考试还需要达标，参加的一般都是德福考试，基础的要求是B2。

建议大家早一点开始，这样可以有更长更连贯的时间进行准备，这样有机会在国内就拿到合格的分数，不需要在开始正式的专业学习前，还要进行预科的学习。

一、德国高中留学条件

1、学历要求

德国高中招生的学历要求是国内初中毕业到高中毕业的学生。

初三在读的时候就可以开始办理留学手续，这样初中一毕业就可直接出国，不耽误时间。

2、资金保障

一年文理高中的费用需要18万人民币。

虽然无需担保金，为了确保孩子顺利完成学业，专家建议您有足够的资金保障，但如果没有足够的资金保障，很难确保孩子在德国顺利完成学业。

3、主观意愿

面对低龄化留学的`问题，建议还是孩子自己主观上想出去，而不是被父母一厢情愿地强制送出国。如果只是被逼出国的话，在这个年龄很容易产生逆反心理，容易出现这样那样的问题。

二、德国高中留学时间规划

1、利用好寒暑假的时间，尽早开始德语学习;

2、至少提前一年申请德国高中，保证学习位置;

3、在国内拿到语言班和高中的双录取;

4、根据学生语言基础和学习速度，到德国学习半年到一年德语，之后顺利进入高中学习。

三、德国高中留学申请流程

1、提交材料报名，确定志愿学校

因为德国高中的名额有限，好学校的名额更少，所以建议家长和学生们早准备材料报名，提前争取意向中学的名额。

2、取得高中预录取

如果是现在报名的同学，大概在6月份左右会取得高中预录取，随后办理签证手续，等待去德国。申请高中签证需要面签，学生们还是未成年所以需要家长陪同参加。

3、进入语言学校学习

接到到下签通知后，9月即可去德国进入语言学校学习。德国教育部规定，国际学生进入德国高中学习之前须读一年的语言课程，语言课程结束后语言水平达到B2后进入下一阶段学习。所以在申请前，建议学生的语言水平如果可以的话能达到A2，这样才能保证顺利进入下一阶段学习。当然如果学生的语言水平在国内就达到B2+水平并且有证书，可以向学校提出申请，在入学前学校对学生进行面试，通过后可免读或少读语言。

I have been working since 1996 for the People’s Bank of China, a Chinese

version of the Federal Reserve, at its unique research institute of security

printing, with the responsibility of designing the Chinese currency and the

machinery to produce it. By engaging me in a variety of projects, the job

afforded me ample exposure to cutting-edge developments in computer

technologies, particularly in CAD software. I have, for example, recently

redeveloped a purchased CAD (Computer Aided Design) software to make it more

suitable for our own purposes. By adding our own part/subassembly to the

database and make our own drawing criteria, we have achieved dramatically better

efficiency.

My job performance, which has won me professional respect from all of my

colleagues, was achieved thanks to the strong background I acquired as a student

in computer science. My undergraduate GPA ranked first among the 63 students of

classmates in mechanical department, for which I was awarded first-class and

second-class prizes many times. My graduate GPA ranked among the top 4% of the

105 students in my year, which won me the “San Hao” scholarship every year

during the three years of my graduate studies.

Unlike many other Chinese students, who are content with performing well in

exams, I made a point of learning through my own hands-on experiences. In the

Master’s program at the Beijing Institute of Printing, I gained an in-depth

understanding of artificial intelligence, including expert system and genetic

algorithm, especially in neural network. For my thesis, I programmed a

multi-level BP neural network with C language to analyze my mathematical model,

and applied much of my knowledge in optimization. I thus became able to program

with a host of different computer languages, especially C++, with which I helped

my graduate advisor to design a paper-cutting machine. To analyze the mechanism

statically and dynamically, I programmed a software system to analyze and

emulate it on screen. In undergraduate studies, I had often programmed with

Fortran77 and the Basic language.

