二、孩子们目前的学习现状

从这一年半孩子的学习情况来看，他们在听、说、表演方面表现比较突出。孩子们喜爱英语，喜欢英语课，喜欢说英语，喜欢表演英语，每次见到我是都会热情地用英语给我打招呼，让我真正找到了作为英语教师的幸福感。但目前阶段孩子们英语学习的困难在于认读，认读重点单词，认读课文。从此次期中考试的结果来看，有些孩子英语知识没有真正过关。有的单词在课堂上学会了，但如果我们将单词单独放到另外的地方部分孩子便不能正确地认读单词了。针对认读是孩子目前学习的难点这个问题，我建议家长们可以试着将重点单词、重点句型写在另外的纸上，或者可以做成单词卡片的形式，让孩子经常认读。

三、建议与要求

英语最重要的就是听和读。不听不读，那就是“哑巴英语”。

1．复读机或点读机、录音机这种硬件设备一定要配备，是必须的，给孩子创造更好的学习语言环境。请家长们注意，孩子在使用时一定要眼看单词课文，切莫读望天书和机械跟读。

2．听读每天必须坚持，即使没有新知识的注入，也可以是旧知识的复习，只有

这样，你知识的雪球才会越滚越大。一定要坚持每天读书15分钟。读书是一定注意姿势。正确的读书姿势是手指单词、课文眼看单词、课文，不要读望天书或是乱指。在孩子认真完成作业之后请家长签字。

（1）让孩子多听英语。在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力也就差。因此要确保孩子每天至少边听，边跟读课文15分钟，要读出声音，家长在旁监督，会更有效。有时学生可能会认为我已会背了，不需听了，这是很不好的习惯，毕竟听英语对学生听力能力的提高很有帮助。为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说，尽量让孩子模仿录音中的发音。

（2）让孩子大声说英语。家长要鼓励孩子每天大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误。

（3）要认识英语单词和句子。在我任教的一名学生在一次期中考试中，没有考好。跑来他问我：“老师，我都能把课文和单词背出来，为什么还是没有考好？”那我就问他，你都认识试卷上的单词和句子吗？他说不认识。所以我建议各位家长，要求孩子在读课文时，必须要看着书读，手指头一定要指着书上的句子或是单词，就跟孩子刚读一年级时认中文字一样，读哪个手就要指哪个，毕竟考试的时候试卷上出现的英文多，而对应的图片少，所以在孩子认读单词的时候，必须要孩子看英语单词，而不是光看图片，只有看得多了，就会认识了。

另外，还请各位家长在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。三年级英语刚刚接触书面作业，一定要严格要求他们的英语书写，写得不好的家长也可以要求他们重新做，过关了才给他们签名；之所以让家长在孩子的作业本上签字，是想让家长们了解孩子每天的学习情况，希望各位家长能够支持老师的工作，如果您有什么意见也可以写在作业本上，便于及时沟通孩子的情况。孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这时，父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。千万不能纵容自己的孩子第一次说：英语好难，我学不好；就任由他去。你让你的孩子知道：今天，你花大时间去养成好习惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒了一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累积下来，你就是欠债最多的人。

最后，开学以来，有些学生忘记带作业本，不带英语课本的现象还是经常发生，上课没有书，只能和同桌共看一本书，结果是一堂课下来，老师讲的知识没有学到多少，和同桌的感情却加深了不少，我希望家长能够每天按照课表提醒孩子收拾好书包，检查好明天要带的作业和课本，养成良好的学习习惯。

孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望，有一位家长说过：“要把培养孩子当作自己的事业来做。”是啊，只要你多投入一点，相信你的孩子会给予你更多的回报！

Protection of the Environment

Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment. There were few people on the earth, and natural resources seemed to be unlimited.

Today things are different. The world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive.

We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon be none left. Yet,with modern fishing methods, more and more fish are caught.We know that if too many trees are cut down, forests will disappear. Yet, we continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees. We see that if rivers are polluted with waste products, we will die. Yet, waste products are

still put into rivers.

We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate, in a few years, there won't be enough food.What can we do to solve these problems?

If we eat more vegetables and less meat, there will be more food available. Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are kept.

Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them.

The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods of birth control.

Finally, if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a better and cleaner planet in the future.

