3、语言要求:必须要在国内学习至少500学时以上;到了法国以后还有半年到一年半的预科或语言学习;

4、资金证明:银行存款证明(原件及复印件一份);

父母的收入证明,工作证明(及其翻译件),以及至少六个月的工资账户的发薪记录;

1、留学签证与旅行签证是完全两种不同的签证类别,无论在何种情况下,旅行签证都不得改签为留学签证;

2、签证办理地点为法国驻华使领馆及各地办事处;

3、签证审批期限视留学生的申请材料及个人情况而定,最少不会短于2个星期;

Dear _,

A senior student at the business school headed by China's tough Prime

Minister, I will graduate next year with a diploma to be conferred by the Quebec

Association of Certified General Accountants in Canada in the first joint

educational program of its kind between China and a foreign country. To build up

a great career upon this rare privilege, I am now applying for advanced studies

in your quality program, hoping that I can someday become one of China's top

accounting experts.

At Tsinghua, the country's most valued cradle of advanced talents that

houses my favored School of Business Management, I have been head and shoulders

above most of my fellow students in my class of 122. I ranked among the top 2

per cent in macroeconomics, top 3 per cent in macroeconomics, top 5 per cent in

international finance, and top 2 per cent in international trading. My

performance in mathematics has been particularly strong, with my GPA in related

courses probably the very best in the class. The CGA diploma requires completion

of 12 courses taught in English, of which I have finished eight, with a GPA

better than that of most others.

My distinguished academic performance won me the privilege of being chosen

as the only Special-Training Student in my class of 122 to join the university's

Program for the Gifted. Through this elite program, I participated in a

challenging research project headed Professor Chun Xiyang, head of the school's

accounting department. The project was aimed at finding the best way to control

cost at the North China Petrochemical Corporation, one of the country's best

known companies. As part of my research, I studied the corporate management

systems in the United States, Japan, Britain and Germany, and analyzed the

structure of Chinese companies. By the time I finished my part of the project to

professor Chun's satisfaction, I had not only broadened my knowledge but also

acquired the ability, unique among China's undergraduate students, to conduct

research independently.

Taking advantage of the university's emphasis on cultivating independent

thinking and practical research abilities, I have actively engaged in a variety

of research activities. I teamed up with several students to investigate into

China's township enterprises and wrote a research paper under the guidance of

our professors. With the help of my professor in public finance, I studied the

country's taxation system that is designed to divide revenues between central

and provincial governments, and I did this in comparison with the taxation

regimes of America and France. My article, China's Taxation Reform, analyzed the

possible approaches of improving that system. In my third academic year, I wrote

The Accounting Structure in Share-holding Enterprises, an article that dealt

with the solutions to the problems in the accounting system of the said

companies. In my second year, I worked as an intern at China Industrial and

Commercial Bank and acquainted myself thereby with the prevalent accounting

practices of the country's financial institutions. Such involvement in practical

research has added both depth and breadth to my learning of accounting.

Much of my academic achievements can be credited to my solid command of the

English, which has allowed me to read international accounting journals with

ease. Among my regular readings are Accounting Review, Accountancy, Public

Finance Review, and others. I have translated Proposed Statement of Financial

Accounting Concepts. My English proficiency is also reflected in the scores I

obtained in various English tests such as TOEFL (633,10/97),GRE general (total

2220, verbal 660, 93%; quantitative 790, 98%; analytical 770, 96%), and GMAT

(740, 99%; verbal 40, 92%;quantitative 50, 99%). I am sure that, with such

language skills, I can pursue advanced studies in an English-speaking

environment.

In recognition of my outstanding academic record, the university has

selected me to enter into graduate studies without the usually mandatory

admission exams, a privilege given to only a few of the very best students each

year. I have, however, decided to turn down the offer. I believe I will be able

to learn more on the accounting/finance program by pursuing graduate studies in

your university. Your program of graduate research and studies is known to be

holding a leading position in the field. Under the guidance of your

distinguished faculty and with the benefit of your remarkable research

facilities, I am sure I will be able to ground myself solidly in my chosen

career. After my Ph. D. studies, I plan to return to Tsinghua, where I shall

devote myself to a lifetime of teaching and research.