Upon the completion of my Master’s studies, I easily passed the doctoral

record examination in CAD/CAM of Beijing University, one f the top universities

in China. But I gave up the opportunity in order to gain more practical

experience in the industry. The decision proved to be right, as it guaranteed me

better access to sophisticated facilities, such as state-of-the-art personal

computers. With the People’s Bank of China, I have thus accumulated solid

expertise in many kinds of operating and application software systems,

particularly in CAD. I now have a firm grip on the latest developments in

computer science in China.

The challenges I met and the successes I achieved at the People’s Bank have

not only endowed me with confidence but also fired off my desire to further

improve myself. I have enjoyed high-quality and efficient production with the

use of a kind of PC-based CAD software, MDT, developed by Autodesk Corporation.

I now have a dream: some day, every person can design his favorite product with

some sort of CAD software, and then search for an ideal factory over high-speed

internet its production; and the factory will put specifications of the product,

as it has received them via the high-speed internet into its CIMS, and out pops

the product, as designed, at the end of the factory’s production line. It is a

beautiful dream for every engineer, but many difficulties the speed of

data-transfer and how to manage the product data among CAD, CAM, CAPP and CAE

systems. These questions are fascinating, and I would like to come up with my

own answers to them.

To prepare myself for advanced studies in your country, I have persisted in

improving my English proficiency. As demonstrated by my score of 700 (96%) in

the verbal section of GRE, I now have an adequate command of English for

undertaking graduate studies in your program.

德国的硕士学位一般都是二年制，而且是授课制的硕士学位，不像国内是研究型的硕士学位。硕士期间主要任务是上课，修学分，最后有半年左右的时间去做毕业设计。由于很多德国高校要求比较严格，因此很多同学需要两年到三年才能毕业，甚至有四年的情况。

硕士学位分英语授课和德语授课。毕竟德国是德语国家，相对来说德语授课的项目比较多，尤其是在东德和南德地区。在开放程度比较高的西德地区，英语和德语已经可以做到一半一半了。

硕士申请条件和材料：

不同学校，不同专业和项目对材料要求都不太一样，但是大同小异，下面列出一些必须的材料

APS审核是专门针对中国等少数几个国家的，以前是没有的，但是德国高校发现太多的学生学历造假，就有了APS审核这么一步。APS审核的主要目的是验证你学历的真假，同时会考你一些专业相关的基础知识。只要你是真真正正的大学毕业，而且专业学的不至于太差，好好准备下德语或者英语专门名词，APS审核都是可以通过的。

语言问题

你如果申请英语项目的话，你需要提供英语语言成绩，或者通过招生面试。如果是德语授课，个人推荐在国内考过了德福再来。如果你是在德国上语言班，大多数学生会选择考各个大学的DSH。也就是说要么过了德福，要么过DSH。

申请时间

德国学校分为春季学期和冬季学期，春季学期申请截止一般是上一年的10月到11月份左右，冬季学期申请的截止日期一般是本年的5月份左右，具体时间以学校为准。

目前在国内，一共有五个可以递签的地方，除了北上广之外，还有成都和沈阳，基本上覆盖了所有的城市，不过不同使馆的辖区是有着明确的规定的，大家一定要按要求确认，准备也要符合要求。

二、预约时间

各个使馆都会有自己的官方网站，大家需要提前登陆预约自己要提交申请的时间，这样可以进行有效的申请分流，不会耽误大家的申请，能够提高审核的效率，要考虑自己准备材料需要的时间。

四、现场递签

大家按时前往使馆，然后将自己的材料交给工作人员进行审核，确认自己参加面谈的资格，然后接受工作人员的面试，要对自己有足够的认识，并且坚定留学的目标，审核需要半小时左右的时间。

五、获取签证

大家完成现场审核之后，就可以回家等待结果了，审核的进度会在上查询，通过之后会将大家提交的护照和签证一起发放下来，邮寄到大家预留的地址。

1.APS审核

跟申请德国本科或者硕士一样，APS审核是每个想要前往德国就学的学生所要面临的第一关。需要注意的是，如果审核部在学生的APS证书上注明要上预科，那么预科就是必选项。另外，区别于申请本科的学生(申请本科学生参加德式考试代替审核部面谈)，申请预科的学生与申请硕士的`学生一样，是需要经过面谈流程的。

