20xx年6月22日，怀着对教师专业成长的所求，企盼和兴奋，我与来自全省级骨干教师培训对象一同踏进了师范学院，聆听了著名的专家讲座，这些讲座对我有很大的帮助，在此我领略到了他们的教学风采，感受到了他们的人格魅力，收获很多，他们所讲的内容深刻独到，旁征博引，通俗易懂，生动有趣，发人深省，专题报告思路清晰，精辟深邃，理念新颖，闪烁智慧思辨的光芒，让我最高兴的是与老师，同仁互动式交流、评论。在交流、评论中教师共同探究，集思广益，各抒己见，大家的观点来得更直接、更朴素、更真实。他们的讲座，都渗透着新课程标准下的新理念，每一讲中都需要我们去思考的东西，使我感受最深刻的是课程标准新理念下的教学设计，教学评价活动设计，教学中学习策略的设计规划，这些活动使我有了新的思考、新的设想和新的观念。

陈xx教授的《新课程下英语学习与教学》的报告给我很大的收获，他强调了新课标的六个基本理念和“任务型教学”。六个基本理念。

(1)采用活动途径，倡导体验参与，本课程倡导任务型的教学模式，让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。在学习过程中进行情感和策略调整，以形成积极的学习态度，促进语言实际运用能力的提高。

(2)强调学习过程，倡导体验参与，现代外语教育理念注重语言学习的过程，提倡采用任务型语言教学等各种强调学习过程的语言教学途径和方法。

“任务型教学”：任务型教学就是以具体的任务为学习动机，以完成任务的过程为学习过程，以展示任务成果的方式(而不是以测试的分数)来体现教学的成就。学生在做事情的过程中使用语言，在使用语言的过程中发展语言能力。任务型教学以应用为动力，以应用为目的，以应用为核心。通过学习，我明白了任务型教学是双边的交互式活动，在活动中所学的语言是实际的工具，其价值能得到充分的体现，有利于提高学习的知觉性，它有较明确的具体目的，有利于激励学习积极性，在任务型教学中，教师的角色比较丰富，教师从全面出发，观察、控制课堂的发展。

朱xx教授的《教师专业发展路径》中提到了当前英语课程存在的主要问题----实效问题：很多教师课堂教学的实效仍然不高，即学生在每节课上所学的知识和能力发展未能达到单位教学时间内的最大潜能。

师资问题：存在客观工作环境和个人专业能力两方面问题。大班教学，工作量繁重、资源不足、语言环境欠佳，个人语言和教学能力均有待提高以及教学中的具体问题：相当数量的观摩课表演性过强，师生交流不够自然和真实;课堂生成少;课堂评价形式化，忽视评价的实效性;教学方式呈现区域性模式化(套路)，缺乏多样性和创新教学(如词汇教学，阅读教学);教学辅助设备及教学资源利用的实效有问题;中小学英语教师的专业知识与能力亟待提高。

所以在英语教学中需要关注的几个问题：关注学习兴趣，忽略学习成效关注技能发展，忽略词汇和语法教学，关注表面参与，忽略思维发展;关注听说能力，忽略读写能力关注物质奖励，忽略内在动机培养，关注学生认知发展，忽略学生元认知能力发展关注活动形式，忽略教育的本质意义，通过这个报告我了解到了教师的专业知识与能力水平体现在课堂教学设计与实施的每个环节中，直接影响着学生的学习体验、认知过程、情感发展和学习成效。要快速提高中小学英语课程质量的关键在于如何帮助教师提高自身的学科专业知识与能力。仅仅有新课程的理念是不够的，要通过不断改进课堂教学各环节有效性来实现提高整个教学过程的有效性。

听了梅xx教授的《现代外语教学理论发展趋势》的报告，我明白了教师的外语教学为什么要适合发展趋势，因为现代教学不是简单地传授知识，重要的是培养学生的能力;科技快速发展，要求教师有更高的专业知识;信息技术给教育带来变改，教师要适用，要运用现代技术改善教育，作为我们教师，要有了不断进修意识和能力，不断学习，终身学习，不断创新，善于在工作中不断反思、钻研，成为研究弄的、自我发展型的教师。更值得一提的是此次培训注重了理论联系实际，在提升理论的基础上，回归课堂，都老师们为我们搭建教学实践平台，组织我们开展说课活动，通过学员代表上课，其他学员听课、评课各种形式，切实提高了学员的教学能力，使我难忘的是在学校组织带领下赴七中去听了一节六年级郭老师上的公开课：“What’s your favourite sports?”这节课使我受益非浅，很有触动，让我看到了我们的差距及差异，他们的课上学生是真正的主人，课堂上学生灿烂的笑脸告诉我们他们在享受课堂的乐趣，他们以优美的语调跟老师及伙伴自由的交流，真是学得轻松愉快，活得自由自在。课后我们与杭外的老师进行交流，从他们那里汲取营养，并明确了自己的努力方向。课后我与xx老师进行了交流，从她那里我学到了很多，并明确了我自己努力的方向。

