懂得感恩，才会懂得付出，才会懂得回报。有人说善良的本质就是有一颗感恩的心，一个人如果有了一颗感恩的心，他就是一个幸福的人，对别人的帮助，哪怕是一点一滴，都应当怀有感恩之心。懂得感恩、学会感恩，应当成为每个人的美德。

学会感恩，我们应该学会感激社会对我们的关爱、感激祖国对我们的呵护、感激大自然对我们的恩赐——感时代之恩；我们应该学会感激老师为我们导航、感激学校对我们的辛勤培育——感学校之恩；我们应该学会感激父母给我们生命、感激父母对我们的养育——感父母之恩；我们应该学会感激与同学朝夕相处的日子、感激同学对我们的帮助——感同学之恩。

行动感恩，就是希望同学们从现在做起，从身边的每一件事情做起，来珍惜生命给予我们的一切。因此，我们应从以下几点做起：

1、作为学生，首先要勤奋刻苦，学业有成，从而有能力报答父母、社会和国家。

2、提倡节俭。学生是依靠父母给予经济来源的消费阶层，应体谅父母的艰辛，尊重父母的劳动，不乱花钱，养成勤俭节约的好习惯。

3、关心体贴父母，并试着主动理解父母。生活中难免与父母有一定的代沟，当意见有分歧时，要学会换位思考，常说感恩的话，勤做孝敬的事。

4、珍爱老师的劳动成果，专心听课，认真作业，用优异的成绩回报老师的谆谆教导。

5、珍惜自己和同学相处的每分每秒，不要因为自己的鲁莽和任性给对方造成伤害。

6、关注弱势群体、关心社会公益事业，用一颗感恩的心，做一些力所能及的事来回报社会，感恩时代。

早上好!

今天我讲话的主题是懂得感恩。首先，我给大家讲一个故事。很早以前，一只母羊生了一只小羊羔。羊妈妈非常疼爱小羊，晚上睡觉让它依偎在身边，用身体暖着小羊，让小羊睡得又熟又香。白天吃草，又把小羊带在身边，形影不离。遇到别的动物欺负小羊，羊妈妈用头上的羊角来保护小羊。一次，羊妈妈正在喂小羊吃奶。一只母鸡走过来说：“羊妈妈，近来你瘦了很多。吃上的东西都让小羊咂了去。你看我，从来不管小鸡们的吃喝，全由它们自己去扑闹。”小羊听到过后，对羊妈妈说：“妈妈，您对我这样疼爱，我怎样才能报答您的养育之恩呢?”羊妈妈说：“我什么也不要你报答，只要你有这一片孝心就我心满意足了。”小羊听后，流下眼泪，“扑通”跪倒在地，表示难以报答母亲的一片深情。从此，小羊每次吃奶都是跪着。它知道是妈妈用奶水喂大它的，跪着吃奶是感激妈妈的哺乳之恩。这就是“羊羔跪乳”。

同学们，你们知道我今天为什么要讲这个故事吗?我就是要告诉大家一个道理：要懂得感恩。这也是我今天在国旗下讲话的主题。每年的11月的第四个星期四是美国的感恩节。今年的感恩节就是11月26日。“感恩节”虽然是美国的，但“感恩”却不分国度。中国不是有一句古话吗?“谁言寸草心，抱得三春晖，滴水之恩，当以涌泉相报”。知恩图报是中华民族的传统美德。孩子们，我们有责任把“感恩”这个美德传递下去。

我再给大家讲一个与乌鸦有关的故事。大家都知道乌鸦是一种全身漆黑、面貌丑陋的鸟，所以一般人都不喜欢它。但正是这种鸟，却懂得感恩自己的父母。据说乌鸦在母亲的哺育下长大后，当母亲年老体衰，不能觅食或者双目失明飞不动的时候，它就会四处去寻找食物，衔回来嘴对嘴地喂到母亲的口中，回报母亲的养育之恩，并且从不感到厌烦，一直到老乌鸦死去为止。这就是人们常说的“乌鸦反哺”的故事。

