On the night of August 14, 1947, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru rose to make a maiden speech in New Delhi, “When the world sleeps, India will wake to life and freedom.” Yes, India became free from the bondage of British rule. Now, India is the largest democratic country in the world. The country’s strength is to find, “Unity in diversity”. 三、教材特点

本学期学校采用的是译林出版社的牛津小学英语，此册书共有10个单元，每个单元分三个部分，分别要求听，认，说。教材遵循由浅入深，由易入难的规律，所选内容均是与学生平时日常生活有关，可以密接结合平时的生活经历，切实做到了理论与实践结合，让孩子在现实生活中也能有机会锻炼英语口语。

四、良好学习习惯的培养

其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要孩子在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识的接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。

那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢?英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数孩子除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。

首先说一下听，每次我们学过的英语，都要让孩子去听一听、指一指，让孩子多听，听的多了也就得到了巩固。接下来是说，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，要让每个孩子学会勇敢地说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少。所以下课也要说;放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实孩子需要的是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让孩子反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场。接下来是读。有句话：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的语感，那么语感怎么来呢?就是靠读出来的。一定要让学生养成每天读英语的习惯，这是学英语的最基本的学习习惯了。无论什么事情都贵在坚持，如果你的孩子还没有养成这样的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。就像早上起来要刷牙洗脸一样，要让他们把读英语当作每天必做的一件事。

五、注重鼓励评价，促进学生的和谐发展。

孩子刚进入小学的时候，年幼的他们也将面临许多挑战和困难。要多用表扬激励的方式。常言道，失败是成功之母，但对这个阶段的孩子来说，“成功”是成功之母：取得进步并得到表扬，才会对学习有兴趣、有信心，为以后的学习奠定良好的基础。要努力发现孩子的点滴进步，多鼓励孩子。对学习上出现一些困难的孩子，切记不要用伤孩子自尊的话语，这样的话语可能会毁了他的一生。一年级的知识对成年人来说您肯定觉得太简单了，但对孩子却不同，而且每个孩子的接受能力不同，要多给孩子一些消化吸收的时间，不要急于求成。

likewise re-define your personal purpose or business philosophy.

There is a wonderful word which expresses the most original motions and desires among human-beings. With solving any kind of imperfections, our world has moved ahead. This is the word “innovation” that we cannot afford to lose.

We chicaned every detail of the innovation. Thousands years before, we created fire when we took a stone to knock another one. Since Han Dynasty, four great inventions had been created and it is one of the greatest signs that China become to the ancient civilized country. And nowadays, thousands of software, products, architectures and public facilities have upgraded more than that about 100 years ago. So how did these happen? What will you do if you are not satisfied with your tools anymore? What will you do if old mode cannot afford to develop in a company? There is no doubt that we should innovate no matter where we are and what we do. Not because of the design itself, but actually for its intended purpose.

common sense would be revolted if we engaged upon this process for petty reasons. congress has a lot to do: appropriations, tax reform, health insurance, campaign finance reform, housing, environmental protection, energy sufficiency, mass transportation. pettiness cannot be allowed to stand in the face of such overwhelming problems. so today we are not being petty. we are trying to be big, because the task we have before us is a big one.

this morning, in a discussion of the evidence, we were told that the evidence which purports to support the allegations of misuse of the cia by the president is thin. we're told that that evidence is insufficient. what that recital of the evidence this morning did not include is what the president did know on june the 23rd, 1972.

Someone says: “Time is money!” But I think time is even more important than money. Why? Because when money is spent, we can get it back. However, When time is gone,It will never return no matter how rich you are.

But it is a pity that there are a lot of people who do not know the importance of time . They spend all day on smorking, drinking and playing.They do not know that wasting time means wasting life.

As to us, a middle schoole student, School time is a very important period for our growing up. We should make full use of it to do something usefull, just like learning different kinds of knowledge , taking exercise for a good health and so on.

In a word , we should save time.Time is limited and so，very precious. It will not return any more when it is gone.