Yours sincerely,

CAF (Caisse des allocations

Dear _,

A few years ago, USA Today named the star of Buffy the Vampire Slayer,

Sarah Michelle Gellar, the epitome of the modern feminist. Declaring with her

take-no-prisoners attitude...vampire-slaying Buffy Summers has become... a

feminist hero who's smart, tough and self-reliant, the beautiful blonde was

apotheosized by younger girls. When asked about feminism, she explained,

Feminism sort of has a negative connotation. It makes you think of women that

don't shave their legs. Does Gellar consider herself a feminist? I hate the

word, she replied. Why is the public so uncomfortable with the word feminism?

Society implores women to strive to be smart and strong, but to be too smart or

too strong is discouraged. Instead, too many settle for being a Buffy, a female

with incredible potential kept in check by contemporary culture's definition of

woman.

Last year, one of my teachers cracked a sexist joke and I commented that I

found it inappropriate. He informed me the class was mature enough for such

content. After class ended, a male student rudely inquired, Are you a feminist?

as if it were a disease. I immediately reverted to a defensive mode, feeling the

burden to justify not only my opinions, but also the entire platform of

feminism; for a moment, like Gellar, I did not want to associate myself with a

term so disgraceful. Looking back on the incident, I wish I would have had the

courage I now possess to defend my beliefs. I am willing to take the risk of

standing up against a popular opinion if I do not believe it to be right.

Perhaps I illuminate the paradox many modern women face. On one hand, I

embody the prototypical, devoted female, assuaging the plight of Romanian

orphans and donating countless hours to the Second Harvest Food Bank of the

Inland Northwest. Numerous local and national accolades verify my role as a

nurturer and do-gooder. But when I step into a cross-examination debate round

where the object is to establish your case and tear apart the opposing side, I

risk being considered too assertive, too aggressive, and too competitive, while

all of these traits are seen as desirable qualities in my male opponents. Sadly,

many believe that to be feminine one must remain passive, a role I refuse to

accept.

Am I a feminist? If that means I take risks to make my convictions known

and strive to be smart and strong, then people can call me that if society must

label me. But feminism does not define who I am, it's merely a term to describe

some of my principles. I do not advocate every issue grounded in the feminist

agenda. Feminism neglects my passion for competition, my desire to enact change,

and my love of history. Feminism fails to capture my compelling feelings on

Weapons of Mass Destruction or on the high levels of poverty in my hometown of

Spokane. No one term elucidates my fear of failure, nor my aspiration to

transform others through journalism. Instead, feminism is just one of the many

terms I use to express myself, and to differentiate myself from Buffy.

Yours sincerely,

bzuowen

6、TOEFL(580以上)或IELTS(6.0以上)。

1. 本科以上学历(或者3年专科毕业生+工作经验);

2.选择法语授课专业申请者需要在国内接受至少500小时以上的法语培训;

3.选择英语授课专业申请者需要出具在有效期内的托福(550以上)或者雅思(6.0以上)成绩;

Dear _,

Born in _ to parents who valued education above everything else, I

consistently excelled my classmates in primary and high school. My father, a

senior engineer of a huge manufacturing company, would not accept any second

best performance in my studies, and I never disappointed him. One way for me to

stay the top student was to pursue a wide variety of interests that helped to

keep me physically strong and intellectually sharp. An acclaimed football

player, I led my high school’s football team as its captain into winning the

city’s football championship. I also enjoyed literature, music and

traveling.

As the best student of my high school, I was well prepared in 1991 when I

took the National University Entrance Examinations, held nationwide once every

year to screen high school graduates for higher education. Of the 100,000 high

school graduates who took the exams that year in my province, I ranked the

fourth in overall scores. On the strength of these scores, I gained acceptance

into the Finance & Accounting Department of the Beijing University, which

President Clinton described as the Harvard of China on his recent trip to this

country.

At the Beijing University, the country’s best institution of higher

learning, I continued to be the best student of the class. The university’s

business school, to which the Finance & Accounting Department belongs,

emphasizes, English and computers. I did well in all of them. In the final

exams, I got the full grade for calculus, and the highest grade in my class in

statistics, liner algebra, microeconomics, finance, banking and econometrics. My

average grade was 90 on the 1 to 100 scale, making me the undisputed academic

leader among my fellow students.

