一、引导学生通过DailyReport进行自我实现。

首先，教师要引导学生根据自己的学习现状来着手DailyReport。要引导学生拓展DailyReport的内容(包括广度和深度)。DailyReport的内容不仅是对周围环境的观察和汇报，如天气变化，学校生活中的大事等。也可以是自己昨天或以前的某段经历，某种对人对事的感受。还可以是学生对某门学科或技能或社会现象的看法及感受。学生对自己在学习中遇到的问题、解决问题的过程，如英语学习中碰到的某个不懂的语言现象是如何把它弄懂的。还可以是经验介绍，如怎样记单词，怎样练听力，怎样练会话，怎样练写作等。另外学生也可以通过DailyReport对教师的教学、作业和班级管理等方面提出个人的看法和建议。总之，DailyReport的内容没有大小之分，没有重要不重要之分;但要求内容有一定的真实性，要求用正确的英语语言表达一定的中心。这样，通过对DailyReport的准备和进行，使学生达到一种自我定位和自我实现。教师也可以从他们的DailyReport中了解他们的学生。

二、通过阅读教学有效提高学生阅读能力。

1、设计提问,激发学生的主体思维

问题设计是英语阅读教学的重要手段,是帮助学生理解、鉴赏文章的切入点。教师设计问题,要遵循循序渐近的原则,要把问题建筑在学生的注意力和兴趣之上,服务于全面提高学生素质水平的目标需要。高中英语课文大多篇幅较长。课文内容参透了丰富的审美以及科学教育内容。在这些兼顾知识性、趣味性、思想性的阅读课教学中精心设计既有启发性又能激起学生探讨兴趣的系列问题,可以启迪学生动脑,激发学生思维,培养学生主动学习的习惯。教师设计问题时,要紧扣教材,层层推进,要具有一定的思想梯度。在提问、解答的过程中,教师要启发引导,以激活学生的思维欲望,帮助学生认知和理解。

2、保证学生积极而有效的参与

(1)要营造良好的参与环境,宽松、和谐、融洽、平等的学习氛围。

(2)要留下足够的参与时间和空间。教学不要“满堂灌”,也不能“满堂问”,学生能讲的,要尽量让学生讲;学生能动的,要尽量让学生动。

(3)要创造良好的参与条件,提供合适的参与机会,组织学生独立思考与集体讨论。在阅读课的教学中,教师可让学生互设情景,就他们感兴趣的话题以小组为单位全班展开讨论,以达到全员参与的目的。譬如在教学时,可以给学生这样的话题让他们各自表示不同的看法.这样的讨论可以把课堂教学推向高潮。在讨论中,同学们畅所欲言,不仅活跃了课堂气氛,同时也锻炼了同学们的思维,为阅读奠定了基础。

3.培养学生归纳理解

阅读的目的就是要获取书面信息。因而阅读时不能逐字逐句地去分析语法,而是要快速完成树材料的阅读,抓住大意,再深层次地去理解内容。在阅读时教师可指导学生根据不同题材、体裁的阅读材料采取不同的归纳形式去归纳材料内容,快速、准确地猎取文章信息,培养学生良好的阅读习惯。由于阅读材料题材与体裁的不同,因而在阅读中还可以从不同角度用各种不同的归纳方式去归纳、理解材料内容,如可以归纳动词,显示事件过程;归纳文章人物,突出重点人物等等,从而在阅读实践中不断提高自己的阅读理解能力。

三、要让学生养成及时总结错题档案(本)的习惯

3月10日，我区全体教育工作者在燎原俱乐部听了冯区长《关于转变教育思想、更新教育观念》的动员报告，3月16日，我镇文教办又召开了全体教职工参加的《关于转变教育思想、更新教育观念》的再动员大会，今天，我校又一次组织全体教师召开《关于转变教育思想、更新教育观念》的再动员大会，通过动员大会的召开，使我更加深刻的认识到：实施素质教育的今天，转变教育思想、更新教育观念是多么重要！

