一个学年行将完结了，在这一学年里，我觉得本人在思维、工作、学习以及个人素质能力等各方面都有所提高。一年来，我能够坚持四项基本准则，反对中国共产党的领导，热爱社会主义，热爱党的教育事业，关怀、热爱每一位先生，热心为每一位先生排忧解难；遵纪违法，恪守学校的各项规章制度，在各个方面从严要求本人，致力进步本人的政治思维觉悟，盲目抵制各种不良风气、不良景象的侵蚀。上面就从几方面简单谈谈一学年来自己在各方面的体现状况。

一、增强学习，始终进步思维业务素质。

这一学期，在教育教学工作中，我一直坚持党的教育方针，面向整体先生，教书育人，为人师表，确立“以先生为主体”，“以造就先生自动发展”为中心的教学思维，注重先生的个性发展，注重激发先生的创造能力，造就先生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展。我在思维上严于律己，热爱教育事业。时时以一个好教师的身份来束缚本人，鞭策本人，力争在思维上、工作上取得提高，失去进步，使本人能适应社会发展的需求，顺应岗位竞聘的需求。一学期来，我还踊跃参加各类学习，深刻剖析本人工作中的无余.同时，听从学校的工作安排，配合领导和老师们做好校内外的各项工作。“学海无涯，教无尽头”，作为一名教师，只要始终充电，才能维持教学的青春和活力。随着社会的发展，知识的更新，也敦促着我始终学习。所以，本学期，除了踊跃参加政管理论学习外，我还踊跃进行业务学习，进步本人的工作能力和业务素养，使本人能够更好的胜任本人的教师工作。结合课程改革利用书籍、网络，认真学习课程改革相干理论，学习别人在教育教学中好的经验、方法等。经过学习，让本人树立了先进的教学理念，也明确了今后教育教学要致力的方向。

二、学科教学工作。

在学科教学工作方面，我除了做好研讨教材、备好课、上好课批改好先生练习、作业等常规工作以外，本学年，我还做好以下几点工作。

1、以进步先生学习英语的兴味为打破口，致力进步教学品质。本学年学期以来，我在课堂上顺便注重调动先生学习英语的踊跃性和自动性，经常开展小组竞赛活动，经过给小组加分，用表扬激励等教学手段，充散发挥先生盲目学习和自动学习的优势，让先生盲目参与到课堂教学的全过程，从而优化课堂教学，进步教学品质。

2、开展以两人和四人小组互助活动，以点带面，以优带差，进步班科问题的合格率。

在课堂教学中，凡是开展自主读书或是课堂上探讨活动，我大多都是以四人小组为单位进行的，每个小组里普通都有一两个优生，这样一来，小组里的中下生，在优生的提醒和协助下，普通都能比较认真和盲目参加读书或探讨活动，从而使这些中下生在参与这些学习活动中也失去了进步，

3、狠抓课堂常规的落实和班风学风的建设。

在每节课上课前，我都比较重视先生课堂常规的造就和检查，如果没有按我的要求做好课前预备工作，我普通都不急着开始上课，我宁愿不上课也要先把课堂常规落实好。经过狠抓班风学风的建设，以良好的班风学风，推进课堂教学品质的进一步进步。

三、求实创新，认真开展教学、教研工作，教育教学是咱们教师工作的首要任务。

我明白，工作再苦、再累，也不能落后，应该尽力去作好本职工作，顺便是教学工作。课前，我认真研讨教材、教参，课程标准，认真分析教材，依据教材的特点及先生的实际状况设计教案。并谦虚向有经验的老师学习、请教。力求吃透教材，找准重点、难点。课堂上，我致力将所学的课程理念使用到课堂教学与教育实践中，踊跃利用近程教育资源，运用课件，运用多种教学方法，精讲精练，从先生的实际出发，留意调动先生学习的踊跃性和创造性思想，力求用活教材，实践新理念，添加课堂教学的吸引力，加强先生学习的兴味和学习自动性。力求让我的数学教学更具特征，构成本人独具风格的教学模式，更好地表现素质教育的要求，进步教学品质。总之，不管在课堂教学中，还是在课外辅导中，我都以造就先生能力，进步先生的问题与素质为指标，力求让数学教学对先生的成长和发展起到更大的作用。

