第十二条乙方有责任回国后至少在甲方工作年。缩短工作年限,由甲方决定。

第十三条甲方在认为必要时,有权决定将本协议书的副本经由我驻外使、领馆提交乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人。

第十四条甲方违反本协议书时,乙方有权向甲方的上级主管部门提出申诉,要求甲方的上级主管部门责成甲方执行本协议书,赔偿损失等。必要时,乙方可向中国的司法机关起诉,追究甲方的法律责任。

乙方违反本协议书时,甲方将根据乙方违约情况,对乙方批评教育,或给予行政处分,或停止公费待遇,或停薪留职,或要求乙方赔偿损失;必要时,甲方可将乙方违约的事实通知乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人,或向司法机关起诉,追究乙方的法律责任。

第十五条经甲方同意,由(姓名、性别、出生年月、工作单位、职务)

为乙方出国留学的国内保证人、保证乙方执行本协议书。保证人须与乙方经常保持联系,每半年向甲方介绍乙方执行协议书的情况;如乙方违约,保证人须认真协助甲方追究乙方的责任。在乙方违约而保证人又未履行自己职责的情况下,保证人须承担本人经济收入能承受条件下的经济责任。

甲方与保证人因保证事项而发生纠纷时,经双方同意,可由甲方的上级主管部门裁决。

第十六条本协议书自公证之日起生效,签字各方保证遵照执行。有效期限至本协议书第十二条规定的工作年限期满时止。

(一)充分尊重学生主体,在教与学方式的转变上有所尝试。

课堂的主体是学生。正确处理好主导与主体的关系,是每个老师都在研究探讨的问题。在本节课教学设计中的以下几个环节体现得很充分:

在这套教材中,“寓言”是第一次出现在课题中。什么是“寓言”,我没有生硬的灌输给学生,而是借助电脑的帮助,让学生自己去发现“寓”里藏着道理,“言”是用言语讲述的故事。

在朗读指导中,我充分尊重学生的自主感悟,鼓励孩子进行个性化朗读。不管他突出强调哪一个词语来体现夸口,老师都给予肯定。同时,充分发挥教师的主导作用,引导学生进行多角度的评价,在评价中加深对句子内容的理解,在评价中增加孩子的自信。

为了帮助学生深化对寓意的理解,我设计了表演这一环节。表演是面向全体学生的,学生可以根据自己的兴趣自选角色。而老师呢,与学生是平等的,也参与到学生的表演当中顺势而导,导在点子上,导在关键处,使表演不是对课文内容的机械重复,而是有延伸、有升华。

(二)充分开发、利用教材,注重语文三维目标的训练。

语文课就要上出语文课的味道来。训练的味道要浓,育人的意识要强,学习的过程与方法也要体现。

例如:在导入环节,老师不光是告诉学生什么是寓言,还交代了学习寓言的方法,并把这一方法渗透在整节课的教学之中。

在生字学习中,尽可能的扩大学生学习的信息量。“盾”字的演变过程,展示了汉字造字的魅力,让学生感受到祖国语言文字的趣味性。“把词语连起来说一说,连词成句,联系上下文理解词语”这些设计既体现了语文基本能力训练,又渗透了学习方法的指导。

为了突破难点,老师将这个人夸口叫卖的两句话以结构图的方式出现,引导孩子抓住这两句话中的质问点进行文本对话。师生合作的学习方式降低了学生表达的难度,有效的帮助学生将零散的思维进行梳理,为寓意的理解搭设了桥梁。

寓言百宝箱,更是在激发学生学习兴趣,将课内外知识有机结合的同时,培养学生勤学好问的品质,让学生感受祖国文化的源远流长。

(三)充分发挥信息技术的多种功能,为教与学服务。

Acclaimed as a prodigy, I entered into one of China’s Ivy League

universities at 14 and joined the country’s topmost scientific research

institution as a graduate student at 19. Now an experienced engineer at 26, I

would like to scale still higher intellectual heights by undertaking advanced

studies that I hope would put me firmly on the cutting edge of scientific

development.

I have demonstrated a keen mind since my early childhood. For years, I

consistently outperformed all of my classmates in such challenging subjects as

mathematics, physics and chemistry. I was thus chosen to represent either my

school or my city in a variety of provincial and national contests of academic

skills, in which I won numerous prizes. This impressive academic record put me

on academic acceleration several times. That not only enabled me to finish my

primary and secondary education in eight instead of the usual twelve years but

also sent me at 14 to a privileged class for the gifted at the Chinese

University of Science and Technology, a major cradle of the country’s scientific

and technological talents.

