20xx年7月5日至7月15日西安市教育局和西安外国语大学联合组织了中小学英语教师培训。我有幸参加了本次培训。在培训期间，为我们上课的有各名校的专家教授，也有来自教学一线的名师。培训内容有语法，语音，阅读，听说，写作，文化背景以及英语教学方法的介绍和指导。

让我们在异国历史，文化习俗的氛围下自然的感受语言，掌握必要的实用性和实际技巧。其实，我们从老师那里学到的不仅仅是英语口语，西方文化常识，我们还学到了英语教师有待提高的东西，包括教法，授课方式，以及评价学生等等，都是让我们大开眼界的，都是值得我们学习的。我将从以下几个方面来谈谈自己在这次培训中的一些心得和体会，和大家分享一下我的学习感受和成果！

一、重新认识了自我

让我感受颇深的是外籍老师Meg，她的热情始终感染着我，我明白了作为一名教师，加强学习，善于学习，提高自身的整体素质是很重要的，而且我们要把学到的知识应用到教学实践中去，一步一个脚印。她为我们详细讲解了英语口语的使用环境，让我们认识到自身水平的差距，通过观看优秀的教学片断，我学到了很多好的教学方法，相信下学期我会将之用于教学之中的。

外教的做法让我很受启发。很多时候我们的学生不愿开口说英语是因为没有安全的语言环境。强调词汇和语法知识使教师经常当众打断学生的发言，让学生觉得很尴尬，长此以往，学生就不愿当众用英语交流了。因而，要提高学生的听说能力，首先要给学生创造一个安全的语言环境。在安全的语言环境，教师注重交流的内容而不是词汇和语法的正确性。利用自我纠错能力，学生在不断的交流中就能提高听说能力了。只有在不断的练习中，学生的口语能力才会不断的提高。

二、对英语课堂教学有了新的认识

通过听教授的一些教学技能，我对英语课堂教学也有了一个全新的认识，英语课以语言对象，强调以任务入手，放眼看周围世界，培养学生的英语能力，这个就是知识点。在教学总体目标上注意兴趣，体验成功和培养自信；在课程实施上注重创造学习环境和提高学习效率；在教学模式与方法上注重参与实践和创新发展；在语言教学的目标上，注重培养语感和交际能力；在教学评价上，注重运用激励机制和多元评价。英语教师应具备的听、说、读、写、译的教学技能，给英语教师指明的努力的方向，明确了作为一名合格英语教师应具备的基本素质。

三、对教材的把握有了一个整体的认识

作为一线教师，我知道了怎样的课才算是一堂好课，不乏包括师生互动，学生主体等，但我觉得关键还有对教材的把握，通过培训，使我明白了，我要用教材教学生，而不是教教材，可以创造性地使用教材，围绕课标可删可增，另外要锻炼学生的实践能力，也就是听、说、读、写的能力，也就是说在课堂中，Pairwork和Groupwork部分不但要练，还要让每一个学生都能参与其中，勇于张口，使课堂气氛活跃而有秩序，让学生都能找到自己的定位，真正喜欢上英语课堂。

四、对英语课堂教学有了新的认识

此次培训，让我久久难忘的是庄力老师的讲座，听庄老师的英语技能课，让我有一种身临其境的感受，好像自己就是学生一样，很想参与他那形式多样、简单易懂、轻松愉快的各类游戏活动。每一个活动目的明确，贴近生活，适合各个年龄段的学生使用。庄教师在处理Pairwork和Groupwork部分时，不但要让学生读，还让学生以不同的方式写，由句——篇、由原创版——修改版——美术版。一次和一次的要求不同，每次给学生一个新的形式，其实在做重复的工作。从而达到了既提高学生的学习兴趣，又把所学知识牢固掌握的效果。听庄老师的课，总感觉时间过得好快，不舍得离开他的课堂，因为能让我们收获之多，受益之深。

