20xx年12月13日，我参加了龙海市教师进修学校组织的英语优质课视频观摩教研活动，此次外出学习不仅让我领略到了我省各地市出类拔萃的初中英语教师的教学风采，也让我从中发觉到了在课堂教学方面自身的浅薄与不足，使我收获颇多，受益匪浅。现在我主要总结以下几个方面来谈一下我的学习心得及体会：

一、调动学生积极性，让学生真正成为课堂的主人。这是新课标的重要特点，也是素质教育的要求。注重学生能力的培养，注重主体参与，教学中互动模式多样，多采用小组竞赛的模式或创造一个语境，让学生展开联想，激起了同学们对英语学习的兴趣。营造了宽松，民主，和谐的教与学的氛围。平时我们在这一方面做得不够好。因此，听课时我特别注意了两位老师不同的调动学生的方式。学生积极性调动起来以后，怎样保持下去也很重要。老师在每个教学环节中对孩子的要求一定要清楚明确，难易适中。只有孩子清楚的知道自己应该干什么时，才有可能干好这件事;而问题太难孩子会无从下手，太易又不用思考，这都会打击孩子的积极性。

二、教师自身的良好素质是上好一堂课的重要前提和基本保证。在这几天的听课中我发现优秀的教师都有几个共同特点：1、口语流利，发音准确。只有做到这一点，才能保证孩子对课程的理解，才能保证孩子学到正确的知识，地道的语言;2、善于利用多媒体等多种手段辅助教学，使孩子接触到的知识更立体，更直观，更生动;3、教态亲切，表情丰富，在课堂上能轻松，活泼，潇洒地进行授课，富有艺术性;4、有扎实的英语基础知识作为后盾，词汇丰富，课堂充实。

“多为成功找方法，少为失败找理由”、“见人不是，诸恶之根;见己不是，万善之源”这两句话成功阐述了反思的方法和益处。应该说每一次外出听课学习，对我的心灵都是一种触动。看似普通的一堂课，让他们讲起来却充满了生机和活力，真正做到了把课堂还原给了孩子。

老师们驾驭课堂的能力，环环相扣的教学环节，极具魅力的语言，智慧的火花，每每回味都令人叹服。这次观摩让我看到了一种新生的课堂：课堂是师生互动、心灵对话的舞台，是“以人为本，朴实率真”的课堂。我们要让课堂成为充满学生智慧闪光的课堂。

经过去进修学校进行培训，我受益非浅，虽然时间很短，但是培训的内容给我在教学上的帮助很大。特别是对教学活动的设计，我有了更深刻、更透彻的领会，下面谈谈我的几点体会：

1、目标要具体、明确、合理，体现出教学任务的分层要求，不搞一刀切。

活动的设计力图符合学生的认知规律，由易到难，层层深入，形成一定的梯度，逐步激发学生有目的性地去开展活动。

2、活动要以学生的生活经验和兴趣为出发点，内容和方式要尽量真实。

爱因斯坦说过：“兴趣和爱好是最好的教师。”兴趣让人们始终处于一种积极向上，永不满足的心理状态，这种心理状态能够激活学生的求知欲望。教师要创设一种情景，让学生产生兴趣，并且不知不觉，不由自主中，进入教师要讲授新内容的“圈套”。

初中生的心理特点是以具体的形象思维占主要地位，因此教师在课堂上要通过动作，实物，图片来表达语言意义，甚至要创设真实的有意义的情景，让学生得到直观的感性的认识，从而激发学生学习的兴趣，激励和吸引学生参与教学活动教师要注重学生的亲身体验，引导学生在“做中学”，在“用中学”。让学生在活动中不断地体验到成就感，最终形成自主学习的习惯。

