Breathing with Dreams

I have a question for you. ‘Do you know how to breathe?’ Okay, I know what you are thinking now, “Girl, are you kidding me? Everybody knows how to breathe.” Actually, if I were you sitting down in there one year ago, I would think, “How did she make it to the final?”

Alright, seriously speaking, what I am talking about is “the art of breathing”, and it’s about breathing in a Yoga way: peacefully and always under control. What it reveals is the real essence of perseverance, “In order to achieve, sometimes, you need to wait.” And when it comes to things you really want in life, it is as hard as it could possibly be.

For me, singing is a life thing. When I am singing on the stage, I feel whole-heartedly involved, and the self-fulfillment it renders is inexplicably thrilling. But with all the realistic problems I need to face in life, all those I want seem too far to be true– so far that I am terrified that I will never ever be able to get there and that gradually I will be carried away by the currents and torrents of life. I’ve been drowned into this ambivalence for so long. Now, with a refined perspective towards self-realization, I am waiting, in a graceful posture, and knowing that I am going to get there. And on this, I should say, I owe Yoga a thank-you.

I still remember, about one year ago, I attended a Yoga course for the very first time. And to tell you the truth, I went there for a nice figure. However, after practicing for some time, I discovered that there was an ineffable inner-strength burgeoning sneakily in me while I totally focused. In order not to let go this significant power, I started to picture all I wanted in my mind while I was fully concentrating, for I believe the wings of imagination could make things possible. I learned to breathe with my dreams, shaping the eagerness into this elegant gesture of persisting.

And now, if you ask me what exactly is “the art of breathing”, I would say it is indeed “the art of living”. It combines the search of balance, the grace of patience, and the awareness of appreciation.

So even though feelings are tied up with life routines, I could still hold onto that free EGO which I have always adored: the girl who is singing under the spotlight, with all her heart and soul; the girl who is persevering with all she believes in and always feels grateful for what has been bestowed on her.

That girl is now standing right here in front of you, hoping that you are all as lucky as she is, living with dreams and love. No matter how tough things get, I tell myself, I tell myself that, every single thing I am doing now is every step closer to that very moment of my trajectory, just like every Yoga breath to every blossom moment of my life.

有梦想的呼吸

李医师不仅对待工作如此认真负责，对待我们每一位同事也是热情，友好。记得有一回，孩子们都接走了，我发现李医师的办公室门还开着。她怎么还没回家?平时这个时候她应该已经回家为高三的儿子准备晚饭了呀。我有些纳闷，来到了她的办公室，“你怎么还没回家呀?”“哦，有两位老师说过会儿要来取水果，我在等她们。”原来单位里发了一些水果，临时存放在李医师的办公室里，“都这么晚了，你让她们明天再拿也无所谓呀。”“呵呵，没关系的，等等就等等吧，再说水果吃得越新鲜越好，你也要记得拿回家哦。”多朴实的一句话!没有任何的修饰，没有一丝的埋怨，但我听了，心中不禁涌上了一阵感动。

中华上下五千年，礼貌礼仪如黄河，滔滔不绝，延古至今;礼貌礼仪如白鸽，白首昂天，展翅高飞;礼貌礼仪如鲜花，淡雅清新，芳留百世。孔子云：“不学礼，无以立。”这句话告诉我们，你若是不懂礼仪，便无法在社会上立足。由此可见，几千多年前的人们，是多么重视礼仪教化呀!

但是，注重礼仪的又有几个人呢?类似“爱护公物，人人有责”的口号恐怕连幼儿园小朋友都能说上几句吧。可光会说不会做，又有什么用?明代大学者王守仁说过：“知是行的主意，行是知的功夫;知是行之始，行是知之成。知而不行，只是未知。”我们理解礼貌礼仪的教育，却吝于履行，甚至反其道而行之，这与从没理解过教育的人又有何区别?所以，我们要实践礼仪，知行合一，从自己的言行举止上下功夫，就能彻底改变我们吐痰、乱扔垃圾等恶习。

随着社会的发展，人们有了更高的追求，更渴望别人的尊重。但是，你若不尊重别人，别人又怎样会甘愿尊重你呢?

