利用监控设施，加大监控的管理力度。做好直装水泥过程控制，堵塞漏洞，解决水泥装卸过程中的混乱现象，进一步树立__集团良好形象。水泥数量纠纷较去年同期降低90%。

二、存在问题和不足

安全生产、保卫工作本身具有长期性、复杂性、艰巨性和反复性的特点。这决定了安保工作不是一劳永逸而是永无止境的。经过一系列宣传教育和扎实工作，安保工作虽然得到了必须程度的提高，但还有很多不足之处。

1、安全教育、现场管理不到位，安全礼貌生产工作还有待于进一步加强。安全培训教育工作做的还不到位，不够细致，缺乏针对性，有些职工的安全知识、安全技能仍然很缺乏，安全意识仍很淡薄，侥幸心理、习惯性错误很多存在，员工三违现象仍比较普遍，这都体现出安全教育、安全管理不够完善，今后仍需要利用各种形式有针对性的加以培训教育。

2、另外，安全工作应当是齐抓共管的，不能靠某一个部门努力就能将此项工作搞好，此刻个别岗位领导，大部精力投入到抓产量和质量上，对安全工作有些忽视，所以现场员工作业违章现象时有发生。

三、下半年工作打算

1.逐步加强安全职责教育，提升大局意识

进一步加强领导和员工的职责意识，要求他们在工作上多用一点心、绷紧一根弦、多尽一份力，同时注意群策群力，让大家在每项工作中都进行风险分析，在制定预防措施上多想办法、多出点子，让每个员工都认识到“防范事故人人管，人人关心防事故”，为此，预防事故的意识增强了，职责到位了，必然防患于未然。

2.继续开展专业知识教育，提高专业水平

经过对员工进行所处岗位业务和专业知识的学习教育，提高他们的业务技术水平，做到不盲目，逐步减少设备及人身安全事故的发生。公司要强化或培训员工的专业知识，缺什么补什么，拓宽知识面，苦练内功，自强素质，外塑形象;仅有自我的综合素质提高了，职责意识增强了，各项管理才能得心应手。安全生产才能相对稳定，公司事故才能相对减少，得到源头上控制。

3.继续完善安全》规章制度，做到有章可循

刚接手保安部时发现部门内员工工作态度不积极，工作协调能力差，工作责任心不强，时常出现缺岗、漏岗、打瞌睡、工作没有部署、该管的不管、该问的不问、该做的不做和人员工作机动性不灵活等现象。经过近一个月的观察和思考，我决定先从员工的心态入手。调节员工的工作心态，积极相互沟通，帮助员工树立对工作的自信心和培养员工的团队意识、业务技能。在工作中不断激励员工不断培养员工，互相取长补短。作为部门主管，自身坚持做到以身作则，坚持做到干工作领导冲在最前面。对工作积极、努力学习的保安员适当给予奖励。对不求上进、消极怠工的人员一律从本部门清除，绝不留情。另外严把应聘人员面试这道关，严格做到达不到保安部用人标准的应聘人员坚决不用并适当的给予新员工工作压力，使其尽快适应工作岗位，而且做到分级管理，层层细化。

以上工作方法在得到很大成效的同时又为日后的各项工作奠定了良好基础。

一、主要工作业绩

1、保安队在各级领导的英明指导下，遵循公司的规章制度，出色地完成公司领导交给我们各项任务。

2、保安队在上半年继续脚踏实地落实日常安全治理工作，加强日常安全巡检，做好经常性的安全大检查，确保了上半年无偷、盗、消防等安全治理事故，保障了办公区正常的工作秩序。

3、在车场管理方面，保安队协助处理了三起车辆擦撞事故，由于我们能及时发现并通知业主，使事故的经济损失降到最低，我们受到了业主多次表扬。

4、保安队对季节性和阶段性工作提前做好充分预备，对元旦、春节、清明、五一、及雨季期间出具具体治理方案和计划，严抓具体工作的落实，使各季节和阶段性工作得到安全有序的开展。

5、六月份保安队还协助处理了四楼天花上面的下水道破裂事件，由于我们发现及时并处理得当， (我们控制办公区域水的漫淹，急时停电以防漏电伤人，及时通知业主及泥岗物管来处理，在我们队员和三名清洁员经过四五个小的奋斗，处理完了办公区的污水及办公区的卫生.) 给业主减少了不必要的经济损失。

6、在清洁工作方面，我们在半年的时间里对办公区地面进行三次清洗，为了不影响办公区白天正常的工作，我们都是安排在星期天来洗地面，我们在做好自身管理点的清洁工作同时还能协助别的管理点做好清洁工作。

7、在保安队内部人员管理上，我们与队员建立良好的沟通渠道，提高治理能力，加强与队员的沟通，把握队员动态，及时采取措。

二、工作方面

一是抓队伍建设。一支过硬的队伍是做好工作的重要保证.在队员引进方面，高度重视队员的综合素质。凡是新进来的队员，我们都要组织保安业务素质培训，在岗位上还要以老带新，加强培训消防方面的知识和技能，使队员都能尽快掌握各项基本本领，达到岗位要求。

二是抓制度方面。工作的规范有序需要一个好的规范制度做保证，“没有规矩不成方圆”。在制度建设上，我们给每个队员灌入团队思想，对队伍实行军事化管理，特别是在夜间值班、交接班制度上严格要求，通过对队员的岗前教育、培训来保证制度的实施。用制度来规范大家的行为，用制度来保证工作任务的完成。

三是抓思想，由于我们的队员来自不同的地方，不同的岗位，各人的综合素质、性格、爱好都不相同。更重要的是他们都刚20出头，血气方刚，这既是我们保安工作的需要，同时也是我们在日常工作、生活中需要注意的。我们要在队员中树立典型，在队务会上对工作出色的同志给予表扬。对工作中出现的问题和差错，我们要求：不得隐瞒，及时上报，有错必纠，有错必改，惩前治后，引以为鉴，改进工作。

三、存在的不足

回顾半年的来工作，在取得成绩的同时，我们也清楚的看到自身存在的差距和不足。突出表现在：一是由于队员来自四面八方，综合素质参差不齐。二是我们的工作方法还有待进一步创新和改进，三是工作上还存在一些不如人意的地方，四是工作经验和相关管理知识仍需进一步学习、提高。五是清洁工作方面存在检查不到位，清理不及时等问题。

四、下半年工作计划

1、将安全治理工作列为第一重点，了解办公区和周边安全动态，抓好日常安全治理工作的落实、检查与监督，确保办公区的安全与秩序。

2、与队员建立良好的沟通渠道，提高治理能力，加强与队员的沟通，把握队员动态，及时采取措施，以促进保安队伍的进一步稳定。

3、积极配合公司行政治理工作，实行绩效治理制度，使奖惩得到有效落实，以此提高员工的工作积极性与竞争力。

4、加强对员工的培训力度，有计划地开展培训工作，以解决员工的形象、礼节、工作与服务态度及处理岗位问题的主动性和灵活性为主，从而提高部门的整体素质，使保安部在整体上有所突破。

5、要对清洁工作要细化，明确分工，也要加强清洁方面的培训，对办公区的卫生情况不定时抽查.