作为一名科任教师，在今后的工作中，我决心做到以下几点：

1、认真学习《教师职业道德规范》、《教师法》、《教育法》等法律法规，严格遵守职业道德规范，加强自身师德教育，教书育人，为人师表，敬业爱岗，争创受家长和社会喜爱的好教师。

本学期，英语教研组组织老师们深入学习了小学英语新课程标准的内容、目标、和理念，深切感悟到学习新课标是适应教材改革的需要，更是教育改革发展潮流的需要。通过学习，我对以下内容有了更深刻的理解：

一、小学英语教学应以激发学生的兴趣为出发点

小学英语属于英语启蒙教育，学生通过听、说、读、演、唱、玩等方式获得一定的语言基础知识，进而获得初步的听说能力和一定的语感。由于小学生天性爱玩的特点，课堂教学必须以激发学生的学习兴趣为主，想办法调动学生的学习积极性和主动性，让他们感到英语很好学，也很乐学，帮助他们建立起初步的学习英语的自信心。

二、课堂教学要采用灵活多样的教学方式

根据新课标的要求，新教材的教学必须适合小学生的年龄特点，创建以活动课为主的教学模式，重点培养学生用语言进行交流的能力，力求采用听、说、读、演、玩等多种方式，将英语知识先输入学生的大脑，再鼓励学生积极参与课堂教学，大胆表达，将英语知识输出大脑。课堂内容也应该丰富多彩，让学生在轻松自然的氛围中习得知识。

三、课堂教学应以创新为特色。

教学是一门艺术，没有固定的模式和框架供我们套用，只有教师潜心学习，精心钻研，不断探索适合自己和学生的教学方法和策略，才能创出具有自己特色的精彩的课来。

通过学习新课标，我进一步丰富了自己的教育教学理论，认识到今后在自己的教学实践中要大胆运用新理念、新方法，用自己的教学热情去学习热情，为学生的终身学习奠定坚实的基础！

四、规范了语言表达。

本次培训活动内容既具有整合性，又有实践性，而新版课程标准的内容要求，将本学期的课程进行了精准删减。使学生们的学习内容更为凸显，更为实际，学生们的自主能力要求更高。此次教学活动培训为我们以后的教学，提出了明确的发展方向，使我们在今后的教学工作中有据可依，有章可循。

一、指导思想：

基础教育阶段英语任务是，激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，树立起学生学习英语的自信心，使他们养成良好的学习习惯，从而形成有效的学习策略，并培养起他们发散思维能力以及创新能力，培养听、说、读、写的技能，最终形成一定的综合语言运用能力。根据这一任务以及课标的要求，本学期我通过玩、演、练、听为手段，以任务型教学为主要教学方法，在情境中实施教学。

二、教材分析：

外研版教材：共分11个模块，内含一个复习模块。每个模块分两个单元。一般情况下，第一单元呈现本模块所要学习的语言内容，第二单元提供若干任务型练习，包括一首歌谣或小诗。在这一册，学生刚开始学习英语，所以设计了一些日常生活中使用频率最高的语句，主要内容包括：问候并回应;询问姓名、年龄、地点、物品名称，并给予回答;数字1---12;谈论人、物品、地点、动物;表达自己的喜好等。所有内容都是依据语用、语境和语义相结合的原则而呈现的，通过学习让学生结合语用和语境掌握语句和语词的基本语义，逐步获得最基本的运用英语的能力。这册教材编写的总思路是以话题为纲，以交际功能为主线，兼顾语言结构，逐步引导学生运用英语完成有实际目的的语言任务。即：话题——功能——结构——任务。

牛津版版教材：本套教材按“话题—功能—结构—任务”体系编写。话题、功能、结构、任务四个方面紧密联系、融为一体，既吸取国外教材注重交际、情景真实的优点，又发扬国内以往教材结构清晰、系统性强的长处，以利于学生在掌握语言基本结构的同时获得听、说、读、写的基本技能和能力。3B的教材包含了4个模块，共12个单元。新授单元由这几个板块组成：Listen and say中的句型是每个单元的教学重点。Look and learn，主要呈现词汇。Say and act是情景对话板块。该板块通过情景会话，着重训练学生的听说技能，提高会话能力。Sing and song的任务是培养学生初步的语感、阅读能力和良好的朗读习惯。

