小学英语课堂教学反思

在小学的英语教学的过程中，教师有时往往为了培养学生对英语学习的兴趣，经常会利用游戏，因为游戏受到学生的喜爱。课堂上唱唱跳跳，说说演演，形式花哨，十分热闹，使学生在快乐中接受教师预设的价值取向。但时间一久，我们不难发现：很多学生原有的最初的学习热情急剧下降，原始的兴趣正逐渐地不复存在，他们会因为有些游戏的重复，而显得无精打采。在课堂教学中经常会遇到这样的情况：课前教师不遗余力的精心设计游戏组织来吸引学生兴趣;课上学生走来走去，又是叫又是跑，甚是热闹，这样的教学次序直接影响教师的教学流程，教学环节流于形式;往往一堂课后，学生懵懵懂懂，一知半解;长此以往，学生捧着课本迷惑地望着你，不知道自己到底要学习和掌握书上的哪些内容。究其原因不难发现，课堂环节安排不合理，所学的知识没及时巩固，知识没能螺旋上升，直接导致教学的畸形，学生的学习成绩往往大家都不满意。面对如此频频告急的教学危机，这不能不引发我们的反思。

我个人认为，激发学生对学科兴趣的过程中，不能只停留在课堂表面的“活”，“乐”，“玩”中。我们更要注重学科本身，从学得后产生的成功体验来不断滋长兴趣，挖掘学生学习的内驱力。在教学中我们应该做到如下几点：

一、 面向全体，分层教学

在游戏教学过程中，不可回避的如何对待优中差生。我们设计的游戏要注重面向全体学生，难度适中，让大家都参与。可以根据学生的个人素质，性格特点，记忆力反应速度等，因材施教，分层要求，以求最有效的激励机制促学生不断上进。

二、组织得法，严谨有序

做好游戏的组织工作，做到有条不紊，活而不乱。小学生天性爱游戏，争强好胜，有些学生做起来容易忘乎所以，甚至在课堂上，有时会情不自禁地高声喊，因此，首先，有开始游戏之前讲清规则。纪律要求，评分标准，防患未然。在游戏过程中即使还出现一些混乱，要能理解学生的心理，不一味批评，而是积极讲清楚，在集体活动中，大家应该遵守规则。

三、 适时适度

我认为不能力求面面俱到，游戏过多，而忽略了主要教学内容的讲授和训练，喧宾夺主，把英语课上成游戏娱乐课，那就适得其反了。课堂游戏应该为课堂教学服务，当他成为一种摆设，或者是为游戏而游戏的时候，课堂游戏就失去了他的魅力了。

有幸参加了“国培计划20xx”————甘肃省农村中小学学科教师培训。“国培”专家各从自己擅长的研究领域谈起，理论结合实例，既注重“言传”，又注重“身教”；让我很好地把握了不同学段、内容的特征；为我深入文本探究，科学“备课”，有效施教指明了方向。专家们分别从备课基本功新课程教学实施策略教材与课例分析在岗实践指导课等几大板块来细化了我们的学习内容。通过专家的理论讲解和名师的课堂实录让我审视自己的课堂，反思自己的教学方法。使我的视野开阔、信息灵通，变得"耳聪目明"，从而以最快的速度提高了自己教学业务水平，了解到很多与新课程发展现状相关的知识，吸取了一些大家对新课程教材的把握与处理的方法，真是受益匪浅。在三个多月的培训中，自己能与小学美术教育界的同行一起学习交流我感到很快乐。所以在培训中，我总是准时收看专家讲座，踊跃参与交流讨论，认真完成作业，积极书写教学感悟，并向同行学习，发表评论，提出自己的见解，共亨教学资源。在结束每天的学习后，我先认真整理笔记，对照专家的观点仔细分析，反思自己在实际教学中的不足，认真撰写研修日志。刚开始我也曾迷茫过，不知从何写起。慢慢的我发现必须找到在实际教学中和专家理论的锲入点，这样才能真正的做到理论结合实践，使自己的研修日志充实起来，从而提高自己的教学水平。在完成作业时，我先明确作业要求，认真准备，把国培中学到的新理论和新方法结合自己平时对教学课堂的反思进行整合设计，力争保质保量的完成每次作业。我完成的部分作业也得到专家和辅导老师的认可。

通过三个多月的培训我认识到：新课程不仅是课程内容、教材的变化，是美术教师的角色、教师的教学行为、学生的学习方式的变化。新的教学理念注重兴趣的培养、课程的整合，注重创新能力、合作精神的培养，注重探究性学习方式。一堂高效的美术课就在于上课的老师自身的素养，语言的功底，思想的修养，文化的积淀，心态的调整，课堂的掌控，提问的技巧，意外的处理，均可以看出一个老师是否对学生是真正的关注和尊重，及对美术真正的热爱和投入。因此，我们的美术课堂教学开始变得更自由、更灵活，学生也始终在愉快的状态下积极地学习美术。

