三是不越红线，清清白白做官。要时刻弹响信念之弦，理想的滑坡是最致命的滑坡，信念的动摇是最危险的动摇，人们常説犯错误常常是一念之差，其实这个念是受理想信念支配的，道德上的堕落，经济上的贪婪，生活上的腐化，问题表现在钱财上，根子却在理想信念上。要慎交朋友，做为中青年干部，更要广交朋友，用活各种资源，凝聚各方力量，促进事业发展，但交友一定要慎之又慎，要把握好度，人非草木，孰能无情，要在兄弟情、战友情、同事情、朋友情上经得起实践检验，困难检验，是非检验，而不是为个人利益划圈子，讲义气，

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with petri nets and Data Mining.

人生是对理想的追求，理想是人生的指示灯，失去了这灯的作用，就会失去生活的勇气。因此，只有坚持远大的人生理想，才不会在生活的海洋中迷失方向。托尔斯泰将人生的理想分成一辈子的理想，一个阶段的理想，一年的理想，一个月的理想，甚至一天、一小时、一分钟的理想。当你听到这里，同学们，你是否想到了自己的理想?每个人都有理想，我也不例外，我的理想是当一名医生，来救死扶伤。白求恩大夫曾在战场上的手术台工作时，占长曾向他请求向后方转移，白求恩大夫却说：“手术台是医生的阵地，战士们没有离开他们的阵地，我怎么能离开自己的阵地呢?请你劝告别的医护人员转移，而我是绝对不能离开自己的阵地的!”是呀!白求恩大夫在硝烟弥漫、弹片纷飞的战场连续69个小时给伤病员做手术，连眼睛也没有稍稍休息一下，这是多么高尚的品格啊!可见，医生是多么崇高、多么全心全意地为人民服务的职业啊!我的理想是当一名拥有白求恩精神、救死扶伤的医生。为了我理想的实现而努力奋斗。扎扎实实地学好本领，用先进的科学技术为人类造福。

最后我想用这句话来结束今天的演讲：“少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强，少年进步则国进步，少年雄于地球，则国雄于地球。愿每一位少年都怀抱着自己的理想，在人生的航程上不断乘风破浪，奋勇前进!

我们常说：“你的理想决定你成什么样的器。”我认为，我的理想不能完全主宰我的命运，科学家不是靠空想就能当上的，我们需要有志，无论是幼年、青年、壮年还是暮年，都要勇于探索、勇于尝试、勇于奋斗。伟大的政治家兼军事家曹操也曾说过：老骥伏枥，志在千里;烈士暮年，壮心不已。我们要为我们的理想、我们的愿景去奋斗，那么，奋斗的目标和方式呢?在中学生中走红的作家韩寒因为在“七门红灯”之下落榜，因此极力去讽刺我国的应试教育，我个人则认为，应试教育的“利”大于“弊”，这种制度淘汰了太多太多人。正所谓“吹尽黄沙始到金”，留下的一定是会闪光的。那么，我们就不能在滔滔的学习潮流中被冲下下游。我们常说“力争上游”。我个人则认为为理想而奋斗之一场人生中的战役。我们要与不良的习惯战斗，为了我们的荣誉而战，为了我们的理想而战，为了我们的愿景而战。我的理想、我们的理想将会在这场意义重大的“战役”中褪尽浮华!

Nineteen years ago, almost to the day, we lost three astronauts in a terrible accident on the ground. But we've never lost an astronaut in flight. We've never had a tragedy like this. And perhaps we've forgotten the courage it took for the crew of theShuttle. But they, the Challenger Seven, were aware of the dangers, but overcame them and did their jobs brilliantly. We mourn seven heroes: Michael Smith, Dick Scobee, Judith Resnik, Ronald McNair, Ellison Onizuka, Gregory Jarvis, and Christa McAuliffe. We mourn their loss as a nation together.

For the families of the seven, we cannot bear, as you do, the full impact of this tragedy. But we feel the loss, and we're thinking about you so very much. Your loved ones were daring and brave, and they had that special grace, that special spirit that says, "Give me a challenge, and I'll meet it with joy." They had a hunger to explore the universe and discover its truths. They wished to serve, and they did. They served all of us.

We've grown used to wonders in this century. It's hard to dazzle us. But for twenty-five years the United StatesSpaceprogram has been doing just that. We've grown used to the idea of space, and, perhaps we forget that we've only just begun. We're still pioneers. They, the members of the Challenger crew, were pioneers.

There's a coincidence today. On this day three hundred and ninety years ago, the great explorer Sir Francis Drake died aboard ship off the coast of Panama. In his lifetime the great frontiers were the oceans, and a historian later said, "He lived by the sea, died on it, and was buried in it." Well, today, we can say of the Challenger crew: Their dedication was, like Drake's, complete.

And I want to say something to the schoolchildren of America who were watching the live coverage of the shuttle's take-off. I know it's hard to understand, but sometimes painful things like this happen. It's all part of the process of exploration and discovery. It's all part of taking a chance and expanding man's horizons. The future doesn't belong to the fainthearted; it belongs to the brave. The Challenger crew was pulling us into the future, and we'll continue to follow them.

The crew of the space shuttle Challenger honored us by the manner in which they lived their lives. We will never forget them, nor the last time we saw them, this morning, as they prepared for their journey and waved goodbye and "slipped the surly bonds of earth" to "touch the face of God."

I've always had great faith in and respect for our space program. And what happened today does nothing to diminish it. We don't hide our space program. We don't keep secrets and cover things up. We do it all up front and in public. That's the way freedom is, and we wouldn't change it for a minute.