智慧不是靠灌输获得的，成功是建立在有准备的基础之上的。通过培训，使自己有了不少的收获：

一、提高了自己的师德水准

在培训过程中，我从一些优秀的骨干教师身上不光学到了教学、研究的本领，而且使我深切领悟到“学高为师，身正为范，学无止境”的真谛。通过培训使我进一步认识到作为教育目的、活动、方法的指导者、探索者、实践者、学生成长发展的领路人，教师应具有奉献精神，有建功立业的热情。奉献是一种美德，是教师的天职。教师对教育的爱是教育力量的源泉，是教育成功的基础。热爱学生等于塑造一个学生，厌弃学生无异于毁坏一个学生。

老师对学生的爱不是基于亲缘关系，不是出于个人需求，是持久而深厚的教育之爱。我们知道师生交往是影响教学有效性的主要因素，教师在教学中通过师生交往影响和改变学生的学习态度。学生与老师的关系是影响学生学习兴趣和学习好坏的关键，所以我们每一位老师只要能让学生感受到老师对他们的关心和关注，让学生喜欢你，从而喜欢上你的课，那我们每一位老师即使不去强调如何让学生集中注意力听讲，他们也会非常自觉地把每节课学好。教育的真谛是爱，最终目的是促进学生最优化的发展，爱心、责任是师德的基础和核心内容。

二、教育观念得到更新

此次骨干班的全体学员几乎都来自教学第一线。通过集中理论学习，使我们逐步更新了教育教学观念，了解了先进的教育科学基本理论，现代教育观、学生观和学习观，在教学活动中遵循客观规律、调整自身的角色和教学方式，把素质教育贯穿到学科教学过程中。

三、教育教学理论掌握得更为系统

教师的专业素养想得到发展和提高，一定要善于思考、勇于实践、不断反思提炼总结。美国心理学家波斯纳认为：没有反思的经验是狭隘的经验，至多只能是肤浅的知识。他提出了教师成长的公式：成长=经验+反思。他说，如果一个教师仅仅满足于获得的经验，而不对经验进行深入地反思。

那么，即使是有20年的教学经验，那也许只是一年工作的20次重复。平时忙于教学，很少有机会静下心来读书学习，来到日照师范一下子听了那么多课，记了厚厚的笔记，使我们对教育教学的理论与方法掌握得更加系统，使我感到比原来站得高了，看得远了，有一种“天更蓝、地更绿、水更清”的感觉。几天的学习，使我对一些教育观念的理解更加深刻;对教学理论的认识更加明晰;使我对教学的理论与方法掌握得更加系统;对开展教研活动的方式更加明确;对投身教育改革的热情更加充沛。

Alright, seriously speaking, what I am talking about is “the art of breathing”, and it’s about breathing in a Yoga way: peacefully and always under control. What it reveals is the real essence of perseverance, “In order to achieve, sometimes, you need to wait.” And when it comes to things you really want in life, it is as hard as it could possibly be.

For me, singing is a life thing. When I am singing on the stage, I feel whole-heartedly involved, and the self-fulfillment it renders is inexplicably thrilling. But with all the realistic problems I need to face in life, all those I want seem too far to be true– so far that I am terrified that I will never ever be able to get there and that gradually I will be carried away by the currents and torrents of life. I’ve been drowned into this ambivalence for so long. Now, with a refined perspective towards self-realization, I am waiting, in a graceful posture, and knowing that I am going to get there. And on this, I should say, I owe Yoga a thank-you.

I still remember, about one year ago, I attended a Yoga course for the very first time. And to tell you the truth, I went there for a nice figure. 存在的问题

一、学生两级分化严重，还有几个同学在思想上不重视、不关心、不主动，上课装腔作势，不专心。这部分同学还需要我平时多花时间关心，让他们在思想上、态度上有所改变。培养他们的学习自信心，激发他们学习英语的兴趣。

事情越多，就得分个头绪，按轻重缓急逐一应付。马上要进行专业技术人员的职称评定的考试了，英语对于我来说真是最头疼的事情，对着电脑打开广东学习网的学习视频两眼对着电脑屏幕这大眼直发光，原来只有半瓶多的英语知识已遗忘差不多，对着一篇英文短文，对数十个单词已是大眼瞪小眼，我不认识她，她也不认识我。没办法赶鸭子还要上架呢，这回赶自己上吧！