本人作为刚毕业参加工作的年轻教师，在本学年内担任***中心小学三五年级的英语教学工作。参加工作2个多月以来，我在紧张而充实的工作环境及状态下配合学校顺利完成了各项工作。现在，我对本学期工作做如下述职：

一、学科教育教学工作

在学科教学工作方面，我除了做好钻研教材、备好课、上好课批改好学生练习、作业等常规工作以外，本学期，我还做好以下几点工作：

1、以提高学生学习英语的兴趣为突破口，努力提高教学质量。我在课堂上特别重视调动学生学习英语的积极性和主动性，经常开展小组竞赛活动，通过给小组加分，用表扬激励等教学手段，灵活运用教学法，如游戏法、情景教学法、交际法、直观法等，并把英语儿歌、绕口令、童谣等有趣味的东西引进课堂，把英语语言知识的学习与英语语言技能的训练有机的结合在一起，吸引学生的注意力，培养他们的学习兴趣，激发他们的求知欲，让学生自觉参与到课堂教学的全过程，从而优化课堂教学。

2、开展两人小组互助活动，以点带面，以优带差，提高班科成绩的合格率。小学教学设计网在课堂教学中，凡是开展自主读书或是堂上讨论活动，我大多都是以两人小组为单位进行的，每个小组里一般都有一个优生，这样一来，小组里的中下生，在优生的提示和帮助下，一般都能比较认真和自觉参加读书或讨论活动，从而使这些中下生在参与这些学习活动中也得到了提高。我还组织了小组之间的竞赛，用奖励手段去鼓励进步明显的小组，因此学生对活动的投入会更狂热，小组之间的竞争也会更激烈，学生取得进步也会更快。

3、狠抓课堂常规的落实。在每节课上课前，我都比较注重学生课堂常规的培养和检查，如果没有按我的要求做好课前准备工作，我一般都不急着开始上课，我宁愿不上课也要先把课堂常规落实好，推动课堂教学质量的进一步提高。

二、校本研修工作

在新课程理念的引领下，本学期我认真践行校本教研工作，融入学校教育创新，借助同伴互助提升教育理念，感悟教育真谛。

1、注重日常教学常规的扎实与提升。认真完成学习任务，做好每一次听课后记录。学会思考教育问题，积极把先进的教育理念转化为教师的行为等，从反思中提升教学研究水平。每节公开课后，把自己在教学实践中发现的问题和有价值的东西赶快记下来，享受成功，弥补不足。在总结经验中完善自我。

2、坚持写好教育教学随笔。认真的读一本有关教育的书籍，并及时反思。

3、认真参加参与各校教研活动与“小组学习研讨”活动，将培训学习所得，在具体的教学实践中尝试，使自己的教学水平逐步提高，寻找出一条适合本地，适合自己的发展之路，争取逐步形成自己的教学特色。

4、利用信息技术手段辅助教学，充分利用网络优势，积极参与在线研讨。

三、师徒结对工作

一帮一师徒结对活动是青年教师得到提高和锻炼的大舞台，作为徒弟的我非常珍惜这次学习的机会，也为自己能有一位资深的师傅而感到高兴。。在这次活动中，从认真备课交给师傅修改到课堂上与孩子们的沟通、互动，从师徒互相听课评课到教研组上公开课，虽然每一次都有不足，但师傅的指点让我得到了不少收获，这更加激励了我对教育教学工作提高的渴望。我体会到了，要想成为一名优秀的人民教师光凭激情是远远不够的，我要时刻反思自我，常思常新，不断加强业务学习，勤学勤问，不断更新、探索教育教学方法，让自己在学习中得到提升。

总之，在新课程背景下的英语教学中，我要一如既往的做好备课、批改、辅导、考查、讲评等方方面面的工作。当然了，要做一名受学生欢迎的英语老师，还要经过自己各方面坚持不懈的实践和探索，在今后的道路上，向更高的目标奋进!
