今天，感谢各位同仁在百忙中抽空来参加 孔丹萍和杨梅老师的两堂公开课，其目的主要有两点：一让各位老师检验你们的教学成果，看看你们学生的精彩表演，二是便于我们中小学英语教学更自然的衔接，实现无缝衔接。她们俩老师分别向我们展示了初中英语听力课和阅读课的教学模式，她们选择这两种类型的课，主要是因为在我们农村英语的听力和阅读是中考丢分的主要部分。而我们在教学过程中发现学生在该方面存在一些不足，希望以后各位老师能够这些方面能够給我们多多帮忙!，

目前初中英语的听力教学还处于起点阶段，距新课标所规定的目标尚有一定的距离。如何培养学生听英语的能力，提高他们的听力水平，从平时的教学过程中我们总结出主要有以下一些问题：

1、语音障碍

语音基础的优劣直接影响听力水平的高低。提高听力首先要过好语音关。发音不准，就不可能正确理解听力。然而受传统的英语教学影响，许多人在初中阶段，普遍比较重视写，忽视了听说能力的培养，导致了许多人只会认读，不注意单词与发音拼写的联系，造成了语言学习上的“先天不足”。

2、词汇障碍

词汇是搭建语言的基础，要想快速提高听力水平，听者必须有足够的词汇量。在听有声材料的时候，听者不仅仅是辨音，同时也是对连贯语流进行同步准确解意的过程，如果连贯的语法中出现陌生的音(即生词)，就难以辨别其意。

3、语法障碍

语法障碍是指学生理解速度跟不上听力材料的录音速度。在真实的交际中，往往会感到听比读难，其原因通常就在于听觉感知的速度不够快。有的学生没有养成良好的听的习惯，在听的过程中注重于一个一个的单词和句子，不会听关键词和关键句等，遇到听不懂的词句就会停下来，这样无疑就跟不上语速了，就不会对这种一闪即逝的信息有较好的把握。在听的过程中，听不懂的词句或记下来，或可因其不影响对所听话语的主要内容的理解而放它去，继续往下听，不然会影响听以下的话语。听力的最终目的是达到句子、篇章等的综合理解。有的学生不善于抓关键词和掌握篇章大意，总是把注意力集中在单词单句上，结果一篇200字左右的短文听者自感听懂了但到头来却没有记住所听内容，出现听前忘后的现象。所以听音过程中养成抓重点、不究枝节的好习惯，才是克服综合理解障碍的关键。

4、心理障碍

心理障碍主要表现在听音时过于紧张或注意力不集中两个方面。注意力不集中的情况对信息的输入会出现断层，这势必会影响听力的效果，过于紧张会使脑子出现短暂空白，这种状态下的听力理解也不能保证其连续性和正确性。在听力时要保障良好的心理状态，一般指做听力训练时，学生的心理要放松，但注意力要高度集中。保持良好的心理状态，是一个习惯培养的问题，需要学生长期地、自觉地去意识，去调节，去控制，最后养成一个下意识地自然而然的条件反射。

5、听力习惯障碍

听的目的就是弄懂所听材料的基本思想，在听后的过程中关键是尽力理解全文的主要内容。初中生学习英语的时间还不长，部分学生听力理解过程中存在不良习惯，力图把每个词、每个句子都听懂，遇到一时不理解的单词或句子时，就停下来思索，无疑就跟不上语速了。还有一部分学生不能直接用英语理解听力材料，而是借助于中文，中间经历了一个心译过程，这些不良习惯是会影响听力理解的。

根据英语听力障碍的形成因素，进行听力障碍扫除训练，是目前初中英语教学的当务之急

而要获得好的阅读效果和理想的阅读速度，有必要了解阅读过程的心理机制和特点。要培养学生流畅阅读能力，就必须了解影响或者促进阅读的各种因素，一般来说，影响阅读的因素有：

(一)小学生在阅读中存在的困难：

1. 心理障碍

缺乏必要的背景知识是造成阅读困难的主要原因之一(Carrell,1983); 小学生知识面窄，常因不了解背景知识而无法顺利阅读。词汇的扩充是阅读理解的主要组成部分。词汇量的大小预示着阅读能力的高低。(Barnett in Grabe, 1991)据调查，90%有阅读困难的学生都有词汇缺乏的问题。由于小学生词汇量少，在阅读中“拦路虎”较多，虽然读了，但不能理解其内容，往往使小学生对英语阅读产生惧怕心理，对英语读物望而生畏,造成心理紧张，而越紧张就越难以读懂，形成失败定势。

