20xx年的X月XX日到X月XX日，这短短的四周，是我次学习当老师的教学实习周。在这段时间，我收获了很多，也成长了很多。近一个月的实习，让我体会到当老师的乐趣。当了近十几年学生，次转换了角色，以一名老师的身份去实习、去体验，任务不同了，视角不同了，因此感受也不同了。

这两周，我们还批改了学生们的作文。批改作业时，纠正学生的错误是非常重要，在纠正学生每个错误的时候，要写上激励的评语，让他们在改正自己错误的同时，不会对自己失去信心。在这个过程中，我还发现了大一学生在英语写作过程中普遍存在的一些问题。大体情况可以分为四类：
第一类：存在严重的单词拼写问题，很多同学也分不清词性。
第二类：句子结构不清晰，时态使用错误，而且喜欢用中文思维进行写作。
第三类：不注意标点的使用，随意乱点的现象很严重。
第四类：学生态度问题。这一类学生大多字迹潦草，不认真对待作业。
经过两周的听课，第三周，我们便开始准备教案，为讲课作准备。指导老师指导我们写教案，给我们建议。第四周的周一早上，我们进行了次试讲。虽然试讲并不正式，可是讲课的过程中依然会暴露很多缺点。结束之后，郑老师说我的构思很好，同时也给我提了很多宝贵的建议。我认真听着，积极总结，并及时予以修改。周二晚上，郑老师又抽出宝贵的时间，听我们又试讲了一次。这一次，老师又给我们提了意见，并让我周三正式上讲台。
于是，5月6日，周三下午，我次正式登上了讲台。上课前我感到非常紧张，紧张的介绍完自己，深呼吸了好几次，终于调整好了自己的情绪，开始讲起课来。我按照我的计划逐步进行着内容，同学们也很配合，他们的积极参与让课堂十分有趣。我便充分放松了自己，大胆的讲起课来。最后，由于时间没有把握好，准备的内容并没有讲完。课后，郑老师评价说我讲的挺好，我的搭档也说挺好。这无疑是给了我极大的自信。他们也给了我很多建议。所以回来之后，我又对讲课内容进行改进。5月7日，周四下午，我又讲了两节课，正所谓，熟能生巧，这次，明显没有次那么紧张了，并且在时间的把握上，内容上，都有很大的进步。学生依旧很配合。从老师和我的搭档那里，我都获益匪浅。
这三节课，让我充分体会了当老师的感觉。这种感觉很好，看着学生们对你渴望的眼神，你就会觉得你有责任把他们教好。
通过这次实习，我还总结了几点关于教育的建议，具体如下：
点，兴趣对于一个学生来说是至关重要的。必须把学生的学习兴趣调动起来，使他们在快乐中主动学习。课堂只要是以学生为主，充分调动他们学习的主动性和积极性，由“要我学”转化为“我要学”的教学方式。
第二点，老师要有耐心，才能把学生的缺点纠正过来。而且老师要想方设法创设民主和谐的教学气氛，在教学活动中建立平等的师生关系，把自己当成活动中的一员。
第三点，要注重鼓励学生。他们得到老师的赞扬，积极性提高了，课堂气氛活跃了，就会起到很好的教学效果。
第四点，学生对讲课的内容反映不一，所以要注重跟同学们的交流，明白他们究竟所需求的什么。
从这次实习中我明白到，备课在上好一节课的重要性，因此，我也对老师这个职业有了更深的理解。真正的教师都具有高尚的师德和勇于奉献的精神品质，他们就是一群辛勤的小蜜蜂，为国家的建设打造坚实的基石。这次实习也使我学到了许多书本上没有的东西，让我找到了缺点和不足，让我增长了各方面的能力，是我人生中最有意义的一次活动。在以后的人生道路上我不会像以前那样胆怯。因为在这次实习中我变得勇敢，成熟了。在以后的人生道路上，我也会时刻铭记着这段如歌岁月，激励自己努力前进。