After two years of basic training in the gifted class, I chose electrical

engineering as my major and computer software programming as my minor, convinced

that expertise in these fields would stand me in good stead in an era of China’s

rapid economic expansion and technological modernization. As you can see from

the transcripts of my undergraduate grades, I excelled in both of these

areas.

Upon graduation in 1991, I won easy acceptance into the Institute of

Electronics under the Chinese Academy of Sciences and became a graduate student

at 19, when most Chinese students would be just starting their university

education. At this institute, I narrowed my academic interest down and focused

it on the area of human and artificial intelligence, where the courses I took

were deliberately concentrated. It seemed to me that scientific breakthroughs

would next come in this area, which made it both challenging and promising. I

learned a whole lot about this area in the course if doing my thesis titled “The

Radio Shunting System in Railroad”, for which some experiments were conducted on

the basis of artificial intelligence.

My solid education paid off in my ability to take on a variety of

responsibilities in China’s burgeoning software industry. After I obtained my

Master’s Degree in Engineering in 1994, I first took up a job with a

telecommunication company, where I managed a trunk communication system that

resembled the cellular wireless system. A year later, I joined a software

company to develop CMIS program for China’s Post and Telecommunications

Ministry. It was a large project, and I made crucial contribution to it by

independently developing and finalizing one subsystem, which proved to be a

significant success and won me profuse appreciation from users. After the

completion of that project, I have been working for the Japan Brother Ltd. in

the area of software development.

The relative smooth path of my career notwithstanding, I have not had a

chance to lead a major project, although I have always finished my part of every

project immaculately. In spite of all my achievements, I feel that I have not

taken the full advantages of my intellectual capabilities. I now wish to pursue

still more advanced studies and thereby obtain an advanced degree so that I can

open more doors and shoulder greater responsibilities.

I believe I have acquired the necessary theoretical framework and

sufficient practical experience for further studies. My ability to teach myself

and conduct independent research allows me to attain competence quickly in areas

that I may at first know very little about. I never work just to finish an

assignment, but instead I always try conscientiously to improve my knowledge and

expertise through the work I do. In this fashion, I have become seasoned in such

fields as trunking system (telecommunications) and CMIS system (software). This

quality should help me as I seek to further upgrade my education, particularly

if I have ready access to the seasoned guidance of a strong faculty and the

convenience of state-of-the-art research facilities.

The University of Idaho is well known for its excellence in the E. E field,

complete with an accomplished faculty and modern research resources. These

should set a good stage for me to exercise my keen mental power and diligence.

If I am accepted, I am confident that I can make quick progress in the E. E

field, especially in the areas of artificial intelligence, image processing,

wireless communication, neural network and computer networking, which have many

characteristics in common and share many important principles. Due to the broad

applications of these technologies, I believe the progress we make in these

areas will help shape the future of the mankind. I would like t be at the

forefront of such progress.

As I am broadly grounded in EE and computer science, you may find me

qualified or more qualified for advanced studies in areas other than those I

have mentioned. If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know

any suggestions that you may have.

I wish to assure you that I have the necessary English language skills to

complete advanced studies in your Ph. D. program. I generally read or write

English without any difficulty. I have, over the years, not only read academic

or professional materials in English avidly but also memorized the whole

English-Chinese dictionary. There may be room for improvement in my oral English

and English listening comprehension. But I am sure my English proficiency is

teacher to become a lawyer or a businessman. I, however, gave up a promising

legal and business career to become a language teacher, but I have never

regretted it. In fact, the more I teach, the more committed I am to teaching.

But not just teaching. Having battled with China’s traditional mode of teaching

for several years, I now would like to help improve teaching in China by

introducing new and more effective instructional technology and media into the

country. For that, I would like to pursue an advanced degree in education in

your country.

Now an English teacher at the training center of the China National

Container Corporation, I graduated in 1995 from the Capital University of

Economics and Business in Beijing, where I majored in business law. At this

highly respected higher-learning institution, I received broad training that was

both rigorous and vigorous. After four years of undergraduate studies, the

strong logic inherent in law translated into strong logic in my thinking. With

the knowledge and skills I attained in the law program, I boast the kind of

intellectual maturity that would help me whatever I do. But law was never my

first choice for a profession.

Starting from my high school days, I always dreamed of becoming a teacher.