2.确定KURS方向

德国预科主要根据你的本科专业和学校来确定，所以学生首先要明确两个问题：1我要去申请哪所大学或是哪几所大学的本科;2我想就读什么专业。之后的问题就是KURS选择了，首先是我的预科学校毕业文凭能否被我希望申请的本科院校所接受;然后是我希望就读的专业属于哪个KUR。

3.申请日期

关于预科的申请截止日期，基本和德国本科的申请截止同步，也就是夏季学期1月15日，冬季学期10月15日。但这是个笼统的概念，具体的时间需要在确定学校之后，在学校的官网上查询。

4.语言准备

预科相对于本科入学，对语言的要求没有那么高，但是并非没有要求。在德国，预科是专业上的预备，并非语言上的预备。所以，在学生赴德进入预科阶段学习前，建议学够至少800学时的德语。否则，预科能否顺利毕业就会是个问题。并且，预科结业试的成绩会直接影响你的本科申请，当然是结业试成绩越好申请到好学校的几率越大，所以，为了能在一年的专业学习后拿到理想的成绩，前期的语言准备是很有必要的。

5.预科难度

不同的预科申请难度也是各不相同，法兰克福，海德堡，萨尔的预科申请由于竞争激烈一般很难申请到;而黑森州，图灵根州，诺德豪森的预科考试难度较小，kurs设置齐全，相对申请会比较容易些;此外北威州的预科由于席位多一般也能拿到ZU，但是考试难度稍大;还有一些小的预科，比如德国东部城市弗莱贝格的T

KURS，录取机会大考试容易但是发zu少。特别需要注意的是，像慕尼黑，汉诺威，汉堡，哈雷的预科由于发的zu多参加AUFNAHME的人也多竞争激烈，考试不是一般的难。建议语言条件一般的学生不要申请这几个地区的预科。

6.本科申请

预科毕业之后顺利通过FSP(预科结业考试)，就可以开始申请德国大学本科了。需要注意的是，一般一个学生有两次机会考FSP。首次考试未通过按照规定只允许半年或者一年后补考一次，如果还不过只能在签证允许条件下转读其他预科。成绩上的要求，申请限制专业在2.0之内，非限制专业也尽量保证3.0。

Born in June 19_, I grew up in Lanzhou, a city that boasts of a history of

thousands of years and a cultural heritage that is as colorful as it is old. Few

cities, either in China or beyond, can match it in the richness of architectural

styles. Stradding the upper Yellow River that sired the Chinese civilization,

Lanzhou prides itself in both her past glory laden in the ancient structures on

the north bank and her new found prosperity oozing out of the dazzling

high-rises in the south. Although, as a child, I was not always able to

articulate my admiration for such striking contrast, I constantly beheld the

city's landscape in awe. I began to understand, at that young age, that

architecture can be a powerful symbol of culture, a people and the spirit of an

era.

My first intellectual mentor, one of my parents' best friends, was an

artist seasoned in oil painting and photography. She often brought me with her

when she traveled, and it was on these trips that her creative mind worked in

full gear. I thus observed how human hands could work wonders by recreating the

beauty of natural scenery in the form of sketches, paintings and photos. What

was more important, I got to know that there are professions of creative work

that calls for imagination and craftsmanship.

Fervent with creative art and fascinated with architectural design, I

entered in 1992 into the Department of Architecture of Tsinghua University,

China's top engineering school, on the strength of my outstanding performance in

the highly competitive National University Entrance Examinations.

At Tsinghua, I went through five years of vigorous training and thus

acquired exquisite skills in drawing and design. Since I understood from early

childhood that inspiration often comes from nature, I traveled far and wide

throughout China's vast territory, setting my foot even in outlying Tibet and

Xingjiang, both in the country's westernmost interior. These travels allowed me

to trace modern China's culture to its different sources, and the variety not

only deeply impressed me but also fired my imagination. In my graduation

project, Cashi Contemporary Art Museum in Xinjiang, I successfully blended a

natural environment into my artistic design by using a system of water

circulation to support and sustain the building. As the most significant

resource in an agricultural enclave surrounded by desert, water represents hope

for both the people and their land. With the water circulation system, the

building took on added vitality.

