作为一名大学教师，要不断取得进步，保持自己的新鲜性，除时刻提升自己的专业素养之外，还应随时进行教学反思。我国著名心理学家林崇德就提出了“优秀教师=教学过程+反思”的成长模式。

本人自参加工作以来，从事了十余年的大学英语教学工作，在以下方面感受并经历了大学英语教学的变迁：

1、教学理念

20__年前后的中国大学英语教学界经历了一个理念上比较混乱动荡的时期，我们也恰是在这一时期登上了三尺讲台。而后随着国外先进教学理念在国内各大高校不断探索实践，我们的教学理念从最初的以教师为中心、单纯传授语言知识和技能的教学思想和实践逐步转向以学生为中心、既传授语言知识与技能，又注重培养语言实际应用能力和自主学习能力的教学思想和实践，也是向以培养学生终身学习能力为主导向的终身教育的转变。

2、教学方法

我们的教学方法随着教学理念的更新及学生需求的提升在不断的发生着变化，从最初的语法翻译法转向了以语言交际为目的，以学生为主体，开展师生与学生之间有意义的对话或讨论为主的交际教学法，而后又迈向了现今比较流行、人性化的任务型教学法：课堂上不再单纯的就课文讲解课文，而会根据文章的文体，内容等设置具体的任务，学生个人或小组为单位解决任务，从而使其听说读写译各方面都得以锻炼，也培养了学生的团队协作能力。就个人而言，本人在教学上努力探索适合不同班级、不同学生的教学方法，认真制作多媒体教学课件，课堂上做到与学生最大限度的互动，组织丰富多彩的课堂活动如话剧表演、辩论等，引导学生有意识的锻炼提高口语水平，改进他们的听、说能力，积极为学生寻找、增加许多书本之外的、与实际生活密切相关的内容;在作为大学英语教学改革实验班任课教师期间，为配合大学英语教改的实施，本人积极学习掌握有关网络课堂的相关技术，不断扩充自己在此方面的知识，对教学起到了良好的辅助作用，对大学英语教学新模式的推行进行了积极有益的探索。

3、教学手段

自参加工作以来，对大学英语教学感触最深的便是教学手段的日渐更新，从最初的黑板、粉笔加录音机(听力)，到黑板、粉笔加语音室(听力)到目前的多种教学手段：黑板、粉笔、多媒体、网络课堂(自主听力)，这种种变化无疑深刻的体现出了新的教学理念指导下的教学模式是以现代化信息技术，特别是网络技术为支撑，使英语的教与学可以在一定程度上不受时间和地点的限制，朝着个性化和自主学习的方向发展。

教学对象的不同决定了我们要采取的教学手段、方法都要随之改变，尤其面对已逐渐与我们产生代沟的95后学生，作为80后的教师在工作之余一定要时刻进行教学反思，以便真正实现教学相长。

二、激情课堂，抓住同学的留意力

老师们上课我们都很喜爱，在他们布满热忱的课堂上，你想分神都做不到。他们利用原汁原味的、纯正的英语和我们进行相互沟通。在课堂上，时而歌声四起，时而偏偏起舞，时而情境对话，时而嬉戏互动，最重要的是这些都没有影响我们的进度，反而更有利于我们的英语相互沟通。这样我们由“要我学”到“我要学”，我们的学习兴趣得到限度地激活，在“乐学”中学会“会学”。使我们的口语学习获得事半功倍的效果。

三、严松有度，促进老师的提高

老师们给我们营造一个纯英语的学习环境，培育我们的英文惯性思维力量，我们在课堂上只讲英语，每天都在一个全英文的环境中实践与提高，这样大脑每天不断在接受纯正、地道的英语的冲击，再加上老师的急躁的指导，这样正宗的英语思维习惯就慢慢形成了。

记得在一次听课的时候，由于这个班级的同学都是中学一班级的。所以助教要求用汉语帮同学翻译进行帮助教学，但老师坚持用英语教英语。并且说用英语教英语有着非常重要的意义。用英语教英语有利于提高同学的听力水平，有利于向同学供应大量的说英语的示范，便于同学口头效仿，有利于激发同学说英语的欲望，并提高同学学习英语的兴趣。老师从一开头就只用英语组织教学，同学可能不习惯，也听不懂，老师可以借助实物、图片、动作、表情等手段来关心同学理解，关心同学快速适应一个全英文的环境。做任何事情都贵在坚持，只要坚持，同学就会渐渐提高听的力量，不懂的句子慢慢听懂了，不熟识的话语慢慢的熟识了，不清晰的词语慢慢听清晰了。听力理解力提高了，开口说英语就有了依据和保证。没有足够听的实践是不行能开口说的，所以关键是老师肯定要坚持说英语，用英语教英语。

反思与借鉴

1.要注重团体协作，鼓励个体冒尖。学科教学是一个整体，又是一个个体。作为年级的整体学科教学，每个教师应服从集体的正确安排，并团结一致，形成合力;作为个体，是教师实施课堂教学的个案活动，可以展示其个性特征和个体创造性。两者应相辅相成，有了团结协作的教师群体和富有创造性的教师个体，这个集体才能形成你追我赶、见贤思齐的动力，才能走上共同富裕的道路。我们在前者出现了疏漏。

2.既要注重教师善教，又要注重学生善学。 “善教者不如善学者。善学者，师逸而功倍;不善学者，师劳而功半。”教师专业知识的渊博、教学技艺的精湛非一日之功，且教师的可塑性到了一定程度会停滞不前。只有另辟溪径，激活学生的内在的学习因素，如勤学，善学，善悟，才能柳暗花明。我们在后者缺少了思考和实践。