四、增强反思，及时总结教学得失。

反思本学期的工作，在取得问题的同时，也在思量着本人在工作中的无余。无余有以下几点：

1、对数学教学的理论学习还不够深入，需求进行反思，教学程度进步速度缓慢。

2、教育科研在教学实践中的使用还不到位，钻研做得不够细和实，没达到本人心中的指标。

3、英语教学中有特征、有创意的东西还不够多，今后还要致力找出一些本人在教学的特征点。

4、工作的踊跃性不够高，自动性不够强，有惰性思维。这也有待于今后工作中的进一步改正和增强。

经过以上几个方面的致力，我所负责的五年级英语，在第一学期的期末考试中取得了比较满意的问题，教学品质也达到了学校的基本要求。

因此，在当前的教育教学工作中，我将继续以先生为本，针对不同层次的先生，采用不同的教育教学方法，因材施教；继续遵照"以先生为主体、教师为主导"的教育教学准则，限制地发挥先生学习的自动性和踊跃性，运用各种教学手段，激励先生踊跃、自动参与课堂教学的全过程，以全面进步教育教学的品质和效率。

你们的孩子来到这里已经半学期了。今天，我们在这里相聚，目标只有一个，那就是为了孩子们能更好地成长和学习上能取得更大的进步。我先作个自我介绍：我叫黄燕燕，是本班的英语教师。

我的发言分四个部分：汇报班级情况，交流三个问题，几点温馨提示。

一、首先，跟大家汇报一下班级学生现状

1. 班级学生现状

我们班总共 名学生，上周我校进行了半期考试。我把半期英语考试的情况简单向各位家长作个汇报。平均分分，优生xx人，优生率%。排名前十名的有；与九月份第一次月考相比，进步较大的学生有。 通过初中半期的学习，大多数学生都具有良好的英语学习习惯。学习积极性较高，能够自觉完成老师布臵的作业，深知英语学科在整个初中课程的重要性。

2.存在问题：

1)早读课容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同学比较多，导致早上精神状态不好。

2)部分学生的学习方式仍然停留在小学阶段，从不自觉主动地去学习(从他们对作业的认识和处理方式上就可以看出来)

3)部分学生抄袭作业，少数学生作业拖拉甚至不交作业。

3、分析期中考试成绩。

4、正确看待、冷静分析这次考试成绩。

二、其次，想跟大家交流四个问题

1.首先和大家交流一个问题：孩子上了初中以后，总有一部分家长很纳闷：我家的孩子在小学能考到八到九十分，为什么到了初中，成绩不令人满意，甚至有些失望呢？

这个问题的答案首先与各个学习阶段的特点有关：小学阶段以赏识教育为主，要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心，试卷内容大多与课本有关，因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主，考试会照顾到大部分学生，因此分数也较高。但是，初中教育，特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下，就是以选拔为目的了，所以，考试难度与深度会有很大的提升，得分率自然就会下降，孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们初中的学习，是不科学的。

其次，与学生自身的学习方式和学习习惯有关：初中阶段学习科目多而且难，要求学生必须学会自主学习(自觉主动地去学习)，即变“要我学”为“我要学”，再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学，那样成绩自然会下降。

2.第二个问题，为什么同一个班级的孩子三年后成绩差别那么大？成绩进步大的一定是那些学习习惯和个性好的孩子。孩子为什么会这样，其实因素很多，这不仅仅与学习基础有关，最主要的是与孩子的心态、学习方式及学习习惯密切相关。学生的学习方式及习惯是极其重要的，直接影响和决定学生的成绩。不要到初三时才感慨，现在我们不是不想学，而是在初一、初二时没有养成良好的学习习惯，没能改变自己的学习方式以适应初中的学习，现在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，现在必须努力学习。

在此，我希望家长们要时时关注孩子的学习习惯和个性，也就是情商问题。大量的实例证明了一个人的成功主要取决于情商，其次才是智商，两者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英语学科举足轻重，就必须爱英语，以十足的干劲学好英语。

3.第二个问题，请家长们正确看待孩子在班级的考试名次，当孩子名次退步时，原因是多方面的，首先帮助他树立信心，然后一起帮助分析原因，而不要盲目地批评甚至打骂孩子。“望子成龙，望女成凤”是我们共同的心愿，但在初一更应注重孩子学习习惯的培养、学习方式的转变，让孩子快乐的成长进步，严格遵循教育教学规律。

