1.整体情况良好。项目全，内容完整。所有老师都按照学校的要求完成了备课量。教案撰写环节清楚，目标明确，重难点突出，反思仔细、认真。

2.作业形式丰富，有实效，作业量适中。

存在的问题：

1.个别老师的教案略显简单，对于重点知识的呈现、如何帮助学生感知、体验、理解语言并运用、内化语言缺乏具体活动安排。

自3月5号来到纯阳中学起，在陈建胜老师的指导下在高一(1)班、高一(6)班实习英语教学，先后完成了听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课任务。期间，指导老师、实习老师们、学生们都给了我很大帮助与启示。现把自己教学实习所作、所见、所感、所得一一回顾，作如下总结。

一、对听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课等教学情况的概述

自3月6号起开始听课，先后听课大约有100多节，并且作了听课记录。听课后，与指导老师、实习老师交流，将心得体会记在日志中。听完尹一兰、张钦松、邱文亚等讲的公开课后，也与实习老师们一起评课议课，获益匪浅。在自己正式讲课前，认真备课、修改教案;曾多次试讲，搭档邱文亚、程静、李秋荣等曾提出宝贵意见。

自4月2号第一次走上讲台正式讲课后，就不断听取指导老师，实习老师们及学生们的意见，在不断总结与改进中探索有自己特色的讲课技巧与风格。先后在高一(1)班、高一(6)班讲课4个单元;评讲考试试卷3次及周清试题若干次;批改作业，早、晚自习辅导也不曾落下;监考，阅卷，组办英语文化季活动，参加学校的各种教研会议、各项活动也都尽力做到最好。

二、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结;

1. 课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或“ppp”教学法等。

2. 课堂上教态自然，教学耐心;常微笑，常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁，平等对待。

3. 讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

4. 板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句

5. 讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结

6. 声音要再洪亮一些，有升降。

7. 对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些

8. 在讲解知识点时，要按照考试大纲分轻、重。

三、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考

在听课与讲课的过程中，我听取其他老师的意见，结合自己的心得体会，觉得作为一个好老师，不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握，还要对考纲、考点十分了解，更重要的是弄清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中。这样在讲课过程中，让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时，考试也能考出好成绩。

考试、高考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰恰是本末倒置。考试，重知识，轻技能;重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。

四、对英语课堂教学与英语教学法的思考

实习期间和许多实习老师一样，我也觉得在大学所学的教学法在这很难应用，是我们所学的教学法有问题吗?是它太先进而不能应用于这里的落后实际吗?到底问题在哪?

首先在这我自己得重新审视一下大学里所学的教学法了，思考后对它有以下三点新的认识，觉得它在教学中至少起到了“三条线”的作用。

第一条线，它是一个标准，不管我们衡量一节课上的好坏，还是评价一个老师教学水平的高低，我们都在有意识或无意识地用教学法课上学到的知识去衡量。这远比只看考试成绩要合理的多。既然是标准那也就是方向，也就是我们作为老师不断完善自己的参考标准。要做一个合格的老师，做一个让学生喜欢的老师，简单地说既要有学识魅力，又要有人格魅力;课堂上教学严谨又要不乏幽默，课下与学生打成一片，时刻提高自己。这些道理我们读懂，但具体怎么做才能有学识魅力，才能有人格魅力，这些我们就得参照教学法课上所学，一点一滴的去慢慢学习、积累、探索了。

写教案从何下手，修改时应注意哪些问题;评课，议课应遵循什么样的原则;与学生交流以及上课处理意外情况应该朝着哪个方向;到了总结与反思的时候，那些是要改进的，哪些是要继续发扬的等等这些具体问题的解决我们都需要参照教学法。

第二条线，它相当于一个脊梁、一副骨架支撑起了课堂教学这副身躯;相当于葡萄枝，把一个个像葡萄一样既好吃又好看的独立活动连成一节课;相当于曲谱，只要放进歌词就可以成为完整动听的音乐。脊梁、葡萄枝、曲谱我们不常看见，也不大关注，但他们的存在却不容忽视，他们的作用也是不容忽视的。

一些老师课堂教学也组织了不少活动，气氛很热闹，学生很活跃，但整节课似乎显得有点混乱，学生不知学到什么，教学效果如何都难以测定，让人总感觉不知是多了点什么，还是少了点什么。感觉一节课就是用几个活动简单堆砌起来的。这样，几节课的重复与堆砌就是一个单元的教学，几个单元教学的重复与堆砌就是一学期的教学。而教学法不同，它让我们的堆砌有了章法，有了结构，可以堆出高楼大厦，也可以堆出艺术作品。总之，它让我们的课堂活了起来，不必遵循什么死理，有了自己的发展方向;让我们的教学活了起来，可以四处走动。

