1、五年级英语在听、说、读、写方面的要求更加重要，我们尽量在课堂上帮助学生掌握知识，开展活动，让他们在不知不觉中张口说英语。比如我们班庄园，王辉，钱勇，曹旭成，王声康，许雅文等同学，每节课的知识和作业都能当堂掌握和完成。

2、兴趣是最好的老师。英语课中多是一些情景对话，我们常常设置一个情境，让学生进入其中，以表演的形式学习新知，乐在其中。如李杰，葛宇，逗号，潘建如，李浪，张朋顺，周扬名，吴家佩，花尉揩，沈培欢等同学，经常表演和惟妙惟肖，让人忍俊不禁的同时，其他同学也加深了对课文的理解。

he became one of the greatest presidents in the history of our country.

Lincoln was a champion and he never gave up.

will help us to become better, more confident people. Furthermore, if we give

up, we have no chance of attaining our goals, but if we keep trying, there is

在这种追寻的过程中，我品尝过胜利的喜悦，因为我已经从事幼儿教师这个职业七年，在七年中我得到过很多荣誉，“优秀教师、骨干教师、优秀儿少工作者等等”可以不谦虚地说，在原单位我一直是工作中佼佼者。可是，在2004年因爱人工作的原因，我放弃了正式的工作，来到大庆另谋一份职业，天生有着教师情怀的我依然是选择了幼儿教师这个职业，我认为无论是在偏僻的小城还是在流光溢彩的大都市，凭我的能力，绝对能够胜任这份工作。

然而现实与梦想总是存在着一份预想不到的距离，在2004年3月，一个偶然的机会，我成为了幼教中心的聘任教师，开始了我新的人生体验，在这我才体验到，什么是高效率的工作方式，什么是高质量的幼儿教育。有很长一段时间，我迷失了方向，我不知什么是蒙氏教育，不知幼儿音乐教育为何物，甚至连最基本的微机操作都不会，这些都不是最重要的，重要的是我头上的外聘这两个字，作为原单位正式职工的我，在这每每听到有人说起外聘两个字时，我都能意识到自己与别人的不同，在原单位的优越感和自信，也被我这个虚荣心很强的人对这两个字的避讳变得荡然无存，我做事小心，说话小心，连给孩子上课都变得模式化，成了一个不折不扣的外来人。环境的改变、角色的变化，使我找不到自己应有的位置。但天生倔强不认输的我知道我决不能就这样放弃自己的梦想，我相信自己一定能改变如此被动的局面，我要找到那个充满着自信的我。就在这时幼教中心提出了“书香家园”这个活动，通过活动，我明白这就是我要走向成功的最佳捷径。我开始反思自己，很久以来失去的自信，自我惯性维持的不安，究其原因才知道是由于不读书学习所造成的。一个老师总也不读书必然会缺乏文化的积淀和底蕴，不能充实，优化自己原有的知识结构，穷其终生，也只能是一个呆板的教书匠。更何况我已远远的被这个团队抛在了后面，我决定把有限的时间用到真正有价值的学习当中，拒绝肤浅，远离平庸，冷眼时髦。慢慢的我发现自己变得安静，成熟了许多，我不能说是哪一本书塑造了我，我想一个人素质的提高因该是广种博收的结果。我在读书学习的过程中找到了自己的方向，经过半年的锤炼和在与新环境的磨合下，通过大家的帮助，我很庆幸在短时间内走到了班长的岗位，在我眼里班长是微乎其微的小官，但当我用心去面对这份工作时，问题却一个个接踵而来，和班级成员的配合，与家长的沟通，如何让班级工作协调一致等等，都成了我不可逾越的鸿沟，我曾到园长那儿哭过，也和教研组长吵过。从家长的言语中我更能够感受到家长对我这个“外聘”教师的不信任，面对这些我觉得我只能拿出我的实际行动证明给大家看，我抓住园里搞与家长“一对一”谈话活动的这个契机，利用晚上时间和家长进行心与心的交谈，那段时间，爱人出差，孩子每天都要在园内陪我到很晚。有一天，我与家长谈到晚上8点多钟，陪我一起工作的孩子在回家的路上竟趴在我的肩膀上睡着了，刚到家妈妈在远方的电话便打来了，一向关心、鼓励我的妈妈问着我的工作、生活、学习情况，说话间我有些哽咽了，妈妈在电话那头也半天没有出声，过了一会说道，人的一生只要有付出一定会有更好的回报，要照顾好自己和孩子，妈妈的话及时的鼓励着我，给我增加了信心。

通过这次谈话活动，给我的工作带来新的转机。我利用来到幼教中心学习到的先进理念和以往积累的教育方法，客观地谈出每名幼儿的缺点与不足，为家长解决了在日常生活中遇到的教育难题，我真诚的谈话内容打动了家长，有时谈话晚了，他们都会把我和孩子送回家，我想在那时我也就赢得了家长的信任，家长和我的心也拉得更近了，我们变成了真正的朋友。

地球是生命的摇篮，万物的母亲，人类的家园。曾经，她是那样的美丽壮观，和蔼可亲。然而。不知从何时开始。地球妈妈的脸上开始笼罩起隐霾，她开始哭泣，开始呻吟!当今环境污染是人类面临的一个严峻的问题，浩瀚的宇宙，只有地球才适合居住人类。这里有山有水，有树木花草，有许许多多小动物，有我们人类所需要的一切，是我们的“生命之舟”!

every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes,

black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of

"life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america

倡导低碳生活。是啊，地球母亲养育了我们，但我们人类却太不珍惜她了，到头来毁灭的也只能是我们自己。在这里我给大家讲一个故事：如果把一只青蛙扔进一锅滚烫的水中，它会立刻拼命从水里跳出来逃生;而如果把青蛙放进一锅冷水中，然后慢慢加热锅里的水，青蛙可能就会一直呆在水里直到最终被烫死。刚刚过去的又一个暖冬，我们只穿着一件单衣就渡过了农历春节，当重庆人民还在清算去年夏季破记录的高温干旱所带来的损失时，他们又要面对今年可能再次卷土重来的旱灾……在一个又一个全球变暖的新证据面前，人类是否也会面临像青蛙一样的命运呢?