I began to have significant academic publications while I was still an

undergraduate student, something highly unusual in China. Taking advantage of

the university’s well cultivated atmosphere of academic freedom, I undertook

extensive research on top of my regular course load, which culminated in the

publication of a book, titled “Out of Dilemma”. As the principal author of the

book, I made sure that the book presented an insightful study of the Western

business management methods, especially those proven effective in the experience

of the Fortune 500 corporations. The book was unique at the time in that

detailed case studies were presented on a number of well-known Chinese companies

against the Western business management approaches introduced in the book.

I was also the only undergraduate in my department who published a research

paper in an academic journal. In the “The investment risk and its measurement”,

published in the January 1996issue of Chinese Technology and Economy Science, I

presented a mathematical model I myself have developed on the measurement of

market risks. Although the model has yet to be proven in empirical research, it

has received positive review among Chinese economists. It should serve as an

advanced starting point for me to conduct further studies and research.

With an impeccable academic record and virtually unprecedented

publications, I received many awards and honors, including the Outstanding

Student Honor in October 1992, the Guanghua Scholarship in 1994, and the

Outstanding Student Honor in 1996. In recognition of my achievements, the

Business School of the Beijing University offered in 1996 to accept me for

graduate studies without the normally mandatory examinations, a privilege that

is granted to only what the university considers the exceptionally gifted.

I, however, declined the offer by my alma mater. Instead, I joined the

Chinese Da Chuan (Group) Company, one of the world’s biggest shipping companies,

to work with its Planning & Financial Division at its headquarters in

Beijing. I wanted to apply what I had learned both in class and outside of it to

analysis of real business operations before I commenced my graduate studies.

That has since proved to be the right decision. Working with the Chinese Da

Chuan Company, with its 117 branches around the world, gave me a vantage point

from which I easily and regularly observe all sorts of financial activities,

such as the capital flow, the investment, the making of accounting statements,

the cost control, and the innovation in accounting computer systems. This has

not only enriched my knowledge of finance and given me clear perception into the

company itself but also provided me with the necessary empirical data for more

advanced studies in general.

While with the Chinese Da Chuan Company, I saw first hand just how big the

differences are between the accounting practices in China and those in the

developed world. To summarize my observations, I published a paper titled “The

Comparison between Foreign Accounting Information System and Domestic Accounting

Information System” in the respected journal of Finance and Accounting for

Communications. On the basis of these observations, I began to appreciate

China’s critical need to learn the more sophisticated accounting practices from

the West. In accounting as in so many other areas, China must bridge the gap

with the West if it is to survive and develop in the develop in the ever

shrinking global village.

Two years has passed since I first started at the Chinese Da Chuan Company,

and I now feel that it is essential that I receive further and more advanced

training in a quality Western university. Hence my application for acceptance

into your university.

Yours sincerely,

Dear _,

There has been criticism in the media of Chinese young people for being

egocentric and lacking a sense of social responsibility. In my opinion however,

this is not the case of my friends and I. While studying finance at Ohio State

University, I paid close attention to social issues in China. Some people are

benefiting from the developing economy, while many others do not. In order to

change this situation, and redistribute social resources more reasonably,

government support and policy reforms are required. I hope I can provide the

Chinese government with valuable consultation in the future so as to enable more

people to benefit from this economic development.

My studies at Ohio State University enabled me to acquire a deep

understanding of economics, finance, and accounting. It also gave me an

opportunity to learn about American financial systems and operations. The

American subprime mortgage crisis which caused a Financial Tsunami brought about

whole new schools of thought regarding the global economy. I realized that there

is excessive government intervention in resource allocation, especially with

regards to loan investment and loan projects. Nowadays, American financial

regulations are transforming from institutionally based and functional to

objectives-based. This is giving new ideas to other countries as to how they

could reform.

I did not start thinking about these issues in an offhanded manner. I have

been in deep thought as to the financial systems used in Chinese villages for

several years. China uses separated financial supervision, which has created

many problems including repeated supervision, high cost, and lack of an

effective coordination mechanism. Farmers find it difficult to take out loans

creating a delay in economic development. If this situation is not improved,

more than 60% of farmers will be unable to lift themselves out of poverty, and

there will be no social justice.

