本学期的几次外出听课，我也进取参加，因为同时农村中学，听课中取得的经验更有推广意义。所以，对这样的机会我十分的珍惜。听课后，我将他们的讲课方式借鉴到我的课堂教学当中，取得了较好的效果。但学了很多之后，我也体会到不能“画虎不成反类犬”，不能让自我的课堂成了“四不像”，谁的都像，但什么也不是。必须要有借鉴，但也必须要有自我的特色，在很多方面都是这样的，这是我的认识。

回顾自我教学工作，还存在着一些不足，如本学期和学业生的沟通时间少，多数的工作尽是在写材料了，占用了很多的课前准备和课后辅导的时间，也由于我没有很好的处理好写材料与课后辅导学生的关系。自我的情绪还是易受到班级内学习状态不好的学生的影响，今后要注意克服，尽量调动学生的学习进取性，对影响教学的学生尽量尽快处理，或警告后课后去处理，免得占用课上时间。
