Do you know the name of the three most famous drinks in the world? They are tea , coffee and cocoa. China is the homeland of tea which has become the national drink. In other words, tea is basically spread out from China. Referring to Chinese tea culture, it has several thousand years of history and can be traced back to the ancient times. Then it was flourished in the Tang dynasty and the Song dynasty.

At first, our ancients found tea make them excited, but they thought that drinking more would be destructive to the morals. As time went by, tea became popular among likeminded people, Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism and cultivation culture. Until Tang Dynasty, tea culture began taking shape. When it came to Song Dynasty, tea culture became thriving. When people migrated, they would offer tea. When people engaged, they would send tea. When people got married, they would settle tea. Tea became an important part in their daily life.

In china, the main varieties of tea are green tea, black tea, Oolong tea, scented tea, white tea, yellow tea and dark tea. In the early days, the Chinese boiled their tea leaves with water and other ingredients such as salt and ginger; later they ground the dried leaves to a powder and whipped them up with hot water. It was not until that Ming Dynasty that it became common practice to infuse the loose tea leaves in hot water in teapots, and then to pour the infused liquid into bowls to drink. Nowadays, we make different tea in different particular ways. Over the centuries, China developed an extraordinary tea culture, comparable with the wine culture of the West.

Tea not only has a good flavor but also benefit to our body, so it is loved by many people home and abroad. Different kinds of tea have different function which makes a contribution to our health. For example, the national drink of China-green tea, can dispel the effects of alcohol, clear away summer-heat, refresh yourself and whiten your skin. The second largest kind of tea-black tea, can warm your stomach, be good for your heart and make your bones stronger. Dark tea can refresh you in the morning, reduce your blood press and help lose weight. Oolong Tea is good for your body building and dieting. In all, tea have great medicinal value, anti-cancer, lowering blood pressure, improving eyesight and restraining disease, reducing stress and so on.

Tea culture and its development reflect not only diet culture, but also Chinese spiritual features.

China is a country with a time-honored civilization and a land of ceremony and decorum. Whenever guests visit, it is necessary to make and serve tea to them. Before serving tea, you may ask them for their preferences as to what kind of tea they fancy and serve them the tea in the most appropriate teacups. In the course of serving tea, the host should take careful note of how much water is remaining in the cups and in the kettle. Usually, if the tea is made in a teacup, boiling water should be added after half of the cup has been consumed; and thus the cup is kept filled so that the tea retains the same bouquet and remains pleasantly warm.

Tea culture plays an indispensable role in promoting the international cultural exchange between China and other countries, enriching Chinese cultural life and promoting Chinese spiritual civilization construction. In conclusion, tea culture is one of the essences of Chinese culture in the history. The spirit of tea permeates the court and society, into the Chinese poetry, painting, calligraphy, religion, medicine. For thousands of years China has not only accumulated a great deal about tea cultivation, production of material culture, but also accumulated rich spirit of the tea culture, which is unique to China's tea culture.

This is a principle which must be upheld without any , I wish to report to you that my talks with the government have been aimed at normalizing the political situation in the country. We have not as yet begun discussing the basic demands of the struggle. I wish to stress that I myself have at no time entered into negotiations about the future of our country except to insist on a meeting between the ANC and the has gone further than any other Nationalist President in taking real steps to normalize the situation. However, there are further steps, as outlined in the Harare Declaration, that have to be met before negotiations on the basic demands of our people can begin.

Negotiations cannot take place — Negotiations cannot take place above the heads or behind the backs of our people. It is our belief that the future of our country can only be determined by a body which is democratically elected on a non?racial basis. Negotiations on the dismantling of apartheid will have to address the overwhelming demands of our people for a democratic, non?racial and unitary South Africa. And this reality is that we are still suffering under the policies of the Nationalist , so that the process towards democracy is rapid and uninterrupted. We have waited too long for our freedom. We can no longer wait.

