drunk.

In fact, there is more than one hot spring in Huangshan. At the foot of the

diezhang peak on the northern slope of Huangshan Mountain, there is a hot spring

called Songgu temple, which was called Xiquan in ancient times. It is 7 meters

away from the hotel hot spring in Shannan. 5 km, the elevation is also close,

Huangshan has four distinct seasons: green peaks and lush mountain flowers

like rosy clouds; plain silver and jade ice in winter. Huangshan is indeed a

wonderful place for tourism, summer vacation and snow appreciation.

黄山，位于中国安徽省南部，属中国南岭山脉的部分，全山面积约1200平方公里。黄山山系中段，是黄山的精华部分，也就我们要游览的黄山风景区，面积约154平方公里。它在黄山市境内，南邻歙县、徽州区、休宁县和黟县，北连黄山区;这五个县、区也都属于黄山市管辖。

黄山在中国唐代以前叫黟山，黟是黑样貌，因为山上岩石多青黑青黑的，古人就给它起这样一名字。传说咱们中华族的先祖轩辕黄帝在完成中原统一在业、开创中华礼貌之后，来到那里采药炼丹，在温泉里洗澡，因而得道仙。唐朝著名的皇帝明皇李隆基十分相信这个说法，就在天宝六年(747年)下了一道诏书，将黟山改名黄山。意思是，这座山是黄帝的山。从那以后，黄山这个名字就一向到此刻。

朋友们，你们不远千，甚至万里到那里，就要亲眼看一看黄山的美吗?不就是要感受一次人生欢乐吗?是的，黄山是绝美绝美的，可说天第奇山，能够登临它，亲眼看看它，确实是人生的一大乐事。在很久很久前，在漫长地质历史代，大自然的无穷力，塑造了黄山那绝美的风采和种.种奇特的景观，令人倾倒，令人心醉。

黄山的美，首先就美在它的奇峰。那里竞秀，峰峰称奇，各有特色，各具神韵。黄山奇峰到底有多少，还没有一个确切数字。历史上先后命名的有36大峰、36小峰，近年又有10座名峰入选《黄山志》。这80多座山峰的高绝大多数都在海拔千米以上，其中莲花峰最高(1864米)，光明顶次之(1841米)，天都峰排行老三(1829。5米)，这三大峰和风姿独秀始信峰(1683米)，是黄山的朋友，哪怕登上这四座奇峰中的一个，也算不虚此行了。

下头，我再把黄山“四绝”分别作个介绍。

说起黄山“四绝”，排在第一的当是奇松。黄山松奇在什么地方呢?首先是奇在它无比顽强的生命力，你见了不能不称奇。一般说，凡有土的方就能出草木和庄稼，而黄松则是从坚硬的黄岗岩石里长出来的。黄山到处都生长着松树，它们长峰顶，长悬崖峭壁，长在深壑幽谷，郁郁葱葱，生机勃勃。千百年来，它们就是这样从岩石迸裂出来，根儿深深扎进岩石缝里，不怕贫瘠干旱，不怕风雷雨雪，潇潇洒洒，铁骨铮铮。你能说不奇吗?其次是，黄山松还奇在它那特有的天然造型。从总体来说，黄山松的针叶短粗稠密，叶色浓绿，枝干曲生，树冠扁平，显出一种朴实、稳健、雄浑的气势，而每一处松树，每一株松树，在长相、姿容、气韵上，又各各不一样，都有一种奇特的美。人们根据它们的不一样的形态和神韵，分别给它们起了贴切的自然而又典雅趣味的名字，如迎客松、黑虎松、卧龙松、龙爪松、探海松、团结松等等。它们是黄山奇松的代表。

怪石，是构成黄山胜景的又一“绝”。在黄山到处都能够看到奇形怪异的岩石，这些怪石的模样儿千差万别，有的像人，有的像物，有的有的反映了某些神话传说和历史故事，都活灵活现，生动趣味。在121处名石中，知名度更高一些的有“飞来石”、“仙人下棋”、“喜鹊登梅”、“猴子观海”、“仙人晒靴”、“蓬莱三岛”、“金鸡叫天门”等。这些怪石有的是庞然大物，有的奇巧玲珑;有的独立成景，有的是几个组合或同奇松巧妙结合成景。还些怪石因为观赏位置和角度变了，模样儿也就有了变化，成了一石二景，如“金鸡叫天门”又叫“五老上天都”，“喜鹊登梅”又叫“仙人指路”就是移步换景的缘故。也还有些怪厂，在不一样条件下看，会产生不能的联想，因而也就有了不一样的名字，如“猴子观海”又叫“猴子望太平”便是。

