大家好！我叫肖欢；来自轻纺三班。今天我演讲的题目是《明确目的而奋斗》；我先来给大家讲个故事吧。

在非洲的一片茂密的丛林中，走着四个皮包骨头的男子，他们扛着一只沉重的箱子，在密林里踉踉跄跄地往前行走。他们跟随队长进入丛林探险，可是，队长却在任务即将完成时患急病而不幸长眠于林中了。临终前队长把他亲手制作的箱子托付给他们，并十分诚恳地说：“如果你们能把这个箱子送到我的朋友手里，你们将得到比金子还贵重的东西。”

埋葬了队长之后，他们便扛着箱子上路了。道路越来越难走，他们的力气也越来越小了，但他们仍然鼓着劲往前走着。

终于有一天，绿色的屏障突然拉开，他们历经千辛万苦；之后终于走出了丛林，找到了队长的朋友。可是那个朋友却说：“我一无所知啊！”于是，打开箱子一看，竟是一堆无用的木头！

就这么个故事，看起来，队长给他们的只是一箱无用的木头。其实，他却给了他们行动的目的，使他们获得了“比金子还贵重的东西”——生命。从哲学角度上讲，人与动物不同的地方是人具有高级思维能力。所以人不能像其它动物一样浑浑噩噩地活着，人的行动必须有明确的目的和奋斗的目标。

那么；如何确立目标；敝人在这里说说我个人的一些认识。

首先，制定的目标要具体可行，目标不具体，就难以实现，对实施的结果也不好判断，目标越具体，就越容易见到效果。同时，具体目标应该受最终目标的指引。目标也要有可行性，目标不能超出自己的能力范围，符合自己当前的实际情况。比如很多人想考研，制定了目标后，学习了一段时间后，不能很好的坚持，发现自己的外语底子太薄弱，考研的可能很小，这时就应该考虑为实现最终的考研目标，现实的问题是制定外语学习计划，包括单词量、词汇、语法的积累，也可能具体到期末英语考试、平时每天固定时间的强记忆等，这样的目标才可行。

其次，目标要积极，目标的有效性在于目标是否积极，目标应该首先符合自身发展的需要，使自己不断进步、完善。目标要让自己在专业、知识、技能、见识等方面不断发展。同时，根据实际，看自己制定的目标是否符合未来就业、创业的以及市场竞争需要，是否符合社会的需求。

再次，目标要可以评估，目标无法评估，则不称其为目标，及时评估可以鼓励信心，让自己看到进步，可以发现不足，及时调整目标和措施。在制定目标的过程中，要自己跟自己比，用自己的现在去比自己的过去，看看自己进步的幅度，未来发展的可能，再制定未来的发展计划。

最后，目标要多层次统一，个人目标的制定最好不是单一的，应该是多层次的，既有近期目标，又有长远目标；既有局部目标，又有整体目标。对于大学生来说，不仅要有学期目标，学年目标，还要有大学四年的总体目标，不仅要求有学习专业知识的目标，同时还要有实践的目标，体育锻炼的目标，交友的目标等。

一、学好专业知识，同时广泛涉猎其他专业知识，未来需要一专多能人才。

二、以一等奖学金为目标，拼命学习一段时间，从结果中了解自己的能力、实力、潜力。

三、读几部古今中外名著，陶冶情操，树立正确的人生观。

四、在x段时间内，背一本汉语英语小词典，磨练自己的毅力，培养不达目的不罢休的精神。

五、尽量多考取一些技术等级证书，这是能力的证明，也是就业的有力武器。

六、利用假期，自己联系打工，了解复杂的社会，体验挣钱的艰辛。

七、和值得信赖又有见地的老师同学交朋友，请他们指点迷津，异性朋友还可以使自己的性格更完善。好女人可让男人更成熟更有理性，好男人可让女人的心变得更开阔。

man’s life is a process of growing up, actually i’m standing here is a growth. if a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then i grow up along with these choices. once i hope i can study in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know i come here, now i wonder what the future holds for (= what will happen to) me.

when i come to this school, i told to myself: this my near future, all starts here. following i will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job. once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” i will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process i will combine learning with doing. if i can achieve this “future”, i think that i really grow up. and i deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future.

