第一部分20xx年年的主要工作

通过“严格、扎实、细致、周密”的工作，公司接受住了审计署的严格考验，得到了审计组的较高评价。

二、财务信息化建设取得新突破。

在核算体系改革方面，以“推进财务和资产7.0系统上线”为重点，组织本部及三省业务骨干，积极学习财务7.0系统的各项管理和操作程序，积极改变核算流程，30人历时一个月，完成了近10万条信息的设置和账务初始化工作，顺利实现了6.0和7.0系统的并行。并行后的财务核算工作量成本增加，在原本人员偏紧、工作量偏大的基础上，财务人员加班加点、任劳任怨、扎实工作，为进一步提高信息透明度、优化核算流程、提升对基层的监控力度打下了坚实的基础。

四、注重过程、加强监控，预算管理水平稳步提升。

六、充实力量、加强培训，队伍综合素质不断提高。