教材的教学目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们英语学习的积极态度，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心;培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调、书写基础，以及良好的学习习惯;使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力。同时，培养学生的观察、思维、想象和创造能力。适当介绍中西方文化，培养学生爱国主义精神，增强世界意识，为学生的进一步学习奠定良好的基础。

这两册教材吸收了交际教学思想，注重学生语言应用能力的培养，教材在整体构思、内容安排、活动设计和教学方法选用等方面都紧密联系学生的生活实际，体现语言的交际能力。贯彻语言应用的基本原则，把知识和技能目标融会在完成任务的过程之中，从而体现教材提出的把话题——功能——结构——任务结合起来的总思路。根据学生年龄特点，在起始阶段采用“全部动作反应法”，让学生在有节奏的说唱中体验语言，在轻松愉快的行动中输入语言，让他们在做中学，在唱中学，在表演中学，从而为培养他们运用英语进行顺利地交流打下坚实的基础。

三、学生学习情况分析：

在与班主任以及英语任课老师的了解下，我初步了解了孩子们的一些情况：本班孩子学了两年的攀登英语，通过这两年的学习，在浓浓的攀登氛围下，孩子们浓浓的英语学习兴趣被激发起来了，他们的课堂常规上已初步形成，在大胆、自信、敢开口这三个原则的熏陶下，在老师制定的no Chinese, nice voice, fluently, emotionally一系列的维度下，孩子们在课堂上养成了一定的学习习惯，逐步形成了一定的教学策略，在攀登英语“容错”原则的宽容下，大部分孩子树立起了学习英语的自信心。

三年级级是小学英语起始阶段，孩子们在学习攀登英语时着重培养学生的玩、演、练、听这些方面的能力，但在写字，做题方面方面没有要求，所以从本学期起，在培养学生听说的同时，着重培养学生对字母，句子的规范书写，以及培养起良好的朗读习惯。

本学期我担任的是三(3)班的教学工作。三(3)班的孩子整体来说比较乖，有活泼好动的，也有文静的，大多数孩子学习态度比较端正，但仍有少部分孩子比较好动或是比较自闭。现将本班个别孩子的情况做个分析：

陈代昊：情商很高，但容易走神

李兴瑞：自尊心很强

四、教学方法：

1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣。可利用学生已知的外语，告诉学生我们已经会说不少的英语了，只是在这个基础上要落实到写，让学生们感到学习英语很有趣，从而激发他们渴望获得更多英语知识的欲望。

2、会话教学：

要融会话教学于情景表演之中，让学生在表演中练、在交际活动中用。

3、词汇教学：

要充分利用游戏形式，使用实物或卡片，让学生更好地认知这些词汇，注意单词发音的示范性教学。

4、了解中西方文化

课堂上带领学生了解中西方文化，培养爱国情操。

5、阶段复习：

要多采用一些学生乐做的游戏，如：指指说说游戏、会话综合表演、快听快找句子、单词接龙游戏等。

6、给予学生信心，向他们讲明英语是三年级的起始学科，要想学好英语并不难，只要从现在开始，上课认真听讲，按时完成作业，大胆说，积极做，努力唱，就能学好英语。在平时的教学中，更要特别注意发现他们的闪光点，抓住这些闪光点，及时对他们进行表扬和鼓励，从而激起他们对学习的自信心，然后逐步提高他们的成绩。这是一个漫长的进化过程，不能急于求成。

7、对于成绩差不敢开口的，接受能力较慢的学生，应该在上课时给予一般难度的题，让其建立自信心开始。对于成绩一般的孩子应该让他们有更大的提成空间，从课堂的督促到课下的辅导，步步紧跟。对于成绩优秀的孩子，可以在其吃饱的基础上，布置些难度大些的作业让其得到提升。

8、根据课堂的金椰风及课后的字帖，培养他们的书写习惯及提高他们的速写速度。
