This Agreement, concerning the setting up of a technical research and development team, is made according to the Contract Law of PRC regulations and entered into through equal negotiation by both Parties as the free and full expression of their own wishes to mutual benefits, and to this end both Parties shall abide by this Agreement as following.

第一条、 甲方同意雇用乙方为新产品研发技术顾问。乙方同意为甲方提供技术

顾问服务。

Article 1: Party A hereby agrees to employ party B as the technical consultant for the new product research and development. Party B hereby agrees to offer technical consultation service to Part A.

第二条、 甲方同意每月支付乙方的研究费用，包括：薪资、办公费、检测费、

差旅费以及其他相关费用。

Article 2: Party A hereby agrees to pay Party B for the research each month, including salaries, administrative expenses, detection cost, traveling expenses and other cost associated.

第三条、 乙方有责任为甲方提供相关国内外技术及市场信息，并及时答复甲方

技术上所遇到的问题。

Article 3：Party B is responsible to provide relevant technical and market information home and abroad and is ready to answer any technical problem frequently asked by Party A.

第四条、 乙方有义务向甲方提供有关个人简历和相关证明材料，甲方要尊重乙

方个人隐私，有义务妥善保管相关材料。

Article 4: Party B shall has the obligation to provide Party A with any relevant personal resume and reference documents as necessary. Party A shall respect the personal privacy of Party B and has the obligation to properly keep those materials.

第五条、 乙方同意所研发的产品所有知识产权归甲方所有，乙方不得将相关技

术信息泄露给任何第三方，否则需要承担一切法律后果。

Article 5: Party B hereby agrees that the intellectual property of any product as researched and developed herein shall be owned by Party A. Party B shall not be allowed to disclose any technical information concerned to the third party, or it shall take all the legal consequences.

第六条、 甲乙双方同意通过紧密合作达到共同目标;每年增加一到三个项目;

每年申请一到三个发明专利;每年完成一到两个能够通过专家认证的

新产品;每年至少向市场推广两个产品。

Article 6: Both Parties agree to achieve their common goals by their close cooperation. It is planned to add one to three projects each year and to apply for one to three patents for inventions each year, to make one to two new products certified by experts each year, and to promote at least two products to the market each year.

第七条、 此协议甲乙双方各执一份，没有在协议中提到的事项双方需协商解决。 Article 7: This Agreement is held by both Parties, one for each respectively. Any issue not mentioned in this Agreement shall be settled by both Parties through negotiation.

吉林市街区から松花江に沿って15キロは豊満水力発電所で、冬季の河川の水は水輪の機械を通して、水温が上昇して熱くなります。真冬になると、水輪の機械から流れる水は4℃もあります。水面から湯気が立ち上り、川全体が白霧のように立ちこめて、久しく消えない。川沿いの長い土手、青々とした松が林立して、柳が低く垂れて、川の上で立ち上る霧が冷たい目に遭って世界的に有名な樹氷の景観を形成しました。

樹氷を観賞して、重んじたのは“夜は霧を見て、朝は掛かることを見て、近い午まで花を観賞します”です。

「夜見霧」は樹氷形成の前夜、江上の霧を見ることです。夜十時ごろ、松花江では初めから続いて霧が立ち込めていました。ますます濃くなってきました。大団の白霧が川の面からもくもくと立ち上り、両岸に冬の霧を漂わせています。

「朝見掛」は早起きして木を見ることです。十里の川の堤は黒々として森の木々が一夜にして一面の銀白色になった。ケシのヤナギはまるで玉の枝のように垂れ下がっており，群がっている松の針はまるで銀の菊のように咲き乱れ，きらきらと透明である。川の風が吹いて、銀の針がきらきらと輝いて、菊が揺れています。

樹氷は民間にもう一つの「夢を送る」という美名があります。人々はまだ夢の中にいるという意味で、空の殿さまが、真っ白で無垢な梨の花を届けてくれました。唐の詩人岑参詩『白雪歌は武判官を北京に帰す』の二句の詩のように、忽は一夜の春風のように来て、千樹万樹の梨の花が咲きます。

「昼下がりに花を見に行く」というのは、木が落ちた時のことです。一般的には午前10時ごろには、木の飾りが一枚ずつ落ち始め、続いて列になって降りてきます。そよ風に吹かれて落ちた銀片が空に舞っています。明るい陽光が上に照り映え、空には色とりどりの雪のカーテンが形成されています。冬に見たのは明らかに梨の花がちらつく絵だった。

昔話によると、松花江のそばには老母がいて、夫が早く死んで、三人の娘を育てています。生活には苦労があって、黒も白もない。三人の娘は親不孝で、ボールを押すようにお母さんを押してきて、もてなしもできませんでした。一日娘と二人の娘が三人の娘の家に行く途中、冷たい風がうなり、お母さんはもっと悲しくなりたいです。白髪と涙は風になびき、木につるされて氷になりました。人々は銀杏の枝を見ています。不孝娘を恨む。

Beijing is the capital of the people's Republic of China, a municipality

directly under the central government, a national central city of China, and a

center for political, cultural, educational and international exchanges. It is

also the decision-making center and management center of China's economy and

finance. Beijing is located in the north end of the North China Plain, connected

with Tianjin in the southeast, and the rest is surrounded by Hebei Province.