4.有些孩子还没有适应初中的学习，还不知道初中阶段怎么学，希望家长们高度关注。初中学习科目多而难，时间紧，主要靠学生自主和自觉地学习，老师主要是引导和辅导、检查和督促，而不像初中那样盯着你学习。说明学生在学习目的、学习兴趣上还需培养。

订正的习惯，督促学生建立错题集，当堂发现的问题，当堂订正，不拖拉，不滞留，将问题解决在发现之处，从而保证知识点的连接，为建立学科知识体系做保障。这些习惯，会让学生真正的乐学、好学，在成功中追求快乐，在快乐中追求成功！

三、我想对在座的各位家长提出几点温馨提示。

1、温馨提示

(1)帮助孩子确定适当目标

和孩子一起确定一个他能够达到的目标——家长适度的期望值。

孩子是家长的希望，教育好孩子是老师的希望。父母对孩子期望值的高低直接影响孩子将来所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好处。

期望值过高：孩子拼命按家长的意愿生活、学习，也许父母感到满足，但孩子生活得较为压抑，甚至影响心理健康。尽力后仍达不到家长的要求，双方均失望，可能导致孩子自暴自弃；

期望值过低或没有：家长对尚不自觉的孩子期望值过低或没有，孩子会缺少外在精神支持，认为不重视、无所谓。

适度的期望值：在原有基础上适当拔高，不操之过急，不高不攀，否则可能大家都失望。

(2)帮助孩子增强自信心。

(3)关注孩子成绩的变化(即名次的升降)而不是绝对名次。

(4)沟通---多倾听孩子的诉说。

(5)多和老师尤其是班主任联系，及时了解情况，积极配合班主任和老师做好孩子的思想工作。

只有有效的家校联动(沟通与合作)，才能教育好学生。

(6)注重学生学习习惯和学习能力的培养，使学生养成良好的学习习惯。

2、温馨提醒2

每天付出多一些……

多一些问候(在孩子累了的时候)

多一些帮助(在孩子需要的时候)

多一些关心(在孩子软弱的时候)

多一些鼓励(在孩子泄气的时候)

多一些宽容(在孩子犯错的时候)

——家是孩子心中最温暖的地方。

5)教育子女相信自己、相信学校、相信老师。

4、温馨提醒

1)初一是基础，希望这次考试成绩不理想的学生家长要高度关注，尽快想法提高学生的成绩，到了初二、初三要想提高就很难了，因为一方面学习任务越来越重，另一方面学生的自信心和兴趣应尽早树立(他们中有一部分人的自信心在初中已经受到打击)

2、教学方法

我们的教学方法随着教学理念的更新及学生需求的提升在不断的发生着变化，从最初的语法翻译法转向了以语言交际为目的，以学生为主体，开展师生与学生之间有意义的对话或讨论为主的交际教学法，而后又迈向了现今比较流行、人性化的任务型教学法：课堂上不再单纯的就课文讲解课文，而会根据文章的文体，内容等设置具体的任务，学生个人或小组为单位解决任务，从而使其听说读写译各方面都得以锻炼，也培养了学生的团队协作能力。就个人而言，本人在教学上努力探索适合不同班级、不同学生的教学方法，认真制作多媒体教学课件，课堂上做到与学生最大限度的互动，组织丰富多彩的课堂活动如话剧表演、辩论等，引导学生有意识的锻炼提高口语水平，改进他们的听、说能力，积极为学生寻找、增加许多书本之外的、与实际生活密切相关的内容;在作为大学英语教学改革实验班任课教师期间，为配合大学英语教改的实施，本人积极学习掌握有关网络课堂的相关技术，不断扩充自己在此方面的知识，对教学起到了良好的辅助作用，对大学英语教学新模式的推行进行了积极有益的探索。

在雪花漫天飞舞的圣诞节，我们XX县初中英语教师全员培训在此圆满落幕。横跨六个月的学习（虽然后期每个月仅有两天）无论对自身提高英语学习的兴趣、英语水平以及教学水平和提升英语教学理念，都给我带来了很大的收获。尤其是最后的考试，让我对每次不远千里而来辛苦执教的骆老师充满了敬佩和感动。我原以为她不会来了，冰雪天着实冷得让人颤抖，而且这天还是与家人团聚的圣诞节。可当我走进考场，还是看到了骆老师美丽的身影和灿烂的笑容，让我倍感温暖。此时我深深地体会到老师的不辞辛劳和无怨无悔的付出。