In the second year of high school, we once had to write an essay on the topic

“what do you want to do when you grow up”. I proudly wrote, “I want to be a

teacher!” But my parents shattered my dream by insisting that I pursue another

profession. My father, an engineer with a Ph. D. degree, and my mother, a

university teacher of English, had their reasons. Chinese teachers, particularly

those teaching at the primary and secondary levels, are poorly paid and

begrudgingly respected. Being young and inexperienced in the world, I acceded to

their wishes when I was choosing my major for the university.

But my passion for teaching was not to be stifled forever. Giver any

opportunity, it would burst out. Upon graduation with an LL. B. Degree, I first

took up the position of a supervisor with the China National Container

Corporation in charge of its Overseas Sales Department. As the job entailed

frequent translation and interpretation between Chinese and English, I persisted

in improving my English proficiency by attending various training courses and

learning it on my own. My command of the foreign tongue became so good that,

after about one year, I began to teach it to my colleagues on a full-time basis

at the company’s training center. After a huge detour, my career finally got

back on track.

What makes teaching so enjoyable to me is that it is a learning experience.

I enjoy it the most when my students ask difficult questions, particularly

questions that I have to think long and hard to answer. I also enjoy posing

questions to students, but my questions are never intended to intimidate the

students or even test their knowledge but rather designed to stimulate their

minds. In the constant exchange of questions and answers, students and teachers

improve themselves alike to the credit of the old Chinese saying: To teach is to

learn. In my three years of teaching, I really have learned a great deal.

One of the things I have learned is the ability to not only deal with but

also strike an accord with people of different backgrounds. My students at the

training center are all adults accomplished in a variety of roles and

professions. In most cases, they are older than I am. While I stand as their

equals, I have served as their mentors and role models the same way as most

teachers do their students. By so doing, I have won their trust and confidence

in what I teach, which has helped to make my teaching powerful and

effective.

To take full advantage of my teaching skills, I started in October 1996 to

teach English and other subjects at the primary school I attended when I was a

child. As the children I teach are at the age when I studied here, I am

particularly sensitive to their needs and appreciative of their potential.

Together with other teachers, I designed various training programs in

calligraphy, art, writing, mental calculation, and English, programs that

combine learning with entertainment. The kids n my class are now learning more

and faster thanks to the fun they find everyday in my programs.

Entertainment is, however, by no means just a ploy I use to sweeten the

bitter pill of learning for the children, but rather has its own intrinsic

value. While kids can hardly learn well without being able to have fun, the lack

of fun hurts more than the kids’ ability to learn. It can impair the kids’

emotional and psychological health to an extent that no amount of knowledge and

skills drab teaching force-feeds into them can make up. Entertainment is

therefore part and parcel of what we teachers have to provide to children if we

are to help them grow up into productive members of the society. The way I see

entertainment, it should be considered an end in education.

As China’s education is oriented overwhelmingly towards helping kids pass

exams, entertainment is about the least on the mind of an average teacher or

principal. In the rush to produce super kids as measured by the grades out of

exams, the purpose of education is lost all too often. The curriculum is limited

to subjects covered by mandatory exams. Students are seldom encouraged to come

up with original ideas. Interaction between teachers and students is kept at a

minimum in the classroom. The teachers compete to heap homework on the students,

as do the parents. While everybody is tired to death, few kids get armed with

the ability to take initiatives or solve real-world problems. It is high time

that fresh approaches were brought in.

One of the ways to make a change to the Chinese classroom is to utilize new

technologies and media of teaching. School authorities in China, as those

elsewhere, increasingly realize the importance of computerization, and many of

the better-off schools in China are already stacked with state-of-the-art

computers. But reports say only a tiny fraction of those computers are

adequately utilized. The situation with other educational technologies and media

is no better. They are either absent from the school sitting or vastly

under-used. Few Chinese teachers have acquired the know-how or the drive to make

use of these modern facilities.

I therefore would like to pursue first a master’s degree and then a Ph. D.

degree in instructional technology and media in the United States, where the use

of modern educational facilities is undoubtedly the most advanced in the world.

