为了加强和规范教学管理，保证和维护正常的教学秩序，确保教学质量稳步提高，在教务处的安排下，我校在11月15日检查了全校老师的教案。现将本次检查的英语教案总结如下：

1.备课量全部达到学校的要求，备课储备量均达到1周以上，部分教师备课量达到六周。各位教师能够按照学校和基础部的要求，在寒假期间，认真备课，并形成教案和讲稿。承担着08级教学任务的教师，对老教案和讲稿进行了整理和规范，并制定了相应的教学计划。

2.同头课集体备课，教案和讲稿为新内容。在上学期期末和本学期开学之初，本教研室组织几次同头课集体备课，对课时安排，难重点等各项内容达成了统一认识。

3.备课分为教案和讲稿，格式规范，书写认真。教研室的大部分教师，特别是青年教师，在备课上投入大量精力。年轻教师的教案不仅语言知识充分详细，他们更利用网络等现代化教育技术，下载了大量的语言文化背景知识，极大地丰富了教学内容。教案中既体现了教学目的、教学手段、教学方法，又包含了板书、语言等教学艺术，形式设计新颖，重点突出，层次分明。

4.大部分教师准备了电子教案。许多教师特别是年轻教师都精心制作了电子课件。设计新颖，色彩丰富，趣味性强，将所学知识与政治、学生关心的热点有机地结合起来，有些教师在课件中穿插了与课文内容相关的视频，极大地丰富了授课内容，也在一定程度上提高了学生的学习积极性。

5.讲稿部分内容丰富，资料翔实并富有创新性。从教案的内容可以看出大多数教师在备课上所倾注的努力。一些教师，在教案的内容和安排上有创新，使之更适应所教学生的层次和专业

6.个别教师有待提高。虽然大多数教师都能以认真的态度准备教案和讲稿，但仍有个别教师没有按照统一要求填写教案，教研室主任已经作出了督促。在检查备课情况方面，教研室还应加大力度，严格要求。

一：狠抓师德建设，提高教师的师德修养。

本学期，我们组织全体教师认真学习《中小学教师职业道德规范》、《教师法》等有关学习材料，进一步提高全体教师的思想认识，加强师德修养，树立忠诚教育事业的信念，做到敬业爱生、严谨自律、勇挑重担、团结协作、勇于创新、与时俱进、终身学习、锐意进取。

二：加强科组建设，进一步完善科组的管理工作。

“无规矩不成方圆。”本学期我们进一步加强和完善了科组内部管理。继续实施“人人有职、有权、有责”的岗位管理制度，调动了全体教师参与科组建设的主动性和积极性，发挥了集体建设科组的智慧和力量。教师积极参与科组的建设工作。进一步完善科组的资料，资源及科组教师个人资料的档案管理，使科组的档案管理规范化和系统化。

三：加强对青年教师的培养，关注青年教师的成长。

我们制定了有效的青年教师培训计划，加强对青年教师的文明礼貌和师德教育，引导青年教师树立终身学习的意识，定期向青年教师推介学习材料：《中小学英语教学与研究》、《中小学英语教学》、《英语课程标准》、《新课程》等优秀教学教育理论书刊;组织观看优秀课例录像，提高了青年教师的理论和业务水平。我们实行的“一帮一”或“二帮一”的帮教制度，主要组织青年教师互相听课。我们落实了“老”教师对青年教师进行教学教育论文撰写的指导工作;指导教师认真指导青年教师上好汇报课和开展教研教改活动。充分发挥指导教师的“传帮带“的作用，真正使指导教师与青年教师之间的”帮学，帮教“工作落到实处。我们定期组织一些文体活动，加强教师间的交流、沟通，丰富青年教师文化生活，使其保持健康向上的精神风貌。

