着装

一般来说简洁大方是最合适的，面试时要穿的衣服应在面试前准备好，其实也不必可以去买新衣服，只要整装合体，舒服，使自己充满自信就可以了，着装可以给人很好的感觉，但不是决定你胜败的主要因素，所以只要大方得体就好了。

颜色不要太鲜艳，刺目，款式不要太时髦前卫，不要穿超短裙啊露背装啊所以说来，还是穿正装(职业装 )可能比较好一点。皮鞋要合脚，穿着要舒服，不要从家里穿到考场脚挤的很，要面试的时候走路怪怪的就不好了…鞋跟不要有铁钉，鞋要擦干净。

在面试的前几天最好要先试穿整套衣服，检查纽扣是否完整，针迹是否脱开，衣服是否平整，如果再面试的时候出现意外，会告诉主考官一个信息：你是一个平常生活粗心大意的人。而对于乘务员这个细心的岗位，怎么会允许一个粗心大意的人来担任呢?这关系到整架飞机的安全啊!

另外，如果试穿衣服的时候感觉舒适，良好，也会提升你的自信。如果试穿的时候有不适当的地方，还可以抓紧调整，以保证面试着装合体，给人以落落大方的感觉。

1.遇到自己不懂不会的问题要老实承认，态度大方，诚实，不要不懂装懂，否则考官的进一步提问，情况会变得更不利。
