合理、正确的使用钱，把它花在该花的地方，那么，我们就是金钱的主人;但如果不规划，不合理的使用钱，把它花在一些奢侈的地方，那么我们就是金钱的奴隶。

养成合理用钱的习惯，有利于我们树立正确的金钱观，指导我们理性地对待金钱，通过合乎道德与法律的正当途径挣钱，把钱用到有利于国家社会，有利于他人的地方，用到有利于全面发展自己，实现人生价值的地方。树立正确的金钱观，我们的灵魂更纯洁，道德更高尚，人生更有意义。

Money is indeed important, but money cannot buy everything. A miser may

think that “money talks,” but if you only give your attention to making money,

you may lose many things, such as health, friendship and love. I don't think we

should regard money as everything. Money is just a tool that can help us solve

problems or enable us to live a comfortable life. What we should do is to use it

appropriately and not become misers. This way, all of us can lead a happier

而那些，规定道德的人来说，他们可以遵守吗?在于金钱的诱惑，或是，美女的诱惑中，我们的道德是不是可以依然存在，因为被利益的趋势，导致错误的行为，然后就有了现在我们的道德。所以说，金钱是原因，而道德是必然的结果，因为我们的社会在进步，道德的建立也有了完善。而上两位说的，当然是理想状态，对于现在这么现实的社会，每时每刻，都有人在对于我们现在的道德规范，做出挑衅。看看现在的社会状态，我们有理由相信，有一部人是可以兼得的。但是，就像我们的祖辈，教小朋友讲礼貌，讲道理的同时，他们是否可以约束自己的行为呢?如果这个人不要钱，我们都觉得他是傻子，有钱为什么不要?要是在这种社会的情况在，生存，谁可以做要出淤泥不染呢?

但是，我们所面对的不就是这样的一个社会，不是吗?而对于违反道德的人，我们可以指出他的缺点，当然，要是别人指出你的缺点，你会乐意的接受，那我要说，你可是真的虚伪了。在接受的同时，随之而来得那种不满，是每个人自然的表现。

所以，在这个社会中，可以说，没有人可以做到道德的规范，而谁对谁都没有在道德上的审判权。因为大家都作不到，那么我们又怎么说金钱与道德能否统一呢?

很高兴有人一起讨论这样的问题，你说的希望工程是人类最美好的道德规范，这也是要个人的品格和资产决定的，很同意你的观点。但是对于买毒品，其实和你出去买希望工程是一个概念，是你的需求，你所要得目的。没有什么分别。你所说的是我们利用金钱来达到我们的目的，但是目的是什么不能用道德规范来限定的。因为任何的道德规范都不能和人类的主观肉体能动性所抗衡。

Many people regard money as the most important thing in their life but I don’t agree with them. There are so many things that money can’t buy. The first money can’t buy us knowledge abilities and experience. The second money can’t buy us a happy mood and a good health.

However money plays a significant role in our daily life. We can’t live without it because we have to use money to buy our daily necessities like food drinks clothes books and so on. And we also need money to pay for our houses and education.

All in all we should have a correct concept of money. We can’t live for money but take it as a tool leading a better life.

If I have a lot of money I will do something I want to do

If I have a lot of money，I will do what I want to do. First，I will try my

best to help people who are in trouble. I am going to give lots of money to

schools and charities. I think it is the most important thing for me to do in my

life. Then，I will buy something for my parents. I love them and I hope they’ll

大家下午好!今天我演讲的题目是《合理使用金钱》。

美国著名作家马克·吐温说过：如果你懂得使用，金钱是一个好奴仆，如果你不懂得使用，它就变成了你的主人。在我们经济发达的无锡，相信很多同学都会零花钱。少则几元，多则上千，上万。身在蜜罐中的我们或许会想零花钱嘛，就是让自己随意支配的钱。我想买吃的就买吃的，我想买玩的就买玩的。不瞒你说，我也曾经这么认为。但是，自从看到一篇同学的习作，我对零花钱有了新的认识。那位同在作文中这样写到：