In mid-1997, I graduated with my B. S. and took a job as a designer with

the Beijing-based "company." My career as an architect thus took off.

Once I have settled into the real world of architectural design, I

developed my career path quickly, playing substantial roles in a stream of

projects. To date, my most significant responsibility has been to work as a main

designer in (a key state) project, in which I led a group of my colleagues in

meeting a daunting challenge. In addition to gaining a profound understanding of

the technical difficulties necessarily attendant to such large-scale projects, I

learned to work effectively within a team that also included my clients and

colleagues. The teamwork thus not only strengthened my professional competence

at conceptual and technical design but also honed my leadership skills that can

be put to good use in other situations. As a result, I now feel even more

confident of myself than I was before.

My experience in general, and the six years of frequent traveling in

particular, has left an indelible mark on my intellectual development. As I can

now readily appreciate a society's cultural, historical and socio-political

impact on its architectural styles, I now try to reflect my own cultural and

social background in my own designs. These days, I view architecture not just as

a career but, more importantly, as an expression of my professional progress,

and I fell that it is an view more compatible with Western rather than Chinese

pedagogy. In any case, I have already been through China's best school for

architectural studies, and I am convince that the further development of my

professional qualifications requires more advanced training in a school like

yours. I believe that advanced studies under your seasoned guidance will endow

me with a broader vision and more profound insights, with which I can make still

一、准备材料

申请材料的准备主要分为两个步骤，搜集和公证。

前期需要努力学习，顺利毕业，获取毕业证，并且校内成绩的平均绩点能够达到一个比较满意的水平;此外还要学习德语，参考语言等级考试，获取合格证明。

还有一些辅助性的文书材料需要准备，个人简历和个人陈述需要自己来写好，而推荐信和套磁信则需要主动联系老师和教授来书写。

当所有的材料都准备好之后，大家需要做的，就是按照要求将需要公正的材料整理好，一起去公证处翻译并公证。

二、APS审核

APS审核是一定要做的，这是德国对学生学历是否真实有效的检查，过程并不麻烦，但是一定要做。

三、正式申请

当你将以上准备都做好之后，等待学校开放申请，就可以直接开始了。

首先要去学校的注册并填写申请表，有部分学校需要学生将申请表打印出来随申请材料一起邮寄，一定要看法学校的要求。

提交申请表之后，就需要将准备好的申请材料打包，按照学校提供的地址，通过邮件寄过去。

四、办理签证

经过一个月左右的等待之后，会受到来自学校的通知。如果正式获取了学校的offer，就可以去办签证了。

申请签证需要准备好护照、录取通知书和其他辅助材料，德国的留学生签证申请是比较漫长的过程，一般需要一到两个月，大家可以和大使馆保持联系，跟进进程。

一、必须要过语言

德国大学录取过程中对语言的要求也相对较低，仅仅满足于一纸学时证明和面试时简单的几个问句。当你手拿大学录取通知书(请注意：德国的大学录取通知书同中国的完全是两种意义。德国的大学录取通知书更准确地应称为有条件录取，必须通过语言考试才能注册)毕竟国内学生从小学的是英语，(极少有从小为留德就开始做准备学习德语)都是临近申请前突击学习几百学时。赴德后必须经过德国语言班的学习并通过语言等级考试DSH2。根据德国的`有关规定，两年之内无法通过大学语言考试，即被遣返回国。所以必须得埋头苦学德语，务必在国内把德语基础打扎实，最好在国内通过德语水平考试后再出国，这样一方面可使自己在德国有一个宽松的学习环境，另一方面也可迅速适应完全陌生的学习环境。

二、教学体制差异大

德国大学的教学体制与中国很不相同。最明显体现在德国大学高度强调学生学习的自觉性和能动性，教授一般不督促学生的课外学习，通常只是负责讲好自己的课，并给学生列出一长串的参考书目，至于你上课有没有听懂或是学习上是不是有困难，只要你不主动去问，他也一概不去关心，至于你有没有去读参考书，他更是不管。而且德国的大学教授通常都有自己的辅导时间，规定时间之外，你很难找到他。这种放手的教学机制让从小就被家长和老师计划安排好了的中国学生很难适应。因为自主能力差，导致学习计划一团糟，影响学习成绩，同时也挫伤了学习兴趣。

