暑假我们英语老师参加了为期两周的外教的培训，培训内容包括教学技能及阅读教学指导；课堂教学三实效研究与实施。我们听了外教的一些讲解，还进行评析与互动研讨。特别互动这一环节，老师们踊跃发言，共同分析和探讨了教学中遇到的问题。

通过这次的培训学习，使我受益匪浅，提高了自己的教学水平。使我对阅读课这种课型教学有了新的认识和了解。

阅读课教学老师应注意的几点：

1、如何让学生有读的动机？如何让想读、爱读，这是阅读课首先需要思考的问题。选择内容有趣、难度适中、适合学生口味的阅读材料，读前恰当设计几个小问题，结合学生的已有知识进行简单的背景介绍等都可能有帮助。

2、明确阅读课的目的。获取信息、学习和应用所学语言知识、通过读来训练读的技能是几个主要方面都要落实到具体教学环节过程中去。

3、交给学生读的方法。把常用的阅读策略有计划有步骤地交给学生，比如浏览，扫描，题目，主题句，抓大意、找细节、判断态度等。各种技巧的安排要循序渐进，结合不同的阅读内容在阅读中渗透。而且多数技巧都需要教师不断提醒，不断示范引导才会逐渐被学生掌握。

4、不同学生要有不同要求。

让他们各有收获。基础好的，要求速度和深度，基础不那么好的可以慢点，问题要简单点儿，只要能读懂一点，就是收获，应该收到肯定鼓励。有必要时，可以把用不同难度的材料来训练不同的学生。这样他们才不会过早放弃。也要积极想办法帮他们把基础补一补，帮他们及早赶上来。

5、循序渐进，莫要急躁。

阅读能力的提高是一个综合过程，需要时间和积累，一般不会短期明显见效。对于阅读教学，教师最容易犯出现的问题就是求成心过于急切。这种急切的情绪会不自觉地带到课堂上，通过教师的言行举动神态传递无意中传递给学生，使得很多学生产生“阅读难”的印象，继而产生畏惧心理。特别是哪些基础不难么好的孩子。所以，阅读教学，教师首先要沉住气，不要急。眼睛要顶着学生的进步，心理存着学生的困难和问题，时时调整教学进度和教学方法，有计划的逐步训练提高学生的阅读能力。

6、词汇和句子的积累是阅读顺利进行的基础。没有语言素材的基础，阅读能力的训练提高就是无源之水，无本之木，不可能走远。所以，一方面阅读能力只能通过实际的读来训练，另一反面，阅读能力的提高有离不开语言知识的积累和丰富。阅读课也并不是只讲阅读技巧，只讲获取信息。重要的词语、句式、惯用法等也是阅读教学的有机组成部分不应该被排除到阅读教学课堂之外。

7、精心设计问题。阅读后的问题和活动设计最需要动脑筋。阅读课的成败在很大程度上取决于这个环节。首先，问题要有层次，有非常简单的表层问题，在文章中可以很容易地找到答案。让学生体验到阅读地成就感。也有稍微隐蔽一点地问题，需要学生对阅读文本表面意思之后的实际意思的理解。更复杂的问题可能涉及到文章主旨，作者态度等，需要学生综合全文来考虑，要求自然就高些。不同的问题，可以给不同的学生回答。其次，有难度的问题，教师应该耐心示范如何通过文中的点滴信息进行推理提炼的过程，不经教师明确示范就要求学生自己去探究，有时候太费时间而效果也不见得好。最后，阅读一般不会是一次就完成的。通常情况下，师生共同寻找问题答案的过程中，需要不断地回到阅读文本中去，这个过程就是学生的学习发生的过程，也是师生真正交流的过程，在这个过程中教师应该敏感地捕捉到学生阅读中存在的困难，并及时提供应对措施。

每次阅读课之后，教师需要总结反思。材料是否合适？时间控制是否得当？学生的困难在哪？进步在哪？哪些学生有困难，哪些困难是普遍的？教师设计的那些方法效果好？以后如何改进？这样不断根据上课学生情况反馈进行反思，日积月累，不断总结，把好的方法技巧记录下来，时间长了就是自己的.教学路子。慢慢就会成为阅读教学的专家了。

My View on the Ad Done by Celebrity

Turning on the TV, we can see numerous advertisements done by the celebrities including the film stars, singers and so on. Some people believe it is worth the efforts because they think what the stars have said in the ads are true and convincing while some other people worry that the information in the ads may be misleading to the consumers. So far as I am concerned, the advertisements done by the celebrities should be limited.

First of all, the celebrities, while receiving the handsome pay for advocating some products, should be responsible for what they have said in the ads for the credibility is priceless. We have heard of some cases about the false information in the ads and a number of stars have been accused by the customers for their misdeeds. What is more, the customers should become careful and critical about the information they see in TV. It does no harm to think twice before buying the products advertised by the stars. Finally, the government needs to tighten the control over the broadcasting of the advertisement.

To sum up, the stars should be responsible when doing the advertisement and in the mean time, the consumers should be careful when shopping.

