我是石湖荡社区学校“中医养生保健”班上的一名学员，现在说说这门课是怎样让我从中受益的。

那是今年六月初一个星期四的早晨。如往常一样，老公吃完饭就出门上班去了，我就去厨房刷洗餐具。当我弯腰把碗放入碗柜后，抬起腰的一瞬间，一阵剧痛从后腰命门处传来，若不是双手扶住水槽，可能就要倒下了。心想：腰闪了，也许休息一阵就好了。就这样站了许久，还是不能动，一动就钻心的痛，并且腰完全使不上劲。可是，也不能一直站着啊!

我只能忍痛试着把脚蹭了蹭，还行，就这样，我一手扶腰，一手扶墙，一点一点往前蹭。总算蹭到了床边，拿到手机，爬到床上，一个多小时已经过去了。

可是现在我该怎么办呢?这时我想到了中医保健课的阮老师，心想阮老师不知这阵忙不忙，能接我电话吗?可是不向阮老师求救也不知求谁了。

怀着忐忑的心情打通了阮老师的电话。我讲了自己的情况，老师就让我用课堂上学到的知识自己治疗。阮老师说：“先敲腿上的委中穴，再按压手上的穴位，拉耳朵上的穴位，然后用电吹风吹一会。”放下电话，我就按老师说的操作，大约半小时后，疼痛减轻了，也可以走路了。我赶紧把情况跟老师说了，阮老师还跟我开玩笑说“你看你自己也成医生了”。我赶紧感谢老师，阮老师让我继续按摩，并且推拿腰部。

晚上老公回家，我就让他给我涂上红花油按压腰部，效果立现，走路轻快多了。

就这样一日早晚两次的敲打按压进行到三天以后，我就可以出门散步了;第四天后基本康复了;到了第七天的星期三，是我期盼的《中医养生保健》课，我是从中心村步行到学校去上课的。

哈哈，神奇吧!
