geological landscape. As early as 1.528 billion years ago, intense orogeny

occurred many times in the Songshan area. In addition to the long-term

weathering and erosion, the formation of sandstone, shale, conglomerate and

other sedimentary rocks is mainly schist and crystalline rock and other

metamorphic rocks. And the lithology of metamorphic rock is very hard, which has

the topographic characteristics of continuous peaks, abrupt and jagged rocks.

Because it has experienced many violent crustal movements in a long geological

period, it has caused extremely complex geological structure types and many

geological scenery. As long as we reach the top of Lianhua peak, we can enjoy

such geological wonders as "red stone forest", "five colored stones" and

"baicaotang".

Shishang spring and Autumn Period

tight nerves and have a rest at Jielan platform.

"Fangshan is the largest mountain in the world, and all the mountains stand

outside the sky." now we are at the top of Lianhua peak - "Jielan terrace".

Standing here, overlooking the distant mountain, "smoke and mist"; looking at

the close-up, "Cuifeng Hongyan". After a rain in midsummer, the rainbow in the

sky seems to be within reach. That's one of the wonders of Fenghuang mountain!

Fenghuang mountain is not only a natural forest park, a kingdom of natural

plants, but also a treasure house of Chinese herbal medicine. Wild flowers are

fragrant all year round, and traditional Chinese medicine is everywhere. The

hillside on our left is "baicaotang". In baicaotang, there are more than 300

kinds of valuable traditional Chinese medicine, such as Forsythia suspensa,

honeysuckle, Yuanhu, Eucommia ulmoides, Ganoderma lucidum, toad grass, Polygonum

multiflorum, Shiwei, reviving grass, etc. Do not miss this great opportunity of

side of Jielan terrace is the red stone forest. They have different shapes and

subduing wood, Laojun tea, guijianchou, "six sisters of Hawthorn king", "phoenix

mountain in Phoenix forest. Before going down the mountain, don't forget to take

Phoenix lived in the dense forest. The mountain on the right is Fenghuang

mountain is the head of Phoenix, with wings on both sides. There is a magical

Phoenix spring in the valley above.

Speaking of Fenghuang mountain, there is a beautiful legend. A long time

ago, there lived a Golden Phoenix in the eastern suburb of Zhengzhou, the

capital of our province. The Golden Phoenix foraged around day and night and

used its hard work to nurture and reproduce its offspring. The grain, such as

rice, wheat, beans, corn, grain and vegetable seeds, that Jin Fenghuang brought

from afar piled up into mountains. The seeds sprinkled on the earth sprouted,

farmers couldn't find enough food to satisfy their hunger for a while, they

3、质量的初验由甲方和监理按有关规定送检，初验合格后方可签具收货单。若初验发现质量有异议时，由甲乙双方共同取样后送共同认可的有资质的试验单位检验，其结果做为判定物资质量的依据，检验不合格，乙方必须组织退货并承担因此造成的所有损失。复检的有关费用由过错方承担。

4、根据验收或检验结果，如物资的数量或质量存在异议，包括潜在的缺陷或物资来源不符合要求等，甲方应在7天内以书面形式向乙方提出异议通知书，乙方应在收到通知书3天内做出书面答复，更换有缺陷的物资和承担由此造成的损失。

5、乙方所供钢材若出现小钢厂生产的钢材或反复出现质量不稳定现象，甲方有权终止

八、供方有关环境和健康安全方面的要求

1、供应物资的车辆必须车况良好，进入施工现场应按规定限速行驶。

2、运输的物资要求采取必要措施捆绑牢固，确保物资运输过程不发生散落现象，保护环境不受污染和施工人员的安全。

3、物资运输车辆进入施工现场遇到电力、通信设施，或受到施工便道限制时，应采取相应措施，在指挥人员的引导下通过，防止安全事故的发生。

九、甲乙双方的.责任和义务

1、甲方的责任和义务

(1)按照施工计划要求向乙方提供物资的需求数量和供货时间，期间若需求计划发生变更，甲方应提前通知乙方;

(2)负责组织采购物资的现场验收和检验;同时负责指挥协调物资的卸车。

(3)采购物资验收合格后负责签具验收单，并按照合同条款向乙方支付货款。

2、乙方的责任和义务

(1)按照甲方提供的需求计划分批组织供应采购物资(每批供应物资的数量和时间以甲方传真为准)。

(2)乙方组织供应的物资必须按照甲方要求时间供应到施工现场，以确保工程需要和工期要求。若因乙方供应不及时造成甲方停工损失由乙方负责并承担费用。由于甲方付款不及时造成停工损失时不承担费用。

(3)乙方负责承担合同期内自身的物资的运输风险。

(4)甲方如长期未按合同支付货款有权利终止合同。

十、结算和付款方式

2.3服务方应根据咨询服务的内容和进度安排，按时提交技术咨询报告及有关数据资料。

2.4服务方对因执行其提供的咨询服务而给委托方和委托方工作人员造成的人身损害和财产损失承担责任并予以赔偿，但这种损害或损失是由于服务方人员在履行本合同的活动中的疏忽所造成的。服务方仅对本合同项下的工作负责。

第三条报酬及支付方式

3.1本项目服务费以工程造价为计取基数，500万元以内按8‰计取，

500—3000万元按按7‰计取，3000—5000万元按6‰计取，5000—10000万元按4.5‰计取，超过10000万元按3‰计取。

3.2合同签订后预付30%，工程施工到一半付30%，竣工前再付30%，竣工验收后一个月内付清10%余款。

第四条保密

4.1由委托方收集的、开发的、整理的、复制的、研究的和准备的与本合同项下工作有关的所有资料在提供给服务方时，均被视为保密的，不得泄漏给除委托方或其指定的代表之外的任何人、企业或公司，不管本合同因何种原因终止，本条款一直约束服务方。

4.2合同有效期内，双方应采取适当措施对本合同项下的任何资料或信息予以严格保密，未经一方的书面同意，另一方不得泄露给任何第三方。4.3一方和其技术人员在履行合同过程中所获得或接触到的任何保密信息，另一方有义务予以保密，未经其书面同意，任何一方不得使用或泄露从他方获得的上述保密信息。

第五条保证

5.1服务方保证委派有施工经验和协调能力的工程技术人员到现场开展技术咨询服务工作，依据双方接受的标准完成任务。

5.2如果服务方在其控制的范围内在任何时候、以任何原因向委托方提供本合同中的工作范围内的服务不能令委托方满意，委托方可将不满意之处通知服务方，服务方7天之内必须改正或弥补。

第六条争议的解决办法：

在合同履行过程中发生争议，双方应当协商解决，协商不成，由包头仲裁委员会仲裁。

第七条合同的生效及其它

7.1本合同双方授权代表签字盖章后生效，工程竣工验收合格服务费支付完毕后自动失效。

7.2本合同的修订、补充、删减、或变更等均以书面完成并经双方授权代表签字盖章后生效。生效的修订、补充、删减、或变更构成本合同不可分割的组成部分，与合同正文具有同等法律效力。

General Introduction

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong

University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I

am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology

(NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During

the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among

the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I

got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission

test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5%

in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is

given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer

Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the

ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university.

Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of

Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to

narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and

Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It

is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled

a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This

was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and

experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research

interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research

(especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid

system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
