一、中国的国情决定了英语教学为英语外语教学

现在英语教材虽然改变了，但是我国的国情不变。我们国家的英语教学是正规的课堂教学，它必须通过正规的课程、正规的大纲、合格的教师，还有相当的一些课时来完成，是有教材、有测试这样一个正规的教学。在中国进行英语教学没有语言环境，中国人的第一语言是汉语，是中文。学习外语时，我们的母语已经有了相当的基础，所以在这种环境下的英语教学就成为一种外语教学。在中国我们的社会、家庭、工作语言和生活语言，学校其他课程教学的语言都不是英语，英语也不是官方语言，也不是我们的第二语言。

我们的母语可能对外国语的学习起到很大的作用，这些理由和因素就决定了我们中国的英语教学是英语外语教学。 新教材的内容贴近学生的生活和现代社会的生活，富有时代的气息，文化信息量大，活动多，强调综合运用语言的培养。我们有不少教师见到这样的教材就迷惑了：是不是让学生进行任务型的活动，就能使学生无意识地学习英语了。其实不然，活动只是一种途径，能促使学生获取、处理和使用信息，用英语交流，从而提高用英语做事和解决问题的能力。但是在中国，我们是大班上课，学生人数又多，那么学生在课堂上语言参与的机会也会相应的减少，同样程度就会差一点儿。除了在英语课上之外，其他的时间很少用英语来交流，往往环境就决定了学习方式的不同，我们没有那么多的时间来实践，就必须通过记忆，通过学习规则，通过知识的掌握以及知识的使用，才能获得语言能力。

二、英语应以语法为基础

语言知识是外语教学的立足点。从以上我国学生学习英语的国情来看，我国学生学习外语在很大程度上必须靠自学拼读能力，词汇知识是学习的手段，也是检查输入与产生语言的正确和错误的工具，特别是语法知识，现在有很多公开课，都避开了对语法的讲解，那么那些语法知识学生又能否在阅读当中学会呢？我深表怀疑。综合语言能力的形成是建立在学生语言技能、语法、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素质整体发展的基础上的。课堂注重语言运用能力是不可否认的，但是根据我国学习英语的国情，应该理直气壮地进行语法知识的传授。在我们的英语教学中应该尽量给学生营造环境，创设情景来教学，这样能让学生身临其境，并增加学习英语的气氛。可我们必竟是在中国，不像学习语文那样，有一个很好的母语环境，能让学生很容易的来练习，牢固的语法基础对我们中国人学习英语显然很重要。

没有牢固的语法基础往往无法很好的去进行阅读，更别说进行写作了。当然语法基础和阅读能力并不能完全成为正比，但是语法知识的欠缺会使我们误解，甚至无法理解句子的意思。如：He learns that he should have cared more about his friends.如果不懂虚拟语气，可能会误认为：He cared more about his friends.但句子本意为：He didn’t care more about his friends. 在讲解语法知识时我适当的用中文来解释。如果全部用英语讲解，讲完后，学生直摇头，表示不理解。在新教材中阅读部分在前，中间是语法部分，最后是综合技能。这样的顺序安排的不错，阅读应该作为教学当中的第一目标，讲课时如果一节课无法完成所有的目标，我们就可以把阅读当中的一些语法项目留到下一节的语法专项中一起进行，这样也可以起到很好的效果。例如：定语从句是高一一年级中一项非常重要的语法项目，第五单元的阅读部分中出现了一些定语从句，可以让学生先把这些定语从句找出来，等到下一节课再引导学生用归纳法把why ,where ,when这几个关系副词的用法总结出来。把综合技能部分放到后面，写作时就可以运用本单元所学的语法、词汇。

三、要重视对学生学习兴趣和学习习惯的培养

学生来自不同的学校，相互之间存在着各方面的差异，良好的学习习惯包括预习、复习和做作业的习惯，高声朗读及背诵的习惯等等。在教学中，教师要进行学法指导，有意识地去帮助学生形成适合自己的学习策略，并且要不断的调整学习策略的能力。教是为了不教，这不仅有利于学生掌握学习的方向，采用科学的途径，提高学习效率，而且还有利于学生形成自主学习的能力，并为学习奠定牢固的基础。 新课程特别强调教师要关注每个学生的情感，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，并帮助学生建立学习的成就感和自信心。