2. 缺乏语感能力

语感能力是学生在掌握知识和培养各种言语技能到一定程度时获得的一种能力。在国内学习英语的环境中，听、说、写的机会较少，我们必须是通过大量阅读各种英语书报杂志来丰富我们的“语感”扩大英语词汇量，提高英语理解和表达能力。中学生语感能力还未形成，理解力也差，不善于猜测词义，几乎每句话都要通过翻译成汉语才能继续阅读，阅读速度异常缓慢。

3. 缺乏有效的阅读策略

小学生年纪小，阅读经验不足。没有一套适合自己的阅读策略。如：不会抓文章段落大意，不会找关键词，不懂得词义猜测，当面对文章里的一些新单词，就显得缺乏信心，变得害怕阅读。不懂得通过上下文联系、插图来帮助自己理解文章意思等。有效的阅读策略可以帮助那些在词语解码(包括词语认知和词语辨别)、阅读的流畅性、回忆阅读内容以及理解力等方面存在困难的学生。

4. 不良的阅读习惯

由于缺少系统的阅读指导和训练，学生形成了种种不良的阅读习惯，如机械性地阅读，用手指点着单词。一个接一个地阅读，头部来回移动。由于缺乏速度和技巧的训练，很多学生对模糊语义的容忍度较小，见到生词就查字典，阅读效率较低。

年级上册Read and write部分是与各单元话题相关的趣味会话，旨在复习巩固本单元A、B部分的主要语汇，并适当扩展语言，增大语言的输入量。这部分的教学目标是：读懂对话或短文;完成检测学生理解程度的填充句子练习;听、说、读、写四会掌握两组句子;完成一项综合运用所学语言的任务型语言活动。

在有限的课堂时间内，教师要想做得面面俱到恐怕无法完成教学任务。因此，教师在教这部分时要分清主次，合理分配教学时间和教学内容，建议：

1.学生快速阅读对话或短文(约五分钟)。教师要尽量用趣味形式呈现阅读材料，可以利用卡片和挂图先讲授Read and write中故事的开端，然后就故事的内容提出问题，让学生带着问题阅读。阅读时可以采用学生自己朗读以及和同桌或小组间分角色朗读的形式进行。

2.教师检测学生理解程度(约10—15分钟)。教师鼓励学生提出问题并解答这些问题。教师可以就本部分的重点也就是四会掌握句子，设计一些思考性的练习，力争让学生做到可以灵活替换关键词使用。然后引导学生完成填空练习。

3.学生进行综合性的任务型活动(约5—10分钟)。教师引导学生全体参与任务型活动，实际运用所学的语言。

4.精心设计主要句型的书面练习(约5—10分钟)。这可以包括：

a.句型的仿写，教师需要及时纠正学生在书写句子中常见的错误，如首字母要大写，英文当中的句号是实心点以及句子当中的单词间距约为一个字母宽等问题。活动手册里也有配套练习，教师可以根据课时的教学内容安插进来使用。

b.教师也应设计情景，让学生替换主要句型中的关键词语，填充句子，或者让学生自己替换主句型中的关键词语编创新的句子

Everyone has their own dreams, I am no

exception. This is my dream for five years. I grew up love swimming, correct

posture, swim fast, heard a lot of praise, some said to I taught them to swim!

Hi, everybody. This Sunday is Father’s Day, and so I wanted to take a

moment to talk about the most important job many of us will ever have and that’s

being a dad.

Today we’re blessed to live in a world where technology allows us to

connect instantly with just about anyone on the planet. But no matter how

advanced we get, there will never be a substitute for the love and support and,

most importantly, the presence of a parent in a child’s life. And in many ways,

that’s uniquely true for fathers.

I never really knew my own father. I was raised by a single mom and two

wonderful grandparents who made incredible sacrifices for me. And there are

But I still wish I had a dad who was not only around, but involved; another role

model to teach me what my mom did her best to instill – values like hard work

and integrity; responsibility and delayed gratification – all the things that

give a child the foundation to envision a brighter future for themselves.

Michelle, and the journey we’ve been on together. I’ll be thinking about Sasha’s

dance recitals and Malia’s tennis matches –about the conversations we’ve had and

the quiet moments we’ve shared. I’ll be thinking about whether I did right by

them, and whether they knew, every day, just how much they were loved.