三、德国学制长

德国大学学制很有自身特点：学习时间不受限制，只要你修满必需的学分，不论你是花五年的时间还是十年的时间，都可让你毕业。这对一个学习不很自觉的人来说，客观上很容易养成惰性。虽然中国人以聪颖勤奋闻名，但在德国学习却很难偷得上巧，一般需要多花半年甚至更多的时间才能顺利完成学业并拿到学位。这同英美国家一两年即可获得一个学位相比，无疑要落后很多。

不过，德国学制长并不是一无是处，起码有一点是世界公认的：德国虽然没有大牌大学，但它的大学文凭含金量却是极其高的。

四、不易申请奖学金

因为德国大学是免费教育，所以它本身不设立奖学金。奖学金通常由德意志学术交流中心(DAAD)或是德国各个政党的基金会如阿登纳基金会、埃伯特基金会、瑙曼基金会等提供。资助对象绝大多数为大学高年级的学生，也包括外国学生，但主要照顾欧洲和北美国家，中国学生除非学习成绩出众，一般很难申请到奖学金。而且奖学金金额要较英美国家少一些。此外，几乎没有任何一个基金会会向申请者提供整个学习期间的资助。

在中国的重点大学已学习一学期以上者，可直接入德国大学就读专业;

在中国的普通大学已学习一学期以上者，可进入德国大学预科学习;

在中国的普通大学已学习三学期以上者，可直接进入德国大学就读专业;

中国的三年制大专毕业生，可进入德国大学预科学习。

具备1000学时的德语语言学时证明(参加德国大学项目的申请者不需此证明)

申请资格与学历挂钩

德国对于先前不同学历的申请人区分对待。高中毕业生不具备申请德国大学(包括大学预科)的资格。若要赴德留学，须在基础教育高中毕业后，通过“全国统一高等学校入学考试”，进入大学本科或三年制大专学习。然后，个人可以根据原高校地位，留学是否转换专业等情况，确定自己在中国高校学习多久以后可以申请德国高校。

I always believe that the opportunities only dawned on those with full

preparations. On Nov. 17 this year, I participated in the selective trial of the

registered accountants held by China Registered Accountant Association, in which

I ranked to the top in the examinations and will be sent to practise in the big

international accounting company in foreign country. It is a very competitive

trial with over 150 excellent students majoring in accounting as the

participators, including those in _ University and _ University. When my

friend asked me how I prepared for this contest and got such a good score, I

told them that the only thing I did was to keep a smooth heart and full

confidence towards the precipitate contest. Actually, for years, I have never

stopped making preparations by learning carefully and diligently for the coming

of the contest.

Two years ago when I first entered our university, I was selected into the

best class in our school for my outstanding score. This class consists of 150

excellent students out of 3000 freshmen that year with the best professors

(Including the president of the school, department dean and the doyen professors

on every subject) teaching us. Therefore, my view was largely broadened in the

nutritious studying atmosphere, where I was deeply influenced by their

researching experience and personal charms as well as learning abundant

professional knowledge and cultivating my unique ideas. Besides, many of my

learning habits and thinking styles came from the study there. Meanwhile

however, I also shouldered heavy pressure because we must be the best in such a

class under the attention of all the teachers and students in the school.

Therefore, I tried to do everything perfectly without missing any small problem.

At the end of last year, I happened to find the suggestion collection paper for

the “Asset Decrease Accounting Standard” on the website, which was quite

different from what I learnt in books. Cherishing the aroused interest, I spent

over one month in learning this standard carefully by reading large amount of

files and discussing with my teacher for the cognition of the developing

process, problems and influence to the registered companies of the Asset

Decrease Calculation. Finally, I published my article on the core magazine of

“Finance and Accounting”. Besides, I am a girl who liked challenges. On

completing my study in the three years, I accepted many challenges without any

hesitation. I could get much pleasure when racing with time because I believe

that the valuable use of every minute means the success. Therefore, I was very

excited to be able to enter the graduate school one year earlier than other

students in class taking advantage of my insistent efforts to learn twice as

much knowledge as them. Meanwhile, I am very proud that I got the first

scholarship in my sophomore year for my excellent score.