为此，制定计划如下：

一、拿出当年大学的四级英语单词，每天熟背单词30个。

二、每天工作期间休息的时候瞄上几眼，晚上回家读5篇短文，做半套习题，加强题海训练，提前进入状态。

三、晚上在视频前面认真的学习相关视频做好笔记，不懂得立马找度娘。

四、学习之余当然还要进行体育锻炼，身体力行嘛！

3.课前准备充分。注重运用课件、图片、单词卡等多媒体技术，激发学生学习兴趣，充分调动学生的学习积极性。

存在的问题：

1.个别老师的教案略显简单，对于重点知识的呈现、如何帮助学生感知、体验、理解语言并运用、内化语言缺乏具体活动安排。

2.板书设计相对简单。可以更合理地设计板书，明确各节课的重点、难点，这样也有利于学生对各节课重点知识的整体把握，便于学生形成知识系统。

3.个别教师没有附上复习教案和试卷。

英语作业优点：

小学英语教学要透过听说读写训练帮忙学生学会正确的英语发音，具有必须的口头表达潜力，它犹如一根主线贯穿整个教学的全过程。其中，听说训练极为重要，训练的途径也是多样化的。经过不断探索与实践总结出以下几个途径：

一、用英语组织教学，创设使用英语的环境。

1、在英语教学过程中尽可能少地说汉语，而是透过手势、眼神、动作、音调等辅助手段来组织教学。用英语组织教学能增加学生的语言实践机会，创设英语氛围，培养学生直接用英语思维、表达的习惯。 例如：采用“Lets begin now。 Good morning (afternoon)，class!”来作为一堂课的开场白，而在下课时用“Class is over。 Goodbye， class!”作为结束语。在讲课过程中，提醒学生看黑板时，便会用手指着黑板并说出“Look at the blackboard。”让学生打开书时，便会说出 “Open your book ， please。” ，同时将双手摊开。要求学生合上书，我便说 “Close your book， please。”并将双手由摊开到合并。

2、要求学生在学校见到英语老师，用英语打招呼;凡是英语课堂，就要求学生尽可能用英语进行交流，如学生来晚了要进教室，就务必用英语说出：“May I e in ，please?”老师就用英语回话：“Come in ， please!”刚开始，由于句型学得少，不少学生都是采用“单词+手势”的方式进行交流，随着学习的深入，很多学生都能主动地运用所学过的英语进行简单地问候和谈话。

二、五分钟日常会话练习。

会话的资料要与学生生活实际紧密联系，形式多样化，要保证大部分学生参加语言训练。为此，在课前五分钟选取的资料都是生活的缩影。一共分三大块：English song ，Daily talk ，Dialogue。 对于English song ，欢快的节奏能激发学生学习的兴趣，俗话说“良好的开端是成功的一半”，小小英文歌用处真不小。例如：Good morning 、If you are happy等唱起来都需用到连续升降调，学生虽是唱歌却也到达了听说训练的目的。 对于Daily Talk和Dialogue则更有用处， Whats your name ? How old are you ? What day is today ?从姓名、年龄到天气等等，面相当广，为提高学生的听说潜力打下了扎实的基础。

三、创设情境，主角扮演。

英语作为一种语言，务必融于必须的情境之中。课堂表演就是要创造必须的语言环境，给孩子一份自由发展、自由发挥的天地。乌申斯基以前说过：“儿童是用形象、声音、色彩和感觉思维的。”而表演正是集形象、声音、色彩和感觉于一体，它摆脱了死记硬背的旧模式。在教学中，经常请几人一组运用所学的知识表演，成效较大。

例如在教句型“May I have a look? Sure， Here you are。”时，让学生互相邀请：_ _ _ ，please，然后进行对话练习，讲的流利、标准、响亮的，全班同学以掌声给予表扬，这样学生的表演结果显示学生不但会说，而且能配上自我的动作，表现得相当自然。于是在欢乐愉快的情境中学会了句型。

在教句型Are you __? Yes， I am。(No， Im not， I am __。)时能够设计一个猜人游戏，请一位学生拿针管扮演Nurse，一位学生头上扎头巾扮演Peasant。还有分别扮演Worker、Teacher等等。然后蒙住一位学生的眼睛让他用Are you __?的句型提问，扮演者可根据问题进行Yes，I am或No，Im not。I am __ 。的回答。

透过实践，就会发现学生的兴趣相当高，而且争着练，练的面很广。

在介绍“打电话”这一课时，能够将电话机带入课堂，在学生进行模拟打电话的过程中，介绍怎样开始打电话，怎样拨电话号码，怎样使用电话常用语，以及怎样结束打电话等。学生在表演的过程中全身心投入，犹如置身于一个充满英语的国度里，他们在感受英语国家文化的同时，也训练了听、说潜力。 透过主角扮演的这种游戏方式，到达了人人能说的目的，使学生在不知不觉中提高了听、说潜力。

四、反馈信息、即时巩固。

英语的听说训练反馈必须要及时。在教学中，学生对刚学的资料记忆犹新，印象深刻，但若不及时巩固，不仅仅会很快遗忘，而且将使学生在学说中的错误与偏差得不到及时纠正，以至构成错误的思维定势。因此信息反馈，务必及时。 例如，在学完人体器官时运用趣味性游戏的方法，让全体学生起立，教师说：“Touch your eyes。” “Touch your mouth。”“Touch your nose 。”等，学生做动作。当学生动作做错时，可自我坐下。留下最后一个，当然是“常胜”将军了。