People say, youth is fire which is ignited by passion. People say, youth is a chapter of the poem which is written by stories. The color of youth is bright and we make most use of our ardor to draw the scenes to the canvas of painting. But we may be confused and lose our direction in the youth time. Under this, youth slips away. Roman Roland says, life doesn’t issue return ticket and can never come back once sets out. So we should seize the short youth time and try our best to pursue our ideal. Do what should we do and let our youth without regret.

When we refer to ideal, we will realize the importance of ideal. Ideal is the beacon,. Without ideal, we will lose the firm direction. Without direction, we will lose our life. According to this, every one of us should establish our own ideal .so that we have the direction of straggle to the future. Tolstoy tells us, we should have the life objective from the whole life to the second. So we should cherish every moment and form our systematic objective. Youth is the prime time. We have strong body and energy and can sense the meaning of life under the guide of ideal.

As we know, the ideal is plentiful and reality is skinny. But we should believe that we will become stronger and stronger in the way to pursue ideal. Future is unknown,. If we hope our future is nice, we should eich our youth time and find the direction of future.

尊敬的各位领导、各位老师：

大家好！

很荣幸能够有机会在这里与大家一起交流。在教育局领导，尤其是教研室高老师的关心、指导下，在学校领导的高度重视下，经过全体教师的共同努力，我们学校在今年中考中取得了较为可喜的成绩。回顾教学中的点点滴滴，感觉并没有什么经验，有的只是我们尽职尽责的工作态度，踏踏实实的工作作风。成绩的取得，靠的不是一朝一夕，不是一蹴而就，而是长期的脚踏实地与真抓实干。今天，在座的都是英语教育教学界的前辈和精英，很高兴能有这个向大家学习的机会，感谢高老师为我们提供这样好的相互交流，相互学习的平台。下面仅就中三这一学年英语教学中的点滴做法和感悟，与大家分享一下，有不当之处，敬请各位多多包涵。

一、高度重视新授课阶段

1、把握好节奏，不抢进度

在这个阶段，我们一丝不苟的做好每个环节，绝不盲目赶进度，而是扎实地落实课本的教学目标，落实每一个模块的基础知识目标和能力目标，把好语音关，每一个模块的词、词组都落实到位，每一篇课文都以阅读的要求来训练学生，使得学生既掌握了新知识，又提高了阅读的能力。

2、重视新课的训练

每个模块都安排一个训练，把每个模块的词、词组和重点的句子都要让学生掌握，每个模块话题都要写一篇作文，让每个模块的知识在学生的脑子里都能留下深刻的印象，实际上是在为复习阶段做好了基础的准备。

二、掌握信息、把握方向，制定好全面的备考复习计划

学科教学计划是教学的一个导向，有一个能够站在中考高度的计划，就能避免我们中考备考的无序化。认真听取市教研室领导在中考备考研讨会给予的备考建议，充分领会并掌握其中的中考信息，了解命题方向，根据近几年中考英语试题的命题特点，弄清大纲中对学生应掌握的语言知识和语言运用能力的要求，明确中考复习方向，并制定出周密而全面的中考英语备考复习计划。

三、立足学情，注意方法，提高复习的实效性

复习分为四个方面，四个环节交替、穿插进行，杜绝孤立地单搞某个方面，这样能够有效地避免或减少个别学生的厌学情绪。

复习时做到四个结合：

课本内容与课外内容相结合

专题复习与综合复习相结合

发展智力与培养能力相结合

技能点拨与实践演练相结合

在指导复习时，特别注意内容上必须讲清、讲精、讲少，注意实效；方法上善于调动学生学习的积极性，不能为了赶进度，由老师一人唱独角戏，坚持以人为本，劳逸结合。

1、课本知识复习

晨读：坚持以“本”为本，从头到尾始终兼顾课本的复习。初中三年五本教材的复习安排在晨读。由老师带领学生，做到定任务，定时间，有检查，有落实。这样，可以有效地防止个别学生偷懒，效率不高的不良现象。

2、 《中考说明指导》

课堂：以济宁市教研室组织编写的《初中学业水平考试说明与指导》为核心，坚持课上做，课上讲。这样，可以有效地避免个别学生为了完成任务而课下抄袭的坏毛病。虽然进展缓慢，但效果良好。