培训学习的过程，也是我不断成长的过程。在培训过程中，我认真聆听专家们的讲座，细致地整理学习笔记，积极参与课堂互动，主动与同行学习，每天晚上温习当天所学知识。通过学习，解决了我在实际教学中遇到的很多疑难问题，使自己在师德修养、教育理念、教学方法等各方面有了很大的提升，驾驭课堂、把握教材、交流沟通、教学设计的技能也有了很大的提高，同时更新了教育理论。

马可连柯说过：“学生可原谅老师的严厉、刻板甚至吹毛求疵，但不能原谅他的不学无术。”培训学习的经历告诉我，要讲好课，做学生喜欢的课堂，只有读书、读书、再读书；学习、学习、再学习！形成自己的教学风格。教材只是工具，只有当教师拥有渊博的知识时，才有可能深入浅出地将死板的教科书变成激发学生兴趣与主观能动性的有效途径。说实话，平时工作在教学第一线，忙于上课，我更多的是考虑如何把具体的教学任务完成，而无暇顾及其它，更没有时间来进行系统的理论学习。这就需要今后自己付出更多的时间和精力，努力学习各种教育理论，勇于到课堂中去实践。

同时我也会传承学习的精神，发挥好示范引领作用。在西安外国语大学我接受了高质量、最前沿的培训，我会主动发芽、成长、开花、结果，将所接受的教育，传递给更多的老师，让新的理念点燃更多发展的火炬，在自己的工作单位带领广大一线教师，做教育教学改革的排头兵。

作为一名大学教师，要不断取得进步，保持自己的新鲜性，除时刻提升自己的专业素养之外，还应随时进行教学反思。我国著名心理学家林崇德就提出了“优秀教师=教学过程+反思”的成长模式。

本人自参加工作以来，从事了十余年的大学英语教学工作，在以下方面感受并经历了大学英语教学的变迁：

1、教学理念

20__年前后的中国大学英语教学界经历了一个理念上比较混乱动荡的时期，我们也恰是在这一时期登上了三尺讲台。而后随着国外先进教学理念在国内各大高校不断探索实践，我们的教学理念从最初的以教师为中心、单纯传授语言知识和技能的教学思想和实践逐步转向以学生为中心、既传授语言知识与技能，又注重培养语言实际应用能力和自主学习能力的教学思想和实践，也是向以培养学生终身学习能力为主导向的终身教育的转变。

2、教学方法

我们的教学方法随着教学理念的更新及学生需求的提升在不断的发生着变化，从最初的语法翻译法转向了以语言交际为目的，以学生为主体，开展师生与学生之间有意义的对话或讨论为主的交际教学法，而后又迈向了现今比较流行、人性化的任务型教学法：课堂上不再单纯的就课文讲解课文，而会根据文章的文体，内容等设置具体的任务，学生个人或小组为单位解决任务，从而使其听说读写译各方面都得以锻炼，也培养了学生的团队协作能力。就个人而言，本人在教学上努力探索适合不同班级、不同学生的教学方法，认真制作多媒体教学课件，课堂上做到与学生最大限度的互动，组织丰富多彩的课堂活动如话剧表演、辩论等，引导学生有意识的锻炼提高口语水平，改进他们的听、说能力，积极为学生寻找、增加许多书本之外的、与实际生活密切相关的内容;在作为大学英语教学改革实验班任课教师期间，为配合大学英语教改的实施，本人积极学习掌握有关网络课堂的相关技术，不断扩充自己在此方面的知识，对教学起到了良好的辅助作用，对大学英语教学新模式的推行进行了积极有益的探索。

3、教学手段

自参加工作以来，对大学英语教学感触最深的便是教学手段的日渐更新，从最初的黑板、粉笔加录音机(听力)，到黑板、粉笔加语音室(听力)到目前的多种教学手段：黑板、粉笔、多媒体、网络课堂(自主听力)，这种种变化无疑深刻的体现出了新的教学理念指导下的教学模式是以现代化信息技术，特别是网络技术为支撑，使英语的教与学可以在一定程度上不受时间和地点的限制，朝着个性化和自主学习的方向发展。