The differences I have observed between the Chinese and American financial

systems has inspired me to learn more about China’s current situation. In 2009,

I was awarded the chance to take an internship in a commercial bank. I mainly

helped my supervisor organize materials, but I also participated in interviews

with customers. One day for instance, all of the banks supervisors were too busy

to receive a customer requiring consultation. Fortunately, my experience

following my supervisor around, combined with my academic knowledge of financial

systems, allowed me to confidently deal with the customer. I introduced the

financial products available, and their characteristics. My supervisor later

closed the deal, but was aware of my conduct which won me respect and more

chances to work independently. Whilst working at this bank, conversations with

my colleagues enabled me to understand in greater depth why China is facing a

lack of credit. People in poorer areas have less access to credit, which is why

there is less investment. I feel that I now understand one of the biggest causes

of the gap between rich and poor.

I have also taken part in a number of charity initiatives. In the summer of

2010, I worked for “Yixin Web” as an intern, joining a project called “warm

school house”. In Shaanxi province in China, gas poisoning caused a number of

children to lose their lives. Later, their school removed its coal stove, but

lacked the funds to install a new heating system. Yixin Web raised 50,570RMB and

sent out electric heaters to four schools in the area. Although the leaders from

Yixin Web warned me that the area was desperately poor, but I was still shocked

on arrival. The hills were bare. A local teacher told me that the soil in the

hills had to be improved in order to plant crops there, but a lack of funds had

left large areas desolate. The government has set out poverty alleviation

policies providing interest free loans, but there are still many difficulties.

The main problems stem from the lack of a holistic financial system.

Four-years of college life have helped me truly realize that finance should

not be used as a means for personal gain, but instead as a device to help lift

people out of poverty. In the last 30 years China has developed rapidly, yet the

gap between the rich and poor has widened. In order to improve this situation,

the system needs to be reformed through policy analysis and the help of experts.

On the basis of strong financial theories and excellent professional skills, I

hope to study an MPA program and go on to enhance my decision-making,

analytical, organizational and coordination abilities.

I truly hope to obtain a professional degree in MPA from Cornell University

Graduate School. I believe the Graduate School will help me balance study with

my life, such as the Student Governance-Cornell University Graduate and

Professional Student Assembly, which allows me to have many chances to do

practice. I very much appreciate and value how the school helps new students

adapt to their new environment. This proves to me that Cornell University really

focuses on the students themselves. I am quite sure that what I will learn in

Cornell will give me everything I need to build my future career.

Yours sincerely,

I thought much before I began to write the PS. However, holding the pen, I

suddenly felt wordless because I have too much to say, too much to write.

Standing on the crossroad of life, I determined to study abroad without any

hesitations.

It was not the desire for the life overseas, but the pursuit of my

professional study that aroused my idea to study abroad. I was longing for the

further study and embedded understanding of the essence of Information Science,

tasting its charm. Pocketing this interest, I came into the department of

Beijing Forestry University. Through several years’ study there, I gradually

realized that the modern information society needed not only the professional

talents in information science, but also the embedded researches in this field

in order to use it into every enterprise. Meanwhile, it is certain that the

information science is just the developing trend in the future, which could

historically change the ever familiar life style. Therefore, in the process of

learning, I can taste its interest and challenge, with which I can keep abreast

with the latest technology. Furthermore, I think it was valuable for me to

contribute my youth into the Information Science, the most prospective

enterprise in the future.

My ordinary score on my school report will tell you that I am not good at

examinations. Those so-called “examination skills” are also strange to me.

Instead, I emphasize the practical operations and the real needs of the society,

expecting to learn the knowledge and technology that stands at the top of the

period. Therefore, I got the latest knowledge mainly by reading large amount of

English books and browsing the websites. Besides, I participated in many

practical activities, in which I could use what I have learnt into practice.

In my sophomore year, just as other schoolmates were submerging themselves

into the fairy world of PC games, I began my part time working experience by

working as a technician on the website of a small company. Just at that exciting

time, I found that it was very difficult to use the theories I learnt on class

into the practical work. Trapped in the gap between the school and society, I

collected and summarized much practical professional files from a series of

websites and learnt the HTML language and the CSS design by myself. From the

first attempt in the society, I realized that I got much from difficulties

rather than smooth work. On designing the information part of the website, I

could not find the perfect combination between the files. However, as a

hard-nosed boy, I was not defeated by the difficulties, but very excited towards

them. By classifying and summarizing the files I found on the websites, I

finally solved the problem.

yours Sincerely