连小动物都懂得知恩图报，那我们人更应该懂得如何感恩。

让我们感恩父母，感激他们给予我们生命，感谢他们搀扶着我们走好每一步人生道路，为我们搭建快乐成长的舞台。

为此，妈妈又去买了儿童饮食方面的书;每天都会让我吃到香甜可口的饭菜。

虽然我们家庭条件不好，但是妈妈为了我什么都、愿意做。

可是我们也会闹点小别扭，只不过妈妈依然不打我，依然爱着我。

快小学毕业了，妈妈为了让我读一所好的中学，天天地奔波在各个中学，天天询问着哪个中学好……每天回来累得腰酸背痛，却不叫一声苦。

我心里知道，妈妈冒者生命危险生下了我;我生病时，妈妈无微不至地关心着我;学习方面，妈妈也抓得很紧，每天做作业快到十点了，但妈妈也拖着疲劳陪着我。

我也不会辜负妈妈对我的期望，我也一定会怀着感恩的心考进好的中学，让妈妈不再因为我操劳奔波。

快小学毕业了，妈妈为了让我读一所好的中学，天天地奔波在各个中学，天天询问着哪个中学好……每一天回来累得腰酸背痛，却不叫一声苦。

我心里明白，妈妈冒着生命危险生下了我;我生病时，妈妈无微不至地关心着我;学习方面，妈妈也抓得很紧，每一天做作业快到十点了，但妈妈也拖着疲劳陪着我。我不会辜负妈妈对我的期望，我也一定会怀着感恩的心考进好的中学，让妈妈不再因为我操劳奔波。

让我们这一生怀着感恩之心吧!

Good manners are very important in the communication of daily life. Everyone likes a person with good manners. But what are good manners?

在日常生活中有礼貌是很重要的。每个人都喜欢有礼貌的`人。但是什么才是有礼貌呢?

How does one know what should do and what should not do when trying to be a good - mannered person?

想成为一个有礼貌的人如何知道什么应该做，什么不应该做?

Well, here are some common examples. A person with good manners never laughs at a people in trouble. Instead, he (she) always tries to consult or offer help to the person.

对于什么才是有礼貌，不同的地方是不一样的。例如，人们在西方国家通常互相亲吻来表示问候，而在中国，在公众场合接吻是不寻常的事情，有时会被视为是对别人的不礼貌。

So it is important to know what is regarded as polite and impolite before you go to a region.

But remember that it is always right to be kind and helpful to others.

大家好，今天我演讲的题目是<<送给母亲的纸船>>。

我从不肯妄弃一张纸，总是留着——留着，叠成一只一只很小的船儿，从舟上抛下在海里。有的被天风吹卷到舟中的窗里，有的被海浪打湿，沾在船头上。我仍是不灰心的每天的叠着，总希望有一只能流到我要它到的地方去。如今我也要将这纸船送给您。

母亲，不知您是否记得，小时候我总是和您说，我常常幻想在晚上，当夜空笼罩着大地时，我独自走在海边，看着那广阔的大海，多么沉静，多么美丽，月光就像一层薄薄得纱，轻轻地拂过海面，晚风静静的吹着，激起层层波纹，这时，我拿着早已叠好的纸船，放到海面上，让风儿将它推动，行驶在大海上，期盼着它能够到海的那一边，流到我要它到的地方去。可是母亲，您又何时能够想到这纸船就是要送给您的呢?

从我刚落地，您就用心的照顾我，每天不辞辛劳的为我准备饮食、清洗衣物。记得小时候，我刚学会走步，那时，不管我走到哪，您的手总是紧紧地握住我的手，生怕我不小心摔倒。渐渐地，我上了小学，您又坚持着每天送我上学，接我回家，每当我放学走出校门，总会看到您那从焦急转为高兴的面孔。紧接着，我有升入了初中，因为学习任务的增多，每天的作业都写到很晚。深夜，当人们都已进入梦乡，而我却还在为作业苦恼时，您总是会在我身边，默默地给我送来一杯热乎乎的`牛奶，当时的我心里有一种说不出的感觉，就仿佛有一股暖流涌过心头。您的爱就像是一双无形的手，一直安抚着我;又像是黑暗中的一盏明灯，照亮我的心灵。当我伤哭泣时，您总是第一个给而我带来安慰;当我感到无助时，您总是给我带来极大的鼓励;当我孤独寂寞时，也是您带给我最温馨的陪伴。母亲啊!请撇开您的忧愁吧!请容我再次躺入您温暖的怀里吧!小时候，您总是用您那广阔的怀抱温暖我的身体，温暖我疲惫的心灵，您的怀抱永远是安全而祥和的。现在的我又是多么想回到从前，再次投入您的怀抱啊!

