一、四位老师都注重了多媒体的使用，有效发挥了多媒体在教学中积极作用。现代化英语教学中，黑板已经不是传统意义上的黑板了。投影仪、多媒体等的加入，使得黑板的内涵更加丰富。四位老师都运用了多媒体这一现代化的教学工具，以鲜艳的色彩、活动的图像、多样化的设计和有声的对话，给人一种赏心悦目的感觉，创造了一个轻松愉快的学习氛围。

二、课题的导入精彩、有趣，充分调动了学生的学习兴趣和激情。如许烨老师通过让学生观看他们熟悉、喜欢的动物入手，说说动物们会做什么，学生都很踊跃的回答，为新教学创造了愉快的氛围，有效导入课堂。

一.面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1.创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。每上一节课前，都对前一课的知识做一简单回顾，以次来降低难度，提高学生兴趣，鼓励他们尽量说英语，提高语言组织能力，对于说错或说不好的学生进行积极鼓励。而不是消极打击。

2.为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。对于课本上有些内容，教师只做简单的提示，然后让学生分小组进行讨论解决，给学生以充分发挥自己才能的机会，最后教师做以点评，这样学生就有了自我发挥的空间，学起来更轻松，更起劲。

3.鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。比如对于本套教材有些听力部分，内容太难，即使放几遍听力材料，学生依然听不懂，在这种情况下，可以让学生将其当阅读理解去做，通过小组合作，讨论，交流，最后得到正确答案，这样，既降低了难度，也培养了学生小组合作能力和阅读理解能力，其效果是两全其美。

4.创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。对于每一单元后的长篇阅读，分任务给每个小组和个人，让学生自己通过阅读，讨论，查字典，对阅读材料进行分析，提出问题并进行解答。

二.关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

俗话说“亲其师，信其道”。学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此在课堂上我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：

1.尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积

2.把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

很早就听说xx中学，我有幸来到这处中学进行参观学习，身临其境，耳闻目睹，受到了很多的启发。

第一点启发：学校的文化建设很到位，不管是教室、食堂、草坪还是走廊随时随地都能够看到文化的气息，上面的一些激励的标语都或者关于学习的标语很多。进去知道这个地方是来读书的，不是来混的。

第二点启发：学校的管理措施很到位，领导是行政班，班主任一日三签到，而且是在学生的前面。各个学科施行教研组的形式来进行管理。学生的违纪处理事件能够及时的反馈和处理。体制从上到下来进行监督管理，岂能不成功。

第三点启发：老师的教学虽然是传统的教学，但是老师在掌控教材方面很到位，每一节课都能够重难点突出，训练学生也很到位，一章下来至少有四套试卷，而且这几套试卷试卷也不是孤立的，前面那一套题目里面错误率比较高的题目拿出来继续的考，讲完以后在考。老师们在讲题的过程中，不是以题讲题，而是总结一些题目的共性，真正的做到了，一题能够代替多题。老师备课认真仔细，基本在上课前面能够把要讲的题目做到试卷上面，而且是详解。

第四点启发：学生表现得非常的刻苦，对学习孜孜不倦，坐功也是相当到位，能够静下心来学习。老师发的试卷都能够及时的做完大部分，紧跟老师的思路走，上课的过程中普通班和重点班听课的效率都是很高的，这一点启发恰好也是我们要学习的地方。

第五点启发：这个学校的老师在社会上的地位是相当高的，工资待遇方面很到位，学校能够很好的保证老师的衣食住行，能够调动老师的积极性，上下一条心，这个是这个学校最成功的地方。

在这几天的培训中，印象最深的是linda老师的口语交流课，这是我教英语以来第一次和外国老师面对面的交流，这时，我才觉得我的口语是那么的糟糕。linda 老师流利的语音，绘声绘色的形体表演让我的心久久不能平静。而且，她还和我们一起玩游戏，这时的我，好像是又回到了童年，如果我以后能这样教我的学生上课那该多好啊。我们听了很多知名老师的课程。第一天是湖北第二师范学院的郑昭梅老师给我们讲的《小学英语课堂用语应用》中，她特别的讲了严谨的治学态度和活泼的教学方式给我们留下了深刻的印象。培训是紧张的，时间短，内容多，要求高。可是ms hu精心设计的每一堂课，让我们总能愉快的度过。在课堂上ms hu在给我们纠音的同时融入了很多励志的内容，如：few things are impossible to diligence.等等。在ms hu的课堂上，重新当一回学生，真切的体会到老师怎样的上课方式能起到良好的效果。