3、阶段随时检测

落实：对于某一段时间的复习内容，老师根据情况，为学生谋划试题，随时检测学生对该段时间所学知识的掌握情况，以便及时了解学生的学习状况，做到有的放矢，查缺补漏。

4、中考试题模拟

模拟：收集近三年来的各个地市的中考真题，结合本市中考题型，进行有选择的定时模拟训练。让学生真正熟悉中考题型，能够做到得心应手。

四、冲刺迎考阶段

1、做好学生的心理辅导工作

有些学生，心理承受能力较差，临近中考，心中不免会产生畏惧、担忧情愫，导致学习效率不高，学习效果不好。为了尽量避免这种情况的发生，我经常找那些心理素质不好的学生谈心，及时调整他们的心态，减缓他们的学习压力和畏惧心理，最大限度地保证每一个学生都能保持高昂的斗志，积极主动地投入到紧张但不慌乱的备考冲刺中去，力争以最佳的状态，做好最后的冲刺。

2、做好答题卷的模拟指导工作

由于今年是第一次采用电脑阅卷，所以做好学生中考答题卷的模拟填写指导，很是重要。因此，在进行中考模拟测试时，特别强调答案卷的填写一定要规范、到位，禁止粘、涂等影响电脑阅卷的因素，确保卷面整洁。

批改试卷时，严格答题要求，发现不合格的，当面指点；对于普遍现象，班内集体说明，力争每个学生都不在这方面造成失分。

3、做好学生应试技巧的指导工作

考前的应试技巧指导很关键，直接关系到学生的中考成绩。依据中考题型，逐一进行解题技巧与注意事项的指导，以确保学生发挥最好的水平，考出最佳的成绩。

成绩只能说明过去，未来的路还很长。天道酬勤，只要努力，只要用心，就会有收获，就会有理想的回报。在今后的教育教学中，我们会再接再厉，为我们邹城教育事业的辉煌贡献力量！

一、 一封信

开学初，我给每位家长发了一封家长信：

亲爱的同学和家长：

在以前的日子里，对我而言，你只不过是个小男骇或者小女孩，就像其他千万个小男孩或小女孩一样。我不需要你，你也同样用不着我。对你来说，我也只不过是老师，就跟其他千万个老师一样。然而今天却不一样了，因为你成了我的学生，我们将会彼此需要，对我而言，你将是宇宙唯一的了，我对你来说，也是世界上唯一的了。这是一种缘分，让你成为我的学生，让我成为你的老师，希望我们在以后的日子里共同编织美好的生活。

这学期，我们除了一起学习《新起点英语》还会学习一套英国小朋友读的故事书《典范英语》，相信你一定会喜欢！课堂上，如果你认真听讲，大声发言，伊老师会在你的英语书上盖下一个个小印章，这些小印章会见证你一天天的进步。

相信你一定喜欢画画，所以请和爸爸妈妈一起去为自己买一个绘画本，我们会将学到的英语用图画表现出来，而且，每节英语课上，老师会请一位同学展示自己的绘画本，并领读你画出来的“英语”，期待你的精彩表现。

二、 两个承诺：

在这封信中，我许下两个庄严的承诺。

承诺1：让学生准备绘画本，在班内展示，现在全班每个同学都已经展示完毕，我给每个孩子留下一张展示绘图本的照片。

承诺2：用博客记录孩子们在校生活的点点滴滴。我一共教六个班，共238个学生，目前已经完成了给30多个孩子的诗歌或小文章，我希望我能关注到每一个孩子，在与他们共同学习的时间内写到每一个孩子，所以希望大家耐心等待，我需要时间。

三、 三个指导思想：

1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣。

我主要采取课堂上发帖画、做游戏、表演故事、绘画、看英语动画片等方式。

2、树立学生学好英语的自信心。

起始阶段的英语学习只要求孩子能听能说。由于孩子年领较小，在起始阶段时会有一个沉默期，进一步的听和说都需要一个过程。所以，对孩子在学习过程中出现的问题不要过分急于纠正，不要强迫学生背单词、背句子。对一时开不了口的孩子要从多听录音入手，在听录音的同时鼓励孩子模仿。