Now is the time to intensify the struggle on all fronts. To relax our efforts now would be a mistake which generations to come will not be able to role in a united democratic and non?racial South Africa is the only way to peace and racial harmony. In conclusion, I wish to quote my own words during my trial in 1964. They are as true today as they were then. I spoke: I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. 我一直担任五、六年级的英语教学工作。学生们的英语基础知识参差不齐，接受能力也不同，并且随着学习难度的增加，学生们也产生了消极情绪，没有兴趣，甚至厌学，课堂纪律涣散。我深知兴趣是最好的老师，为了向四十分钟要质量，每一节课我都认真钻研教材，查找资料，精心制作每节课课件，到现在为止，我基本储备了五六年级每一课的课件，形成了自己的小小的资源库。其次，为了教学更直观，训练更简捷，我自己制作直观教具，如句式训练图片，单词卡片，音标卡片等，我还自己花钱购买同步课文视频，这样不仅能给学生创造英语语言环境，而且保证了复习和训练的频率和效率。除此之外，在教学中，我还注重根据学生的差异因材施教，努力跟上课改步伐，把高效课堂理念引入到教学中，形成了自己独特的(愉快教学法)。让学生在接受知识的同时，培养学生自学，共学，群学的能力，让学生做课堂中的主人，并以鼓励的方式来增加学生学习的积极性。不仅改善了课堂纪律，又提高了学生的英语成绩。

2、树立终身学习意识，不断提高各方面能力。

我深知“学海无涯”，作为一名教师，要给学生一碗水，教师要有源源不断的“活水源”。特别是当今的化在信息时代，社会飞速发展，知识更新飞快，能力要求甚高，所以我常常不满自身现状，不断提高自身的专业理论和教学能力，我积极参加学校和上级部门组织的各级各类活动，撰写教育教学论文，积极参与课题实践研究，探索适合农村小学教学实际的教学方法。除此之外，我最大的爱好就是读书，只要一有时间我就找些书来读，不同类别的书籍不仅丰富了我的人生，良好的读书习惯也为学生树立了榜样，为带给学生“源源不断的活水”奠定了基础。

The quality of human life has improved greatly over the past few centuries, but Earth is being harmed more and more by human activity. As we develop our technology, we demand more from our planet. Eventually, this will harm people as well.

Our planet gives us everything we need, but natural resources are not endless. Strip mining devastates whole regions, leaving bare and useless ground. Deforestation removes old growth trees that can't be replaced. Too much fishing may harm fish populations to the point where they can't recover. We are too careless in taking what we want without giving anything back.

There are more people than ever, living longer that ever. So is it any surprise that many areas suffer from too much development? Anyone living in or near a city has experienced "urban sprawl". There is a new shopping area on every corner and new houses, townhouses and apartments everywhere. Traffic gets worse and worse because planners can't keep up with growth. Keeping up with human demand is hard enough. Environmental concerns come in last.

With growth comes pollution. Companies and communities dump waste into water. Landfills are full of trash. Emissions from factories pollute the air. Barrels of industrial waste and worse, radioactive waste, have no safe place to go. If we're not careful, we can harm our planet beyond repair.

People need to respect the Earth and try to preserve it. If we don't, what kind of future will we have?

尊敬的家长：

你们好！十分感谢各位在百忙中抽出时间来参加这次家长会。本次家长会主要是围绕这半学期来孩子们的学习及其他各方面的情况而开的。

本学期开学至今，班级的学习气氛很浓，各科教学都紧张而有序地进行。因为进入五年级了，各科学习任务都很重，时间都很紧，孩子们都很辛苦，鉴于这种情况，我们也开展了一系列的活动，参加了学校的广播操比赛，我们班荣获了五六年级组第二名，因为去年是四年级和三年级比，我们很轻松地拿了第一，而这次是和六年级比，有难度，但令人欣慰的是孩子们都很努力，为了班级的荣誉，苦练动作，得了第二，实在不简单。另外，还开展了“庆祝抗日战争胜利60周年”及“中国人了不起”的中队活动。我还给孩子们每小组拍了一张合照，贴在他们小组合作自己亲手做的像框里，这样不仅可以培养他们的合作能力，还可以增强他们的集体荣誉感。还搞了手抄小报的活动，四人一小组，设计并创作一张手抄小报，同学们兴致都很高，美编，文字，排版，分工明确，合作意识很强。