甲乙双方本着友好协商、共同发展的原则签订本翻译服务合同，其条款如下：

Both parties of Party A and Party B have signed the Translation Service Contract based on the principle of friendly cooperation and mutual development* The articles are as follows:

一、甲方委托乙方为其提供翻译服务，及时向乙方提交清晰、易于辨认的待译资料，提出明确要求，并对乙方的翻译质量进行监督。

1.Party A entrusts Party B with the translation service. Party A shall provide legible documents in time and give clear requirements and control the translation quality of Party B.

二、乙方按时完成翻译任务(如发生不可抗力的因素除外)，向甲方提供已翻译好的打印件及电子文件各一份。具体交稿日期由双方商定。对于加急稿件，交稿期限由双方临时商议。

2. Party B shall complete the translation work in time and deliver the translation by printed hard copy and a relevant disk within the agreed date (with the exception of the delay caused by Force Majeure). Details about the delivery time will be discussed between the two parties. For the urgent request, the delivery time will be discussed accordingly between the two parties.

三、乙方对甲方提供的任何资料必须严格保密，不得透露给第三方。

3.Party B shall keep confidentiality of any documents provided by Party A and can not disclose to the third party.

四、翻译工作量统计：电子译稿：按电脑统计的中文版字符数计算（中文版Word20__ 中 “不计空格的字符数”）; 打印译稿：按中文原稿行数×列数统计计算（行×列）。

4.Calculation of the load of translation: For electronic documents, the translation load shall be based on the statistics of the computer (Chinese Version Word20__ “Chinese characters not including blank spaces ”). For printed documents, the translation load shall be calculated according to lines of Chinese characters (the original printed copy), i.e. lines × rows.

五、乙方按优惠价格向甲方收取翻译费用：英*汉为 元/千字符（十万字以上）。

5.Party B will charge the translation project from Party A with favorable price: For English–Chinese RMB / 1000 Chinese characters and marks（More than 100000 Chinese characters and marks）.

六、乙方可以在翻译开始前为甲方预估翻译费，甲方付款时则按实际发生的工作量支付给乙方翻译费用（工作量统计方法见本合同第四条）。以下为乙方的账户信息：

6. Party B can evaluate and notice Party A the estimated translation fee before the launch of the project. 在实习实践中，才发现看似简单的翻译工作，其中蕴含着的不仅仅只有英语方面的知识，运用到的不单单只有翻译方面的技巧，还有各个环节编辑、排版、校对以及质检等团队间的相互配合。

当翻译项目开始后，每个同学会轮番扮演不同的角色。当翻译遇到困难的时候，会有翻译负责的老师对同学们的悉心指导。在接受在操作技能上有更高要求的编辑排版以及质检的时候，公司会选派这些领域顶尖的老师给同学们电脑远程答疑解惑，让同学们能更快地掌握翻译的要领。

通过这次的翻译实习，主要让我领会到了两点，一是融会贯通的重要性，二是合作的重要性。

首先，翻译是一种语言活动，有是该活动的结果，它是融理论、技能、艺术于一体的语言实践活动。然而翻译是一项非常艰苦和细致的工作，要做好翻译要求个人的素质非常高，作好专业资料的翻译，需要有外语、母语和专业方面的雄厚的功底，还要有缜密的思维习惯，当然，这是我们这些刚刚接触翻译的同学来说难度很大，但是我们仍能从中收获颇丰。

通过翻阅大量资料，我们了解到了有关翻译的一些相关知识：一、翻译的本质，翻译的过程可以用一句话来概括：“在透彻地理解原文意思的基础上用标准的汉语表述出来。”可见这是一个学习和再加工的过程。首先自己要准确理解原文的意思，要反复推敲，直到真正弄懂，然后再用标准的中文把思想再现出来。在对翻译LuckyinLove这篇文章中我们深有体会。一开始我们小组准备每人按章节来翻译，从头开始翻译的同学倒还好，后面的同学就麻烦了，完全不知该从何着手。最后我们只得调整策略，大家先在一起讨论下文章的大体内容主旨，思想情感等，大家再各自翻译。

二、翻译质量有两个基本标准：第一个标准是符合原文的本来意思，就是要忠实原文，既不能随意增加原文中没有的意思，不能添枝加叶，也不能缺斤短两，随意删减，既要透过字面意思揭示出作者的本意，又要避免东拉西扯，脱离正题。这也就是我们所说的“信”;第二个标准是符合中文的表达习惯，也就是所谓的“达”，句子要通顺流畅，不能生造词语和句子，也就是所谓的文笔。应保证任何业内人士都能够看懂，不能象有的人翻出来后连自己都看不懂。在此次翻译实习中我们也是领悟到了这点的重要性，大家翻译完后集中在一起，大家互相阅读，找出翻译不通顺或有错误的地方，大家再一起研究、讨论，最终完成整片文章的翻译。

三、翻译界通用的质量标准是“信、达、雅”，对于技术、学术和商务资料来说，只要求“信”和“达”不要求“雅”，所以对于我们此次的翻译篇章，我们必须尽量做到严复先生提出的“信、达、雅”的要求。

四、直译和意译的辨证关系。有的句子只需直译就很明白了，例如比较浅显的句子，不需要变换语序就翻译得很好。而有的句子由于语言表达习惯的差异性，在翻译时需要对原来的语序进行大幅度的调整，需要透过字面意思，用重新组织的汉语句子将原作者真正要表达的意思表述出来，这就是所谓的意译。

这次翻译实习的另一重大收获是我们培养的团队意识。在不懂如何翻译某句话或者段落时，或者与自己的队友互相讨论，或者通过翻译相关书籍，或者借助网络使翻译变得通顺。总之，这次实习受益匪浅。