再说云海。虽然在中国其它名山也能看到云海，但没有一个能比得上黄山云海那样壮观和变幻无穷。大约就是这个缘故，黄山还有另外一个名字，叫“黄海”。这可不是妄称，是有历史为证的。明朝有位著名的史志学家叫潘之恒，在黄山住了几十年，写了一部60卷的大部头书--黄山山志，书名就叫《黄海》。黄山的一些景区、宾馆和众多景观的命名，都同这个特殊的“海”有关联，有些景观若在云海中观赏，就会显得更加真切，韵味也更足了。这些也都证明，“黄海”这个名字是名副其实的。

最终，介绍一下温泉。我们常讲的和游览的温泉是前山的黄山宾馆温泉，古时候又叫汤泉，从紫石峰涌出。用它命名的温泉景区，是进入黄山南大门后最先到达的景区。温泉水量充足，水温常年坚持在42度左右，水质良好，并包含对人体有益的矿物质，有必须的医疗价值，对皮肤病，风湿病和消化系统的疾病，确有必须的疗效。可是只能浴，不能饮;过云说它能够饮用，是不科学的。

其实，黄山温泉不止一处。在黄山北坡叠嶂峰下，还有一个温泉，叫松谷庵，古称锡泉。它与山南的宾馆温泉水平距离7。5公里，标高也近，南北对称，遥相呼应。这也够奇的了。可是因为它地处偏僻目前还未开发利用。

除了“四绝”之外，黄山的瀑布、日出和晚霞，也是十分壮观和奇丽的。

黄山，山高陂陡，溪流从高山峡谷中奔涌出来，从陡谷悬岩上飞落下来同，就构成瀑布。“山中一夜雨，处处挂飞泉”，就是黄山温存的生动写照。黄山瀑布很多，最壮观的有“九龙瀑”、“人字瀑”和“百丈瀑”。

黄山四季分明：春天青峰滴翠，山花烂漫;夏季清凉一片，处处飞瀑;秋天天高气爽，红叶如霞;寒冬则是银装素裹，冰雕玉砌。黄山确实是一个旅游、避暑、赏雪的绝好去处。

我很荣幸的进入了一家外企，成了一名翻译，虽然我是学的英语专业，但是翻译却给我带了不少的困难，所以我还要不停的学习新的知识不断的充实自己。

说到技能，翻译是一项专业性很强的工作。笔译是锻炼一个人语言功底很好的方法，同时也是做好口译的重要基础。从口译的角度说，如果语言文字有了比较坚实的基础，接下来我认为表达和思维就至关重要。

练表达，一个好的方法就是视译。同事给了我一些材料，这些都是非常有针对性的材料，因此可以使得练习变得很有效率。在拿到材料以后应该调整好状态，想象自己就在翻译的现场，给自己造成一定的压力。看到材料中的中文后，争取在最短的时间内用最流利的语言表达出来。如果有哪些词或句说得不通顺或者结构不好，就可以记在笔记本上，之后可以向他人请教或者自己进行查找。通过反复的训练，在表达方面便有可能取得较为明显的进步。

练思维，在英译中时，听力是基础，首先作为译员，自己必须明白对方所要表达的内容。有了这个前提，接下来便是思考如何用精练的句子传达出来，这对思维有着很高的要求。单单只是听懂是远远不够的，因为口译译员是一座沟通的桥梁，所以译员的表达应该是工整的，让受众能够非常顺畅地理解对方的意思甚至是精髓。所以中文的功底在这时就显得至关重要。语言是不同的，但又是相通的。因此，两种语言不应该有所偏颇。

但是不论是表达抑或是思维，翻译最需要的勤学苦练，在不断的学习中不断地提高。在我看来，这是成为一名好翻译，一名不会落伍的翻译的最重要的前提。在翻译处这几个月以来，我的另一个很深的体会便是处里的同事时时刻刻都在学习新的知识，新的说法，新的词汇，我觉得正是这种精神让他们成为优秀的翻译，我想作为新入部的公务员，更应该时刻谨记学习的重要性，不断地向前看。

第十一条未经甲方事先书面同意，乙方不得行使除第一条规定的译本的其他任何权.