Judging by the information I have culled from your, website I think your

institution is an American leader in the research and studies of this field. I

am anxious to study under the seasoned guidance of your distinguished faculty. I

hope that, after I complete my advanced training in your program, I can be a

much more effective teacher in China, one that sets an example for all other

2、 乙方负责根据本合同书付费条款,按时向甲方付清所有款项;

3、 乙方应根据国家出入境管理部门的规定及时办理护照,并按澳洲使馆规定及时将签证申请材料交给甲方,确保及时去澳洲使馆申办签证;

4 乙方应向校方交纳澳洲院校学费押金(依照录取通知书的要求);

5 乙方如果被拒签,凭澳洲使/领馆的拒签通知书、交款收据、合同书原件及大使馆退还的文件,按本协议退款规定,向甲方办理退款手续。

三、 乙方付款标准及程序:

1. 费用标准:

(1) 整个咨询服务费人民币 元;乙方在同时交清以上费用后才能开始办理相关申请手续。

(2) 甲方所收取的上述费用,仅限于在签证申请办理过程中甲方所发生的材料费、复印费、通讯费、邮寄费、及咨询服务所得报酬,乙方在办理签证手续过程中其它费用(如签证费、公证费、护照、体检费、学费、学杂费等汇出的银行费用、签证面试所需的差旅费等)均由乙方自理;

(3) 已经有拒签史的学生,须多交纳额外服务费,(A) 拒签一次,加额外服务费人民币元;(B) 拒签二次,加额外服务费人民币 元。

2. 付款程序:

(1) 在签订本合同书的同时,乙方向甲方缴纳咨询服务费人民币 元。

四、 退款规定:

如果一旦出现乙方向甲方领取退款的情况,乙方必须凭已经签署的本«自费出国留学中介服务合同书»,及当时付款的收据来领取款项。否则,甲方将不予退款。甲方根据付款收据注明的币种按以下原则办理退费手续,所有的退款均不计利息。

1、乙方未能获得使馆签证(经过2次努力),则甲方将咨询服务费中扣除工本费的人民币退还乙方;

2、发生以下情况时,乙方所交甲方各项费用将不予退还;

1)在委托签证申请服务过程中尚未结束时,乙方因个人原因单方面提出终止本合同;

2)隐瞒拒签史或提供假材料被澳洲大使馆发现拒签的;

3)获得签证后,没有如期到申请的澳洲院校报到。

五、 合同终止:

当出现以下情况时,本合同即终止:

1、 若乙方未能获得澳洲使馆签证时(经过2次努力),本合同即终止。一旦本合同在此类情况下终止时,乙可按照第四条第1款规定从甲方领回有关费用;

2、 顺利获得澳洲使馆签证。

六、 有效期:

本委托签证申请服务合同书自甲、乙双方签字之日起生效,其有效期至本合同书规定的协议终止之日结束。

七、 合同保管

clients are happy. I will never forget the face of the tourist manager I worked

with when the guests thanked him for the perfect holiday. His face was beaming.

Despite the fact I was only an assistant I felt satisfaction too seeing that the

tourists were content with our work. This feeling of gratification and even

happiness was the main reason why I decided to study Hospitality management. I

am fond of knowing more about each sector of Hospitality industry, in which I

see my future.

Every manager needs leadership skills. I think I have gained them by

participating in diverse activities. I was one of the students choosen to stage

a play for the hundredth anniversary of my primary school. The most difficult

task of the organization of the play was to make the children deliver an

inspired performance. Eventually I managed to motivate them not only to be good

actors but to enjoy acting itself. It produced positive response. The passion I

have for foreign languages ensured my successful participation in the English

Language Festival of my school. In this way I have improved my organizational

and presentation skills. Being a member of both Eco-club-Mathew and Interact

club, the aim of which is charity, I have gained a sense of teamspirit.

As a lover of nature the thing I like to do the most is to go hiking and on

picnics. I find the nature of England very attractive and I am looking forward

to going there and seeing its beauties. Dancing is my hobby too. I have been

dancing a modern ballet for five years. This is my way to relax and keep

fit.

I am reliable and positive person, who enjoys challenges and never gives

up. I dream of managing a hotel, even a chain of hotels. I realize how great my

ambitions are and how hard I must work to achieve them but I think it is most

important to have a wish and will. When one who has strong wishes is

self-confident and self-motivated, when he is patient and determined he can

fulfill them. I know that besides all these qualities I must also have skills in

(具有法人资格的)单位(简称甲方)的法定代表人(姓名)委托本单位(姓名)为代理人与(单位、姓名、性别、出生年月、住址) (简称乙方),就甲方派遣乙方出国留学事宜,签订如下协议:

第一条 甲方根据人才培养和事业发展的需要,派遣乙方出国留学,乙方按受甲方的派遣。

第三条 甲方指导乙方制订具体的留学计划,甲方和乙方商定的留学内容是: 乙方须达到的留学目标为:

