I am going to talk you about a way of treating people and things in life. My

speech here basically includes 2 parts， in the former of which I‘ll describe you

Undoubtedly， every one of us has stepped into adolescence， a period of time

where the most exciting and mysterious changes take place. Boys， apparently

become more ambitious. Girls， in some ways， start to dream and become more

sensitive about the world. All in all， as if our emotions become much stronger，

somehow we’re always trapped in circles and struggling against something that

can’t be changed anyway. We complain about how fragile our friendship is， how

little people know about us， how unfair the life is，etc. It seems that every

time we fail， we blame it to the tough conditions we’re in， while never notice a

problem inside ourselves， that we’re never satisfied.

Let’s just imagine that there was an old lady. What she sees was her

neighbors’ being mean again while not how kind they were when they took care of

her sick body. What she saw was her dog’s annoying barking while not how much

loyalty it had shown.What she saw was always so depressing that it finally

turned her into an unpleasant person. Think about how our life would be if we

stand in her shoe.

Why don’t we focus our attention on how much we’ve already got in stead? You

know it’s really simple to do as there’s a tremendous amount of examples. Like

whereas in some poor area people don’t even know such thing as Iphone.

Actually we should be thankful about the richness we’ve got， thankful that

hold on. As a saying on website，” The world is tough， but I’m tougher.” What

doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

Every day is a gift from life， all we need is to accept it， cherish the

lessons life has taught us， so as to achieve our goal with high spirit. In this

Worse still,after her request was satisfied, she didn't begin to sing at once. Instead,she took her time to count all the money piece by piece. Thus she kept the audience waiting for half an hour. So when she at last showed up and started to sing "Devotion of Love",a man rose up from his seat and shouted at her,"You don't have any devotion of love. You are not qualified to sing this song ! "Hearing this, the singer stopped singing and began to shout abuses with her finger pointed at the man. At this time the whole audience burst into an uproar.

How disappointed her keen listeners were when they learned this! It is the singer herself who spoiled her beautiful image in the eyes of others.

Now, I'm coming to another true story. It's about a poor, ordinary looking old woman. She was a widow without any children, living barely from hand to mouth by picking odds and ends from rubbish heaps. However,she took in more than ten homeless orphans successively and managed to bring them up. Every day she labored from morning till night. In order to earn as much money as possible to raise the children and to keep them in school,she even went to a hospital regularly to sell her blood. She got so weak for the loss of blood that she sometimes fell in a faint on her way home.

When asked why she chose to burden herself with so many children,she smiled and simply answered,"Oh,I love children and I like to have their company. "

Though the old woman was poor materially, she was full of affection and rich in spirit. She was loved dearly by her children. She was also highly appreciated by the local government, and truly respected by people in her community.

Maybe you can't help wondering, "What makes that ordinary woman so extraordinary?" It is nothing else but her inner beauty, her true devotion of love without any thought of rewarding. What a sharp contrast there is between the great woman and the selfish singer]

Caring For Nature--Overpopulation What is nature? It’s everything that exists in the world independently of people, such as pants and animals, earth and rocks, and the weather.

Now more and more people are focusing on the nature.

It is no doubt that the nature is important to every human being.

No nature, no life.

Because of the supplies of the nature, we have lived happily for a long time.

And we started to gain every thing available from the nature.

Today, people have discovered that the nature around is getting worse and worse.

What is threatening the nature? Air and water pollution, overharvesting of plant and animal species, overpopulation and so on.

Overpopulation is the biggest source of pollution.

A baby born in the United States will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the world’s resources than a baby born in India.

Unless all the countries of the world take united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more people fighting for a share of less and less land, food and fuel, and the future will bring poverty, misery and war to us all

As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I simply have a dream that supports my life.

I have the belief that my dreams should come true. I am looking forward to some day coming when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vast sky.

