通过“严格、扎实、细致、周密”的工作,公司接受住了审计署的严格考验,得到了审计组的较高评价。

二、财务信息化建设取得新突破。

在核算体系改革方面,以“推进财务和资产7.0系统上线”为重点,组织本部及三省业务骨干,积极学习财务7.0系统的各项管理和操作程序,积极改变核算流程,30人历时一个月,完成了近10万条信息的设置和账务初始化工作,顺利实现了6.0和7.0系统的并行。并行后的财务核算工作量成本增加,在原本人员偏紧、工作量偏大的基础上,财务人员加班加点、任劳任怨、扎实工作,为进一步提高信息透明度、优化核算流程、提升对基层的监控力度打下了坚实的基础。

在资产管理方面,通过明确转资流程和表单、组织制订预转资单价标准,结合国家审计署的审计结果,督促三省公司进一步提高转资速度,截止20xx年年底在建工程余额61596万元,与年初相比在建工程占资产总额的比重下降了0.67个百分点。同时,依托资产6.0系统,有效的解决了信息不对称的问题,全年共完成695万元固定资产的内部调拨,完成资产卡片的编制5万余张,充分发挥了存量资产的使用价值。并组织三省公司对各项资产进行了一次全面清查,对盘亏、毁损、报废资产的情况进行了一次细致的摸底统计,确定了符合报废条件的资产335项,为下一步优化资产结构、盘活低效或无效资产提供了数据支持。

四、注重过程、加强监控,预算管理水平稳步提升。
