餐桌摆设

宴会

中国人很少在日常用饭时喝酒，但酒在他们的盛宴上则担当重要的角色。在宴会开始时，主人家必先向客人祝酒，这时客人的饮酒兴致便油然而生，啤酒或汽水都可用来祝酒，要先为别人添酒或汽水，后为自己添加，才合乎礼仪，且要添至近乎满泻为止，以表示尊重对方及彼此友谊，而主人家要尽情灌醉客人，才算合乎礼仪。若你不想饮酒，应在宴会开始时便表明，以免出现尴尬的场面。

宴席结束

客人享用完最后一款菜肴时，宴席便正式结束，于是主人家的主角会站立起来，表示宴会到此结束，并会站立门口向每位客人说声“晚安”，之后跟酒楼经理结账，主人家的其他成员则送客人乘车，挥手道别并目送车子驶离开去。

菜肴

中式菜肴大多数不会只有一种材料，通常有其他伴菜或配料衬托主菜，以做出色香味俱全的菜肴，例如烹煮猪肉，会以爽脆的绿色蔬菜做伴菜，如芹菜或青椒，衬托粉红色、柔的猪肉。一顿饭不会只有一款菜肴，通常同时端上两款、甚至四款菜肴，且每款菜肴都要色香味俱全，端上次序则以菜肴的搭配为大前题，通常同类的菜肴会同时端上，不会前后分别端上，总之整顿饭都要讲求协调的搭配。

新形势下的课改对教师的要求

新形势下教学时间的减少，我想这是在课改过程中每一位教师都会遇到的问题。在知识讲解过程中，如果知识点讲解过多，害怕时间不够充分，学生不能够很好的理解所讲知识，相应的听说能力也不会得到很好的锻炼;如果讲解过少，又怕学生不会运用，一到考试，分数变低，所以很难处理这种矛盾。但一定要改变这种状况!改，不一定在短时间内有效果，但不改一定是没有效果的。教学方式，教学方法和教学思路是不可忽视的。一种合理的教学方式只能适合某一特定阶段，并不能成为永恒。教学方式、教学方法需要不断地探索和改进。在教改过程中只有不断地、认真地、用心地去实践并总结，才会形成一种合理的教学方式与方法。每个人有每个人的讲课风格，只有能够充分调动学生积极性，真正能让学生学有所获，学有所得，在一种学生乐学的氛围中，让学生健康成长----这样的课我觉得是一堂好课。单纯的知识讲授是不可取的。

要尊重学生的个体差异

我认为：教师要尊重学生，让他们根据自身的兴趣和未来发展需要自主选择课程模块。教师要明白、承认学生的个性差异，要真正做到面向学生，我们有些老师还得付出很大的劳动，任务很艰巨啊。《新课程英语标准》旨在强调提高学生语言综合运用能力，所以要适当增加任务型语言教学活动，因地制宜，尽可能利用本校有限的教学资源;因材施教，尽可能面向全体学生。此举旨在培养学生的英语学习兴趣和简单运用英语进行交际的技巧。因为这是以具体的任务为学习动力、以完成任务的过程为学习过程、以展开任务成果的方式来体现教学的成就、以运用为目的、以运用核心的教学途径，教学活动中适当增加“任务型”为模块的语言教学，以此培养学生的综合运用语言能力。

小学生这个年龄的特点是：爱说爱动，自我约束、自我控制能力不强，如果教学中忽视这些特点，单纯沿用传统教学模式，使用传统教学方法进行机械地讲解，把他们纯粹当成知识的容纳器，填鸭式地问他们灌输在他们眼中枯燥无味，冷冰冰的语法、词汇，他们便不感兴趣，因而也就谈不上学习的积极性和主动性。目前，小学英语教学质量不佳，恐怕这是一个主要原因。学习需要兴趣。就某种意义上讲，学英语就更需要兴趣。如何激发学生的学习兴趣，并保持它，使之成为他们学习的动力，正是趣味教学考虑的出发点。

三、注重“以人为本”，发挥学生主体作用。

过去的教学常常强调教师的主导性而把学生单纯地视为教育对象，忽视学生的主体地位；把学生的头脑看作是可以填充知识的容器，忽视教学特点，无视学生的主观能动性。教师应把小学生看作是具有成长潜能的生命体，其内部蕴藏着主体发展的机制，认识到教学的目的在于开发学生的潜力，驱动其主体的发展机制，使之成长、成熟。“以人为本”的理念在教育界越来越深入人心。在教育过程中，以学生为中心，充分发挥学生的主体性已成为广大教师所热衷的教学方法。母语习得研究及外语学习研究均证实：外语教学中的重点不再应该是“我们该教些什么”，而应是“我们如何在课堂教学中创造这些条件”。新课程标准强调的是学生“能干什么”，因此，我们在教学过程中应充分体现学生的主动性和创造性，增强学生使用英语的能力。