第三条线，它相当于一个桥梁性的东西，让我们的教学从应试教育平缓的过渡到素质教育。

我们老是说应试教育害人不浅，对学生以“分”定能力高低;对老师以“分”定工资多少。这不但扼杀了学生的创造性，埋没了他们的潜力，甚至扭曲了他们的人格，造成学生逆反心理严重，高分低能等后果;同时浪费了老师的心血，甚至还要被家长唾骂，打击了老师改进教学的信心，从而整体影响了国家的教育事业。因此不少人喊着要取消高考，取消考试才能实现素质教育，那可就大错特错了。从应试教育到素质教育过度，需要一个桥梁，至少在理论上需要教学法这样一个桥梁。当然要实现素质教育还需要很多条件，例如高素质的老师是必不可少的，宽松的政策与相应的硬件设施也十分必要。但作为一名免费师范生，我们现在能做的就是按照教学法上的要求去提高自己，去认真准备好自己的每一节课，为国家教育事业尽自己一份力。

mausoleum blends the styles of traditional imperial tombs and modern architecture. Lying at the mountainside, the vault is more than 700 hundred meters away from the paifang on the square below, which is the entrance of the mausoleum. There is

a three-tier stone stand on which a huge bronze ding, an ancient Chinese vessel symbolizing power, perches. To the north of the square, the paifang towers high. Beyond is the 480-meter-long and 50-meter-wide stairway which has 392 stairs, leading to the vault. On both sides, pine, cypress, and gingko trees guard the way. At the end of the stairway is a gate which is 16 meters high and 27 meters wide. The tri-arched marble gate is inscribed with four Chinese characters written by Dr. Sun, gate, there is a pavilion in which a 9-meter-high stele is set, which is a memorial monument set by the Kuomintang (KMT)。 A few stairs up is the sacrificial hall and the vault.In front of the sacrificial hall there stands a pair of huabiao, ancient Chinese ornamental columns, which are 12.6 meters high. The sacrificial hall is actually a palace of 30 meters in length, 25 meters in width and 29 meters in height. In the center of the hall a 4.6-meter-high statue of Dr. Sun sits. The statue was sculptured out of Italian white marble. The ceiling of the hall features the flag of theKuomintang. Biographical information on Dr. Sun is available to visitors in the hall. North of the hall lies the bell-shaped vault, wherein lies the sarcophagus of Dr. Sun.Architectural influence of the Mausoleums design is evident in TaiwansChiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall.

一、做文明骑行(停放)的示范者。倡导绿色出行,自觉增强文明意识,从细微做起,带头遵守社会公德。爱护单车,不乱贴乱画、不恶意损坏、不将共享单车占为私有。遵守交通法规,坚决摒弃各种不良行为,不闯红灯、不逆行、不闯机动车道、不追逐打闹、不乱停放。

二、做文明骑行(停放)的传播者。要珍惜自己的文明骑行信用记录,积极宣传文明骑行、有序停放的重要意义,用自己的行为带动身边的人,把文明风尚传播到城市的每一个角落。

三、做文明骑行(停放)的监督者。提醒人们爱护公共设施,见到乱停放的共享单车自觉扶起并停放好,及时劝阻、制止破坏共享单车的不良行为,并大胆举报故意破坏行为。同时,主动提醒那些不符合骑行条件的朋友不要骑行共享单车,以免造成意外伤害。

First, I would like to know, what does your destiny offer you? Happiness, wisdom, a strong body or something else. If I had asked this question to president Nixon, he would probably had said,”Our destiny offers not the cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity.”

Needless to say, one of the biggest opportunities given to China is the 20xx Olympic Games. Till now, we have used two sevenths of the preparation time. How much changes have you seen? New roads, new subway lines, public-exercising equipments with beautiful colors, large blocks of grass fields, and also lots of modern gyms which are under construction.

Other than those, there are even more good effects brought to us by the Olympic Games that cannot be seen directly. For example, more and more people will get to know China. I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attract them strongly. And the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened. What is more, Olympic Games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youth with the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit. Now that we have seen so many advances, could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?

I’ve already said a lot about the Olympics and China. But I think everyone should use some time to think of this question, ”Does the Olympic Games have any special meaning to you?”

For us, I mean the Chinese youth, 20xx Olympic Games is a tremendous gift. Because what we are waiting for is to do something significant as repaying the love given to us .The society is just like a ship, and in our dreams the captain is waving his hand and saying ”Hey!