新标准把对学生的非智利因素的培养，鲜明地提了出来，充分认识到非智利因素在学生个性发展中的地位和作用，因此，我们要把培养学生学习兴趣放在首要地位。兴趣是一种探求某种事物，并带有强烈情绪色彩的心理趋向，它能使人们去探索新的知识，发展新的能力。有了浓厚的兴趣，就能变“要我学”为“我要学”，增强学习的主动性。学生对老师所教的内容有没有兴趣，兴趣多少跟老师的教学态度、教学方法有着直接的联系。老师必须使自己的课生动有趣，好的教法是激发兴趣的重要因素。教无趣，必不乐学。 探索的路很长，实践中的困惑又会成为我们继续研究的课题。我坚信。一路走来，我会充实更多的能量，会坚实前进的脚步，会看到多彩的果实 我还会进一步深入，扎实地探索，为英语的改革尽一份力。

2、高考命题杜绝繁难偏旧，基本以2013年的试题难度为标准；

3、2016年，英语将一年两考，三年六考，但是学生的会考成绩计入高考总分(A等100分，B等85分，C等70分)，学生可以多次报考会考，最终以最好成绩为准；

4、除了少数民族加分政策以外，其它加分政策都将取消；

教师备课检查小结

有效的备课是提高课堂教学质量的关键，同时也是提升教师专业素质、促进教师专业成长的重要途径。10月24日，我校教导处组织各学科教研组长进行了每月教师备课的例行检查。从工整的书写笔迹及规范的备课格式看出了老师们认真的备课态度;从准确的教材分析、新颖的教学设计看到了老师们的专业水平在不断提高，从有效的个性化复备及深刻、理性的教学反思看到了老师们的教学智慧。通过本月的例行检查，我们欣喜地看到老师们能从备课做起，扎扎实实地开展教学工作。尤其是年轻教师的成长，更加快了我校教师队伍的不断成熟。

一、优秀之处

1、老师们备课态度认真，工作扎实。母案中圈圈点点，并且对现成的内容进行了针对性地增、删、改、批，能把自己的教学理念融入教学设计之中，注重学生学习兴趣的培养和学习能力的提高。如王静校长能根据学情进行二次备课的再调整，再充实，只有课前精心的预设，课堂才会有效的生成。如夏铜强书记、尹宇和祝军主任虽然平时学校工作十分繁忙，但是在备课上他们都能认真对待，很好地完成备课任务，体现了对备课工作的重视。

2、教案结构的完整，可操作性也得到了较好地体现，教法、学法指导及学情研究渗透教案。尤其是品生、品社学科体现了生活化的特点，一年级的备课有时效性，第六课《秋游的回忆》，由于是孩子们刚从幼儿园进入小学，还不了解小学秋游的情况，教师能够将此课放在秋游后再上，让学生有话可说。

3、老师们的教学后记真实地记录教学点滴，写得很实在，但的的确确在反思自己的教学过程和行为，起到了有效促进教学能力的提高。如王平老师能从教学目标和重点入手谈自己的教学体会;周海华老师从教学流程与想法入手进行课堂教学的简要描述，在进行自己的教学思考，有想法有针对性;邹静老师记录自己教学中的片段并对其进行反思，语言干练。

4、教师们重视作业设计和板书设计，使板书真正达到提纲挈领的作用。如夏金侠老师能贴合二年级学生的特点，设计相应的口头作业，符合五严的要求;方晓老师的作业设计让学生有选择的空间;谢慧老师注重了实践性作业，如在《世界上第一个听诊器》作业设计中让学生搜集发明家的故事，开展小型的故事会;石莉主任的作业设计新颖，如在《普罗米修斯盗火》作业设计中让学生写一封信去打动宙斯，让他放了普罗米修斯;孙善林主任的板书设计紧扣文本，突出主线，层次分明。

5、手写教案的教师书写认真工整。如王越越老师的备课笔记看着真是一种享受，教学环节重点突出，二次备课思考深入，符合学情。曹萍老师初备非常认真，二备、反思写得也很认真;陆璐老师能结合自己的教学实际联系组内研讨课的课例综合分析，寻求更好地教学策略，针对性强，反思深刻;徐文婷老师坚持用英语写反思，非常好。

二、不足之处

1、部分教师的教案不能做到一贯的认真组织、设计，个别课时设计的不理想，还有少数教师备课缺少课时计划、作业设计、板书设计等环节。

2、设计教学过程简单化，设计的教案大部分是直线型的，一问一答式的，学生自主学习的空间不大。

3、教学反思力度不够，思想也不够深刻，不能更好地反思问题的解决方法和指导思想。教学后记要认真思考后再总结，既要指出本课的成功与不足，又要分析并力求找到解决问题的方法或打算。