In spite of the limited spare time with 5-6 hours on my daily courses, I

actively found many opportunities to do the extracurricular work. For example, I

asked my teacher for assisting him with his subject and helping him to summarize

the files because I am always trying to form my own points by summarizing the

knowledge I learnt. I think that study is an active action, which required me to

find some opportunities to improve myself independently. Taking advantage of my

excellent behavior, I was finally admitted by the professors and participated in

information seeking and estimation were largely improved.

My campus life is rich and colorful. As the vice president of the

Students’Union, who was mainly responsible for the work of Science and

Technology Association, I must organize some meaningful extracurricular

activities for students with the other members of the Students’ Union like the

debates and speech contests etc. In this process, my leadership, organizing and

team managing abilities were largely improved. In addition, I was also involved

in the work of External Relations Department, which was very difficult and

complicated because this department is just similar to the Public Relation

Department in the company. It was established mainly to connect with the leaders

of the corporations for the fund to our campus activities. It was just the

particular work in this department that presented me with a strong communicating

ability. Generally, I think that my participation and organization of these

extracurricular activities has improved my comprehensive ability, which is very

一、确定学校

一般的准备都需要提前至少一年，至少需要先确认留学的目标，给自己留够时间，对学校和专业进行了解，应该成为大家获取正规信息的来源，了解学校的硬件实力和提供的服务。

而看排名则是大家参考的内容，要联同专业一起进行了解，此外他人的评价也是获取信息的重要来源，但是大家需要进行筛选，对于个人的评价只需要参考不要被过分的影响，要主观与客观结合。

二、准备语言

德语是大家需要额外花时间准备的部分，因为这是大家没有接触过的新语言，不管大家是想拿到合格成绩进行直接入学的申请，还是先打基础再去德国接受培训，都需要认真准备。

国内就有不错的培训机构，能够帮助留学生进行不同程度的训练，如果可以提升能力到参加德福考试的水平更好，直接提交材料即可，没合格的学生也不用着急，德国会为大家提供语言课程。

三、整理材料

申请是需要留学生提交证明的材料的，这部分需要大家特别注意要求，既要保证所有材料的齐全，又要确保自己准备的内容是符合要求的，所以要特别用心按照标准来。

硬件学术需要由官方开证明，包括学校的毕业证和德语的成绩单，而软件中比较重要的自然就是简历和推荐信这类文书，能够通过中介进行整理和修改会对申请更有利。

四、提交申请

等到学校开放了申请之后直接将自己的申请表和材料进行提交，要确认相关部门受到了自己的申请，并且进入审核，可以直接在上追踪自己的材料审核进度，要和学校保持联系。

一个月之后就应该可以陆续的收到学校的审核结果了，进行对比选择自己最满意的一所，确认了录取之后一般还需要缴纳学费或者留位费，后续办签证的时候需要出示。

1、入学考试优异者奖学金

这项奖学金应往届高中毕业生是在德国考试中心进行入学考试后，发放给成绩优异的学生，金额为1万元人民币，最低2000元人名币，目的是为了奖励成绩优异的入学者，由德国考试中心发放。考察依据是学生的入学成绩，更好的解决一些家庭的经济问题。

2、彩虹奖学金

彩虹奖学金是奖励致力于环保事业的留学生，如果恰好是环保专业，或者有过相关工作经历，就可以通过组织或者学校申请。

3、Max Planck研究奖学金

这项奖学金申请的范围比较广泛，只要从事专业科研项目研究就可以申请。

4、汉斯·别克勒奖学金

这项奖学金必须由团体进行申请，目的是奖励给教育工作者，肯定其优秀的成果，而且要求学业完成后返回德国工作5年以上，每月440欧元，还有7文具费75欧元和35欧元的医疗保险费。