3、充分利用小组活动，发展学生语言技能，从而提高实际语言运用能力。

小组教学为学生提高语言运用能力提供了更为开放的空间，教师要充分利用这一模式，提高学生实际语言运用能力。

4、活动应该积极促进英语学科和其他学科间的相互渗透联系，使学生的综合素质得到发展。

知识经济把我们带入了一个多学科兼容的时代，如果把英语教学浓缩和理解为学科知识和技能传授与训练的单向掘进，仅靠输入英语知识和训练基本技能来完成教学任务是无法取得教学突破和创造成果。“要求英语教学扩展学生的自然知识和社会知识，训练学生思维的灵性，熏陶学生的审美情趣，培养学生的合作能力，注重学生的情感体验。

5、活动要能够促使学生获取，处理和使用信息，用英语与他人交流，发展用英语解决问题的能力。

英语教学的最终目的是培养学生的交际能力，在课堂上，通过设计适当的课堂活动，让学生学习如何在人际交往中，采用恰当的交际技能，使用所学的语言知识与他人交流信息，交换意见，沟通感情，建立和维持和谐的人际关系，与他人共同合作完成任务。

6、活动不应该仅限于课堂教学，而要延伸到课堂之外的学习和生活之中。

很多问题在课堂有限的时间内是无法解决的，为了更好地完成课堂教学任务，教师可以把一些相关的活动作为任务留给学生课外完成，比课本上的练习更容易理解。学生在一种自然真实或模拟真实的情景的体会，学习和运用语言，在掌握语言知识的同时对单元话题有了更深刻的了解。

总之，在英语教学活动中必须有明确的目的和可操作性，以学生的生活经验和兴趣为出发点，以提高学生语言知识水平，发展学生实际运用英语解决问题的能力，并发展学生合作，创新等综合素质为目标。设计教学活动要充分发挥学生的主观能动性。

作为一名新上岗的英语教师，经过了几次考试，从我任教的两个班级来看，差别很大，成绩很不平均，平均分四班92，三班87，两个班的成绩总是有一定的差距，而且与其他老师的班级成绩有很大的差距，还有很多要学习和进步的地方，我认为我身上的担子很重，对于英语教学还还是新手上路，经验很少，需要自己不断的摸索和请教，还有不断的向老师学习，不断的听课，通过这次的考试，又有了很多的反思和见解，现反思如下 一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地说英语，对他们在学习过程中犯的错误采取宽容的态度。

根据教材中的情境，真实再现于课堂并创造新的怀境，英语教学中，老师根据课文的内容，老师设计对话与学生进行对话，这样就无形中发展学生运用英语交际能力，培养他们创新灵活运用英语的习惯。

2、在教学过程中注重学生的听、说、读、写综合能力，鼓励他们大胆的说并运用到实际中去。

教师还可以利用插图来创设情景，培养学生的创新精神，让学生根据图画的内容编一段对话。学生会运用所学过的知识，编成各种对话，进行练习。这样既练口语，又练习听力。

二、创造宽松、和谐的气氛

在教学过程中，注重与学生沟通，让学生消除对英语学习的恐惧感，只有对英语感兴趣，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得好成绩。刻板的学习，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，适得其反让他们厌恶学习英语。因此创造宽松、和谐的学习氛围有利于英语学习。

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们大胆的尝试。 要培养学生的创造个性，仅停留在创设教学情境上是不够的。教师首先要具有创新的精神，注重创设宽松、和谐的教学氛围，尊重学生个体，注重抓住一切时机激发学生创新的欲望，注意对学生的学习行为和学习结果、反应等做出客观、公正、热情、诚恳的评价……

2、鼓励学生大声的朗读课文并背诵，使自己听的见自己的声音，渐渐做到流利，顺畅。促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感。

3、对于底子薄的或性格内向的同学，降低他们的学习标准，当他们取得一点小小的进步，都要鼓励他们，让他们感到有成就感。

三、记忆方法

学习语言就是要开口多说，多记， 多背，只要功夫到家了，学习英语的困难就迎刃而解了。英语琐碎的知识点太多，每天都有新的知识点增加，这就需要学生多记，多背。这往往是学生最头疼的一件事。现在才初一，主要是以单词为主，如果连单词都记不住，更何况句型听力。

