说：充分利用早读，鼓励学生大胆读书，平时让学生在日常生活中，多说英语，课堂上多让学生进行workinpairs训练，提高学生的口语本事，激发学生的学习兴趣。

读：读方面主要是提高学生的阅读本事，先教识学生怎样做这些题目，平时让学生多做一些阅读理解的短文，专门训练，提高学生的阅读本事。

写：贯彻新题型和新课标的要求，作文教学主要传授写作方法，进行一些针对性的短文写作，强调字数和书写这些硬件的东西，平时提倡学生利用时间用英语写一些简短的文章，从中提高学生的写作本事。

四、认真批改作业。