Today I’d like to share my personal experience of happiness and bitterness of being an English teacher. I remember, five years ago, when I stood at the teacher’s desk for the first time, maybe because I was too young, maybe because I was too inexperienced, the students in my class paid no attention to me, didn’t behave themselves at all. I felt ashamed and helpless. In order to save my face, I just criticized the students seriously whenever they talked in class or even moved a little. I thought sooner or later, they would listen to me. Yes, I could control the class now, but the students and the atmosphere became strange. No, they were not listening to me. It was too quiet. The breathless silence urged me to consider the way I was teaching. Then 1 August 2007, I got the chance to study the New Course of English. Until then could I realized that it was my frozen eyes that make the students flinch, it was my stiff face that trod out the enthusiasm in the children’s hearts. How to stimulate my class and show my warmth, so that they can enjoy their study in English? I had a deep thought. It’s smile. There is a kindness called smile. It is the most beautiful language in the world. It can make distance no distance. “Just awake the students with a smiling face!”I said to myself. The next day, when I stood on the stage with a smiling face, when I asked the questions with a smile, when I encouraged the children in a friendly way, the students were just shocked!

But I could find there was more happiness and excitement in their eyes!

Gradually, they got used to it, and participated in my teaching. As I predicted, that class became a lovely one. I was moved, and said“Thank you for listening, boys and girls!” In the following days, I keep on working even harder. I prepare my lessons carefully. I use Flash, pictures, riddles, and interesting stories to make great efforts to help the students to learn more. But I will never forget one thing: smile, give them a smile, to give them strength, to let them feel happy, to make them confident. The children do enjoy the English lesson now, when they tell me the answers in great excitement, I can feel their gladness, and my smile is more sincerely than ever!

There is kindness called smile. From the children’s yearning eyes, I understand, it is smile that makes my students and I get closer, it is smile that fills the kindness to my English class, it is smile that shapes me popular English teacher finally. That’s all. Thank you very much!

In recent years, thousands and thousands of people leave the comforts of their homes to study in countries such as united states,Canada,England and so on. What's more, more and more people study abroad become younger. Why do they do it? The problem is worthy of serious consideration.

Everything has tow sides. Not only has the advantages but also has disadvantages, including studying abroad. On the one hand, the developed countries are more advanced in education, philosophy and teaching facilities, students can receive better education. On the other hand , different countries have different cultural .Contacting with with different people on their own is also a kind of exercise. People learn about the culture of other countries , they can improve their connotation of self–cultivation. It's benefical for us to develop in the future. Not only can they make more friends ,but also they can learn more languages.

But living and studying in another countries can also have its problem. On the one hand, if the students' age is too small, it's difficult for them to solve the problem of life. They bear a great pressure, not just the life pressure,but more of psychological pressure. Today's students lack of lief experience,live a long time in foreign country, the kind of homesickness and persistent loneliness, not everyone can handle! On the other hand,study abroad is expensive.A lot of families do not have this ability. It's difficult to adapt to the local customs and hard to commuication with other People. So I think that when students have a Strong physique, positive attitude and good ability to adapt, they can consider to study abroad.

As we know,There is denying that there are many advantages in study abroad . In my opinion.For some wealthy families, they can afford the expensive in foreign countries.Due to the rapid development of economy in recent years, more People study abroad has became an inevtable trend.

If I have the chance to go abroad to study, I want to go to USA. First of all.I Will learn the local language,so that i can solve the language barrier. Then, I Will choose the computer professional.I must be hardworking,because my goal is to get a master's degree. Then, IWill work for a few yeas after I graduate.It can help me to accumulate experience, and then,I Will go to the famous city Silicon Valley of America to apply for a technical staff. But I can't stay in a foreign countries all the time. In order to serve the motherland,i Will return to our ”Big House" when I become a good technical personnel. I believe that many People dream to study abroad. I am no exception! There are many good things waiting for us to discover in the world ! So I want to go abroad. In this way ,I can learn more knowledge and culture.