教学对象的不同决定了我们要采取的教学手段、方法都要随之改变，尤其面对已逐渐与我们产生代沟的95后学生，作为80后的教师在工作之余一定要时刻进行教学反思，以便真正实现教学相长。

我们教研组始终坚持以教学为中心，强化管理。进一步规范教学行为，并力求常规与创新的有机结合，促进教师严谨、扎实、高效、科学的良好教风及学生严肃、勤奋、求真、善问的良好学风的构成。

一、见贤思齐，爱岗敬业

在我组英语教师队伍中，以老中青结合，几乎都了兼任班主任、年级组长以及学校的重要职务。工作繁忙，任务艰巨，但全组教师以学校大局为重，以校为己任，克服困难，用心进取，发扬了无私奉献的精神，高质高效地完成了学校交给的各项任务。多年来，我们教研组始终坚持以教学为中心，强化管理。进一步规范教学行为，并力求常规与创新的有机结合，促进教师严谨、扎实、高效、科学的良好教风及学生严肃、勤奋、求真、善问的良好学风的构成。全体老师敬业爱岗、博爱学生、教育得法，以高尚的师德和严谨的治学态度赢得了学生的尊敬，家长和社会的认可，从而提高了学生对英语学习的兴趣。近几年教学成绩一向在本镇及区内乡镇学校的前列。

二、加强学习，转变观念

为了提高全组教师的素质，教研组组织教师学习了素质教育和英语教育教学方面的理论文章。我组利用隔周三的教研组会、备课组会的时间认真学习了学校为外语组订的《中小学外语学习》等报刊以及转达区市教研室的有关精神。还一齐学习研究《英语教学大纲》以及《新课程标准》，明确了初中各个年级的英语教学目的、任务以及要求，从宏观上把握各个年级的知识脉络透过学习，丰富了教师的英语知识，对于新的中学英语教育教学理念如"任务型教学模式"有了更深了解，提高了各位教师的专业理论知识水平，从而也转变了教师的教育观念。

三、用心参加和开展校本教研活动

我们每学期初教研活动有计划，学期末教研活动有总结。为了改革课堂结构和教学方法，提高教师的课堂教学水平，提高课堂教学效益，我们坚持开展听、评、说课活动。并以备课组为中心，用心推进教学改革。各年级备课组在常规教学中集思广益、精心备课、助帮忙学，使常规教学开展得有条有理，步步推进。教师之间分工协作、团结互助、做到资源共享优势互补。各备课组能不折不扣地完成教研组安排的任务，同时建立自己的特色。且把这个活动做为一个重要的教研活动。

每学期开展单元说课，也就是说单元的教学目标、重点、难点，说教材的前后联系，说突出重点、突破难点的措施，说本单元学生应掌握的。我组教师十分重视听评课活动，听课前认真备课，设计教案，互相切磋，听课后认真评课，如教学资料安排否恰当，难点是否突破，教法是否得当，教学手段的使用，教学思想、方法的渗透是否贴合素质教育的要求，老师的教学基本功等方面进行中肯，全面的评论、探讨、反思。我们常常回反思这样的问题：如这堂课是否真正体现了以学生为主体教师的引导是否激发了学生潜在的能动性等等。在实际中我们不断提高。

同时，我们尤其注重青年教师教学规范的培养，用心鼓励他们参加教学实践活动，不仅仅使年轻教师能更快地成长，而且也使老教师看到或者是寻找到了新的灵感和激情。年轻教师虚心请教，不耻下问，老教师毫无保留，兢兢业业。本学期我们推出的两名新教师王瑜、俞娜开设区级公开课，取得成功。

另外，我们用心开展校本专题研究，使教师成为教育教学的主体，透过研究来解决实际问题。如：根据新教材的特点，现行的牛津英语教材，词汇多，语法分散，开展了具有我校特色的"英语语言知识点系列"梳理活动，即对各年级段教材的语言知识点，进行系统梳理的过程。本次活动面广量大，但透过各年级教师的群策群力，备课组长的统筹安排，教研组室的统一协调，在本学年内如期完成。从而，为切实提高我校英语教学的整体水平打下扎实的基础。
