一、充分研究教材，认真备课，理清课文中的重点难点，有针对性的进行教学。

教学手段的多样化也有助于使学生的兴趣得以保持。每次呈现语言材料前，都要让学生了解所学课文的背景资料，由此吸引学生注意力，从比较接近学生生活的情景过渡到课本所展现的情景中，同时，合理地运用实物、图片、挂图、简笔画、听录音、多媒体课件等，让所要呈现的情景更加直观而富有情趣。比如说有一篇关于奥运会的课文，就可以让学生了解奥运会的历史和一些于奥运会有关的知识，尤其是08奥运，可以让学生自己谈谈他最喜欢的体育项目或体育明星，再将话题引到课文中。

二、增强英语学习的趣味性，引发学生的兴趣和求知欲是至关重要的。

上课时，尽可能给学生创造一个开放宽松的教学环境，在和谐宽松的课堂气氛中，孩子们怀着轻松愉快的心情投入学习，自然就敢用英语大胆发言，积极思维，不断产生学习英语和施展能力的兴趣。教材中有些内容会涉及到学生熟悉的生活，因此我还适当地把教室变成他们的活动场所，让他们自由地施展个性，激发他们学习英语的兴趣。比如说可以让学生自己扮演课文中的角色演个小短剧，也可以运用课文中的句型，用学生感兴趣的话题对话交谈或小组讨论。课后可以开展内容广泛、形式多样的英语课外活动，比如组织学生自写、自编、自画英语板报，进行词汇比赛，演讲比赛等等。通过活动让学生把所学知识运用于实际，使学生认识了自我，取得了不同程度的成就感，增强其自信心，增添了学习英语的兴趣和乐趣，变“要我学”为“我要学”，进而长久保持其对英语学习的兴趣。

三、注重发挥学生主体作用，把更多的机会留给学生们。平时上课的时候，我更多考虑的总是采取哪种形式才能让孩子自己主动地说，主动地投入学习中。

哪种形式更能调动全体学生的积极性，能让他们通过自主学习或生生互动达到更理想的教学效果。比如说，课前5分钟演讲，每节课轮流一位同学，选自己喜欢的话题，随意讲，因为有兴趣，没限制，可以练习口语，也可以练习在众人面前讲英语。请同学提问，看听的同学有没有听懂他所说的，也可以练习相互间的提问。还可以开展小组教学，每组选一名英语成绩较好、有一定组织能力的学生任组长。在小组内可以互相帮助、共同讨论解决问题，对于个别难点，小组内解决不了的，可由组长负责记录，报告给教师，师生共同解决。

四、建立和谐的师生关系，重视师生间情感交流。

让微笑走进课堂，因为教师的笑容，学生上课时少了拘谨，可以无拘无束地发表自己的见解，轻松愉快地获取知识。当然也要真诚的关爱每一位学生，尊重学生，信任学生，让学生有话敢说，有疑敢问，鼓励学生与教师讨论问题。只有这种平等融洽的师生关系，才能促进学生学习主动性、创造性的发挥。而不是以强制的手段——训斥、羞辱、向家长告状来强迫学生服从教师的意志。逐渐形成“你不会学习，我来教你学习；你不愿意学习，我来吸引你学习”的教学观念。

以上都是我个人在过去工作中的一些心得体会，在今后的教育教学工作中，我会多向各位老师前辈学习，结合学校学生的实际情况，不断提高教学水平，不断改进教学方法，更严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，可以为学校的美好明天贡献自己的力量。

With time goes by, it becomes a bit hard for me to remember everything about myself at the first day of my college life. However, there was one thing for sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university. Friend in Need Is a Friend Indeed

Jack and Ben are good friends. One day, they explore a forest together. When they go deep into the forest, suddenly they hear a sound. “What’s that? The sound is so terrible.” Ben says.

“Oh! Bear! Look! A bear!” Jack says and climbs quickly on a tall tree.

Ben tries to climb on the tree. But he can’t. “What can I do? Help me please! “Ben says to Jack. But Jack does nothing.

The bear is coming. Ben lies down quickly and pretends to die. The bear looks at Ben and walking around him. Ben holds his breath. The bear smells Ben and thinks he’s dying, and then the bear goes away.

Almost all of us heard the story “Here Comes the Wolf” when we were little

kids. What we can learn from the story is that we must be honest. However,

Being dishonest does great harm not only to other people but also to

yourself. Take the case of fake milk powder for example. After drinking this

kind of milk, the babies had big heads while their legs and arms were still

thin, which badly affected their health. To our great relief, the producers got

accused and punished for all the serious consequences in the end。

Having the reputation of being honest and reliable will make other people

trust you, which will provide you many benefits and give you opportunities that

others may not get. Being honest, you will find it easier to cooperate with

others and people will be friendly to you and support you. In a sense, if life

is a long journey, honesty will be the backpack that should be taken along all

the way. Let’s pick up our “backpack”—honesty, and start the wonderful

I am a rich girl, because I have a lot of treasure.

Families are also my treasures. Whether time find us far apart or it keeps us close together, they are always standing by my side. They tell me how wonderful to be loved by people you love.

Experience is my treasure. Whatever good or bad situation I have to face, it would show me the right way. It helps me to know more about life.

I believe I will be richer in the future. because the way of life is just like a journey of finding treasure .You never know when and where you can find them. Today I'm very happy here to talk about my dream. I hope you can support me

Dream likes a beautiful flower. Different people have different dreams.They

make the earth colorful and wonderful. A dream is a target in life, in which it

can give people power. It can show people the directions and final

destinations.

I have three dreams. My first dream is that I wish I could go to college

some day, which is also the one of many other students' dreams. Going to college

for further education can not only enrich our knowledge, but also teach us how

to behave better. I always imagine that the college life must be very

interesting. This dream gives me energy to study harder and harder. Now I'm

trying my best to make it come true. Sure, I have enough confidence to realize

my dream.

My second dream is becoming an excellent doctor. I always dream that I

could turn a doctor like Bai Qiuen, so that I could cure a lot of patients, help

them get rid of sick devil, let them lead a healthy and happy life, and finally

I will feel happy, too.

My third dream is that all the people together with the surroundings can

live in perfect harmony. There are no quarreling, no cheating, and no wars in

the world. We should be kind to each other, love each other and care each other.

All the people in the world could get along as well as a big family with each

other. I dream that we could enjoy absolute peace and freedom.

These are my dreams. How I wish that they could come true soon!

i am very glad to make a speech here in this class again! this time, i'd like to talk something about english.

i love english. english language is now used everywhere in the world. it has become the most common language on internet and for international trade. learning english makes me confident and brings me great pleasure.

when i was seven, my mother sent me to an english school. at there, i played games and sang english songs with other children . then i discovered the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the english world.

everyday, i read english following the tapes. sometimes, i watch english cartoons.

on the weekend, i often go to the english corner. by talking with different people there, i have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral english.

i hope i can travel around the world someday. i want to go to america to visit washington monument, because the president washington is my idol. of course, i want to go to london too, because england is where english language developed. if i can ride my bike in cambridge university, i will be very happy. i hope i can speak english with everyone in the world. i'll introduce china to them, such as the great wall, the forbidden city and anshan.

i know, rome was not built in a day. i believe that after continuous hard study, one day i can speak english very well.

if you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. so i believe as i love english everyday , it will love me too.