3、养成良好的英语学习习惯

在课堂上，要求学生认真听录音、模仿、大声朗读，在同学发言时可以不出声跟读。

在家里，每天坚持听录音至少15-20分钟。要教会孩子使用录音机。鼓励孩子把当天在英语课上学到的内容用英语重复出来，并鼓励孩子在平时积极、大胆、大声开口说英语。

四、 五个要求：

1、单词：能够根据图片或实物说单词，不要求认读单词。

2、句子：能够听懂书中重点句子，不要求认读，能与他人进行简单的对话。

3、歌曲歌谣：能够熟练掌握几首自己喜欢的歌曲歌谣，其他的能够跟着音乐唱出关键词和句即可。

4、故事：能听懂并指图说出关键句子。不要求每句话都会说。

5、人物，在目录前面，要求能熟练叫出他们的名字。

上述要求是最低要求，您可以根据自己孩子的情况适当提高，但原则是孩子可以接受，比如您要求孩子背单词，孩子并不反感，您就可以这样做。

五、补充说明：典范英语。

这是一套学校补充的阅读材料，目的是培养学生的阅读兴趣，希望孩子们能通过多听录音，模仿跟读，角色扮演等形式，最终达到熟练朗读的目的，但是如果孩子一时读不好也不要急于求成。

下一步我准备收集孩子们关于典范英语的录音、录像和绘画等资料，有条件的家长可以给孩子录音或者录像，在激发孩子学习兴趣的同时也为孩子留下宝贵的资料。

三、教材特点

本学期学校采用了新的教材，分别要求听，认，说。从难度上来说，词汇量少，句型简单，这大大减轻了孩子们学习的压力，同时也减少了家长辅导的难度。教材遵循由浅入深，由易入难的规律，所选内容均是与学生平时日常生活有关，可以密接结合平时的生活经历，切实做到了理论与实践结合，让孩子在现实生活中也能有机会锻炼英语口语。

四、良好学习习惯的培养

重视孩子朗读作业的完成。英语学习的初级阶段，一般书写作业较少，大多是一些朗读的作业。朗读作业同样非常重要，完成时一定要让孩子大声的朗读给您听，哪怕您没时间，边做家务边听，也要让孩子读给您听，老师要求读几遍，就必须完成几遍，当然，这个几遍只是一般意义上的，也就是老师感觉读这几遍孩子能记住，能记牢。如果您的孩子不能完全掌握，还可以多读几遍，以孩子能记准记牢为标准。读完后家长签字，要具体签上读了几遍，是否读熟。

五、树立家校通力合作，教育才能达到最佳效果的观念 要树立正确的教育观念。现代社会，在小学阶段对孩子影响最大的还是来自学校和家庭。同样的学校同样的老师，学生的发展却有极大的不同，有的学习优秀，能考上理想的重点中学，而有的却差强人意，甚至举步维艰，为什么呢?除了孩子个体的原因，家庭教育的不同是造成差异的主要原因。父母生下孩子，花了大量的时间精力养育他，您的态度、习惯决定了您孩子的态度和习惯。

六、注重鼓励评价，促进学生的和谐发展。

孩子刚进入小学的时候，年幼的他们也将面临许多挑战和困难。要多用表扬激励的方式。常言道，失败是成功之母，但对这个阶段的孩子来说，“成功”是成功之母：取得进步并得到表扬，才会对学习有兴趣、有信心，为以后的学习奠定良好的基础。要努力发现孩子的点滴进步，多鼓励孩子。对学习上出现一些困难的孩子，切记不要用伤孩子自尊的话语，这样的话语可能会毁了他的一生。一年级的知识对成年人来说您肯定觉得太简单了，但对孩子却不同，而且每个孩子的接受能力不同，要多给孩子一些消化吸收的时间，不要急于求成。

以上是我和家长们交流的几点建议，不当之处请批评指正。希望在老师、孩子和家长的共同努力下早日看到孩子们的进步。

love is shapeless and priceless. we can blame nobody when captured by it. love can not be forced, nor can it be pretended. sympathy is not love, neither is gratitude. love must be generated from the heart, and expressed in actions. it can not be called love without passions and a deep longing from the bottom of the heart. there's no impassable gulf between family love and fraternal love. some family love may turn into friendship. at the same time, natural barriers doesn't exist either between fraternal love and amatory love. some friendship may develop into amatory love. the same is true with amatory love which may change into family love after a long time of mutual grinding and polishing.the closer the relationship, and the higher the expectations are, the more difficult it is to get along with each other. family love, fraternal love and amatory love are three main human feelings. if handled well, they can bring us extreme happiness, while handled improperly, will bring us great sufferings.