第七条 甲方在乙方回国后,负责安排乙方的工作,并积极创造必要的工作和生活条件,发挥乙方的作用。

第八条 乙方保证按本协议书第二条、第三条的规定,在国外努力完成学业,并按期回国服务。留学期间每 个月向甲方报告一次学习情况。

第九条 乙方抵达留学所在国后,一个月内中国驻该国使、领馆报到。乙方在国外期间,保证遵守中国法律和中国对出国留学人员的规定,遵守所在国的法律。

第十条 乙方无论因何种理由中止、延长留学期限或改变留学内容,均应至少提前三个月通过中国驻留学所在国使、领馆向甲方提出书面申请,未经甲方批准,不得改变。

第十一条 乙方留学期满回国后,应在一个月内向甲方报到,按甲方规定办理有关手续。乙方根据本协议书第三条的规定,向甲方提交书面的留学总结、学术报告(或科研论文、科研成果报告)。

第十二条 乙方有责任回国后至少在甲方工作 年。缩短工作年限,由甲方决定。 第十三条 甲方在认为必要时,有权决定将本协议书的副本经由我驻外使、领馆提交乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人。

第十四条 甲方违反本协议书时,乙方有权向甲方的上级主管部门提出申诉,要求甲方的上级主管部门责成甲方执行本协议书,赔偿损失等。必要时,乙方可向中国的司法机关起诉,追究甲方的法律责任。乙方违反本协议书时,甲方将根据乙方违约情况,对乙方批评教育,或给予行政处分,或停止公费待遇,或停薪留职,或要求乙方赔偿损失;必要时,甲方可将乙方违约的事实通知乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人,或向司法机关起诉,追究乙方的法律责任。

第十五条 经甲方同意,由(姓名、性别、出生年月、工作单位、职务)为乙方出国留学的国内保证人、保证乙方执行本协议书。保证人须与乙方经常保持联系,每半年向甲方介绍乙方执行协议书的情况;如乙方违约,保证人须认真协助甲方追究乙方的责任。在乙方违约而保证人又未履行自己职责的情况下,保证人须承担本人经济收入能承受条件下的经济责任。

甲方与保证人因保证事项而发生纠纷时,经双方同意,可由甲方的上级主管部门裁决。

第十六条 本协议书自公证之日起生效,签字各方保证遵照执行。有效期限至本协议书第十二条规定的工作年限期满时止。

必要时,经甲方、乙方、保证人三方协商一致后,可对本协议书进行修改或补 充。

本协议书正本一式四份,甲方持两份,乙方和乙方的保证人各持一份。

今天早上在库沟小学听了张福华老师的《简易方程的整理和复习》这节复习课。这是我第一次听复习课,以往只是从教学策略上了解复习课的教学流程,当今天真真正正的倾听了一节复习课后,感受颇深,所学甚多,只奈何有言吐不出,下面就简单说一些听完这节课的体会。

首先,张老师的语言简练干脆,善于利用名言名句。

在课的开始,大屏幕上就展示出了俄国乌申斯基的一句话:“装着一些片段的,没有联系的知识的头脑,就像一个乱七八糟的仓库,主人从那里是什么也找不出来的。”这句话的展示,让学生一下子就了解了整理的重要性,也了解了这节课的目的所在。在回顾整理,构建网络这一环节,张老师在让学生自己看课本例题的知识点时又说了一句“不动笔墨不读书”,提醒了学生看例题时可以适时的进行批画,将遗忘的知识点突出显示出来。在课的最后又课件展示了韦达和爱因斯坦的名言警句。

其次,目录归纳知识点,清楚明了。

我想所有的老师都会头疼复习某一单元或某一册课本时知识点的归纳,只奈何没有更好的方法可以把所有知识点系统的展现给学生。本节课张老师的方法让我眼前一亮,目录展示法,让所有知识点的区别和联系清楚的摆了出来,方便了学生的回顾和整理。

最后,练习充实有趣,层次分明。

闯关形式的练习提高了学生的积极性,激发了学生的好胜心。在一,二,三的闯关中,依次将基础知识点,重难点进行了练习,稳固。学生在回答闯关的答案时,张老师经常会问一个为什么,引导学生对知识点进行再回顾。例如,在一名学生回答bx8等于8b时,问为什么不是b8?在学生回答axa=a的平方时,问为什么不是2a?看似不经意的询问,却巩固了细微处的知识点。

当然,张老师的课还有许多值得我学习的地方。例如,创设了有效地复习情景,亲和力强,能及时唤起回忆,将零散的知识系统化等等。通过这节课,让我更清楚的了解了复习课的教学模式,对以后上好复习课有了更多的信心。
