一、引导学生通过DailyReport进行自我实现。

首先，教师要引导学生根据自己的学习现状来着手DailyReport。要引导学生拓展DailyReport的内容(包括广度和深度)。DailyReport的内容不仅是对周围环境的观察和汇报，如天气变化，学校生活中的大事等。也可以是自己昨天或以前的某段经历，某种对人对事的感受。还可以是学生对某门学科或技能或社会现象的看法及感受。学生对自己在学习中遇到的问题、解决问题的过程，如英语学习中碰到的某个不懂的语言现象是如何把它弄懂的。还可以是经验介绍，如怎样记单词，怎样练听力，怎样练会话，怎样练写作等。另外学生也可以通过DailyReport对教师的教学、作业和班级管理等方面提出个人的看法和建议。总之，DailyReport的内容没有大小之分，没有重要不重要之分;但要求内容有一定的真实性，要求用正确的英语语言表达一定的中心。这样，通过对DailyReport的准备和进行，使学生达到一种自我定位和自我实现。教师也可以从他们的DailyReport中了解他们的学生。

1、设计提问,激发学生的主体思维

问题设计是英语阅读教学的重要手段,是帮助学生理解、鉴赏文章的切入点。教师设计问题,要遵循循序渐近的原则,要把问题建筑在学生的注意力和兴趣之上,服务于全面提高学生素质水平的目标需要。高中英语课文大多篇幅较长。课文内容参透了丰富的审美以及科学教育内容。在这些兼顾知识性、趣味性、思想性的阅读课教学中精心设计既有启发性又能激起学生探讨兴趣的系列问题,可以启迪学生动脑,激发学生思维,培养学生主动学习的习惯。教师设计问题时,要紧扣教材,层层推进,要具有一定的思想梯度。在提问、解答的过程中,教师要启发引导,以激活学生的思维欲望,帮助学生认知和理解。

2、保证学生积极而有效的参与

初中美术教材中的第一单元和最后一单元安排的都有是欣赏评述课,目的很明确,就是让学生参与到欣赏和评述中来,激发他们的学习兴趣,提高学生的欣赏水平和鉴赏能力。在这几年的教学中，我对欣赏课下的功夫最多，也最困惑，不过经过自己的不断努力，还是有一点成绩的。

要想把一节欣赏课上好，首先得调动学生的积极性，让学生参与到教学活动中来，不能一味地讲，不然的话，学生很容易出现不知所措的情景，那就是欣赏不了作品的真正含义，尤其是那些大师们的、抽象的作品。要么是只看内容，不会评述，要么是评述也是被迫的只简单地说，不会用美术术语。针对这些问题，我采取了一些办法，愿同仁们海纳百川吧。

首先要提前备课，查找资料丰富自己的语言。同时也布置学生自己收集，当然要分层次，根据自己的条件可以找自己喜欢的作品的相关资料，然后在课堂上与大家共赏、共享。其次是多组织课堂活动，比如分组讨论，可以集思广益，讨论的结果可由本组的代表起来回答，其他同学补充。当然教师的补充必不可少。最好的办法就是先肯定同学们的正确观点，然后指出不足，这样学生容易接受并不易受到打击，下次仍然有积极性。并且在评价学生的回答时用简单的艺术语言，逐步渗透，使学生在不知不觉中学会运用美术术语来解释美术作品。也可以提前给学生列个提纲，比如先从视觉感受说起，然后逐步深入到构图、色彩、明暗等艺术观念、艺术手法，从而体会作者的情感、思想或者愿望。在这样的提示下，学生会形成一种氛围，也就渐渐地用语言表达出自己对美术作品的感受了。另外，学生也就会从语言表达能力中反映出自己的艺术素质了。

另外，值得注意的是必须引导学生从多角度欣赏美术作品，同时不能扼杀学生的积极性，允许学生对作品有自己的看法，不能把教师的观点强加给学生。在课堂中教师只是引导，不能形成一个固定的模式，要善于从不同角度提出问题引导学生，使自己和学生在课堂中不断进步，不断收获，使课堂更灵活，更富有创造性。