小时候的回忆就像是一本书，不翻它，便会遗忘。但您对我的爱，我会永远铭记在心!

what is nature? its everything that exists in the world independently of

people， such as pants and animals， earth and rocks， and the weather.

now more and more people are focusing on the nature. it is no doubt that

the nature is important to every human being. no nature， no life. because of the

supplies of the nature， we have lived happily for a long time. and we started to

gain every thing available from the nature. and this lasted so long a time.

today， people have discovered that the nature around is getting worse and

worse.

what is threatening the nature? air and water pollution， overharvesting of

plant and animal species， overpopulation and so on. overpopulation is the

biggest source of pollution. lets take overpopulation as an example.

what does overpopulation feel like? when we move slowly through the city in

a tazi. when we enter a crowded slum district. when the temperature is high and

when the air is thick with dust and smoke. the streets are crowded with people.

the streets seem alive with people. people eating. people washing. people

talking. people sleeping. people visiting each other， arguing and screaming.

people relieving themselves. people pushing their hands through the taxi

windows， begging. people leading animals. people， people， people， people. as we

drive slowly through the crowd， sounding the taxis horn， the dust， heat， noise

and cooking fires made it like a scene from hell! i admit， frightening.

to the nature， overpopulation is a big problem. more people， more

pollution. and the big population is threatening the nature every second.

the rapid rise in world population is not creating problems only for the

developing countries. the whole world faces the problem that raw materials are

being used up at an increasing rate and food production can not keep up with the

population increase. people in rich countries make the heaviest demands on the

worlds resources， its food， fuel and land， and cause the most pollution. a baby

born in the united states will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the worlds

resources than a baby born in india. unless all the countries of the world take

united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more

people fighting for a share of less and less land， food and fuel， and the future

will bring poverty， misery and war to us all.

for most of the developing countries， it is a good idea to control the

population growth. for example， china has carried out birth control for years.

and this plan has a GREat effect on the world population.

if the population continues to increase， if the air and water continue to

be polluted， if we dont do something to protect wild-plant and wildlife species

will be declining. species and biological communities have difficulty adapting

to change. economic opportunities and the quality of life of future generations

are also put at risk. by protecting nature， we protect ourselves.

lets unite together， hand in hand we stand all across the land.

we can make this world in which to live. hand in hand. control the

population growth. take good care of our nature.

从婴儿的“哇哇”坠地到哺育她长大成人，父母日夜操劳，花去了多少心血与汗水，守护了多少个日日夜夜。

感恩是发自内心的。俗话说;“滴水之恩，当涌泉相报。”

感恩是有意义的。爱让这个世界不停旋转。父母的付出远远比山还高，比海还深，而作为我们，只知道饭来张口，衣来伸手。而似乎又有一条隔离带，让我门变得自私自利，忘记了曾经父母的付出，忘记了一声声欢笑，学会感激是自己的一份良心，也是一份孝心，因为如此才会有和睦，有快乐，有彼此间的敬重。

亲爱的同学们，我们的人生之路总是阳光明媚，晴空万里，到底哪一路阳光最耀眼?有人说是优异的学习成绩，有人说是给予别人帮助……而我认为我们的人生之路上最灿烂的阳光应该属于知恩图报，感谢帮助我们成长的每一个人。

父母的头发白了，把满头乌黑亮丽的头发给了我们;父母的腰弯了，把挺直的腰板给了我们;父母的眼睛花了，把明亮的双眼给了我们……

我们要感恩我们的父母。学会感恩，是一种情怀;学会感恩，是一种情操。

今天是我国的第38个教师节。我讲话的主题是“感恩教师节”

同学们，当我们徜徉在阅读和书写的快乐中，可曾想起：是老师，指点着书本教你识字，把着你的小手在纸上写下第一道稚拙的笔画;当我们沉浸在数理化奥妙无穷的天空，可曾想到：是老师，从举着一根根小棒开始，教你认识“1+1=2”;当我们愉快地唱起动听的乐曲，当我们尽情挥舞起五彩的画笔，可曾想到;是老师，引领着我们一步步走进了艺术的殿堂……

作为人类灵魂的工程师，他们拥有的不仅仅是渊博的知识，丰富的涵养，高度的责任心，他们还有着一课坚韧的心，因为从选择这个职业的那一刻起，他们要面对的，是一个可以预知的未来，紧张忙碌的备课、讲课、批改作业，并且这样的生活似乎将是一个无穷无尽的循环。每送走一届学生，便又将重新回到起点，开始新的轮回，只有时间的轮在不停地前进，曾经的讲义早已烂熟于心，不同的只是一次次透支自己的精力，努力将这个角色演绎得更加精彩，那么，我们还有什么理由继续在课堂上开小差，讲小话呢?遵守课堂纪律，认真听讲，也许这并不仅仅是为了自己，尊重老师们的劳动成果，尊重他们为了那短短的四十分钟所付出的一切。

