每一次读到“父亲”的文章，我的心总是那么激动，全身血液都在涌动。在他们的文章中，我看到“父亲”的爱是那么真切，那么浓厚，那么醉人，它和母爱是不一样的，可与母爱又是互补的。父亲的爱也许是严厉的，每一位父亲爱自己孩子的方式是不一样的。

“父亲”是不会直接表露他的爱的，他是用行动来说明的。可能很多时候“父亲”的行为很难让人摸透，如果我们不用心去体会其中蕴藏着的父爱的话，我们可能会顺着行为的表象而去埋怨我们的父亲。从而和父亲产生矛盾;但如果我们真的会用心去体会“父亲”的爱的话，我们会发现，原来“父亲”的爱是那么震撼心灵。

很多文章都是通过“父亲的眼神”、“父亲的背”、“父亲无怨无悔地支撑着家庭”等来表现父亲的爱，这些文章里，父爱总是默默无言的。其中有一位作者是这样写父亲的：“小时候常常喜欢坐着父亲的自行车，靠在父亲的背上去兜风，父亲骑车骑得很稳，父亲的背很温暖，坐在父亲的自行车上总能露出幸福的笑容。但当自己慢慢长大，父亲的自行车慢慢地穿上锈衣，我再也没有坐过父亲的自行车……直到有一天心情非常糟糕，父亲叫我坐他的自行车去兜风，我没有拒绝，那时父亲露出了久违的幸福笑容。父亲载着我，我依然靠着父亲的后背，还是那么温暖，只是多了那么多硬骨头……再看看自行车早已锈迹斑斑了，但父亲的爱不会因为岁月的更替而留下如单车般的斑斑锈迹……”

不管岁月如何改变，多少岁月被风雨侵蚀，“父亲”的爱都是永恒的。

我知道，我的父亲可能也会经历这些岁月，释放这些情感，而我也会去经历这些美好的岁月。

听着许许多多的“父亲”的故事，让我感同身受，也会很欣慰，我也能知道父爱是什么。虽然我早已经习惯了没有父亲的日子，但我仍然会渴望父爱的。我会在想念父亲的时候体会父亲的爱，在我的记忆中体会父亲的爱，我会在想象中体会父亲的爱，想象我坐着父亲的自行车靠在他的背上听着他的歌声，露出幸福的笑容!

我会一直想父亲，感恩父爱，谢谢父亲带给我的爱，那是我前进的动力。

My father

My father always stands in the center of my life, from past till now and possibly in the future.

My family was rather poor when I was in my childhood. We didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby, small room rented from my father's factory. The room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. I didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. This is terrible both for my parents and me.

But father made this all different! Since the room was on the third floor, namely, the top floor in that old style building, the roof was quite high above the floor. So father got an idea. He bought two thick ropes and a flat wood that later was planed smooth, painted and drilled two holes on both ends.

Then he hung the ends of ropes up to the roof. During the daytime, these two ropes would be tied up so that people down could walk freely! When night came, father would loose the ropes and tied them to the two holes of that flat wood. The length of these ropes was just long enough for me to sit or sleep on the board without other's help.

So in this way my lovely, removable bed was born.

When winter came, this special bed obviously wouldn't be able to make me feel warm enough. But father always had his so lution! He built a garret using some flat wood and iron sticks right above the bed. With some used iron tubes, he made an iron ladder for us to climb up to the garret. Besides, he made a wood en desk for me to do my homework, and some simple furniture for my clothes, books and something else he had in fact made a small bedroom for me.

At first, my mother and I dared not climb for fear that it might collapse. But father climbed it everyday to prove its safety. The garret looked simple even shabby and the ladder seemed to decline soon. But later when I got used to it, I found it as solid as those made by professional carpenters.

I carried all my personal things onto that garret. My father and I pasted red papers on the wall and painted the ugly furniture red. So the garret became the first "room" that belonged to me.When I was about to move to my new house, I just didn't want to leave. That garret was created with my father's love and sweat and intelligence, beautified with my hand and filled with so many sweet memories of my family! That hard but sweet life time would live in my memory forever with father stands in the center of it.