七年级是整个初中阶段的重要一年，也是最关键的一年，为使学生在英语这门学科上取得更大的进步，为以后的学习打下良好的基础，我在教学中尝试了一些教学方法，效果不错，作以下教学反思。

一、培养学生良好的英语学习习惯

我们学校的学生来自农村，学生学习英语的气氛淡薄，学习自觉性较差，主要表现在以下几个方面：

1、学过的单词、对话，老师要求背出，学生总是借口其他作业太多，没时间背，或者是不会背，往后一拖再拖，即便能背出来，也是临时死记抢记出来的。等到其他需要的时候又忘了。

2、上过的新课，相应的配套练习，不自觉去独立完成，总希望老师和他们一起来做。

3、死记硬背的东西多，联系的东西少，因此表面上看感觉还可以，但真正一考起来，问题出来很多，而且差距很大。这次期中考试下来，问题也出来了，尖子生不是很多，落后生比较多。

针对以上情况，要改变这种局面，我觉的要做的事很多。首先，要培养学生良好的学习习惯，课前多预习，课堂40分钟让学生集中注意力听讲，把老师讲的内容真正听懂。不是似懂非懂。课后认真完成配套练习，不懂的地方，多向老师或成绩好的学生请教。其次，学生学习要主次分明，主要学科课后时间分配相应的因当多一些，特别是对英语学科，因为它毕竟不是语文。基础不打好，以后想提高也难。第三，要灵活掌握学过的知识点，学习要讲究方法，举一反三，融会贯通，只有这样，学生才能把所学的知识串联起来，不容易忘记。

总之，要让学生明白，学习英语不是一天两天的事，是要靠平时慢慢积累起来的。

二、多怪自己少怪学生

新课改语法教学易进入误区。七年级的英语课很难上，特别是课文的语法多、讲解枯燥无味，会把那些英语底子不好的学生抛下。特别一节语法课，考试中不考，但因为上了高中学生的反馈，初中的语法没学好的话，在高中还是有困难的。如果一味着讲语法，所以英语老师都怕自己的学生吃不饱，整节课的讲解语法，其结果都不是太好，我的观点是淡化语法。淡化语法，并不是不学语法。只是不必过细，多用于交际。教程的编排就是以话题为主线，以语法为暗线。所以，要在语境中学习语法。教师要千方百计地激发学生学习英语的兴趣，活跃学生的学习热情，提高了学生学习英语的积极性。

一堂成功的英语课，往往给人以自然，和谐，舒服的享受。每一位教师在教材处理，教学方法，学法指导等诸方面都有自己的独特设计，在教学过程会出现闪光点。在教学过程中，每节课总会有这有那的一些不尽人意的地方，有时候是语言说话不当，有时候是教学内容处理不妥，有时候是教学方法处理不当，有时候练习习题层次不够，难易不当。等等对于这些情况，教师课后要冷静思考，仔细分析学生冷场、不能很好掌握知识这方面的原因。不要一看到学生的成绩差就一味着怪学生，学生的的主动性是很重要，即使学生不爱学习英语，应该多考虑厌学的原因，对情况分析之后，要做出日后的改进措施，以利于在日后的教学中不断提高，不断完善。

三、和谐关系

师生关系是影响教学质量的一个重要因素。融洽的师生关系能促进教育质量的提高。如果融洽了师生关系，学生会亲其师而信其道，听从教师的安排与倡导，促使教学质量的提高;相反，则会对学生的学习动机、兴趣、态度产生消极影响，制约着教育质量的提高。

和谐的师生关系还需要满足学生各种的需要，如关心、尊重、自身价值。根据这些需要，我经常了解学生需要的结构与层次，及时解决学生的合理需要，而有些暂时解决不了的要创造条件逐步解决，并作好解释工作。在不断的教与学的过程中，我真诚地热爱每一个学生，关心、理解、体贴、尊重、信任他们，他们也就尊重、依赖、喜欢我，从而融洽了师生感情。正是这样不断地深入培养，才出现了乐教乐学的喜人局面。

一、从试卷来看,反映了学生语文素养方面的一些问题。

1、学生字词基础差。写词语中，错别字多。如：“玷污”、“告诫”，所以在教学中仍应重视基础知识的教学。在新课程中，生字拼音的教学仍是必须的。虽然在新课程教材中，并没有将拼音和错别字作为一个专门的知识点，但教师仍需重视其教学。另外在练习中出现纠正错字，学生也有改不出。在加标点中，学生对省略号、书名号不能正确运用。教师以后还要加强练习。

2、学生的口头、文字表达能力还不强。在上课过程中，有些学生对问题答案心知肚明，却不知该用如何的词语来表达，往往表达出来的意思并不是很确切，与原意有一段差距。在作文中,学生很难找到好词好句来美化自己的文章，结果写出来的文章干巴巴的，不够生动形象。由此可见，学生的词汇存储量是很小的，课外阅读明显偏少。因此教师要指导学生多阅读美文，多摘录好词佳句，以提高词汇存储量，并多开展一些口头和书面表达训练，最终提高口头、文字表达能力。

3、学生的阅读能力比较薄弱，阅读只停留在表面，没有深入思考下去。因此教师要多开展一些阅读练习，加强对学生的引导，从而逐步提高学生的阅读能力。

二、教学启示：

通过这次考试，给了我一个很深刻的警醒，以后在学生的学习态度上还要进一步端正。对于学习有困难的同学要努力使他进步，耐心为他讲解，这也是我一直以来所坚持的原则。