1、从学生学习方法上看，在课堂学习中学生要改变传统的接受式学习方式，积极主动地感知美术、体验美术、表现美术，同时能够大胆地探究问题、发现问题。课堂的主体是学生，学生的潜力是无限的，这需要老师细心的发现和巧妙的挖掘。美术教师要学会发现学生的闪光点，并及时地使用肯定，使用赞扬，使用引导，使用评价，使学生的情感和灵感激发。并根据美术的感知特点、美术标准不确定性特点，给了学生极大的空间想象力，让学生大胆阐述自己对作品的独到见解。

2、从教师教学方法上看。美术教师要大胆创设与教学内容相吻合的教学情境，提供开放式的教学方式，突出学生的主体地位，注重师生之间的交流与反馈，注重创新能力和实践能力的培养，注重课程的整合与延伸，积极引导学生感知、体验、表现美术，激发学生对学习的兴趣。努力缩短美术艺术与现实生活之间的距离，着眼于学生的艺术发展，融合众多艺术风格于一体。

3、从教师角色上看。美术教师要构建了相互尊重、相互信任、相互理解的平等、民主、合作的新型师生关系，拉近了师生之间的距离，教师在教学过程中由“传授者”变成学生学习的“促进者”“参与者”“组织者”。

通过三个多月的培训我的收获：

1、师德水准得到提高

在培训过程中，我从教授专家的身上不光学到了教学、研究的本领，而且使我深切领悟到“学高为师，身正为范，学无止境”的真谛。写在纸上的是思想的足迹，化作动力的是思想的延伸，我得到的是人格的提升、生命的升华。

2、教育观念得到更新

此次网络学习班的全体学员几乎都来自小学美术教学第一线。通过网络评论交流，让我逐步更新了教育教学观念，了解了先进的教育科学基本理论，现代教育观、学生观和学习观，在教学活动中遵循客观规律、调整自身的角色和教学方式，把

素质教育贯穿到学科教学过程中。这些专家们深刻独到、深入浅出、通俗易懂、旁征博引的讲解，使我对以后的教学有了更充分的理论依据，对如何作一个合格的教师充满了自信心。

3、教育教学理论更为系统

这次学习使我对教育教学的理论与方法掌握得更加系统，使我感到比原来站得高了，看得远了，有一种“天更蓝、地更绿、水更清”的感觉。近三个月的学习，我对一些教育观念的理解更加深刻；对教学理论的认识更加明晰；对教学的理论与方法掌握得更加系统；对开展教研活动的方式更加明确；对投身教育改革的激情更加充沛。

4、合作学习、共同成长

通过学员之间互动评论、取长补短，结下了深厚的友谊。培训结束，就是我们新的合作开始，在之后的工作中，我们仍然会互通信息，保持联系，互相交流，共同提高，争取以最简洁的线条拉动最丰富的知识。

这次培训，带给我思想上的洗礼，心灵上的震撼、理念上的革新。通过这次培训，我提高了认识，理清了思路，找到了自身的不足之处以及与一名优秀教师的差距所在，我将以此为起点，不断梳理与反思自我，促使自己不断成长。在今后的教育教学实践中，静下心来，采他山之玉，纳百家之长，慢慢地走，慢慢地教，在教中学，在教中研，在教和研中走出自己的一路风采。我将用我的实际行动，尽心尽力、踏踏实实地工作，做一名优秀的小学美术教师。

I believe it is in my nature to dance by virtue of the beat of my heart,the pulse of my blood and the music in my mind. So I dance daily.

The seldom-used dining room of my house is now an often-used ballroom — anopen space with a hardwood floor, stereo, and a disco ball. The CD-changer hassix discs at the ready: waltz, swing, country, rock-and-roll, salsa, andtango.

Each morning when I walk through the house on the way to make coffee, Iturn on the music, hit the "shuffle" button, and its Dance Time! I dance aloneto whatever is playing. Its a form of existential aerobics, a movingmeditation.

Tango is a recent enthusiasm. Its a complex and difficult dance, so Im upto three lessons a week, three nights out dancing, and Im off to Buenos Airesfor three months of immersion in tango culture.

The first time I went tango dancing I was too intimidated to get out on thefloor. I remembered another time I had stayed on the sidelines, when the dancingbegan after a village wedding on the Greek island of Crete. The fancy footworkconfused me. "Dont make a fool of yourself," I thought. "Just watch."

Reading my mind, an older woman dropped out of the dance, sat down besideme, and said, "If you join the dancing, you will feel foolish. If you do not,you will also feel foolish. So, why not dance?"