妈妈，有一件事，我一直想跟你和爸爸说，可又总是说不出口：

你知道吗，每次体育课后，热得满头大汗的同学们就去买只冰糕，而我却没钱买，只好偷偷地躲在一边看。我的心里好难受啊!妈妈，你知道吗，其实我不仅仅是嘴馋。

有一次，我实在忍不住，就偷偷地拿了家里的1元钱，下体育课后也买了支雪糕。没想到后来你发现了，就和爸爸狠狠地打了我一顿。

我满心欢喜地把春联拿到集市卖，大声吆喝着：“卖春联，卖春联”。可是，尽我喊破喉咙也没人光顾。我很失望，有点气馁，准备打退堂鼓，收好春联回家。妈妈语重心长地对我说：“孩子，你不是要赚钱嘛，这么容易就退缩，什么事都做不成的啊。”我继续安守阵地，“功夫不负有心人”，终于有人来买了。唉，两个小时，总算卖出去了一幅，赚到了2元钱。手里拽着那来之不易的2元，我真正明白了赚钱真的不容易啊!

同学们，一元钱或许花完以后就没了，或许会变成两元钱三元钱……这就要看你如何灵活使用!

我认为：我们可以把钱存进银行里。我们有了钱，可以在银行开一个户头，把钱存进去。在银行存钱不仅安全，还可以得到利息，这会激发我们不断存钱的欲望。在花钱之前就会多想一想是不是一定要取出来。事实上，在我们小的时候，让我们养成存钱不乱花钱的习惯比存多少钱更重要。

古人说：“节俭朴素，人之美德。奢侈华丽，人之大患。劳动是幸福的左手，节俭是幸福的右手。”发扬艰苦奋斗、勤俭节约是社会主义现代化建设的需要，是国家民族的象征。而今天不仅要提倡艰苦奋斗、勤俭节约，更重要的还要善于创造财富，让财富增值。

When it comes to money, many college students complain that they are lack

of it. One of the main reasons is that they don’t know how to use the money

efficiently and wisely. I firmly believe that knowing how to manage money is

must-known skill in life. Let me share my own experience and my opinions on how

to a good money manager.

As a saying goes, “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” To manage the

money efficiently, you need to make a good plan. How to make a plan? Firstly,

not mention the Windfall, you should figure out how much money you will have

each money. Secondly, you will have to make a list about what you will surely

spend the money on, such as transportation, and then make a budget. If you find

your budget exceeds the money that you can spend, make a modification on where

you can reduce the expense and make sure the budget is within the money that you

have. If you find that there are money left after the budget, save the money for

a rainy day. Thirdly, carry out your plan and stick to it. Something unexpected

might happen and make you spend some money out of the budge. At this time, you

should make a note and make a modification on your budget too.

Besides, there are two things that you need to pay attention to. You should

avoid using credit card because it will tempt you to spend more than you can and

make you fall in the debt trap. It’s a good habit for you to take a note about

the expense everyday so that you know where the money goes and easily check

where you spend the money wrongly.

Take myself as an example, I make a weekly plan. I first separate the money

that I will have for one month into four parts for each week. And then I will

write down what will make me spend the money and how much they cause each week.

After I draw such a picture, I carry it out and take notes on how much I spend

on each item. Week after week, I form a good habit on spending the money and

successfully manage them.

if there is no money, i can’t use this microphone to speak to you and we

everything. They say, "Money makes the mare go." If they have a lot of money,

In a way, of course, money is really very important to us' all. Without

Jobs the founder of the Apple Company died of cancer. He was a billionaire but

he couldn’t use money to buy himself a longer life. And money can not buy the

time that already slip away. Money is also a tool for us to exchange materials

but not all the stuff. We should have a right attitude towards money. We should

earn money by honest means and spend it probably. Only in this way money can

make us happy.