一、合同内容

1，刚离开学校
首先，由于我们没有事先准备好，不知道离开学校前应该做好很多准备，对于离家远的我们离开了学校就没有住的地方，还没有租到合适的房子。我们可是苦了好久，天天找房子，找到了房子也算好，之后也为自己找了份工作。由于先找房子，弄的自己每天都得早起，工作的地方离住的地方很远。虽然交通很方便，但是交通业很堵塞，上班时间，人多，车也多。为了早八晚五的工作，还必须早起。因为你是按时间，按工作来领工资的，不能随便就迟到，工作了就是要正式，迟到了就要扣工资。要克制自己，工作时间不能做私人的事情。
其次，对于我们来说刚刚工作也许还是很新鲜的，但是日积月累，重复着一样的工作就产生了厌倦。每天在电脑前打电话，还要忍受着一些客户的无理，觉得自己很委屈，没有理由要受那气，事实上，很多工作都不是那么顺心的，这个时候告诉我的就是，世界上没有什么事情都是顺心的，我们不能让自己在这个环境中受挫折。我们不能改变周围的环境，要适应这个环境。经常保持自信和乐观的态度，应该认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心怀坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。面对压力的时候不要让它压着自己，要把它转化成动力，不要让自己遇事就慌，要心平气和，坦然面对，因为好运是不会降临到一个消极的人身上。让自己放轻松，生活会很美好。

踏上社会，有了自己的工作岗位，也有了很多利益关系。身边的人也跟我们又着很大的联系。随着自己的选择，身边的人也发生了很大的变化。工作时很繁忙，没有个人自由时间，反反复复的工作，自己也产生了厌倦，能想到其实在学校就是我们最幸福的时刻，不喜欢的东西也可以不选择。但是在工作的时候，一定要选择一个自己喜欢的行业，不然自己是不会干的长久的，就算是自己感兴趣的也会有偶尔的厌倦，更何况是自己不喜欢的。这个时候我最能感受到的就是父母的辛苦，父母为了挣钱也不都是做自己喜欢做的事情，他们很辛苦。钱是来之不易的，不能随便挥霍，在这段期间虽然是工作了，可是由于薪资不是很高，所以导致了自己还从家里要钱，这个时候感受是最多的，意识上也改变了很多，我要自己挣钱，不要再这样下去，父母很累，现在轮到我肩负责任了。
3，自我学习
在学校里，我们有老师，在学习上都有老师的督促，也许没有感受到没有人教的时候该怎么做，可是现在我知道了自我学习是很重要的，你不能总有人告诉你要干什么，没有人会总当你的老师，我们需要独立学习，因为在这里都充满了竞争，没有谁会那么高兴的帮助你，这个时候要多听，多学，不能从别人那学到什么，那就偷偷的学。抓住自己听到的，有关的，自我学习。但是只是单单的自学也是不够的，要学会自己琢磨，自己思考，分析好一件事情，在这些中不断积累，提高自己的能力。在工作中没有人是你的老师，如果你没有自我学习，自我完善的能力是很容易被社会淘汰的。
4，同事相处
当我们步入社会的时候，就注定了我们将要跟各色各样的人打交道。不像是在学校的时候，与自己打交道的只是自己的父母，老师还有同学什么的。现在在工作中，都是同事，彼此间都存在着一定的利益关系。很多人都是表面上一样，背地里还是一样。这就是在社会中很多人都带着面具生活，你不知道他的真正面目，每个人都要保留自己的底线，不能让自己的全部都暴露出来，不然的话就很容易被人欺负或是利用。工作簿忙的时候，同事之间也许会嘘寒问暖一下，忙的时候都不会注意到你。即使你有困难，也不是那么乐意去帮助你，对于我们这些刚出校门的人，这些真的很难适应，冷漠的人不考虑周边人的感受。甚至还有同事之间为了抢业绩打起来的，关系变得很僵硬，真不明白这都是为了什么，业绩换来的钱就那么重要，高过了同事之间的友好相处。一点也不会顾及曾经在一起的友情吗。如果都放开心来，好好工作是有利于工作的。所以，我深深的感受到，在学校的这段期间跟同学之间的友谊是真的很来之不易的，也许会跟朋友之间闹一点小矛盾，其实这真的不算什么，同学们之间没有利益关系，是真正的友谊。在即将毕业的这几个月里，我应该好好珍惜这段友谊，跟自己的朋友好好相处。

Fifteen years ago, English majors took only courses in language and literature. Today, we also study Western culture, journalism, business communications, international relations, and computer science.
The emergence of choices marks the beginning of a new era in China's history; an era of diversity, of material and cultural richness, and an era of the rebirth of the Chinese nation. We enjoy the abundance of choice. But this has not come easily.
About 150 years ago, China was forced to open up its door by Western canons and gunboats. It has been through the struggle and sacrifice of generations that we finally have gained the opportunity to choose for ourselves. The policy of reform and openness is the choice that has made all the difference.
Like others of my age, I'm too young to have experienced the time when the Chinese people had no right to choose. However, as the next century draws near, it is time to ask: What does choice really mean to us young people?