1、根据发音脱口而出单词，多朗读，重复多次，背会的东西容易忘，应隔三插五的再巩固。

2、背诵一个小对话，背会了用自己的话把它复述出来，这样增加学习英语的自信心。

3、把记不住的单词写在小纸片上，随时都可以拿出来看看，长期坚持，一定有成效。虽然只有几个月的教学，但我深刻的认识到教师这个职业，不仅要有过硬的专业知识，而且要有爱心 耐心，更主要的是管理学生的能力。并不是每个人都能胜任教师这个神圣而又伟大的职业。作为初入教育行业的我，无论在教学经验上还是在管理上欠缺的东西太多。幸好学校给我分配了指导教师，在教学上给予我很大的帮助与支持，使我在教学方面不断的成长起来。自己还要积极进取，不断的提高自身素质，多听有经验老师的课，取其精华，并将其运用到自己的教学当中，不断反思自己教学中的不足，更新观念，更快的进步。

《大自然的启示》读课文，抓住课文的主要内容是四年级语文教学的一个重要任务。在教学《大自然的启示》一课时，我在学生熟读课文后，让学生思考课文的主要内容是什么。学生概括起来显得还是吃力。看的出，光利用抓各部分主要内容的方法来概括整篇文章的主要内容还是有些困难。怎么办呢?因为，我们此时学习的是《人类的老师》这篇文章，所以，我灵机一动，我想既然学生概括全篇困难，那就先练习概括一个自然段吧。于是，我请他们概括第二自然段的主要内容。学生说起来还是罗嗦，我引导说：瞧，虽然两个同学概括的不是特别简练，但你们注意到了吗，在他们的言语中，出现了两种很重要的事物。学生很快就答出是鲸和轮船。我把他们写在黑板上，对学生说：看，你能结合课文，用简单的话说说他们之间的关系吗?学生在短暂的思考过后，顺利的答出：科学家根据鲸的体型特点设计出了流线型的轮船，大大提高了轮船的航行速度。我又引导他们采用同样的方法概括出第一自然段的主要内容，然后把两段联系起来说就概括出了全篇的主要内容。

由这个教学片段，我想到了抓文章中的关键词来概括主要内容也是一种不错的办法。但这个关键词，最初应由教师提出。日久天长，学生就会掌握其中的技巧。

放手让学生通过自由读、同桌互读、指名读等方式达到了读准生字字音，正确、流利地朗读课文的目的。接下来我让学生默读课文，思考两篇短文的大意，并启发学生《“打扫”森林》可采用把各部分意思连起来的方法，《人类的老师》可直接引用原文(即最后一自然段)的方法来归纳。

now it’s the 21st century, everyone is busy. especially our

parents are very busy. every boys and girls, please imagine this: your parents go away on business, but you have to stay at home alone. would life as easy as when your parents are around? would it be a perfect holiday for you?

once, my parents both go on business. i worry “where would i find food? how would i cook it?” actually i know little about cooking.

i can fill an empty stomach with tomato and egg soup, but that’s all. i think many of my classmates are the same. we wouldn’t know what to do, or how to look after ourselves. so i don’t think teenagers get enough practice.

my friends said that they did their homework until 10 o’clock, it’s so late! most teenagers only have time for their homework. they don’t learn any life skills until they go to college.

but why it happens? in my opinion, many teenagers depend too much on their parents, and there is much more to learn than cooking, like“tidying up your room or even dressing yourself properly”.

if we want to solve this problem, there’s a way: try our best to do some things on our own. a human first need be a self-help person, then he will be a successful man.