同学们，每当我想到这一段词句时，我的心中总会燃起一股汹涌的力量，它充满了我整个身体，我想，没有任何时间的我比现在更具激情，更让人信服了。大家好，我叫江永青，来自TC电商1101班，今天我演讲的主题是: 城市，有我奋斗的青春。

首先我想和大家分享几件关于我的故事，不是什么深明大义，也没有什么大道理，只是一段我的亲身经历。

我还记得那是去年的秋天，我出了校门，拿出手机，终于鼓起勇气拨通了电话：“我知道我选择的道路充满着辛酸，绝望，孤独与痛苦。但这是我唯一的出路，我不再认为高中学校能带给我更多的东西，或许我已经丧失了这份学习的机会，从小到大都是你帮我做决定，但这次能让我自己选择一次吗?”我迫不及待的将我的想法倾泻而出，我也记不得电话那头有过几声叹气，“回来再说吧”，爸爸的声音尽是无奈。

当我真正踏上去远方的火车时，我还是不敢相信事情能解决得这么容易，古板的爸爸这次开明的“有点不像话”。直到后来我才相信了还有这么一句俗语，姜还是老的辣!

下了火车，来到一条还算繁华的街市，舅舅指了指十字路口的三个小店面，“瞧，那就是我们工作的地方，也是我们发财的地方。”舅舅眼睛闪闪地，好像摆在他面前不是房子，而是一堆金灿灿的黄金，我狠狠跺跺脚，“我一定要挖掘出这片土地里的黄金”，我满腔热血。

不过我后来我知道了， 城市毕竟是城市，不是你跺跺脚、热血一下，就能立足的地方，黄金的神话依然埋在水泥地下。

而我是一个不能忍受别人说闲话的人，所以我比任何人想像得都要努力，店里的其他员工工作时间为8个小时，而我硬生生的把它提到15个小时，同学们，我并没有夸大其词，我几乎每天都是凌晨2点钟睡觉，早上8点准时起床，我做得活也并不轻松，舅舅是开小吃店的，店面与食品加工房有一段距离，你可以想像，所有用到的餐具、食品材料，都是靠双手，一件一件，一桶一桶提出来的， 七八月的天，我每天都要冲澡二次，晚上店面值班，到了凌晨，我才开始收拾，这是一天中最累最难熬的时刻，我要将所有的凳子桌子归位，又重又脏的垃圾桶，我要一个人搬到20米远的地方清理掉，桶的外沿紧贴着衣服，于是前面的衣服总是模糊一片，清洗垃圾桶时，污水总是要顽皮的跳到我脸上，做完这些后，我还要将地面拖干净，又笨又重的门，我每次都要花费10分钟才能将它解决。看看手表指针指到了1的位置，这一天，终于结束了。回到住的地方，拖着疲惫的身子冲个澡，倒头就睡。

我就是在这样的环境下做了七个月，有过无数的痛楚，却从来没有想到过要放弃，但是，没有谁会甘心这样的生活，终于有一天，我爸告诉我：孩子，你要想自尊、自爱、自信地活下去，你就必须具备一定的技能，你拥有的这种能力你才能换取世界上你自己所需要的东西。我帮你联系了一所学院，是学电脑的，你可以去试试，我再供你两年，仅此两年。

同学们，那一所叫做新华的学校，的确成了我的希望。我相信了这里有我的梦想。

说实话，来到新华之前，我是一个“电脑盲”，只会开关机，没有基础底子，老师将我领进机房，当我发现所有人对电脑操纵自如，而我只能用笨拙的手指这里点一下，那里敲一下时，亲爱的同学们，你们能想像当时我的心里是什么感受吗?我是一个非常好强的人，所以对于我来说，那是一种无比的羞耻。尽管老师一再叫我不要急，每个人都是这样过来的，同学也耐着性子教我他们会的，可这种感觉还是摆脱不了， 也正是这种异常强烈的惭愧之感，激发我奋进的潜能和决心。在接下来这段时间，我成了全班最努力的学生，每天上课，我从不迟到早退，认真记笔记，上机时，我没有给自己空闲，学习，学习，拼命地学习!周未休息我也一整天呆在机房，这种日子过得如此充实，我也渐渐拉近了与他们的距离，曾经当我还不熟悉指法，班上很多人都可以盲打70多个字的时候，我做梦也没想到，今天我的打字速度会超过他们，曾经当我还是一个弱弱的男孩时，我做梦也没有想到，现在会成了班上的学习委员，代理班长，成了学生会广播站的站长，从此有了独当一面的能力，同学们，我没有必要在这里自吹自擂的，我说这些只是想告诉各位：现在不等于未来!也许，现在的你长的不美，不受关注，也没有过人的资质，更没有值得吸引人的魅力，但是请你相信地球是转动的，世界是在改变的，只要你努力了，奇迹就会出现!

