一、财务核算和财务管理工作

二、资金调度和信贷工作

自项目启动以来，一向有多家银行向公司进行信贷营销。为了公司的长足发展，财务部与工行东塘支行建立了信贷关系，以期到达积累企业信誉的目的。我部于3月—5月向银行申请房地产开发贷款3000万元。期间收集、整理了超多资料，编制各类贷款报告，与银行人员商谈贷款工作，多次接待银行各级领导的视察，在完成贷款工作的同时与银行建立了良好的合作伙伴关系，同时使我们对贷款工作有了全面的了解，学到了新的业务知识。

三、财务核算与管理工作
