开学快一个月了，在这一个月的教学中我发现了不少问题，主要表现在以下几个方面：

一、学生的书写有待提高，刚接这两班时我发现学生的书写特别差，我非常着急所以让学生每天写单词练书写，但是出乎我的预料，一周下来不但没有提高，有些学生反而更差了，通过了解我发现学生的抵抗情绪特别严重。在我值班的那天，我心平气和的和学生交谈了一次，特别是那几个调皮的男生，我和他们从人生谈起，逐渐说到书写的重要性，又给他们把26个字母的书写每人写了一遍，没想到从那天的书写就有了很大的变化。同时那几个调皮的男生上课也老实多了，这使我非常的感动，使我的信心大增。

二、应该给学生更多的时间朗读课文。通过这一个月的学习，我发现学生的朗读水平不高，仅仅通过课上练习是不够的，为了能够更好的让学生朗读课文，我让学生课后由组长带领朗读课文，然后每节课拿出时间让学生进行展示。通过阅读我发现学生缺少朗读方法的指导，在今后的学习中，我要在这方面多对学生进行指导，多让他们练习。

3知识运用能力差，通过学习Module2我发现学生的接受能力差，我忽视了学生的接受要有一个过程，仅仅听到学生口头回答以为掌握好了，以致我再讲完成时态的其他问题时就出现了问题。我深刻反思以后，决定从读入手，让学生先从语感开始，然后把自己说的最好的句子写下来，这样一步一步的效果明显好多了。

通过这些问题我觉得在今后的教学中，应该多关爱学生，把起点订的低一点，然后逐步引导，不能只靠自己主观意志，多分析学生，然后根据学生实际多练习，那样学生才能爱学。

那一年秋天，我在家门口和我们的小黑玩。小黑是谁？它就是我们家的看门狗，我特别的喜欢它。这时，一辆车开了过来，从车上走下来了我的老爸。只见老爸他怀抱一个大箱子，大步流星地向我走来。我迫不及待地拆开箱子，箱子里装着一个绿色的自行车。年幼无知的我不知道什么是自行车，所以我就问老爸：“老爸这是什么东西呀？”

“一辆自行车。”老爸回答道。

我急不可待地骑上去。嘿！还挺好玩的嘛！

又过了一天，我又出来准备骑自行车了。这时，我正好看见一个骑自行车的人。我仔细地打量着他，忽然发现了他的自行车上没有后面的辅助轮。于是我就叫老爸过来，帮我拆了这后面的两个辅助轮。

“什么？拆了！”老爸吃惊的说，“拆了可以，我就怕你……”老爸说话说到一半就不说了。

我立刻追问道：“怕我怎么了？”

“怕你骑不起来摔倒了。”

“还不是有你吗？”

这会儿，我已经做好了准备。这时，老爸猛然的把小黑放出来，小黑就立刻向我跑来。我一看小黑那么凶猛的向我跑来，吓得我飞快的蹬着脚踏板。这时我突然发现，自己竟然学会了骑自行车了。

在这之后我才知道，小黑已经饿了一个上午了，老爸又把一大块肉放在我的自行车后座上。这能叫小黑不追我吗？

1、我要重新培养自己对英语的兴趣，平日里看电影的话，就多看看外国电影，并注意它的英文字幕和发音；听课也多找找自己喜欢的英文歌来听，慢慢让自己爱上英语。

2、我要努力勤奋记单词，词汇量是基础，如果你连单词都不认识怎么去做题，怎么去写作文，所以每天都要监督自己记二十个以上单词。

3、我要多做题，做题也是关键，找自己的弱项，针对问题下药。我的弱项就是阅读理解，所以我要多做这方面的题，培养自己的语感。

我知道这些改正，远远还不够提高我的英语成绩，所以我也希望老师在以后能够多多给我提出意见，多多批评指正，我都会把他们听进心里面，然后慢慢改正。我也保证在以后的每一堂英语课上都认真听讲，勤做笔记，做到有不懂就问。如果这些还不够的话，我会付出比别的同学多一倍的努力也要把英语学好！希望老师能够期待我以后的表现，也不要放弃我，我会把一个学习委员该有的成绩提上来，给学生做榜样！