许多人相信金钱是生活中最重要的东西。在现代社会，似乎没有钱就不能生活下去。有了钱，人们就能够买更大的房子、漂亮的衣服、昂贵的食物、豪华的大车、去世界各地旅游。金钱让人们的生活更加美好，保障了生活中的必备品。钱也是财富和社会地位的象征。如果一个人赚了数不清的钱，那么，他就是一个成功人士。对于某些年轻的女孩子来说，钱是衡量一个男人的唯一标准。那么有房有车的男人，在女孩子心中就是“抢手货”。她们情愿嫁给金钱而不是真爱。就像中国古话说的那样：“有钱能使鬼推磨”。赚钱成了一些人的主要目标。他们把钱看得比世界上的任何东西都重要。

不同的人，对金钱持不同的态度。有些人为了赚钱不择手段。例如：偷盗、赌博、诈骗。他们相信钱能给他们带来一切。然而，我不相信钱是万能的。金钱买不来健康的身体。苹果公司的创始人，史蒂夫乔布斯死于癌症。他是个亿万富翁，却无法用钱延续自己的生命。钱也不能换回已经逝去的时光。金钱不过是人们用来交换东西的工具，但也不是全部的东西都能换回来。我们应该对金钱持一个正确的态度。用诚实的手段赚钱，合理的花钱。只有这样，金钱才能让我们感到幸福快乐。

Money is very important for us but is not the most important things in our

life.Many things are more important than money ,such as friendship ,love ,and

family ,and so on .We can use money to buy many things but for people's hearts.A

people only care the money ,which is very sorrowful.Gradually,he will lose many

things that is more important than money.And last,he will become lonely.

Sometimes money can let many people gather and make friends with you

.However,you have to know they may be not your true friends and they just want

you money.A true friend never care whether his friend is poor or rich.A firend

in need is a friend indeed.Having some sincere friends is the true

happiness.

Anyway,money can solve lots of problems but it can't bring you happiness

because it can't buy a true heart.Please remember that some things in the world

is invaluable.So don't live only for money.

古人云：“君子爱财，取之有道。”它反映着人们的一种行为上的道德选择。这里的“道”就是指道义，道德。人们通过正当的、道德的途径取取得一定的金钱，这并不是什么丑事。正因为钱是一种可以支付和交换的手段，人们通常把钱和幸福生活联系起来，这也是可以理解的，无可非议的。我们不能把一切会赚钱的人都骂为“王八蛋”，但同时人们又绝不能把钱看得太重了，以至拜倒在它的脚下，不惜任何代价昧着良心赚钱。

我们经常会在报纸上、电视上看到某地的某位官员因收受他人的贿赂金额巨大，而被没收所有财产，甚至被判刑入狱。这些官员都已成了不折不扣的金钱的奴隶，宁愿拿自己的前途乃至自己的一生去交换那些带不进监狱，也带不进棺材的财富。这种行为显然是受到世人的指责的，因此我们更应该树立正确的金钱观，通过勤劳而致富，合法得利。

同时我们也可以认识到金钱并不是万能的，你可以用你怀里成把的钞票去买到关怀吗?你可以用你的金钱买到原谅吗?你可以用金钱买到包容吗?也许你可以买到，但那买到的一切都是虚伪的，而真诚是你永远也无法买到的。

金钱是为人服务的，人不能受金钱的役使。对金钱过分执着则会使人丧失许多美好的品质，眼睛里除了钱别无他物的人，其价值就等同于朽木。从前齐国有个财迷，每天都做梦能得到金子。一天早上，他到市场上去赶集，来到一家经营金银首饰的店里，伸手拿了一块金子，扭头便走。店主见状大呼“抓贼”。巡吏闻声赶来，抓住了那个人。巡吏生气地问：“你怎敢如此大胆，街上人这么多，店主也在，你怎么抢了人家金子就跑!”那人回答说：“拿金子地时候，我的眼里只有金子，根本没有其他人。”唉!这种人实在太可悲了!

让我们正确地对待金钱，在追求物质生活的同时，也不能迷失方向!