本次培训使我深刻地认识到，现阶段中学英语的教学与传统中学英语教学最大的不同在于课堂中注重交流，注重互动，畅所欲言，营造一个轻松、活泼的课堂氛围。就如我们的培训课堂上，骆教师总是有说有笑，不断的走下讲台，参与我们的讨论，不断的鼓励我们与她大胆交流，不停地提问题。骆教师还时不时地对我们表示赞同与肯定：“谢谢！”、“你真行！”、“非常好！”。在课中还穿插她亲生经历的故事，让我们沉浸在快乐的、真实的氛围中。英语教学是一阕乐章，旋律优美；是一幅图画，色彩热烈；是一种生活，精彩而时尚；是一种责任，任重而道远。课堂上总是充满了欢乐，本次培训让我理解了怎样用比较轻松、活泼的方法去教自己的学生，还进一步帮我们提高语音、语调和听、说、读、写的能力，对英语语言教学有了更深刻的了解，使我对语音教学方法有了新的认识。同时也谈谈本人对教学的一点点想法，二十来天的学习让我对教学有了新的思考。

一.深刻解读新课程理念并运用到教学实际中。

1.注重学生基础学习能力的提高；

2.注重学生信息素质的养成；

3.注重学生创新性与开放性思维的培养；

4.强调学生的价值观教育和道德教育；

5.尊重学生学习经验，发展学生个性。

二、体验教师的职业乐趣和价值。

一个健康成长的人应有乐趣相伴，这样他的工作，职业生涯才能获得鲜活的生命。教师的工作环境，工作对象的特殊性更要求教师应有自己的工作乐趣。因此，在我们教师队伍中就出现了这样的人：对待工作不积极，没有热情，得过且过，没有责任心和进取心，没有明确的目标，与学生关系淡薄，排斥学生，不和学生接触，为和学生交往而烦恼。究其原因，就是缺乏教师职业自豪感，没能充分认识自己的职业价值。

三、保持平和心态，坚持不懈，正确对待教学工作中的成功与失败。

什么样的教育是成功的教育？什么样的学生是合格的人才？教师要从更长远的视角来看待教育的成功和失败，并为了学生的全面发展而努力。我很赞同这样的观点：“树立社会需要和个性发展需要相结合的观念，社会对人才有多种需要，学生也有不同的特长。教师应当着力培养学生的能力，挖掘学生内在的能力，在动机、兴趣、方法、习惯方面给予重视。”

在这次培训活动中，我们锻炼、培养了各方面的能力，也取得了一定的成绩。培训只是一种形式，它只告诉我们如何才能做得更好，关键还是得靠自己不断的努力！我个人希望多参加这样的培训，向更多的名家同行老师们学习，同时也要加强自身学习，不断的充实自己，提高自己，争取做一名真正适应时代发展要求的合格教师。

I got to know when she took part in National School of Mathematical Modeling Contest in 20xx. Exactly, the time was one hour before the contest be over. At that time other groups already handed over the paper and program to person in charge and only her group around the computer amended something, I came to remind them of hurrying up and found that they were amending the map which I felt very good and also accorded with the paper requirement. When I asked her what she did, she said that she put several cities on the wrong places so she must correct them. She checked it again and again, before ten minutes the contest would be over and her group handed over the map. I was impressed by her clinging spirit which made her group win the second prize in the mathematical modeling contest.

The second time of meeting her was that I reviewed practices things in her class. When I saw her, she only one stayed in the class to consult materials, I asked her why other students couldn’t stay with her, she said that other students were cold and she let them go to back to have a rest. She already found out a new arithmetic but didn’t use it masterly, so she used three computers to check the results by changing parameters. The quantities of data were so large that I couldn’t believe she was able to finish the task, while I was surprised by her confidence and ability, she finished them on time. I was impressed by her spirit on academy again.

At her junior year, I taught her mathematic modeling course, she treated it very earnestly and she always finished each practical subject perfectly. Such as, after I gave her some key guidance, she classified the knowledge needed for study and listed the best methods to acquire knowledge on this field and finished it efficiently.

Recently I got to know she will apply for financing engineering and I was glad to tell her that if she connects theory with practice, she will exert mathematical character better. I strongly support her decision and hope my recommendation will receive your favorable consideration.