春雨润物细无声，当丝丝细雨染绿了世界后，它们便无声的消失在泥土之中，而老师们正扮演着这样一个润泽生灵的角色。传道授业解惑，他们用着人类最崇高的感情——爱，播种知识、播种理想、播种力量。也许，在这个世界上，只有这样一种爱，可以像父母给予我们的爱那样不图回报，那样深沉、宽广而无私。

当幼苗需要一杯水时，绝不送上一桶水，而当需要一桶水时，也绝不给予一杯水。适时适量的给予，这是一的好园丁的技艺，也是老师们的教育艺术，用语言传播，用粉笔耕耘，用汗水灌溉，用心血滋润，这便是他们崇高的劳动了，他们给予了我们一杆成活的尺，让我们学会自己去丈量。春蚕一生没说过自诩的话，那吐出的银丝就是量度生命价值的尺子。老师们不善于炫耀自己，而那盛开的桃李，是对他们最高的评价，所以，即使他们的教学生涯中有着无数骄傲和幸福的回忆，他们也总是将其珍藏于心底，只是注视着那等待开拓的园地。

饮其流者怀其源，学其成时念吾师。在这教师节之际，送上我们衷心的祝福，说句：“老师，辛苦了!”。

Last summer vacation I went to Beijing with my family .

First day,we went go the Great Wall because it is the pride of our Chinese

and a wonder in the world.

Then we went to the summer palace We saw many beautiful sceneries there.

The next day we went to the Tian'anmen square ,and we tasted Beijing duck.

In the afternoon we went to the bird's nest and the water cube.Though we

were tired we were very happy.

I learned much knowledge that I can't learn in the textbooks so I will

never forget this interesting trip.

每天清晨，在厨房辛苦忙碌的身影，那是妈妈在为我烹饪营养美味的早餐。妈妈说，一日之计在于晨，希望我从早餐开始美好的一天。这么多年，我的早餐在一周之类都不会重复，而且全是妈妈花心思动脑筋做出来的，每份早餐都盛着妈妈对我浓浓的爱。每天晚上，当我已躺在温暖的被窝里时，妈妈还在灯下伏案为我批改作业。由于爸爸常年在外地工作，妈妈承担了教养我的所有责任。她教我书本以外的知识，教我做人的道理，处处对我严格要求。随着我年龄的增长，我才明白了妈妈的辛苦和不易。小学即将毕业，我也养成了良好的学习和生活习惯。回首这些年，我心存感恩，感谢妈妈对我的哺育、教养和付出！

三年级的时候，我从贵阳转学来到成都。面对全新的环境，陌生的面孔，我惶惶恐恐，不知所措。此时此刻，是老师们和颜悦色地询问和指导，是同学们热情温暖的问候和帮助，让我很快走出了迷茫，融入了这个可爱的大家庭——六年级四班。我在这里种下了希望、学到了知识、收获了友情……谢谢教给我知识和做人道理的老师们！谢谢给予我无私帮助和温馨友谊的同学们！

从出生到现在，让我感怀于心的人和事太多太多，也许是我才疏学浅，所以根本无法用语言来表达我内心的这份感情。久而久之，我的心中涌起另一种激情，我想将满腔的感恩，化作一股强大的力量，推动我去实现梦想。

再过两三个月，我就要面临人生的第一次重大抉择——小升初择校考试了。我心怀梦想，特别希望自己能考进一类重点学校。但在高手如云的成都市，我要实现这个梦想，就必须加倍努力才行。利用周末时间多多补习，拓展自己的思维，扩大自己的知识面，练练相关的题型。每当我想懈怠偷懒时，眼前总会浮现妈妈为我操劳的身影和老师们那一双双期盼的眼睛，我的身体里立即涌起一股使不完的劲。我能，一定能！只要努力，一切皆有可能……

一年之计在于春，在这万物复苏的春天，在新学期开始之际，我播下梦想的种子，用满腔热情和十足努力灌溉施肥，在收获的季节，我要双手向所有为我付出的人捧上一份满意，一份感恩……