5、弗里德里希·艾伯特奖学金

这项奖学金考察依据是学生的专业水平，如果留学生在欧美科技研究或者社会科学学术刊物上发表过论文，获得这项奖学金的概率较大，金额为每个月440欧元，还能减少留学费用，并在通过考核后提高奖学金金额。

6、Hanns Seidel海外学生奖学金

这项奖学金主要发放给发展中国家的海外学生，而且条件是学生必须大学毕业以上的学历，研究生申请的话不能超过35岁，博士生申请不能超过32岁，还要求有良好的德语成绩和能力，金额大约在460欧元-760欧元。

1.学历条件：

目前德国不接受高中生留学，申请者拥有国内高校本科或者是专科就读两个学期的学历，并且就读的高校是中国教育部认可的全日制普通高校;

2.德语条件：

德国对于申请者的德语水平没有统一规定，但是申请者必须要参加德福考试，如果德福考试达到必备等级，就可以直接进入大学学习专业课程;

3.经济条件：

在申请签证的时候，需要提供经济担保证明，对于中国留学申请者规定的自保金的金额是1万马克;

4.年龄条件：

From childhood I have been surrounded by and thrived on many things

intimately connected with science. Born into an engineering family, my interest

in science was cultivated from an early age, for not only were my parents avid

pursuers of further knowledge, which they were always willing to share with me,

my hometown, Chengdu, is a city famous for its electronics industry.Before I

reached the age of 17, I had already won several prizes in various Chengdu

electronics contests. I won the Chengdu Electronic Design Contest for Teenagers

with my Traffic Control Simulator based on 555Ics, and a computer programme I

designed won second prize in the Chengdu Science and Technology Contest for high

School Students.

In 19_, in the highly competitive National Entrance Examination I placed

first out of more than 20, 000 students. I chose to attend Sichuan University,

the best of its kind in southwest China. During my four years there I worked

hard to achieve straight A's and my GPA was consistently in the top 2% in my

Department. Furthermore, as recognition of my academic achievements, I was

awarded the first prize scholarship every year. In order to graduate with a more

rounded education, I elected to take extra courses in both the Mathematics and

Computer Science Department. In 1994 I won 2nd prize in the University's

Mathematical Model Building Competition.

In taking all the major courses in the Computer Science Department, I

discovered that I have a particular talent for computer science. Thus I began to

explore more and more areas of this field. I participated in the 5th National

Conference on Image and Graphics, organised by the Institute of the Image and

Graphics (IIG), which further fuelled my interest by opening my eyes to the

possibilities presented by modern computer science. The Director of the Computer

Science Department of the IIG is Professor You Zhishen, also Vice Chairman of

The Chinese Association of Image and Graphics. Famous for his work on image

processing and computer graphics, aspiring computer science students vie for the

opportunity to study under his guidance. In 1995, I earned this honor by scoring

first place in the highly selective national graduate student examinations in

all of the computer science examinations.

Before taking up this opportunity, I completed an internship at the

Headquarters of ChangHong Electronics Corporation, one of the biggest in China,

where I obtained first-hand, practical experience of the application of advanced

technologies in the modern electronics industry. I then graduated with my

Bachelor of Science, and began research for my Master's Degree in Computer

Science. From this moment forth I have concentrated my attentions on computer

science. My first project was to conduct research on the Multichannel Digital

Synchronised Log, part of a larger project (DRS Radio Simulator) our Institute

was organising. This project came 2nd in the 1996 National Science and

Technology Progress Awards, the most prestigious awards in the industry. As a

team member, I learnt the value of co-operation, as well as the importance of

individual responsibility in a project-oriented group.

In 1996, I participated in research on "Mias-2000 Series PC Based Imagery

Analysis System", during which time I developed the multi-dimensional slide

window method, while concurrently developing software on image restoration. As a

result of this research, the Dean of the Department invited me to assist in

programming another departmental project, a privilege he bestowed on few

people.

In the fall of 1996 I assisted in the most exciting project I have yet

undertaken, helping the software group develop a Real Time Video Coding/Decoding

System, based on CL560, and conforming to the motion-JPEG standard. Despite the

difficulties we encountered, due to the fact that this field was new to us all,

we worked day in and day out, filled with energy and excitement at the prospects

this field has to offer. It is in this area I would like to carry out my future

research, perhaps developing new networking algorithms and image-compression

algorithms to solve the problems posed by transmitting images on networks.

