首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，不能说英语就白学了。每上完一次课，我都叫学生回家要跟磁带读，可是有多少学生真地做到了呢?所读的知识已经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。

接下来是说，英语学了就是要说，要和别人交流。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少。所以下课也要说，放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场。

school”.

my dear friends, welcome to our school! my school is very beautiful! it has

a big playground. we can play and do some sports there. near the playground,

and we can hear birds singing in the trees. it is so wonderful. our teaching
