1、小学英语课堂教学应提倡教学生活化，形式多样化。

爱因斯坦说过:"兴趣是最好的老师。"在教与学的关系上，古人强调:"教必搞笑，以趣促学"。而新《英语课程标准》又强调小学英语教学最主要的是激发小学生学习英语的兴趣。我针对小学生的年龄、生理和心理特征，结合拍手操，歌谣，声音的高低，手在身体各部分的位置等等生活化的教学形式，并力求多而不乱。采用多样化的教学形式激发学生学习英语的兴趣，但活动形式不能只图表面上的热闹，而要有必须的语言知识和技能作支撑。因此，我认为我们教师应透过有效的语言活动帮忙学生掌握所学的知识和技能。语言源于生活，脱离实际生活的语言是不"真实"的。一个语言枯燥的课堂是不能激发学生的学习兴趣的，只有将语言融入生活，它才会绽放魅力，才能提高学生的学习兴趣。我想我们教师应不断提高自身的业务水平，充分发挥教学法技能，巧妙地将授课资料与实际生活相联系，让学生在生活中学习语言和运用语言，并构成良好的品质。

2、小学英语课堂教学活动要善于打开学生的思路。

课改提出的新理念:"不能教教材，而要用教材"。即要创造性地理解、使用教材，又要用心开展课程资源，灵活运用多种教学策略。所以，我认为更不能就教材教，而要勇于把英语课堂的触角伸向更广阔的天地，也就是学生的生活和大自然，要和学生一道开发和生成开放、富有活力的英语课堂。而信息技术的应用，不受时空的限制，为教学带给了超多的信息，保证了丰富的语言输入量。根据这一特点，本节课我主动的人为设置、透过多媒体课件，增大课堂容量，为教学带给超多生动、形象的素材。这样不仅仅有效地扩大了学生视野和与语言操练的面，而且提高了学生的理解和存储效率，从而增强了教学效果。

4、小学英语课堂评价要抓住孩子的心。

自初中英语新课程实施以来，我在教学中遇到了不少困难，但同 时也体验到了很多乐趣，以下就是我近一年来在教学工作中的一点体会：

一、形体语言在英语口语教学中的作用

人类表情达意的语言形式有两种：有声语言和形体语言，而细腻系统的有声语言是人类特有的语言形式，也是人与人交往的最基本的手段。但是，在现实生活中，在某些特定的情况下，有声语言的时间性和抽象性的弱点就会暴露出来，此时人类就要借住其他辅助手段进行交际。而我们知道的形体语言就是人类惯用的形式之一。

在初中英语教学中，有声语言是教师从事教学，培养学生们语感的主要手段。但是往往外来语的陌生的语音，特殊的语法，会使学生感到与母语巨大的差异，从而在内心产生排斥。因此导致在记忆和理解上的多种学习困难。如果这种困难一点点的堆积到一起，就会挫伤孩子们学习的积极性。其实，在教学中采用形体语言教学就能解决这些困难了。例如：在学习英文26个字母时，我就采用了形体语言这种教学方式。往往教师们会有同感，在学习英文字母时课堂会很沉闷，学生的积极性差。所以我吸取了这些经验教训。再进行这个课题时，充分调动活跃的课堂气氛，使整堂课处于兴奋状态，我教学生们用手势拼出字母的形状，加深他们对字母的认读。在课堂活动中，启发学生动脑筋，动手脚用自己的肢体拼出26个英文字母的形状，学生们各动其脑发挥其能，很快就能掌握。再让他们加上特定的表情，这样学起来既快、又有兴趣。再者，我根据每个字母的形状，编了一个顺口溜。这种方法符合孩子学习的兴趣所在，又容易记忆。例如：学习字母ABCDE等时，我就让孩子唱出儿歌：“尖角A，双圆B，半圆C，馒头D，倒山E”。通过几遍的练习，充分调动学生的情绪，就连平时不爱张嘴的个别学生也积极去和别的同学练习，充分调动了这部分学生的积极性。上述教学实践活动证明了以下三点：

(一)形体语言的形象性，韧性能非常有效地辅助教学。恰当正确的使用形体语言，可以使深奥的事物通俗化，抽象的事物形象化，事倍功半，可以提高教学效果和效率。

(二)形体语言等其他手段的运用，丰富了教学方法和手段，打破了单纯讲课的授课模式，多样化的教学方法可以最大程度的吸引学生的注意力。而学生参与表演示范活动体现出其主体性作用。