Soon after this the completion of this program, I worked on a

CAAC-sponsored project, "Research on High Resolution Display Systems," which was

based on the Sony 20_ _ 20_ high-resolution monitor.

After completion of my Master of Science Degree, I began work in the

Computer Science Department, and am currently in charge of a new project

entitled "Research on Computer Aided Sperm Analysis".

I excelled more than just at my studies. Amidst my tight schedule, I always

found the time to develop my skills in other areas, constantly participating in

college activities. I was the Vice-Chairman of the Department's Student Council,

Vice President of the Student Council from 1994-1995 and President of the

Graduate Council for 2 years. Furthermore, I was an active member of the Speech

and Debating Club, involved in debates in both Chinese and English and winning

1st prize in the 1995 Sichuan University English Speech Competition. I am

currently working as a graduate teaching assistant, tutoring the undergraduate

students, who know that my door is always open to them.

For as long as I can remember, I have been exploring the wonders of the

information age, attempting to discover its secrets. In doing so, I have

developed an entrenched team spirit, as I believe that advanced technologies are

always the products of joint human efforts I have a solid background in

mathematics, electronics and computer science, which I have taken full advantage

of in intensive research in the areas of information transferring (e. g.

computer networking), information processing (e. g. image and signal

processing), and information organisation (e. g. multimedia and computer

graphics). As the Thayer School encourages interdisciplinary research, it

perfectly suits my background and ideals.

I not only have the conviction that the world needs more advanced

technology but also follow that through with the ambition and daring to

Nearly everyone has a dream in their youth, and the seeds of my dreams

began thrusting up when they touched the soil of Chemistry. I was fascinated by

the distinctive individual properties of chemical substances and marveled at

phenomena displayed in experiments. They inspired me to explore the mystery of

chemistry and make use of that power. Combining science and engineering,

Chemical Engineering is a dynamic and continually evolving field of study. So,

following my graduation from high school, I applied for the School of Chemical

Engineering & Technology at _ University, which is the best university in

this discipline (as ranked by the Chinese Ministry of Education).

During my four years of college study, I had built up a solid fundamental

knowledge of science and engineering. Devoted and hardworking, I was awarded a

scholarship every year by the University. During the course of my undergraduate

study, I gradually understood the importance of chemical engineering, which is

the backbone of our society and has potential to help people make better lives.

I felt the weight of this responsibility, and hoped I could be a researcher in

chemical industry in the future. So it is necessary to pursue further study in

this field.

I started my first step by being an undergraduate research assistant for

Professor _ when I was a junior. My program deals with the synthesis and

photo-luminescence of porphyrins. With the guidance of my advisor and the

cooperation of a doctoral student, I designed the reaction route and conditions,

then, synthesized and analyzed the target product. To better accomplish my

research project, I took some optional courses like Organic Functional Material

and Nanoscience and Technology. My academic ability improved greatly and I

received encouragement from my advisor. During that period, my advisor also told

me, “The main difference between undergraduate students and graduate students is

creativity; a graduate student’s responsibility is to create knowledge, not to

obtain knowledge again.” Inspired by her words, I strove to inject my research

with greater creativity. As reactants in my experience were very expensive and

the yield of the product was very low, I tried many new synthesis schemes and

introduced bold modifications. Implementing new catalysts into conventional

methods increased the product yield and purity. The result turned out to be

rewarding--- a Chinese paper based my results is in preparation. I am confident

that my research experience and potential will benefit me in my future study and

research.

Due to my outstanding research records, I was selected from thousands of

candidates in China to intern in __ Electron Material Company-- a subordinate

company of Chinese Academy of Sciences and _ Chemistry—a fortune 500

corporation. During that period, I understood better the formulas and equations

in our textbooks from the real world production and procedures. I got to know

more about the chemical industry and made huge strides in the areas of knowledge

application and practical ability. In my opinion, accumulating experience in the