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t crybecause it is over, smile because it happened. my future long-term career goal is to become a part of the managing a recognized hotel or restaurant. i would need to attend school, graduate and become diploma certified in order to become a hotel manager. i believe i will be successful in becoming a hotel management. i may find several job opportunities, because of the experience that i will have from the internship and the best reputation from a swiss hotel management school. my job skills relate to my future career goals in several ways. my knowledge of computers is very useful in todays society.

i am experienced in several aspects of the computer. i am literate of several computer programs such as microsoft office with several years of experience in the internet. furthermore, i consider myself very computer literate, and in todays career fields literacy is required. communication and social skills are very important when dealing with customers. the happiness and satisfaction of the customer is what companies thrive on their business in order to profit, and keep up with supply and demand. whether the client is happy or not, the needs of the customer are the most important. as graeme edwards said: “it's not the plan that is important, it's the planning.” as long as you are planning to what you want to be in future, it's more important than what the plan might be. i even think much about my long-term career. the point is, in the big picture, no one is going to look after your career for you, but you. looking and assessing where i was at the time, really thinking about what i wanted to be doing in the future, gave me the tools to make the right decisions to make things happen. it is very important for me to have a balanc

女士们先生们，大家早上好！很高兴走上这个讲台，今天我给大家带来的演讲是《大学学习生活计划》。

大学是一个自我发展的平台，几乎完全自由的学习，以及生活，没有父母的管教，也很少有老师监督。在这样一个完全自由的环境之下，首先，我们就需要好好计划自己的时间吧。面对就业问题，现在的大学生在潜意识里普遍存在一种懒惰和依赖思想，缺乏危机感和进取心。大学4年，大部分时间是用来背单词、背概念、应付考试、取得高分。当然，作为学生，做这些事情无可厚非，但他们却忘记了来大学是要做什么的。我们不再是小学生，需要家长老师敦促着去学习，也不是读书背书的机器，目标单纯的考高分、保研、读博、留校。我们在积累知识的同时得培养自我意识，锻炼学习能力，不断提升自我价值和社会竞争力。

我分析的现在大学生存在的普遍思想，不是偏激的讨伐和评判。我认为这种思想让人变得失去了自我价值和自我意识。于是危机感在这时候很重要，当你大学期间明白了社会竞争的残酷，你就会更加努力的去锻炼自己，为实现自己的短期/长期目标而有效的规划和发展。不是为了学习而学习，是为了工作而学习，是为了自己的将来而学习，带着这样一种目的去学习，自然会收获很大，在大学毕业找工作之际也会派上用场。

作为一名大学生，在缺乏理论知识和社会实践的情况下，我想自己的理想和现实差距甚远。为了能够顺利实现自己的理想，我应该在未来的大学生中，在努力学习好专业知识的前提下，有目的，有针对性地看一些与公务员职业有关的书籍，以便尽快提升自己在本职业方面的觉悟和认识。同时，要做一个德智体美劳全面发展的大学生，不断地提高自己的综合素质。

至于具体的行动计划，我想自己还是应该要仔细得研究一下。因为整个大一生活在荒废中度过了，心中不免有些后悔。但是过去的终究会过去，没有什么挽回的余地。现在我唯一可以做的，就是重新燃起对生活的热爱，充满青春的激情，向着明天的太阳，挺起胸膛，昂首阔步地走下去。

大家好！职业生涯对与我们每个人而言，都是在一定的时间内有效，如果不进行合理有效的规划，就会浪费自己的时间和生命，生活和工作就会没有了方向，就像大海里的一叶小舟，迷失方向，不知所归，为了高效的利用时间，实现自己的人生价值，特作以下个人职业生涯规划。

在性格品行方面我要做到勤奋好学，诚恳踏实、积极向上。对待工作要有极强的责任心，善于观察，做事认真。易于沟通，能够以积极的态度面对工作以及尽自己的最大能力及时的完成公司所交于的任务。和人交往要态度友好，谦逊。面对困难要咬牙坚持，积极向上。在大学期间我要培养自己正确的人生观和价值观，以及正确的职业价值观。要我们专业是一个复合型专业，汇集了其他专业的主要课程，学习任务繁重，压力很大，所以我更要坚持学习。还要知道如今学到的知识很多在未来中用到的机会是很少的，所以我要充分了解本专业的性质，了解本专业未来的发展方向，有机会去企业参观学习，了解企业需要什么样子的人才。

对于一个在普通高校的学生，进入社会的确会给与不同学校的学生不同的礼遇。但很少有学生意识到这其实是自己的原因。我们学校其实不乏好老师，也有很好的实验室。因此只要把自己的能力锻炼到最强，还怕找不到工作。其实上什么大学并不重要，重要的是自己要努力奋斗，如今很多企业也已经不那么看重学历了，所以只要我们自身强大起来学校绝对就居于次要地位了，也就不再重要了。因此，现如今我的目标就是要努力学习，让自己强大起来，并且在学校里面还要能积累一定的人脉关系，有时间多出去走走见见世面。