四、建立新型师生关系，重视师生情感交流，培养兴趣。

师生关系是以基本的人性观为前提的。如果教育者认为，人的天性是懒惰的，不思进取的，需要严格教诲才能启迪良知，那么权威型的师生关系应该是最为有效的。传统的师道尊严，便是权威型的师生关系的体现。现代教育观则认为人的本性是积极的、向上的，具有生长与进取的潜力，教育的目的是开发人的潜能、促进人的健全发展，而权威型的师生关系无疑会扼杀儿童的创造力与禀赋。

在教学过程中，耐心是至关重要的。它是一位教师良好行为的体现。教师的工作是解决学生不同程度上的问题，其中除了教学上的，还有心灵上的。育人的工作是辛苦的，对待形形色色的问题，不计其数的学生，都要用一颗热情的心耐心地去做。大多数学生，特别是“差生”，学习英语的毅力和耐心都较差，听课时的心情也常处于一种抑制状态，觉得学习无聊。因此，在课堂上除了多给他们参与活动和发言的机会外，特别是对他们提出的问题和质疑，哪怕再浅显也应耐心回答，并予以支持和表扬，这样对消除他们心头的恐惧感和失落感十分有利。

我们研究后，深深地认识到：新课标首要纠正传统语法中心式的英语教学这一错误。英语教学是要培养英语的熟练使用者，而不是英语的语言运行研究专家。高考命题向这个方向转变，应用性变得非常的重要。

3.单词不是死背的!

背单词很重要，因为单词可以弥补语法不扎实和理解的不足，更可以用在作文得分中。但是，背单词不能死记硬背，要背硬记死!单词要采用联想、对比、归类、尤其是构词法记忆，结合字音、字形、字意和句子来记忆，在脑海中创建一种单词的场景来记忆，场景一定要夸张，这样才能记得牢靠，才能死记活用且事半功倍。

4.阅读时培养语感很重要。

在考试时碰到一些自己从未见过的句型和短语，如果单靠语法分析无法解决时，就可以凭借语感来判断。训练方法在此提供两种：第一：大声唱读法。跟磁带朗读课文或其他阅读材料，一定要模仿语音语调，就像在KTV唱歌一样，这样不知不觉中就能把课文熟记于心了。

师：那刚才我们共同分析了这些同学在餐桌上的不文明的举止，同学们表现得非常棒，老师以你们为骄傲。我们小学生正是养成良好行为习惯的最佳阶段，文明就餐也是体现我们文明素养的一个方面，今天，这节课就请大家和老师一起来学习餐桌礼仪(板书课题)，在生活中，你知道哪些用餐礼仪呢?

学生举手回答，教师做总结归纳： 生活中用餐礼仪

(1)吃饭之前，先把手洗干净。

(2)入座时应请长辈先坐，自己才可入座。

(3)入座后姿势端正，脚踏在本人座位下

(保持上身挺直，双手自然摆放在桌面边缘，整个用餐过程都不能趴在桌上，脚踏在本人座位下。用胳膊肘支在桌面上和用手托下巴都是不好的做法。)

模拟练习的用餐姿势。先请一、二位同学到台前用餐盘练习用餐的姿势，一人练习，大家评议，全员练习。

(4)就餐要文雅，要细嚼慢咽。

(5)不要挑食，不要剩“碗底”，更不要独食，父母给自己做好吃的，也要让父母先尝或给他们留部分。

(6)正确使用筷子，不要敲筷、扔筷、插筷、舞筷。

筷子是中国人吃饭的主要工具，我们握筷姿势应规范，吃饭时需要使用其他餐具时，我们就先把筷子放下。不要用筷子叉取食物放进嘴里，或用舌头舔筷子上粘的东西，这些都是很不文明的哟!用筷子敲打碗盘桌面，用筷子指点别人，这也不应该。

迷筷不能拿着筷子犹豫不决夹哪些菜;

架筷不能高抬手越过别人正在夹菜的筷子去夹远处的菜;

探筷不能用筷子在碗盘里翻找;

滴筷不能在夹汤汁多的菜肴时用筷子拉抖掉汤汁;

插筷不要把筷子竖插放在食物上面;

敲筷不能用筷子敲打碗的边缘;

塞筷不能夹着多种菜肴一次性塞进口中;

空筷不能夹起了食物，不吃又放回去;

舔筷不能用舌头去舔筷子;

指筷不能一边说话，一边像指挥棒似的舞着筷子，或指着别人。

(7)切不可口对着热汤吹气;喝汤不能发出响声。

(8)口含食物不要与别人交谈。

Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other famous sights. If Id gone alone, I couldnt have seen nearly as much, because I wouldnt have known my way about.

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting － a day that I shall never forget.