同时，做为一名美术教师，更要在教学的同时尤其是上欣赏课时，培养学生崇尚文明、珍惜优秀民族艺术与文化遗产、尊重世界多元文化的情感价值观，这才是一节好的美术欣赏课。

建议：在教学中还可以充分运用现代化的教学手段，将传统的教学形式和多媒体教学有机结合起来。发挥多媒体技术的声音、图像、文字、影像以及交互功能的作用，使欣赏课从一门“老师讲，学生看、听、理解的灌输过程”，变成一门“集声音、图像、动画、电影等融于一体的视觉理解过程”，调动学生学习的兴趣。

总之，要充分调动学生主动学习的积极性和参与性，发挥学生的潜力，让学生在轻松、愉悦的教学环境中去感受美、体验美、欣赏美、创造美，培养学生审美的能力，最大限度地强化学生的视觉审美感受。同时，还要尽量做到课堂欣赏教学与组织参观当地博物馆、美术作品展览等活动相结合，使美术欣赏教学与课外和校外的美术教育活动相衔接，从而提高学生的综合素质。

这学期来，我反思教学中存在的问题如下：

一、存在的主要问题：

1、初一学生基本上没有英语基础，面对新教材感到很不适应，难以进入学习角色，觉得学习任务重、负担重。这就是说初一年级教师面对的基本上是“零基础英语”的学生，因而，学生感到不适应、负担就是很正常的。

2、使用的新教材虽然说是初中起点(零起点)教材，但显然教材的预备篇内容少，所用课时少，不能弥补学生小学未学英语之不足。

3、全套新教材刚开始使用，教师尚处在初始的实践探索之中;教师接触的新教材也只是第一册，对初中教材的全貌没有整体上的感性认识;新课标、新教材所要求的观念、方法和教师头脑中原有的观念、方法尚处在初步磨合阶段。

4、由于以上方面的原因导致全学期课时偏紧，教师感到教学任务重，教学课时少，教学进度很难完成，并担心两极分化现象会提前出现。

学生学习上出现的困难是客观存在，教师的担心也不无道理。这就需要我们认真分析其原因，探讨解决问题的思路和方法，积极主动的应对新课程、新教材对教师提出的新要求、新问题。

二、对存在问题的思考和认识

1、教师对新课标、新教材的理解尚不到位，尤其是对新课标提出的各级目标的认识尚不足。初一英语课程标准要求教学中突出对学生的语言技能和知识、综合语言运用能力、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展进行培养。这里提出了一系列问题，怎样利用学生已有的语言技能?怎样帮助学生掌握基本的英语语言知识、语言技能和应用技巧?应该采取怎样的英语学习策略;如何培养学生的跨文化意识等。以文化意识为例，新教材要求通过接触和了解英语国家文化以便于对英语的理解和使用，要求注重激活学生已有的文化背景知识，并由浅入深地介绍英语国家的文化，培养学生对中西方文化的异同和融合的认识和理解的敏感性，提高学生对文化差异的鉴别能力，在这样的过程中使学生逐步学会在实际情景中恰当而灵活地运用英语语言。

对新课标、新教材的理解与认识是实现新的教学理念、思想、方法和目标的基础。

2、教师对教材的弹性认识不足。教师应该明确，以前的教学是带着知识走向学生，而现在新课标的要求是带着学生走向知识，前者是我把知识给你，你来学，来接受，后者是教师想出一些尽可能适合学生的办法让学生掌握认识，这是一个巨大的变化。反映在教材的处理上，前者给了你纲，给了你教学全部内容，你可以将教材用够，剥烂教给学生，让学生学会。后者给你的教材仅是一个适应于教学的一般性材料，教师需要精细加工。地区不同、学校不同在诸如教育资源，学生生源、师资水平，英语教育现状也是不平衡的，所以教材不强求一律，各校可在课程标准的要求下，根据各自的条件选用教材或者在教材选定后根据各种因素增添和删减某些材料。一句话，弹性的使用教材，这样就使教材具有了开放性，而不是原来的封闭形式了。

新教材给教师和不同层次的英语教学提供了十分广阔的活动空间，它给了我们一个充分发挥主观能动性的“因地制宜”的自由度。但目前我们尚未体会到这一点，因而遇到一个知识点，就生怕学生漏掉，就要挤出时间来讲清楚、讲透，这样自然的就会感到教学任务重，教学课时少，教学进度难以完成。