气候专家指出，对抗全球变暖已经成为一项非常艰巨的任务，因为就像被放进水里煮的青蛙一样，人们很难意识到看不见的威胁。联合国已于今年2月2日在巴黎公布的《全球气候变化第四次评估报告》中，向全人类发出了迄今为止最严厉的警告。报告称，如果人类像在冷水里慢慢被加热的青蛙一样，对日益升高的全球气温继续熟视无睹的话，我们生存的地球将以更快的速度变热，而大自然也将遭受无法挽回的破坏，过去50年来全球气温的升高，至少有90%是由人类活动导致的，其中又以化石燃料的燃烧为主。报告预测，到21--年，全球平均气温的“最可能升高幅度”是1.8至4℃，海平面升高幅度是19至58厘米，气温升高将导致更为频繁的洪灾、热浪、干旱等自然灾害。

我国是全球第二大温室气体排放国，并且将在未来十年内超过美国成为全球第一温室气候排放国。面对发展和环保的双重压力，我们必须清醒的认识到我们每一个人的责任和义务。面对这一全球性的环境问题，我们每一个人都要适应并积极减少温室气候排放，才是理智而负责任的'行为。

我们每个人生存在这个世界上，都同时扮演着三个角色：既是污染的制造者，又是受害者，同时也是治理者。因此我们可以选择绿色的生活方式，积极应对气候变化所带来的种.种挑战。绿色生活方式的内涵，可用5个以“r”字母开头的单词在概括：reduce

节约资源、减少污染;reuse 重复使用、多次利用;recycle 垃圾分类、循环回收;rescue保护自然、万物共存;re-evaluate

绿色评价、环保选购。通过选择绿色而健康的生活方式，我们可以维护自身的环境权益，找回曾属于自己的碧水蓝天。

从前，世界上有大量的动植物灭绝，许多动植物濒临灭绝。为什么?这是因为人类滥砍滥伐，破坏生态环境，这是根本原因。

土地资源是三大地质资源(矿产资源、水资源、土地资源)之一，是人类生产活动最基本的资源和劳动对象。土地利用程度反映了人类文明的发展，但也对土地资源造成了直接破坏，主要表现为水土流失、土地荒漠化、次生盐渍化和不合理耕作造成的土壤污染，其中水

水土流失特别严重，是当今世界面临的又一严重危机。据估计，全球耕地表土流失量约为230亿吨/年。

有人认为酸雨是无声的危机，是有史以来打击我们最严重的环境威胁，是无形的敌人。这不是危言耸听。随着工业化和能源消耗的增加，酸的排放量也在增加。它们进入空气中，经过一系列的作用，形成酸雨。

虽然赤潮自古就有，但是随着工农业生产的快速发展，水污染越来越严重。自1933年在中国首次报道以来，1994年发生了194次大规模赤潮，其中20世纪60年代以前只发生了4次，1990年以后发生了157次。石油污染对水质和水生生物危害很大。浮在水面的油能迅速扩散形成油膜，阻止水面与空气接触，减少水中溶解氧。油脂含有多环芳烃(PAHs)，经水生生物富集后对人体健康有害。二氧化硫主要是通过燃烧煤、燃料油等含硫物质产生的，其次是来自自然界，如火山爆发、森林火灾等。二氧化硫对人体结膜和上呼吸道粘膜有很强的刺激性，可损伤呼吸器管，引起支气管炎、肺炎，甚至肺水肿和呼吸麻痹。短期接触二氧化硫浓度为0.5mg/m3空气的老年或慢性患者死亡率高于0.25mg/m3。

它会使呼吸道疾病患者的病情恶化。长期暴露在0.1

mg/m3浓度空气中的人，呼吸系统疾病增加。此外，二氧化硫容易对金属材料、房屋建筑、棉纺和化纤织物、皮革纸等产品造成腐蚀、剥落、褪色和损坏。它还能使植物的叶子变黄甚至死亡。

保护环境是每个人的责任。

旱灾、涝灾都是无法估量的，我们美丽的地球母亲将会满目疮痍，那时人类如何生存啊!

在此，我作为汤口小学六年级的一名小学生，有责任也有义务保护地球!我来给大家提几点建议吧：一、能少开车就少开车。不能因为一些小事就开车，这不仅会给环境带来破坏，还会让你变得懒惰。

二、尽量坐公交车。这样不仅能少花些钱，还能保护我们的环境。

三、要知道汽车的尾气会给任何生物带来的危害。

四、如果真想开车就环保一点。如，可以买排量小的车，可以开慢一点，也可以开电动车。

五、多骑自行车。这样不仅能锻炼，还可以环保呢!