接下来我就英语教学方面的情况跟大家谈一谈

为了适应大环境，本学期的英语教材更换了，大家都知道换成了牛津小学英语，我们五年级用的是5a，这套教材应该是三年级开始从3a逐步学起的，由于种种原因，当时我们学的是新标准英语，那也就是说我们过去3a到4b的四册内容都没学过，而一下子要孩子接触5a，而且拒有关专家讲，从4b到5a的跨度非常大，是所有牛津小学英语中册与册之间跨度最大的，书中绝大多数都是长句子，语法知识也很多，而且以前的教材对于写的要求也不高，考查的力度也不大，鉴于以上这些情况，因此本次期中考试的成绩整体都不理想，值得高兴的是我们班的浦睿同学考了全年级英语最高分97分。孩子们第一次接触这样的教材，这样的题型，这次试卷又有些偏，因为我们以前的教材只有我们学校用，所以试卷都是老师自己出，而且也没有范围，因此，看起来普遍成绩都很好。其实这次考试不太理想也许是件好事，一方面可以对孩子有点触动，另一方面也可以使我们了解到新教材与就教材之间的差异，而更好地为以后的教学服务。这次的考试包括以后的月考，期中期末考都不再是老师自己出卷了，而且题型不是一成不变的，英语这门学科和语数不一样的地方在于它的灵活多变性，它的题型可以千变万化，但它的变化总是建立在一个不变的基础上的，那就是这些基础知识：单词，短语，句型。一旦基础的东西掌握了，不管它怎么变，万变不离其宗。

曾经有家长打电话问我他孩子的英语基础很差怎么办，我的回答很简单，“只要他跟着我的步子走，按照我的要求做，问题不大！”我的回答很简单，可真的做起来不那么容易哦！有些家长就深深地体会到英语这个学科只要孩子用心，学习效果是很明显的，只要他背了记了，效果就出来了，可能由于有些家长还没有意识到英语在考试中的地位而对这一学科有所忽略，现在，我想告诉各位，小升初的考试，好一些的中学，比如：__中学，__中学等都要求考英语，而且扬中是要把英语分数纳入总分计算的，所以，目前的形势决定了英语学科的重要性，请各位家长务必重视英语这一学科，你们思想上重视了，无形中也给孩子以熏陶，重视与不重视肯定是完全不同的，在学校肯定是抓得很紧，中午休息时间，晚自习前后甚至早晨全都用来给孩子补课。关键是孩子周末放假在家的两天有没有充分利用起来，我们每周的回家作业上都会有一项复习的内容，请家长无比抽出一点点时间来监督他这一任务的完成情况，你们可以看家校联系册，然后来报单词，短语的中文让孩子写英文，对照书来检查掌握情况，这样周一的复习听写才能有好的效果，单元测验才能取得好成绩。否则，他们两天时间就白白浪费掉了，你们还可以让他跟着磁带读课文，课文熟练了，很多题目就自然而然会做了，多读还可以培养他的语感，还请家长多多配合。说了这么多，我只有目的，也是各位家长所想的：我们配合好，把他们的成绩逐步提高上去。谢谢各位的合作！谢谢大家！

梦想是美丽的，它是心底最美的期望，所以美梦成真也成了我们长久以来的信仰。

梦想是阳光的，它使人们由浮躁走向踏实，由彷徨走向坚定，并走向成功。梦想是有力量的，它是人生前行的动力之源;高远的梦想可以激发一个人生命中所有的潜能。

上帝没有给我们翅膀，却给了我们一颗会飞的心，一个会梦想的大脑。于是让我们大家都拥有一双“隐形的翅膀”。

人生因梦想而高飞，人性因梦想而伟大。从小给自己一个梦想，一个人生的远大的目标，从而让梦想带着自己在人生辽阔的天空自由地飞翔。梦想就是生命的一双无形的翅膀，惟有梦想的力量才能激励和激发我们的生命，摆脱平庸和低俗，克服人性的弱点，走向优秀和杰出。

有梦想的人是幸福的，有梦想的人生是充满希望的。愿每一个孩子在他们的童年都能够拥有自己的梦想，无论这个梦想是什么，这个梦想有多大。我生在中国，长在中国，所以中国与我已经紧密的联系在了一起。中国好，则我好，中国不好，则我必然不好。当中国遇到困难时，我为中国伤心，当中国获得荣誉时，我为中国自豪。当我看到有老人摔倒，但是却没有人扶时;当我看到即使旁边有垃圾桶，但是人们还是将垃圾遍地丢时;当我看到人们不顾红绿灯的指示，一直向前走时……这不是我所认识的中国。我所认识的中国是一个强大、团结、文明、温暖。和谐的中国。那个强大的中国，不需要有美国那般全球第一的强势，却有能保障人民安居乐业的刚强;不必太大富大贵，但至少能给中国人一个遮风避雨的家，能保证人民的温饱，人民安居乐业，让人在中国，活得幸福。中国梦首先表现为国家梦、民族梦。但是，归根到底，最终要落脚，落到人民梦上去。而且国家梦、民族梦和人民梦三者是有机统一的，尽管从表面上看，好象我们的中国梦是提出来的，其实我们仔细想想，为什么提出来以后，确实引起中国社会如此高度的认同和拥戴呢?就是因为其实这个中国梦一直是中国人民百年以来追求的一种梦想，是我们自己近百年的每个人的夙愿。在这个意义上，提出这个梦想，只不过是反映了人民的期待，顺应了人民的要求而已。中国梦确确实实是人民自己选择的一种梦想，是人民自己的一种愿望，它是来自于人民。