四、教学工作

我们狠抓常规教学工作不松懈，把学校工作任务落到实处。重点抓好教学中心的五个重点环节：备课、上课、命题、辅导、早读。抓好集体备课：做到“四定”，定时间、定地点、定主题、定中心发言人。并要求认真做好备课小组的活动记录，做到资源共享、创意共享。我们组织老师们外出学习听课，开展与兄弟学校教学交流，不断更新观念，及时了解教学的新动向。本学期我们的听课、评课活动开展得很有特色，我们组织各课组教师之间互相听课和跨年级进行听课、评课等交流活动，使科组上下形成互学并进的良好氛围，达到了共同提高的目的。

我们重点抓好了三个一班的教学工作，力求把常规教学工作落到实处。

五：积极开展第二课堂活动，认真做好竞赛辅导。

组织成立英语竞赛辅导小组，旨在帮助学生学习英语知识，发展语言技能，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，培养英语尖子。

六：认真学习新课标，积极探索研究性学习的新途径，努力开展教改、教研工作。

I greet the traditional leaders of our country — many among you continue to walk in the footsteps of great heroes like Hintsa and , you, the young lions. Without your support our struggle would not have reached this advanced stage. The sacrifice of the frontline states will be remembered by South Africans , black and white, recognize that apartheid has no future. It has to be ended by our own decisive mass action in order to build peace and security.

The mass campaigns of defiance and other actions of our organizations and people can onlyculminate in the establishment of continent is in calculable. The fabric of family life of millions of my people has been shattered. Millions are homeless and unemployed. Our economy — Our economy lies in ruins and our people are embroiled in political strife. Our resort to the armed struggle in 1960 with the formation of the military wing of the ANC, Umkhonto we Sizwe, was a purely defensive action against the violence of apartheid. The factors which necessitated the armed struggle still exist today. We have no option but to continue. We express the hope that a climate conducive to a negotiated settlement will be created soon so that there may no longer be the need for the armed , strategies, and , I feel duty?bound to make the point that a leader of the movement is a person who has been democratically elected at a national conference.

This is a principle which must be upheld without any , I wish to report to you that my talks with the government have been aimed at normalizing the political situation in the country. We have not as yet begun discussing the basic demands of the struggle. I wish to stress that I myself have at no time entered into negotiations about the future of our country except to insist on a meeting between the ANC and the has gone further than any other Nationalist President in taking real steps to normalize the situation. However, there are further steps, as outlined in the Harare Declaration, that have to be met before negotiations on the basic demands of our people can begin.

Negotiations cannot take place — Negotiations cannot take place above the heads or behind the backs of our people. It is our belief that the future of our country can only be determined by a body which is democratically elected on a non?racial basis. Negotiations on the dismantling of apartheid will have to address the overwhelming demands of our people for a democratic, non?racial and unitary South Africa. And this reality is that we are still suffering under the policies of the Nationalist , so that the process towards democracy is rapid and uninterrupted. We have waited too long for our freedom. We can no longer wait.

Now is the time to intensify the struggle on all fronts. To relax our efforts now would be a mistake which generations to come will not be able to role in a united democratic and non?racial South Africa is the only way to peace and racial harmony. In conclusion, I wish to quote my own words during my trial in 1964. They are as true today as they were then. I spoke: I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and — and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if needs be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die.

1、中餐上菜顺序

标准的中餐，不论何种风味，其上菜顺序大体相同。通常是首先上冷盘，接着是热炒，随后是主菜，然后上点心喝汤，最后上水果拼盘。当冷盘吃剩三分之一时，开始上第一道菜，一般每桌要安排十个热菜，宴会上桌数再多，各桌也要同时上菜。

二、 两个承诺：

2、树立学生学好英语的自信心。

起始阶段的英语学习只要求孩子能听能说。由于孩子年领较小，在起始阶段时会有一个沉默期，进一步的听和说都需要一个过程。所以，对孩子在学习过程中出现的问题不要过分急于纠正，不要强迫学生背单词、背句子。对一时开不了口的孩子要从多听录音入手，在听录音的同时鼓励孩子模仿。