(三)形体语言辅助教学更适合低龄学生学习的心理，容易引起他们的共鸣，激发他们的兴趣。所以，特别是在七年级外语教学中，有意识有针对性的使用形体语言会行之有效。

二、提高英语课堂教学效果浅议。

新课标明确强调要关注每个学生的情感，激发他们的学习兴趣，增强实践能力，培养创新精神。在新课程度教改实验中教师要尽快适应新角色,突出新技术理念,运用新教材,提高课堂教学效果.。新课标是教师备课的指导性文件,只有熟悉课标,才能把握课改的教学方向,备课才能明确教学目标,课堂上才能有效地组织教学。钻研教材应做到三个字:“懂、透、化”。“懂”就是对教材的设计思路，对课本的主要内容，每个知识点都要弄明白，做到传授知识正确;“透”，就是不仅要懂教材，而且要做到熟悉，动用灵巧、自如;“化”，就是指教师的教法，要与教材的灵活性、开放性、科学性融为一体。新课标呼唤着教师角色的转换，在教学过程中，教师不再是传统的传授者，而是课堂的组织者、引导者，在学习过程中教师与学生合作学习，完成教学目标，引导学生实践，帮助学生参与、合作、探究、让学生感受成功，在教学过程中进行情感和策略调整，使学生对每节课都来充满好奇和喜悦。课程是实现教育目标的重要途径，是组织教育活动的最主要的依据 ，也就是说，课程居于教育的核心地位。新课程倡导体验与参与式学习，培养学生综合适用语言的能力和创新学习的能力，让学生在体验、合作、探究和交流中学习成长。著名科学家爱因斯坦说过：“兴趣是最好的老师”。若能激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生就会产生一种强烈的求知欲。因此，在教学过程中，要注意学生潜在的非智力因素的优势，想方设法加强英语教学的趣味性，创造性地给学生提供多种学习英语的环境，让课堂训练内容接近学生的实际生活，调动学生和积极性，使他们产生一种轻松、愉快、主动的学习情绪，学生的思维就能与教师同步。 新课程理念的核心是"为了每一位学生的发展"，我想这就是评价新课程课堂教学的惟一标准。通过教学实验，慢慢理出一点头绪，下面谈谈自己具体实施办法：

创设情境，发挥最佳效果。

在教学实践中，试图从日常生活入手，创设生动有趣的.问题情境，吸引学生的注意力，激发学生的学习兴趣，这样使学生从生活经验和客观事实出发，在研究现实问题的过程中学习. 2,奖励激励，提高学习积极性。

在教学中，充分关注学生情感态度变化，采取积极的评价，较多地运用激励性的语言。如：说得真好！你懂得真不光少！你想象力非常丰富！真聪明等等！调动了学生积极探求知识的欲望，激发了学生学习的情感，让每个学生体验成功，增强自信心。

要能发挥学生主体性和积极性，有一个创新思维活动的空间，关键在于教师；教师如何引导，启发，点拔？能否真正地把学生引到这一领域？教师在平时备课中不但要吃透教材，而且要尽量地搜集，制作与教材有关的知识，教具；又要善于把握学生的心里，使学生能够与老师发生共鸣。在教学中教师要善于引导学生从熟悉的事物，现象出发，根据学生掌握的情况，创设情境提出问题，激励学生共同参与，发挥想象，积极思维来解决问题的意向。

对于教学课而言，不能光是知识的传授，而是包括知识与技能、思考、解决问题、情感与态度等几个方面。那种追求“能够教好一节课”或“教出了几个能考高分的学生”为目的的教学已经不符合课改精神了。教会学生知识，教给学生方法，教给学生独立和生存的能力应成为所有教师的职业追求。

环顾周围，在我们的教学中还存在许多这样的现象：一些学生在生活中早已熟悉的东西，教师还在不厌其烦地从头讲起；一些具有较高综合性和较高思维价值的问题，教师却将知识点分化，忽视了学生自主探究和知识的综合运用能力的培养；一些本该让学生自己去动手操作、试验、讨论、归纳、总结的内容却被老师取而代之；一些学生经过自己的深思熟虑形成的独特见解和疑问，往往因为老师的“就照我教的来”而扼杀。在新课程下，教师应当成为学生学习的组织者、引导者和合作者，激发学生的学习积极性、创造性，为学生提供从事活动的机会，构建开展研究的平台，让学生成为学习的主人。

这次四年级期中考试试题难易适中，比较注重基础知识的考察，特别是单词的掌握，不少学生这方面失分很多。两个班成绩不太均衡。我认真总结了一下，今后要注意以下几个方面：

1.自己平时上课有点拖沓，不够紧凑;因此在课堂里浪费了不少时间，给学生练习的时间不够。我要吸取经验教训，在课堂上应该充分利用好短暂的40分钟时间，把握好每个课时的速度和效果。

2. 狠抓基础，培养能力。学生是教学的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学对教学成功与否至关重要。要注意为学生打好扎实的语言基础，特别是最基本的词汇、习惯用法和常用句型，要反复训练，做到举一反三。同时加强对单词，句型的检查力度。在班内张贴单词，课文背诵检查表，不遗漏每一个学生。

3、讲求方法，丰富课堂。英语作为一门外语言，需要多应运。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。上课内容丰富，现实。讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。

4、培优转差，快乐教学。整个教学过程中由于学生的掌握情况不同，出现了优差分层，一方面，有的学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱。另一方面，有的同学们比较活跃，上课气氛积极，成绩较好。因此，让好学生充分发挥示范作用，“优差搭配”，给每一个后进生配一名小老师，共同学习，共同进步。