4、部分课教学目标的确立还缺少与学生实际的结合，针对性不强，德育渗透比较生硬。教学过程中重点如何突出，难点怎样突破没有体现，个别教师可能在备课时就没去考虑哪些是重点部分以及应要花的工夫等这些问题。

5、特色教案少。

三、建议

1、手写备课的老师课时要超前，必须有一周的提前量，复备应有针对性，课后能及时记录课堂教学的得与失，这样有利用服务、改进教学。

2、电子备课的老师二次修改应及时，并针对学生及上课后的反思去修改，建议修改要有一定的幅度。

3. 电子备课的老师教学反思要及时上传到OA平台，做到教后及时反思，并及时上传，以备检查。

I was astonished and grievous to hear of the calamitous earthquake happening on May, 12th. It’s really a national disaster, causing tremendous loss to our whole nation physically and mentally. By now, the terrible earthquake has claimed over 60 thousand lives, injured far more people, and led 5 million homeless.

Seeing the related movies and photos, I could not help crying. I’m especially moved by those high-minded people in front of the catastrophe! I’m proud of you, tough people!

Despite the calamity, I hope that you, our brothers and sisters in the earthquake-striken area, will believe in us, in our government, and in the power of love. Our country being a big one with a large population of about 1.4 billion, if we share the calamity together, it would be reduced to only a small “shower”. 字母教学是英语基础教学中的一个重要环节，我觉得学英语首先要熟知英语中的26个英文字母，因为学好26个英文字母对学生以后的发音、拼读和记忆单词都起着至关重要的作用。因此，在学习字母阶段，我们要利用一切可利用的资源，创设情境，让学生和字母做游戏、交朋友。

1、字母读音教学

现在的学生接触英语字母的机会比较多也比较早。但是理解甚少，例如小朋友身上穿的衣物，学习用的文具、书本，吃的零食包装等都会有很多的字母。如果教师在课堂上还是按照教材中的安排，部分学生就会因为觉得简单而慢慢失去学的兴趣，甚至会对以后的学习产生不良的影响。兴趣是最好的老师，如果一开始就让学生对英语学习失去兴趣，将会使我们的英语教学陷入困境。所以教师在教学字母之前，可以布置学生回家预习，看看形状，寻找一下自己身边的英文字母。这样，学生有了一定的知识量，教师就能采取形式多样的教学方法进行巩固，使学生在形式多样的操练活动中得到提高。

2、游戏化教学

小学生活泼好动，游戏兴趣浓厚，英语游戏是帮助学生学好英语的一种有效的教学组织形式。在字母教学中，除了书上提供的活动外，教师还可以设计多样化的游戏活动。如把大小写字母分别发给学生，然后让他们分头行动，大小写的在一起，看哪一组快准，通过比赛的形式，学生很快就掌握了字母的大小写。Look for the friend”的游戏，教师把写有大小写字母的卡片发给男同学，把写有小写字母的卡片发给女同学，然后叫拿了卡片的同学站出来围成圈，教师播放音乐，音乐一放，同学们就拍手掌跳着去找对应的大小写字母，音乐一停，找到朋友的给两分，没有找到的(或找错)朋友的继续找，不给分。通过这种趣味性游戏，学生很快就掌握了字母的大小写，这样既调动了学生的学习积极性，又使课堂气氛活泼有序。

3.字母书写教学

我觉得字母书写应该注意三点：占格数.笔画.笔顺。我在教学时在网上查阅了大量的资料，有一首儿歌很不错，大写字母一二格，上不顶线是原则;小写字母很有趣，上面有‘辫’一二格，下面有‘尾’二三格，无‘辫’无‘尾’中间格，“f,j,p”占三格;“i,t”中上一格半。英语字母的书写不同于汉字的书写，它没有间架结构的要求，学生只要慢慢地书写，每一笔划都写到位，没有写不好字母的学生。当有些学生书写不够认真时，我先让他们在我的监督下一笔一划地完成书写任务，然后及时地表扬他们，并在全班同学的面前展示他们的书写。这样，他们肯定会产生成功的喜悦，从而促使他们更加认真地进行书写。最后还应该采取一些适当的活动，让学生觉得书写是一件愉快的事。比如，可进行定期的书写竞赛等。

4.字母字形教学

人都有想象力，儿童对想象的依赖性更大。而字母的书写首先要求学生能正确区分一些形近的字母。有些字母可以通过对字母想象、联想的方法让学生记住它们的形状特点。在学生基本掌握字母的形状后，还可以让学生根据字母的一小部分来猜字母，这种方式比直接叫学生认读字母要好得多。教师还可以编一些趣味的谜语，如：