非常荣幸能有机会参加xx年7月份这次小学英语教育技术应用省级培训。在这次学习中，我收获了很多。收获了友谊，更收获了现代教育技术在小学英语学科中的应用的意义和作用。

在为期十天的培训中，我有幸聆听了赵xx教授的专题讲座《做一个富有人格魅力的教师》。使我深刻的认识到了教师人格的价值和在教学中的作用。同时也使我深深的感受到教师的人格对孩子的成长起着举足轻重的作用。要想培养出优秀的人才，就必须要求我们教师有着高度的人格魅力。培训中，四平第二实验小学的张xx老师的《现代教育技术与小学英语的整合应用》让我知道了现代教育技术还可以这样灵活的应用与小学英语教学中，从而提高教学效果。使我在以后的教学中如何应用现代教育技术得到了启发；谭主任的《信息检索，下载，管理》让我知道了怎样有效的检索自己需要的信息；李xx教授的《word，excel应用》让我知道了其强大的功能远远比自己现在应用的要深奥的多，可操作性和实用性也是不可估量的；于《photoshop》更是给我留下了深刻的印象，原来照片可以根据自己的想法随你想做成什么样子；兰副教授的《powerpoint》更是让我看到了其强大的功能和应用于教学中的作用和意义；此外董副教授的《音频，视频软件》和张《flash》都给我充实了很多理论知识，使我明白了只有在科学的理论指引下，在学科教学中合理有效的运用现代教育技术才能使课堂教学实现真正的有效和高效。

以前我自认为对信息技术运用知识掌握的还可以，但通过此次培训，才明白自己掌握的知识只是浅层次的运用，特别是培训中，对word，excel和powerpoint的讲解和应用。经过培训的专家耐心细致的讲解，我认识到了学无止尽，自己的专业知识、学科理论等水平还有待于提高。特别是这10天培训所学到的东西，要在今后的教学生活中不断地复习、巩固、运用，真正地把教学和教育信息技术整合，融会贯通。

二十一世纪是一个信息化的时代，从电脑的发明到现在，电脑已于我们的.生活息息相关，而信息技术的发展更是代表一个国家的强大的标志。通过十天的现代教育技术培训，我觉得作为一名小学英语教师，应该把信息技术的发展带头应用到所教学科中，让下一代在信息技术的辅助下更好的掌握英语这门世界通用语言。

信息技术与各学科之间的整合和应用的发展是飞快的，如果我们只停留在原来的位置上，过不了几年自己也会成为新一代的“文盲”，所以在今后我会在空余时间按不断加强自身的业务学习，经常上网查找有关这方面的知识，经常与其他学校的教师进行联系，多多探讨信息技术在英语学科教学中的整合和应用，交流教学体会和经验，以提高自身的素质和教育教学水平。

I was astonished and grievous to hear of the calamitous earthquake happening on May, 12th. It’s really a national disaster, causing tremendous loss to our whole nation physically and mentally. Seeing the related movies and photos, I could not help crying. I’m especially moved by those high-minded people in front of the catastrophe! I’m proud of you, tough people!

伴随着新课程的实施，高中语文课堂教学改革又面临着新的机遇和挑战，也就是如何提高语文课堂教学的高效性。面对这一趋势，我推出了“六步”教学法，即：情境导入-----出示目标------引导自学------合作探究------反思拓展-----当堂检测，我在我的语文课堂上，哪怕是基础薄弱的班级，也进行了尝试，也许是我的教学能力有限，也许是我的思考不够深刻，也许是我的反思缺乏科学的理论依据，实践中有收获更有困惑。

一、让学生用多长时间获得?

《雨巷》是一首现代诗，因为这是一篇诗歌欣赏，对朗读的要求比较高，特别是如何才能让学生在“读”中落实“悟”，这是我本节课的教学目标和教学重点之一。在课前，我做了大量的准备工作，精心准备了课件和音乐，在课堂上，我和孩子们一起去理解课文中优美的词句，带着自己的体会去读相关的句子，一次不行来两次，一个不行第二个接着示范，全班同学都投入了，都能用自己的朗读抒发情感。这个环节是其他环节的基础，是教学重点，需要25分钟。接着用5分钟让他们去写一两句诗，当他们的情绪掀到高潮的时候，配着优美动听的曲子缓缓地、缓缓地全班配乐朗诵。美文欣赏教学取得了很好的效果。但是为了把欣赏课的教学效果继续延续下去，我特意留了5分钟让学生背诵自己喜欢的段落，让学生的感情得到了进一步的升华，也对文中的好词好句进行了积累，为写作奠基。在那节课中，学生的“获得”时间恰到好处，剩余10分钟“作业”也能当堂完成。既减轻了学生的负担，又提高了课堂的效果。

二、学生课堂获得的内容深浅度如何把握?