第十二条未经甲方事先同意，乙方不得将所授予的翻译权许可任何第三方行使，译本

也不得单独使用乙方自己的版本说明。

第十三条如果乙方未在 日内支付本合同规定的报酬，如甲方不解除合同，乙方应继

续履行合同支付报酬，并支付愈期违约金，比例为 ；如果方解除合同，乙

方应赔偿损失，并支付违约金，比例为 。

第十四条除本合同明确授予乙方的权利之外，作品的其他所有权利由甲方保留。乙方

希望取得的权利，应在本合同中明确约定。

第十五条甲方有权核查译本的印数。如甲方指定第三方核查，需提供授权委托书。如

乙方隐瞒印数，除向甲方补齐应付报酬外，还应支付违约金并承担核查费用

。如核查结果与乙方提供的印数相符，核查费用由甲方承担。

第十六条如果乙方违反了本合同的约定，又未能在甲方通知其 月内改正，或甲方已

撤销不能履行的合同，本合同自动终止，授予乙方的翻译权回归甲方，乙方

应向甲方赔偿损失，并支付违约金，比例为。

第十七条乙方委托（银行）以（票据）的方式向甲方支付报酬，并按日中国国

家外汇管理局的外江苏排价折算成合同确定的币种支付。

第十八条双方因合同的解释或履行发生争议，由双方协商解决。协商不成，由 （仲

裁机构）仲裁，或向（法院）捍诉讼。

中国仲裁机构为＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿仲裁委员会。

第十九条 因本合同引纷提起的仲裁或诉讼，适用《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》有关涉

外民事诉讼程序的特别规定。

第二十条本合同以中、 （外国文字）两种文字写成，两种文字具有同等法律效力。

第二十一条 全同的变更、续签及其他为未尽事宜，由双方另行商定。

本协议合作双方就组建技术研发团队事项，经过平等协商，在真实、充分地表达各自意愿互惠互利的基础上，根据《中华人民共和国合同法》的规定，达成如下协议，并由合作各方共同恪守。

This Agreement, concerning the setting up of a technical research and development team, is made according to the Contract Law of PRC regulations and entered into through equal negotiation by both Parties as the free and full expression of their own wishes to mutual benefits, and to this end both Parties shall abide by this Agreement as following.

第一条、 甲方同意雇用乙方为新产品研发技术顾问。乙方同意为甲方提供技术

顾问服务。

Article 1: Party A hereby agrees to employ party B as the technical consultant for the new product research and development. Party B hereby agrees to offer technical consultation service to Part A.

第二条、 甲方同意每月支付乙方的研究费用，包括：薪资、办公费、检测费、

第三条、 乙方有责任为甲方提供相关国内外技术及市场信息，并及时答复甲方

技术上所遇到的问题。

Article 3：Party B is responsible to provide relevant technical and market information home and abroad and is ready to answer any technical problem frequently asked by Party A.

第四条、 乙方有义务向甲方提供有关个人简历和相关证明材料，甲方要尊重乙

方个人隐私，有义务妥善保管相关材料。

Article 4: Party B shall has the obligation to provide Party A with any relevant personal resume and reference documents as necessary. Party A shall respect the personal privacy of Party B and has the obligation to properly keep those materials.

第五条、 乙方同意所研发的产品所有知识产权归甲方所有，乙方不得将相关技

术信息泄露给任何第三方，否则需要承担一切法律后果。

Article 5: Party B hereby agrees that the intellectual property of any product as researched and developed herein shall be owned by Party A. Party B shall not be allowed to disclose any technical information concerned to the third party, or it shall take all the legal consequences.

第六条、 甲乙双方同意通过紧密合作达到共同目标;每年增加一到三个项目;

每年申请一到三个发明专利;每年完成一到两个能够通过专家认证的

新产品;每年至少向市场推广两个产品。

Article 6: Both Parties agree to achieve their common goals by their close cooperation. It is planned to add one to three projects each year and to apply for one to three patents for inventions each year, to make one to two new products certified by experts each year, and to promote at least two products to the market each year.