My Father

My father is a tall man with a pair of glasses. Everyone says he is a kind-hearted man. He often helps his neighbours and some strangers whom he doesnt know at all. He has really done a lot for others. I dont like him to do so because I think it has taken him too much time. When I discourage him, he always says with a smile,The world needs warm hearts.

My father loves his family, and loves his work even better. In the company, he is called workaholic He spends most of his time working, and often forgets to have meals or to go to bed.As a result,he doesnt enjoy good health. My father likes reading in his spare time. He told me reading was very interesting. I became interested in reading little by little. I like books, because they help me in many ways. My father has a bad habit he likes smoking very much. I hate it. See, the house is full of smoke. I know its bad for his health as well as mothers and mine. I advise him to give up smoking. Im sure he will follow my advice some day. Such is my father. I am proud of having such a good father.

i am joy and glad to give you a speech about stress , yes , just the topic

you see on the screen.

psychologist tell us that stress is a state of worry caused by the problem

of living , such as too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , and

quickened pace of life .

statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life . financial

problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now

suffering . as students in the university , we are also under our special stress

. while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a

deadline may put a great pressure on us . and the things make us felt stressed

may be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach . later ,

when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us . i

think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how

we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .

the chief problem we should face to is our atitude towards stress .people

usually say they can not live in the sun except they escape from stress . it’s

unwelcome ! yes , however , very necessary . just image a world where stress

does not exist and people lead their life in a very comfortable way . but is

this kind of living condition as perfect as we hope ? without stress , they may

feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new

things result in nothing except a countermarch of the society . no stress , no

development . so a certain amount of stress is good . it can stimulate us and

increase our level of alertness .

and our answer to stress is another vital problem . how to do with

ourselves when stress suddenly break into our life ? to wave the white flag and

admit our unability , to give up to our ideality , or worstly , just to suicide

as to put an end to everything … of cause not . the principle is to tackle with

stress gentlely and harmoniously. we should try our best to release ourselves .

such as to do some exercise , to linsen to traditional chinese music or

classical music to ease our minds and to learn to view these changes of life as

challenges .it’s no use crying over spilt milk . only to accept what has

happened can solve the problem .

ok , i think i was under large stress 3 minutes before , but now i am here

and have finished my speech . here is the last thing i want to add to my topic

,face to it and overcome it ,stress is also a piece of cake

many years ago, a baby boy came into this world. but unfortunately, he

didn't come with a cry, which was a big problem from the medical point of view.

the doctor, tough and quick, turned the baby upside down and slapped his bottom

sharply. the baby cried, and he survived. at that moment, the father yelled at

the doctor, why did you hit my baby? he did not realize that the doctor had

saved the baby's life. the baby cried and cried, and the father smiled and

silently cried as well. he held the baby in his arms and did not allow the

doctor to touch the baby anymore.contest chair, ladies and gentlemen, that baby

was me, and that man was my dad. whenever my mom told people this story, i would

always laugh aloud, and my dad would just shake his head and smile quietly.

很多年前，一个男婴来到了这个世界。但遗憾的是他没有“呱呱落地”，从医学角度来说，这是一个很大的问题!好在医生现场反应很快，也很强悍，一下子把男婴倒提起来，对着屁股一阵狂打。男婴终于哭了，脱离了生命危险。当时在场的孩子父亲不干了，对着医生吼道，“你为什么打我的孩子啊?”他并没有意识到医生救了这孩子的命。男婴不停地哭，这位父亲面带微笑，高兴地默默流泪。他紧紧地把婴儿抱在怀里，再也没有让医生碰一下这个孩子。大会主持人，女士们先生们，那个婴儿就是我，那个男的就是我老爸。每当妈告诉别人这个故事时，我总会放声大笑，而老爸则会一边摇头一边默默地微笑。