We'll continue our quest in space. There will be more shuttle flights and more shuttle crews and, yes, more volunteers, more civilians, more teachers in space. Nothing ends here; our hopes and our journeys continue.

I want to add that I wish I could talk to every man and woman who works for NASA, or who worked on this mission and tell them: "Your dedication and professionalism have moved and impressed us for decades. And we know of your anguish. We share it."

What isNature? It’s everything that exists in the world independently of people, such as pants and animals, earth and rocks, and the weather.

Now more and more people are focusing on the nature. It is no doubt that the nature is important to every human being. No nature, no life. Because of the supplies of the nature, we have lived happily for a long time. And we started to gain every thing available from the nature. And this lasted so long a time. Today, people have discovered that the nature around is getting worse and worse.

What is threatening the nature? Air and water pollution, overharvesting of plant and animal species, overpopulation and so on. Overpopulation is the biggest source of pollution. Let’s take overpopulation as an example.

What does overpopulation feel like? When we move slowly through the city in a tazi. When we enter a crowded slum district. When the temperature is high and when the air is thick with dust and smoke. The streets are crowded with people. The streets seem alive with people. People eating. People washing. People talking. People sleeping. People visiting each other, arguing and screaming. People relieving themselves. People pushing their hands through the taxi windows, begging. People leading animals. People, people, people, people. As we drive slowly through the crowd, sounding the taxi’s horn, the dust, heat, noise and cooking fires made it like a scene from hell! I admit, frightening.

To the nature, overpopulation is a big problem. More people, more pollution. And the big population is threatening the nature every second.

The rapid rise in world population is not creating problems only for the developing countries. The whole world faces the problem that raw materials are being used up at an increasing rate and food production can not keep up with the population increase. People in rich countries make the heaviest demands on the world’s resources, its food, fuel and land, and cause the most pollution. A baby born in the United States will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the world’s resources than a baby born in India. Unless all the countries of the world take united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more people fighting for a share of less and less land, food and fuel, and the future will bring poverty, misery and war to us all.

For most of the developing countries, it is a good idea to control the population growth. For example, China has carried out birth control for years. And this plan has a great effect on the world population.

If the population continues to increase, if the air and water continue to be polluted, if we don’t do something to protect wild-plant and wildlife species will be declining. Species and biological communities have difficulty adapting to change. Economic opportunities and the quality of life of future generations are also put at risk. By protecting nature, we protect ourselves.

as everyone knows,english is very important today.it has been usedeverywhere in the world.it has become the most common language on internet andfor international trade. if we can speak english well,we will have more chanceto succeed.because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number ofthe people who go to learn english has increased at a high speed.

I enter tile university after years of hard study and preparation. But life in the university is not as satisfactory as what I had expected. I become lazy and don't want to study.I become silcent. I become puzzled. I don't know what I can do in the future. Then I become unhappy.

Four years in the university is only a short period when compared my whole lifetime. Now it has passed a half. In this year, many people ,such as my parents,my friends, ask me what I want to do and tell me to map out a plan for my life. I don't want to follow their suggestion, and I want to go my style. So I think carefully. I have been a young volunteer for five years.It's very happy and significant. Then I have adream.I want to join the University Student Volunteers Go West Programe. I think I can be a teacher in the west.I want to try my best to help them and help me. I want to see the world cearly. Now I can't reach its demand and it's very diffcult,but I will work hard in the next two years. On a beautiful winter day, I happened to meet the lovely spirit------

Black Faced Spoonbill, a type of migratory bird, which spends winter atHong-Shu-Lin in my city every year. Covered with snow-white feathers, it hasblack legs and a black beak. Besides the blacks and whites, an amazing splash ofyellow is under its neck. So elegant that I couldn’t help loving it at firstsight.

With a big and spoon-shaped beak, it can clasp fishes easily, which makesit a powerful hunter in birds.

However, with human expansion and pollution, only around 20__ ones areliving all over the world.

Like the eleven swan princes in Andersen’s Fairy Tale, the Black FacedSpoonbills have always been struggling to find a tiny rock which can offer thema momentary tranquility. Fortunately, they have found one in my beloved home. Iwould always hold them dearly to my heart and wish they would return with flocksof chicks in the following years, and singing……

hello everyone.

Today, I am honored to stand on this stage and tell me some shallow views

on my own learning. Although I am just a junior high school student neither

profound knowledge nor rich experience, but in my happy life in my heart I

always believe in the two words: diligence.

Since childhood, my parents told me that the reason why the poor birds fly

first and work hard can make them rich and strive for their own purpose; Later,

it’s my great pleasure to stand here to present my speech—change the world，

change ourselves。

it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day

by day， while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected。 not

long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity

announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ，because they

regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and

culture。

frankly speaking， i don’t quite agree with them。indeed， we should never

neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant

history and splendid traditions。 (examples)。but why can’t we absorb the

meaningful western holidays and culture。

there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in

china。 on the one hand， some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have

are reasonable and meaningful， such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc。 on

the other hand，the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to

prevail in china。 overwhelmed by such a trend，chinese unconsiciously get

involved in western holidays and culture。

with the further development of the whole world， the cultural communication

between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more

important。 we are indeed from different nations， but we are the citizens of the

same world， so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth

of everyone on the earth。the only way for us to protect our traditional culture

is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no。 what we ought to

do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our

splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture。 only by educating can

we set our confidence and belief towards our culture。 only by educating can we

preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us。