“尊敬别人就是尊敬自己。”这句话果然没错。那些习惯的陋习，图的只是一时之快，丢的，却是自己的人格和尊严。

就是因为良好习惯没养成，才会有地球如今的面貌。

几百年花开花落，早已洗净了风波亭上的点点残血;几百年潮起潮落，早已抹去了零丁洋里的声声叹息。在历史的长河中，我们终将捕捞起早已淡忘的礼仪。

冬天的早晨是寒冷的，但是每周一早晨同学们都会排着整齐的队伍，喊着响亮的口号站在国旗下举行庄严的升国旗仪式。为什么?答难只有两个字---纪律。俗话说;没有纪律不成方圆。一个社会，一个团体，只有在良好的纪律维持下，才会逐渐的走向成熟。今天我要和同学们说遵守纪律做文明乐安人。《中小学生守则》和《中学生日常行为规范》已经给了我们明确的目标：自尊自爱，注重仪表，真诚友爱，礼貌待人，遵规守纪，勤奋学习，勤劳俭朴，孝敬父母。我们乐安实验学校的各项校规、校纪和这些守则规范是完全一致的。比如说，学校有明确要求：穿着得体大方，待人谦虚礼貌、言行文明适度等等。这些说起来简单，但做起来可就不那么容易了。有些同学总是怀着侥幸心理，认为偶尔违反一两条纪律没什么关系。偶尔犯一两次错误本来是可以原谅的，但如果总是怀有这些侥幸心理的话，天长日久养成了不良习惯，再改可就非常难了。要知道，我们学校的各种规章制并不是为了限制同学们的自由，而是为了让同学们拥有一个更加有序的环境，获得更大意义上的自由;使同学们能够更好的学习、工作，这才是学校制定各种纪律、规范的真正目的。

同学们，作为乐安的一名学生，我们应当感谢学校对我们的重视，从现在做起，从我做起，从身边做起，不但自觉遵守各项校规校纪、法规法纪，养成良好的习惯，而且，积极主动作好宣传。这样做不仅为了使学校环境更加美好，更为了使我们能够健康的成长，有效的学习，使我们每一个人都拥有一个更加美好的前程，成为对社会有用的人。

Harmonious, is one of the most popular words in the society at the present time. Now our governments are advocating building harmonious society. But what is harmonious? I looked it up in the dictionary. It says “in agreement, free from ill feeling.”

In some schools, there are a lot of problems. For instance, teachers do not have patience with students, some ever shout at them. Students fall in sleep during the class. Play truant is widespread. Cutter languages are often heard.

Campus, which is of course one part of the project, plays an essential role in the society. If we want to build a harmonious society, first we should build a harmonious campus, and get rid of those problems.

To a harmonious school, the surrounding is very important. On our campus, coconut trees growed line on the road. The green grais the always fine spring day. The various flowers and trees are the beautiful scenery, the green outside the classroom show its grave to the students. When the students are walking around the campus, their bodies and minds are pleasant.

If we think of the harmonious campus as a tree, then the harmonious environment is the leaves of the tree. The good human relation of campus is the root.

Only the campus with good human relationships can be called a harmonious campus.

A harmonious campus has a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Teacher, which is the person who teaches you knowledge, should be respect by us. We should cherish teachers' pays, respect their works. Thus we can create a harmonious study atmosphere.

A harmonious campus also needs a good relationship among students. We should help those who have problems, and get along with them. Thus to create a harmonious social relationship.

我刚在教室里巡视了一圈，突然发现她用手捂着肚子，面部表情很痛苦的样子。班主任的职责使然，我赶忙走过去，询问情况。她咬着牙，示意我一会儿就好了。可我分明觉得这小丫头是在逞强。我看她痛苦的样子，就赶紧搀扶着她，去办公室。谁知，刚走到窗户边，她就整个身体往下坠，完全使不上力气，脸色也变得惨白无比。我赶忙一把揽着她，硬是把她抱进了办公室。在其他同事的帮助下把几张椅子摆起来，抱着她躺下。一边给她喂水，一边轻轻呼喊已经晕过去的她。见她没什么反应，我又赶紧掐她的人中，直到她慢慢醒过来。给她喂了一些水后，又连搀带抱地把她送到校门口，打电话让她的家长把她接走。跟家长简单的几句交流，让我心里一阵酸楚。透过她家长的语气，我能感觉出他认为我大惊小怪。连句谢谢都没有，转身就走了。看着她们父女离开的背影，我顿时迷茫了。

我要的是什么，我究竟该怎么做? 后来，我有了答案。

在接下来的学习期间，她对待我还像往常一样，只是偶尔会表现出欲言又止的样子。

直到学期结束，孩子们来领素质报告册。即将分别时，她轻轻走到我面前，略带胆怯地说：“老师，我能抱抱你吗?”本来就有些不舍的我，和她紧紧拥抱在一起，久久不愿分开。那一刻，我的心里满是暖暖的。