更重要一点，我们的中国梦，之所以是人民梦，它最终着眼点要落脚到为了人民的幸福，也就是什么叫中国梦?中国梦首先要体现在你要保证人民更加幸福，更加幸福最直接的是什么?要在生活上解决人民的民生梦，让我们的老百姓，上学能有学校，而且学费还不高，工作，能找到工作，而且收入还不低，我们生了病了，去医院看病去，还有医保给我们解决大部分药费;老了，社保养老，我们不用担心自己到了晚年没有地方住。这是什么?这就是我们每一个中国人实实在在的民生梦，这个民生梦是我们人民梦的第一个层面。如果我们的中国梦不能解决人民群众过得更好、吃得更好，能喝上干净的水，呼吸上清洁的空气，或者再说句最直白的话，在自己家门口就能买到放心的奶粉，不用跑到那么远去，还遭受别人白眼，这是什么?这就是实实在在的，与每一个人切身利益相关的生活品质的提高，这是我们的第一层的梦。但是，仅仅是这一层面还不够。随着中国经济社会发展，人民群众吃饱、穿暖，过上好日子，这是在经济方面获得温饱乃至小康，这是一件理所当然的事情，这也是件顺理成章的事情。甚至我们可以说，就像你刚才讲的的，在很多方面、很多老百姓，这个梦想已经基本实现了。我们要看到，我们还有第二个层面，人民梦还体现在人民的尊严上，让我们的人民群众生活得更加有尊严。我们的权利得到保障，我们的劳动是体面劳动，我们不需被迫每天加班七八个小时，我们就算出于工作需要，需要去加班，加了班之后，能拿到三倍、四倍的工资，能够免受遭到恐惧的压力，我们现在发了工资了，就可以大大方方地把这钱花掉，不用担心将来没钱养老。

那个团结的中国，每个人、每个民族团结在一起，人人都真正有一颗坚守自己国家的心，坚守我们都是中国人，坚守一个中国的原则。不再是好的给外国，坏的留给自己，不再总是表面痛骂外国，实质却崇洋媚外。

那个温暖的中国，社会需要充满温暖，不会在出现流浪老人、孤寡老人、儿童等无人照料，不会在出现人于危难之时而无人相救的冷漠。人们不会因为自己的利益而失去道德底线，“三鹿“奶粉事件不会在出现。吃的放心，用的放心，能把心，安安稳稳的托付给我们的生产者。

那个文明的中国，中国不但是人口大国，更应该成为素质大国。俗话说“人无德不立，国无德不兴“。由此可知，行为品德无论对个人还是对整个国家、整个民族都是何等的重要。一个高素质、有教养的现代文明人，必须有良好的文明礼仪。所以人人都应该严格控制自己的行为，不要让自己的行为危害到自己，危害到国家。做一个文明的人，懂礼貌的人。那个和谐的中国，我们现在的目标是建立一个和谐的社会。和谐的社会不仅包括人与人之间的和谐相处，也包括人与自然之间的和谐相处。所以这就要求我们要善待我们的朋友，善待动植物。不要再让践踏草坪的事件出现，不要再让花草流泪。不要再因为自身的一点蝇头小利，而去伤害我们的朋友，捕杀稀有动物!

中国梦，我的梦!中国梦不是一朝一夕所能实现的，他需要我们所有人的努力。少年智则中国智，少年强则中国强，所以中国梦的实现就依靠我们了。所以我们应该从现在做起，从点滴小事做起。努力学习科学文化知识，从各个方面培养自己，把自己培养成一个对国家，对社会有用的人!