3、教师缺乏用辩证的观点看待教学中学生与教师的关系。教学过程中有两点必须注意，一是学生是完成教学任务，实现课标目标要求的最重要的主体。二是教师是学生完成学习任务、课标要求的必不可少的外在因素。

4、教师对教学内容与活动二者有机统一问题的处理尚嫌不当。现在有的课堂活动看起来花样形式较多，但是与教学内容的关联处理显得很生硬，有串联活动之嫌，使用的结果可能冲淡主题，给课堂教学带来负面影响，会使课堂管理失控，给一些顽皮学生提供“玩”的机会。

教学内容与活动是内容与形式的关系。课堂教学活动的目的是为了完成教学内容，更好的实现课程目标，换句话说就是通过“动”来达到“学”，是“动”中“学”(learningbydoing)，而不是为了“动”而“动”，为“学”而“学”，所以课堂不应是活动串联起来的游戏。

三、关于初一英语教学的几点建议。

1、教师要自觉转变教育观念。树立正确的人才观、学生观、质量观。

2、教师要自觉培养跨学科的整合能力。不断拓宽知识面，新课标倡导课程的综合、开放，淡化学科界限。在实施新课程时，教师必须拥有跨学科的知识和技能，具备广博的知识背景。这就需要教师自觉完善自己的知识结构，补充必要的学科知识，努力在多学科的视野之中丰富跨学科的意识和学生经验。此外，充分教师群体力量组织教学，开放教学资源，打破原有的独立封闭的教学形态，培养教师的团队合作精神以促成适应新教材弹性化与多元化的教学方式。

3、建议各级教育管理部门对课改，特别是英语课改有一个整体上的把握。

4、建议初一起始英语教学能适当增加课时，以便在短期内弥补小学1—2级教学的空缺。目前，大部分小学英语课时安排不足，或者干脆没有安排;英语教师师资薄弱，教学经验偏少，教学设备落后，缺乏有效的评价手段等问题已严重影响小学英语课程教学质量的提高。小学英语教学造成的不良后果将会给初中英语教学带来更大的困难和严重的后果，甚至影响到课标的实施和教改的顺利进行，乃至最终给整个英语教育事业带来难以愈合的创伤。政府要始终盯着教育的长远发展、持续发展。各学段要顺利衔接、和谐发展。

1)不能把“自主”变成了“自流”。课堂叫学生自己看书，要有明确的要求和提示，课堂上综合性小组学习，教师不能坐在一边观看，而不是真正的指导者、合作者。教师不要一味地强调学习内容由学生自己提，学习方式由学生定，这都是一种“自流”，而并非真正的自主。“自主学习”是相对“被动学习”或“他主学习”而言的，前提是学生对学习有正确的理解，要明确为什么学习、能否学习、学习什么、如何学习。学习总得要有个好的习惯、好方法，好规则。它们的形成和掌握需要教师引导，教师在“培养学生自主学习，促进学生个性发展”的课程理念指导下的教学实践中，应当真正体现自主学习和发展个性的含义，切勿把自主等同于自流，个性等同于任性。

2)不要把“对话”变成了“问答”。新课程的课堂教学强调“对话”，而不是“满堂问”。“how”、“what”之类毫无启发性的问题充实课堂。这样的一问一答，往往影响了整体性的教学内容，把对话化为回答，表面是师生的对话，是互动，而实质上仍然是按教师事先设计好的思路，使之“听从”。这类课，英语课堂上比较多见。

3)忽视基础教学。实施新课程以后，学生学习兴趣、学习方法等确实发生了不少的变化，这是喜人的。同时我们也应当承认，“双基”目标的落实不如以前扎实。比如有的英语课，教师一个活动接着一个活动，表面上很热闹，课堂气氛好，一节课很少让学生接触到基本的字词，忽视了语言点教学，不发展和扩展学生的词汇，在新课程的教学中不乏其例。