3、养成良好的英语学习习惯

在课堂上，要求学生认真听录音、模仿、大声朗读，在同学发言时可以不出声跟读。

在家里，每天坚持听录音至少15-20分钟。要教会孩子使用录音机。鼓励孩子把当天在英语课上学到的内容用英语重复出来，并鼓励孩子在平时积极、大胆、大声开口说英语。

四、 五个要求：

1、单词：能够根据图片或实物说单词，不要求认读单词。

2、句子：能够听懂书中重点句子，不要求认读，能与他人进行简单的对话。

3、歌曲歌谣：能够熟练掌握几首自己喜欢的歌曲歌谣，其他的能够跟着音乐唱出关键词和句即可。

4、故事：能听懂并指图说出关键句子。不要求每句话都会说。

5、人物，在目录前面，要求能熟练叫出他们的名字。

上述要求是最低要求，您可以根据自己孩子的情况适当提高，但原则是孩子可以接受，比如您要求孩子背单词，孩子并不反感，您就可以这样做。

五、补充说明：典范英语。

这是一套学校补充的阅读材料，目的是培养学生的阅读兴趣，希望孩子们能通过多听录音，模仿跟读，角色扮演等形式，最终达到熟练朗读的目的，但是如果孩子一时读不好也不要急于求成。

下一步我准备收集孩子们关于典范英语的录音、录像和绘画等资料，有条件的家长可以给孩子录音或者录像，在激发孩子学习兴趣的同时也为孩子留下宝贵的资料。

4、listen and tick.（听音打钩）

作为一名长期从事大学英语教学的一线教师，通过对《大学英语》相关理论和改革动向的了解和学习，本人觉得受到了很大的启发，主要表现在以下几个方面：

首先，明白了大学英语教学现状的产生是有一定的原因，而不是大学英语教师或者是大学英语课程的学习者单方面造成的。学生在长期的外语学习过程中，由于各个学习阶段的分工不明确，培养目标缺乏连贯性，从而导致学生的外语学习中缺乏明确的目标，因而在步入大学校园之后，没有完成入学前应该完成的外语学习任务，也没有达到相应的目标要求，所以面对大学英语教学时，会存在各种各样的困难，从而对大学英语学习产生畏惧等不利于大学外语学习的心理，从而增加了大学英语教学中的负面影响力。

而对于大学英语教师来说，如果不了解学生在过去的外语学习的过程和内容，就很容易把学生较低的英语基本功归结于他们的懒惰或者不用功等原因，忽视了现有教学大纲或者当前的考试机制中对学生外语学习的一些具有局限性或者甚至可以说是误导的影响。从另一方面来说，大学英语教师在明确了造成大学英语学习者在大学英语学习中的各种困难后，应当采取足够的措施来补救学生在外语学习过程中所缺失的部分，通过扎实的理论知识和较高的教学能力，帮助学生适应大学英语教学的要求，从而完成相应的教学任务和培养目标，为学生的大学英语学习乃至今后的外语学习能力方面，奠定很好的基础。所以，作为大学英语教师本身，我们在大学英语教学实践中，不能忽视自身建设工作，努力通过各种途径，充实和提高自己，自身的强大无疑会促进大学英语教学工作的顺利完成。

当然，大学英语学习中，教师方面的努力在很大程度上会影响到大学英语课程的教学效果，而作为大学英语课程学习的主体，学生也应该积极地配合老师，在大学英语教师的引导下，积极主动地投入到外语学习中，通过不断的努力，完善自己在外语学习以及语言应用中的缺陷，为自己今后的学习、工作、和生活打下良好的基础。

在大学英语教学改革不断推进的今天，“机遇和挑战并存”是大学英语教师面临的实实在在的现实，让我们敞开胸怀，广泛的学习和了解各种信息，努力为大学生能够顺应国际化发展的潮流，作好人梯!