要知道职业目标分为短期和长期目标，短期目标的建构必须为长期目标服务。对于做为大学生的我来说，首先要加强本专业知识的学习，另外就是不断拓展课外知识，因为毕竟还有三年的时间。然后在三年之后如何能拥有牢固的专业基础，并且努力加深自己的研究，同时拓展自己在其他领域的能力。

如今我们也已经是成年人了。做事要有分寸，有责任心。并且只有充分了解自己才能让未来的道路更加畅通。个人优势：学习不错，有强韧的品格，不怕吃苦，与人交往和谐，做事情十分细致。个人劣势：目前的校园内人际关系一般，有时候过于自信，给别人压迫感，体质偏弱。生活中成功的经验。

在最后用一句话来总结：事在人为，路在脚下，懂得坚持！

People say, youth is fire which is ignited by passion. People say, youth is a chapter of the poem which is written by stories. The color of youth is bright and we make most use of our ardor to draw the scenes to the canvas of painting. But we may be confused and lose our direction in the youth time. Under this, youth slips away. Roman Roland says, life doesn’t issue return ticket and can never come back once sets out. So we should seize the short youth time and try our best to pursue our ideal. Do what should we do and let our youth without regret.

When we refer to ideal, we will realize the importance of ideal. Ideal is the beacon,. Without ideal, we will lose the firm direction. Without direction, we will lose our life. According to this, every one of us should establish our own ideal .so that we have the direction of straggle to the future. Tolstoy tells us, we should have the life objective from the whole life to the second. So we should cherish every moment and form our systematic objective. Youth is the prime time. We have strong body and energy and can sense the meaning of life under the guide of ideal.

As we know, the ideal is plentiful and reality is skinny. But we should believe that we will become stronger and stronger in the way to pursue ideal. Future is unknown,. If we hope our future is nice, we should eich our youth time and find the direction of future.

Let us use our youth to pursue our ideal and make our future wonderful. So we will have gorgeous life.

My future

As the song goes “ My future isn't a dream .” I love the song which brings me confidence when singing it every time . I believe that all our dreams can come true if we have courage to pursue them .When I was young my father always asked me what I would be in the future . Sometimes I found it very hard to give a certain reply . “ I want to be a doctor .” “ I want to be a teacher .” and “ I 'd like to be a scientist !” Many of these answers are perhaps very childish and ridiculous . But I never think they are far away .

How time flies! Who is able to give a definition to his future ? I know clearly that those high buildings are based on solid foundation . As a student , I should have a reasonable aim , and study hard . My goal is to enter the best university for further study after middle school . I know it's hard work , and I 'll come across many difficulties and frustrations . But no matter what they are , I'll keep working on it and never give up . My teacher says there 's only one kind of people that are truly successful : those who are brave enough to put up with hardships . Even if I won't achieve the goal , I have no regrets for what I have done , for I have struggled for my life .

My Future Will Be Bright

I have a belief deep down within my heart that my future will be bright.

My future will be bright with all my loving families. Whether time find us far apart or it keeps us close together, they are always standing by my side.

My future will be bright with all the close and caring friends of mine. Whenever I am sad and down, I know they would hold my hands and warm my heart.

My future will be bright with the belief in brighter days. Life doesn’t always play by rules, and we must face the fact that there are days that things could be better. But I have a belief which see me through the dark times.

I have a belief that joys once lost can always be found.

I have a belief that there is rainbows after every storm.

I have a belief that in the long run, my efforts will give back as much as I give, without a doubt.

This belief gives me hope that is as certain as sun when the world seems to be wearing a frown.

It is a steady and joyful light in my life.

It is a blessing I continue to count on through the years.

It is a light that will shine in me until the end of time.

It is a treasure a million times more valuable than the ones some people spend a lifetime trying to find.

Now, m dear friends, carry the sun inside you, and reach out for the dreams that guide you where you want to go. You have what it takes to make your path of succe.You have the courage and strength to see things through. You have the smile that will guide you to the beautiful tomorrows.

So, with so much to be thank for, I believe that my future will be bright, and I believe that our future will be bright!

My dream job will be working in one of the biggest international accounting firm as an accountant. I want to be an accountant because I love mathematics and business so much.

Also, being an accountant can help me to explore my knowledge of business and provide me a board range of network among the business world. I need to do a lot in order to achieve my goal. First, I have to get an undergraduate degree in accounting from college. Then I might either to go graduate school for a more advanced degree in accounting or get prepare for the CPA exam. With the CPA lisence, I have a better opportunity to get a job in the accounting firm.