还记得在上《装在套子里的人》的时候，自己感觉课文的内容比较浅显易懂，坚持“先学后教，当堂检测”的原则，课前重点要求学生找出主人公别里科夫的心理活动的句子，体会他的心理变化，深层感悟“别出什么乱子”一语，由文本字面的理解上升为文化层面、精神层面的理解。但是在实施过程中，学生卡在了心理活动的理解与感悟上(，结果在这一个环节花了大量的时间带着学生去找文中心理活动描写的语句，再引导学生体会，但还是有很多学生不能理解，没有消化。反思这个环节，由于没有正确看待学生现有的学习能力，对学情估价过高，“合作探究”环节没有引起学生的认知冲突，最后为了完成教学内容我对他们进行了强硬的灌输，尽管一定程度上提升了学生的感悟能力，但是教育专家曾说“教育的艺术不在传授，而在鼓舞和唤醒”，学生的主动“获得”没有落到实处。

三、每个学生都达到教学目标只是教学“理想”?

在每一节课的教学中，我都努力去尝试让学生都不同程度达到(部分学生只是接近)教学目标，也尝试过很多办法，但感觉还是收获甚微，总有那么一部分学生课堂上的简单知识就不能掌握，所以困惑至今，有望和各位同仁探讨。文言文教学对于我这个班级来说是很困难的，于是我降低难度，改变教学策略，以“读准字音、正确把握节奏、力争读出语气”为底线目标，以积累重点文言文实词和背诵名句为主要目标，以文章内容的理解为提升目标，只点到为止。如《陈情表》是要求背诵的名篇，课文很长，基础差的学生基本上望书兴叹，我于是分三层要求：能力强的全文背诵，中间层背诵重点段落，学困生要求朗读全文再背诵名句。在“课堂检测”环节，我就他们重点抽查，长期坚持我想还是能够取得不错的效果，但并不能保证每一节课让每个学生都能达到教目标，只能是尽可能地接近教学目标，这也是我多年来在一线教学中的困惑。

当然，我也会在在今后的教学中，认真落实和学习先进的教学理念、方法和模式，认真编写导学案，课前下足准备功夫，备课不是单纯地写教案，而必须备教材、备学生，不仅要花功夫钻研教材、理解教材，仔细琢磨教学的重难点，更要了解学生的实际情况，根据学生的认知规律选择课堂教学的“切入点”，合理设计教学活动，提高课堂教学质量。

As we know, nearly 75% of the Earth surface is covered with water, But about 97% of this huge amount is sea water or salt water. Man can only drink and use the rest 3%, but most of it has been polluted.

There are more than 400 cities poor with water in China. Millions of people don’t have enough water for drinking, many of them die because of lack of water . There are many big factories in China. They put the dirty and poisonous water in the river, such as the Yellow River, the Chang Jiang River, the Yangtze River and so on. It pollutes the river and makes people have many strange diseases. Many people don’t know how important the water is. They often think: I pay for the water I used, it’s none of others business. How foolish and how selfish the thought is. They don’t turn off the tap when they finish washing their hands in the public toilet because the water is free-paying. Most of the students in the university use big basins of water to wash fruits . Because they have paid a lot for the room fee. Some of the middle school students use the water for drinking to play jokes on others just for fun. But who has thought about our life in the future? Who has thought about the people without water? Who has thought about the future of the world?

Why don’t people know how to save it until we have lost it? Why don’t people know how important the water is until the last drop of water becomes our tears? Let’s save the water, for you, for me , for the future.