We buy shoddy medicines, or merely worthless junk in the name of medicines, that aggravate, rather than alleviate our diseases since money, many people believe, is the most important thing in the world that must be made, even at the expense of morality and responsibility.
Such an era, therefore, determines that we are a generation with a keener sense of competition and efficiency and a greater readiness to think critically and act creatively.
Such an era, furthermore, demands, that we are a generation with a clear perception of our historical responsibility and an aggressive will to take action and solve the problems. I can't ever forget that little girl in my class who couldn't had the same opportunities as any of us here to enjoy a wonderful life today and a hopeful world tomorrow.
It is the sacred responsibility of this generation to face up to the challenges of the new century and to devote our sweat and blood, our wisdom and passion, to the historic cause of making this nation a greater and happier land for every one of us.
We are not going to evade that responsibility. We are going to let people down. And people, far and near, will hear of us. 我上小学时，班上有位小姑娘，学习非常刻苦而成绩却不尽人意。
老师要我帮助她。看得出，她也寄厚望于我。但我那时还是个小男孩，坐不住，不懂事。我老是ME避她。以便有更多时间自己玩。
期末考试前一天，她来求我说“请你给我讲解一下行吗?这次我很想考得好一点。”我开始给她讲解，不一会儿便草草收场，假装没有察觉她迷茫的眼神，一溜烟儿地跑开了。不出所料，这次她又考砸了。两个月后，新学期依始，传来她死于血癌的消息。我没有完成那项小小的任务，无人知晓。但我却不能原谅自己。她的眼睛令我难以忘怀，仿佛在责问我，“你为什么不愿多帮助我呢?这对于你来说，并不费事。你为什么不能理解我对你的信赖，而让我带着痛苦和遗憾离开这个世界?”
我当时才八九岁。但从某种意义上讲，这件事成了我生活的新起点。因为我开始体会到“责任”二字的意义，并尽心尽力地学着完成自己的义务。我也逐渐领会了这个神圣字眼的深刻内含:人与人之间的彼此需要和信任、合作和依赖正是人类社会存在的基础。
之后，我在生活中又经受过多次失败，但那小姑娘之死所引起的懊悔，心里却不曾再现。想到自己做每一件事都能尽职尽责，一种满足之感便油然而生。
此事及类似的多起事件改变了我，完善了我。当我长大成人，我开始领悟周围发生的一切变化。我发现，从某种意义上说，社会跟我一样，正处在一个自我完善的时期。新建筑、新商品、新款式一天一个样。新思维、新信息、新技术层出不穷。即便万里相隔，人们在转瞬之间即可相互交谈。社会竞争越演越烈。
人们越来越强调个性和创造性。越来越多的人因工作努力而受到奖赏。这就是当今的时代，一代新人由成长迈入成熟的时代。这是我们这一代人接替父辈治国安邦的时代。然而，我们也面临很多间题。
据悉，坏人在光天化日之下作恶，周围的群众居然袖手旁观，无动于衷。我还听说，目前我国尚有100万儿童连小学也上不起，而巨额资金却拿去举办奢侈的宴会和购置豪华的轿车。
我们常常买的是劣质药品，或名曰药品实为一文不值的废物，非但不能除病去痛，反而会使病情加重。在某些人看来，世上金钱最宝贵，只要能赚钱，不惜牺牲道德和责任。
因而，这个时代赋予我们的是更强烈的竞争和效率意识，使我们更善于批判性地思考和创造性地行动。
此外，这个时代要求我们这一代人必须认清自己肩负的历史重任，下定决心，采取行动，解决上述问题。长期以来，历史一直在我们这一代人身上培养着这些品质。现在，历史呼唤我们挺身而出，以实际行动向全民族及全人类证实我们的拳拳爱国之心和大无畏的英雄主义。
此刻，我站在讲台上回顾15年来的学生生活。今后的岁月，我很可能平平淡淡地度过。但这丝毫不会让我心灰意冷。因为我知道，凭借强烈的责任感和精益求精的不懈奋斗，我将追求一种有意义的生活，一种不枉此生的生活。

5.乙方应考虑甲方翻译内容的保密性。另签署的保密协议作为本协议的一部分，具有法律效力。