And, she said she had a secret for me. She whispered, "If you do not dance,we will know you are a fool. But if you dance, we will think well of you fortrying."

Recalling her wise words, I took up the challenge of tango.

A friend asked me if my tango-mania wasnt a little ambitious. "Tango? Atyour age? You must be out of your mind!"

On the contrary: Its a deeply pondered decision. My passion for tangodisguises a fearfulness. I fear the shrinking of life that goes with aging. Ifear the boredom that comes with not learning and not taking chances. I fear thedying that goes on inside you when you leave the game of life to wait in thefinal checkout line.

I have a question for you. ‘Do you know how to breathe?’ Okay, I know what you are thinking now, “Girl, are you kidding me? Everybody knows how to breathe.” Actually, if I were you sitting down in there one year ago, I would think, “How did she make it to the final?”

Alright, seriously speaking, what I am talking about is “the art of breathing”, and it’s about breathing in a Yoga way: peacefully and always under control. What it reveals is the real essence of perseverance, “In order to achieve, sometimes, you need to wait.” And when it comes to things you really want in life, it is as hard as it could possibly be.

For me, singing is a life thing. When I am singing on the stage, I feel whole-heartedly involved, and the self-fulfillment it renders is inexplicably thrilling. But with all the realistic problems I need to face in life, all those I want seem too far to be true– so far that I am terrified that I will never ever be able to get there and that gradually I will be carried away by the currents and torrents of life. I’ve been drowned into this ambivalence for so long. Now, with a refined perspective towards self-realization, I am waiting, in a graceful posture, and knowing that I am going to get there. And on this, I should say, I owe Yoga a thank-you.

I still remember, about one year ago, I attended a Yoga course for the very first time. And to tell you the truth, I went there for a nice figure. However, after practicing for some time, I discovered that there was an ineffable inner-strength burgeoning sneakily in me while I totally focused. In order not to let go this significant power, I started to picture all I wanted in my mind while I was fully concentrating, for I believe the wings of imagination could make things possible. I learned to breathe with my dreams, shaping the eagerness into this elegant gesture of persisting.

And now, if you ask me what exactly is “the art of breathing”, I would say it is indeed “the art of living”. It combines the search of balance, the grace of patience, and the awareness of appreciation.

So even though feelings are tied up with life routines, I could still hold onto that free EGO which I have always adored: the girl who is singing under the spotlight, with all her heart and soul; the girl who is persevering with all she believes in and always feels grateful for what has been bestowed on her.

That girl is now standing right here in front of you, hoping that you are all as lucky as she is, living with dreams and love. No matter how tough things get, I tell myself, I tell myself that, every single thing I am doing now is every step closer to that very moment of my trajectory, just like every Yoga breath to every blossom moment of my life.

吃的方式

宴会

中国人很少在日常用饭时喝酒，但酒在他们的盛宴上则担当重要的角色。在宴会开始时，主人家必先向客人祝酒，这时客人的饮酒兴致便油然而生，啤酒或汽水都可用来祝酒，要先为别人添酒或汽水，后为自己添加，才合乎礼仪，且要添至近乎满泻为止，以表示尊重对方及彼此友谊，而主人家要尽情灌醉客人，才算合乎礼仪。若你不想饮酒，应在宴会开始时便表明，以免出现尴尬的场面。

宴席结束

客人享用完最后一款菜肴时，宴席便正式结束，于是主人家的主角会站立起来，表示宴会到此结束，并会站立门口向每位客人说声“晚安”，之后跟酒楼经理结账，主人家的其他成员则送客人乘车，挥手道别并目送车子驶离开去。

菜肴

中式菜肴大多数不会只有一种材料，通常有其他伴菜或配料衬托主菜，以做出色香味俱全的菜肴，例如烹煮猪肉，会以爽脆的绿色蔬菜做伴菜，如芹菜或青椒，衬托粉红色、柔的猪肉。一顿饭不会只有一款菜肴，通常同时端上两款、甚至四款菜肴，且每款菜肴都要色香味俱全，端上次序则以菜肴的搭配为大前题，通常同类的菜肴会同时端上，不会前后分别端上，总之整顿饭都要讲求协调的搭配。

Should smoking be banned?

Different people have different opinions. Somesmokers think smoking is a kind of enjoyment, andthey could live without food but will die withoutsmoking. Also they said they have freedom ofsmoking and it has nothingto do with others.However a lot of non-smokers dont agree. In theiropinion, smoking is harmful to not onlysmokersthemselves but also public health especially thewoman and children. Therefore, many coutries have worked out lots to forbid smoking in publicplaces, such as cinemas, hospitals, stations etc. Nowadays, smokersmake up one quarter of theworlds population.