1减1不等于0——H 山连着山——M

1加3不等于4——B 钓鱼钩——J

不倒翁——O 一把椅子——h

在教学中我们还可以编一些儿歌，如：大写M像高山，两座高山肩并肩;大写N三兄弟，手牵手不分离。弯弯的月亮(C)、零的突破(Q)、盘山公路(S)、三叉路口(T)、半只葫芦(B)、一座宝塔(A)、胜利的象征(V)、大号鱼钩(J)、一张弓(D)、一扇小门(n)、一棵小苗(r)、一把椅子(h)、什么字母是个昆虫?(Bb)、什么字母是我自己?(I)、什么字母既不是我，也不是他，而是你?(U u)、盲人最喜欢什么字母?(Ii)

5.复习法

我觉得在学习完26个字母之后，教师应及时、综合、灵活地帮助学生对知识进行复习、巩固，将零散的知识进行归纳、整理，有助于学生对所学知识有个整体性认识。字母歌节奏和谐、旋律优美，能立刻调动学生的视听器官，博得他们的喜爱，利用字母歌帮学生识记字母的读音，既可以活跃课堂气氛、减轻疲劳，又可以激发学生兴趣，培养语感，提高学习效率。在巩固时，教师可教学生唱ABC song，这种以唱开始，以唱结束的综合复习法，学生觉得轻松、自然，在欢快的歌声中正确掌握了26个母的读音，从而达到了知识再现和巩固的目的。此外，活动有助于学生发展智力和个性，展现才能，在活动中，学生能以主人翁的态度投入到学习中。教师也可组织一次：Follw me，please的活动，帮助学生理清字母顺序，教师把字卡发给学生，让持字母卡A的学生站后面说：“I am A Follow me ，please”，那么，持字母卡B的学生就站在持字母卡A的学生后而说：“I am B，Follow me，please” ，依次类推。经过梳理，学生对字母的音和序就有了一个系统认知。我在课堂中，和学生一块背诵字母是采用三种声调的方式，边在空中用手写边诵读，学生们都很积极，兴趣也很高。

总之，我们在教学中应通过各种教学形式，促使学生正确牢固地掌握英语字母的读音及书写，为日后进一步学好英语打下扎实的基础。

I have a question for you. ‘Do you know how to breathe?’ Okay, I know what you are thinking now, “Girl, are you kidding me? Everybody knows how to breathe.” Actually, if I were you sitting down in there one year ago, I would think, “How did she make it to the final?”

Alright, seriously speaking, what I am talking about is “the art of breathing”, and it’s about breathing in a Yoga way: peacefully and always under control. What it reveals is the real essence of perseverance, “In order to achieve, sometimes, you need to wait.” And when it comes to things you really want in life, it is as hard as it could possibly be.

For me, singing is a life thing. When I am singing on the stage, I feel whole-heartedly involved, and the self-fulfillment it renders is inexplicably thrilling. But with all the realistic problems I need to face in life, all those I want seem too far to be true– so far that I am terrified that I will never ever be able to get there and that gradually I will be carried away by the currents and torrents of life. I’ve been drowned into this ambivalence for so long. Now, with a refined perspective towards self-realization, I am waiting, in a graceful posture, and knowing that I am going to get there. And on this, I should say, I owe Yoga a thank-you.

I still remember, about one year ago, I attended a Yoga course for the very first time. And to tell you the truth, I went there for a nice figure. However, after practicing for some time, I discovered that there was an ineffable inner-strength burgeoning sneakily in me while I totally focused. In order not to let go this significant power, I started to picture all I wanted in my mind while I was fully concentrating, for I believe the wings of imagination could make things possible. I learned to breathe with my dreams, shaping the eagerness into this elegant gesture of persisting.

And now, if you ask me what exactly is “the art of breathing”, I would say it is indeed “the art of living”. It combines the search of balance, the grace of patience, and the awareness of appreciation.

So even though feelings are tied up with life routines, I could still hold onto that free EGO which I have always adored: the girl who is singing under the spotlight, with all her heart and soul; the girl who is persevering with all she believes in and always feels grateful for what has been bestowed on her.

That girl is now standing right here in front of you, hoping that you are all as lucky as she is, living with dreams and love. No matter how tough things get, I tell myself, I tell myself that, every single thing I am doing now is every step closer to that very moment of my trajectory, just like every Yoga breath to every blossom moment of my life.