4)要杜绝合作性学习有形式而无实质。在课堂教学中，教师不要片面追求课堂小组合作学习这一形式，而对目的、时机及过程没有认真的设计，存在一些误区。主要包括：一是合作学习缺乏规则;二是讨论的问题过于简单，甚至毫无讨论与探索的价值;三是缺乏合作时间的保证，有时学生还没有真正进入合作学习的状态，就在教师的要求下结束了;四是忽视对学困生的关心。在合作学习中，有的学困生坐在原位置上，不参与讨论，有的参与小组合作了，却一言不发，教师也视而不见，教师往往对学困生缺乏理解、信任和尊重;五是教师只是等待观望，学生一合作，教师就站在一旁，而没有走下讲台来，热情地、平等地关注学生的讨论，没有积极去看，去听，没有设身处地去感觉学生的所想所思。这些误区的存在，都影响了合作学习。

期中考试后到现在将近一周的时间了，我把所教两个班学生的分数又看了一遍，仔细想想学生的分数不高的原因，觉得自己有许多地方做得实在是有欠缺。

一 、平时我对学生很严厉，如果学生不能够回答出我在上课反复强调的知识，我会厉声呵斥他们。如果学生不能按时背好所背的课文，我会让他们放学后留下来背好，上课不允许讲无关的话，思想不能开小差，看起来这很有道理，作为教师，就应对学生严加管束，但太严了也会有负面影响，比如有位学生因为开小差了，你再三强调的知识他又不知道，如果他来问你这个问题，你会为他解答吗？我是会的，但他却不会来问你，为什么？因为他怕你骂他，结果怎样可想而知。其实"严"在于一个度，我似乎没有把握好这个度

二 、应该每天听写单词和词组，可单词和词组是学生最头痛的事，学生们都说他们记不住，一部分学生对英语学习失去兴趣，学生两极分化的明显出现很大程度上是没过好词汇关，这些学生记单词只会死记硬背，但不会读，这样是学不好英语的。因此，一定要注重课堂词汇教学，让学生掌握一定的学习单词的方法，按读音规则认读、记忆单词而不是死记硬背，当学生感悟到记单词不再困难时，他们的英语学习也就迈出了很可喜的坚实的基础一步，他们对英语学习才会真正感兴趣。

三、这次考试学生听力丢分较多，在今后的教学中要有意识地加强学生听读能力的训练与培养，重点训练学生的阅读和听的习惯的培养。课外还要多选用一些内容健康，时代感强、知识性、趣味性并存的短文来让学生阅读，通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，从而提高阅读，理解，分析，判断的能力。

四、实行分层次教学，降低对查生的要求，比如让成绩好些的学生背课文时，其他学生能读熟就可以了，检查单词和词组时，要求差生写对一半就算优秀，这样他下次会背单词背的更好！这样才能让每个学生有成就感，逐步提高学习英语的兴趣

五、做好补差工作，缩小两极分化， 从测试情况看，英语学习已明显出现两极分化现象。由于知识点的深化，学生的个体差异以及多种内外在因素，学生学习上的两极分化是客观存在的，但我们一定要通过我、家长、包括学生本人的不懈努力，力争减少差生，使他们在英语学习上不断进步，这就需要我真正的去爱他们关注他们，及时做好补差辅导工作，尽可能缩小两极分化，这样才能大面积提高英语教学质量。

六、平时上课讲课速度快，因为不快就完成不了教学任务，但快了会有效果吗？我把知识进行整合了吗？上课的效果重要还是进度重要呢？

Different people have different opinions. Somesmokers think smoking is a kind of enjoyment, andthey could live without food but will die withoutsmoking. Also they said they have freedom ofsmoking and it has nothingto do with others.However a lot of non-smokers dont agree. In theiropinion, smoking is harmful to not onlysmokersthemselves but also public health especially thewoman and children. Therefore, many coutries have worked out lots to forbid smoking in publicplaces, such as cinemas, hospitals, stations etc. Nowadays, smokersmake up one quarter of theworlds population. If the problem of smoking is not dealt with seriously, human health will bein danger. So smoking should be banned in no time.

he enterde the music indestry at the year 20xx , before that year ,he was only a boy who wrote songs for many super stars ,his songs were liked by many people but no one care who was the

writer . he was noly hard to write songs because he like music ,he thought music has it soal , if you sing it by heart , it well be lived .

now he is not rather a shy singer and performer , the lyrical songs make him mature ,and now he is a man or not a boy .
